unfornately this review isnt on your coffee products cause I truely enjoyed them. I am afraid that I can no longer contribute though because of my religious beliefs. your stand on marriage is against Gods laws. Marriage is a covanent between one man and one woman and to procreate children. Be fruitful and multiply. Anything else is purely self satisfaction. Sorry so many too share this TRUTH. What a shame so many will find another place to spend our hard earned money. And from your bio your a dad and husband. Nothing should stand in place of God being first. If you happen to agree let the public know cause I assure you MANY have stopped useing STARBUCKS

3 x i have gone to the SB at Stop n Shop in Morris Plains, NJ in 3 months and each time i have heard "our expresso machine is not working" . what? If it's true , then fix it so it is never down! I have been going to SB for years and this place either has poor equipment service or they are just lazy and do not want to make caffe mocha!

went to starbucks in cottage grove oregon the other day was very up set the manger made my coffee burnet my shots refused to remake she was very rude, come to find out she she does that a lot says take it or leave it but your not getting a refund the hole town is talking when are you going to check her out the bussness is falling

I go to Starbucks everyday and order a grande coffee frapp before work. I used to go to the Starbucks on 32nd and bell but lately they haven't been making my drink right so I started going to one in albertsons (and its good every time) whenever I'm running late I go to the one on 32nd and bell because its less of a hassle to get out of my car. EVERY TIME I go there my drink taste gross!! And I tell them something isn't right and they roll their eyes and remake it even worse. One time I took my son there after school and he had plastic blended into his drink, and when I told the manager she said "well you complain a lot so we can't do anything for you" You guys need to fix something because I can assure you that your losing customers who go to this location. The teas are always watered down and they charged me for an ice water when I had my own cup. It's ridiculous.

I am a huge fan of Starbucks, I go everyday for my tea and free refill:) I went to Starbucks inside of frys one time and went to tip them and they told me because they are technically frys employees they can't take tips? They gave me the low down on how it works. They still get monthly inspections by Starbucks but because they are with frys tips are a no go? That's not fair for them at all. If this was the case why can albertsons accept tips and not frys or Safeway?

Every morning I get my grande Skinny Vanilla Latte at the Starbucks at the corner of 3rd and Market. This Starbucks has the most amazing morning crew. I will be writing a letter to name each team member by name. Even when the line is long they zip through the orders, providing excellent service and wonderful coffee with a friendly greeting. They know the names of their customers and remember their orders. On most days my order is already in progress when I arrive at the register. This is the best Starbucks in America.

It took them 30 min to get order. They do not know which drinks are for who.they didn't take names. Kids just tell them that they didn't get there drinks and they make them another And to top it off the frappacinos came warm like they didn't have ice. I will never come to this Starbucks again and I will tell all my friends. For a big company service STINKS. New Starbucks in ewa beach by Safeway

I have been to the Starbucks on Crows Landing in Ceres, Ca. quite a few times, and several times I have had a young lady named Veronica help me. She has been such a delight! always smiling and so patient with me, even after I changed my mind when I had already ordered. I am so delighted to go back to that store, as she has made my visits very pleasant. I just want to give praise where it is due! I enjoy Starbucks on a regular basis, I wish I could have THAT kind of customer service, everywhere I go. Thanks for your great service!!!

The employees at this location are rude and incompetent. Continuously give caffeinated beverages when you request decaf. Stopped in the other day and grande latte was half full. Not sure where they hired these folks from but certainly not from the St. Louis University student body this location serves. Yes, someone mentioned all the closures above and it is clear why. Rudeness and incompetence prevail at this location in particular. Alternative for persons driving through or working in this area. Best coffee and service at Chronicle Coffee at Page and Grand just a few blocks down. 1235 Blumeyer St, St Louis, MO 63106 Phone:(314) 534-0524 Transit: Page Blvd @ Grand Blvd. Best pastries and service. Also Panera Bread/St. Louis BreadCO is everywhere. Much better service and employees who like their jobs.

This morning I bought 2 small cappuccinos for 6 bucks and when I opened the cups were half full, very disappointed on how much I payed for so little cappuccino,

I used to work for Starbucks. They need to fix many things, for one their "Say Yes" Policy can be detrimental. McDonald's has a sign that says "You can not alter the order at the window" pretty much. There can be a line of ten cars through the starbucks Drive-thru and if the customer at the window decides AFTER ALREADY PAYING for their original order they want to add say 5-6 more Caramel Frappuccinos to their order we are required to say yes. How is this fair to the guy behind that person who just wanted a cup of regular coffee? Starbucks now feels more like glorified fast food with coffee than an actual coffee shop

I have frequented the Starbucks at 781 E. El Camino Real in Sunnyvale every week since last October and I've never experienced a warm and courteous attitude from the staff there. But today, 04.17.13 at 6:15am was particularly disturbing. The woman at the register cracked a joke that wasn't funny about not having the money to re-load my phone when it came up short for the transaction. Then she chastised me for using a free drink reward on my phone, telling me that next time, let them know in advance when using the Reward drink, as the transaction's more complicated. I went out to my car after the transaction was completed and realized that I really didn't care for her attitude. So I came back in and approached the same woman, who said she was the manager when I asked who it was. I told her I didn't appreciate her unhelpful attitude. When she made the crack about not using her own money to re-load my phone, I told her it wasn't funny. I also told her I didn't care that the transaction was more involved if I didn't tell her up front I was using a Reward drink. She accused me of being rude every time I came in ( not true) and I told her the Starbucks down the street loved me when I came in. She told me, "Then go there instead!" I've never seen a manager happier to lose a steady customer. Her behavior and attitude were unacceptable in every way.

I'm sitting in the St.louis airport... Waiting for my daughter and grand-daughter to arrive - sipping on my cafe mocha. The, very friendly, staff member made a frozen beverage for a customer... Had a little extra and offered the remaining to his wife. Arielle is her name. If you go to the Starbucks at Lambert International airport in St. Louis - you will be treated with exceptional friendly and contentious customer service! Great job Arielle!

Hi, Store employees aught to be offered incentives or dis-incentives for using the safety gloves while handling cleaners. A nice young lady at the location over by the alumni building at PSU , said she is in to much of a hurry to use them and had very painful fingers (eaten by chemicals). Thank you

I just came to a Starbucks on 3rd st I'm 37 weeks prego so I get my older taken and then was told they have no change for $100 bill omg come on now ! I would think these ppl would be more would ? I think this really sucks cause I love Starbucks but this really gets me piss of! Not like I'm only wasting 20 by the way !
