I am trying to buy $1500.00 of Starbucks Gift Cards.........And your "Customer Service" Represetative is not very helpful - shes down right RUDE and DiSPESPECTFUL and not once but TWICE... I bet the Coffee Bean and Teal Leaf will be most happy to assist me. I wish I could rate them with less than 1 star!~

It seems it doesn't matter if I complain or not, because no one will do anything about it. But I went to the Starbucks on fleur and Stanton in des Moines Iowa today and not only did I repeat my simple order twice, but I was also charged double for coffee. They gave us a free coffee but, but I still had to go in The store after going in the drive thru to order the correct drink for the third time. I had to do this one other day too. You would think Starbucks would train their employess on how to take an order correctly.

Starbucks is my second home especially since I spend so much time there studying. Everyone is always kind, attentive and know me by my name.

I stop at a Starbucks everyday. I know if my drink is correct by the weight and color. Yes, I am a star-holic! But I am also in marketing and I have the best idea for Starbucks to sell in each of their stores....you are going to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! It rates up there with the little green stoppers. How do I promote this idea?? Any suggestions?

How to lose customers 101

I and many of my friends frequently gather at this particular location several times a week. One of us is recently going through a relationship issue with a very violent person who is also a patron. It seems like information exchanged between friend has made it's way to this violent individual, now this has become a threatening situation that might involve the law. I think employee should just do their jobs and stay out of personal problems between patrons, especially if they don't know the facts. Now this large group has decided to gather at another establishment not to mention the threading situation that this has caused. Very very poor professionalism !

Funeral

I have been a Starbucks partner for a little over a year now. I love and look forward to working everyday because I have the opportunity to be around people and coffee, two things I love very deeply. Recently a close family member died and the funeral happens to be on a weekend I work. I also took my friend's shift so that he could get his driver's license, which was today, Thursday the 11th of July, and tomorrow, Friday the 12th of July. I have been trying to get my shifts covered by partners all over my nearby locations with no luck so far. I asked my manager if I could take the risk of covering my friends shift tomorrow an still try to cover Saturday and Sunday her exact text back was, "Dude that is your choice and you are responsble for the shift and not showing up could mean no moe starbucks. Im really sorry." She then said, "You cant work 7 days and have overtime." I have always been somewhat of an altruist and I will bend over backwards for anyone who needs help. I am very upset that she threatened to fire me if I didn't show up. I don't know if she can fire me for not showing up but I have to go to the funeral, there is no other option.

Smoking outside on patio ban is ridiculous !!!

What's with the ban of smoking outside on the patio at Starbucks !!!! Do you people in Corporate realize how much business Starbucks will lose ??? I think a better solution would be to invest in the outside patio with a nice covered roof with fans and an exhaust for the smoke instead of the cheesy umbrellas with maybe a fire pit !!! Me and a lot of people that I know spend a lot of money at your Starbucks which we enjoyed it up until we were told no smoking outside on patio!!! Bottom line is coffee n smoking go together !! Not a good way to make record breaking profits ! Just saying...

Totally disgusted

Starbucks can do longer handle a basic cup of Italian coffee their associates are a bunch of idiots that cannot handle the responsibility to serve a basic cup of coffee is it really too much to ask for a company so large to keep Italian on Hand so that we can wait longer to have a pour over instead of being forced to drink the junk they have on hand now we have to buy the bag for our coffee while paying full price for our cup of coffee when it's our coffee that they're making it with what a complete rip off that is not a way to treat Loyal customers

Starbucks is a giant machine

Contacting Starbucks headquarters on an issue concerning operation failures at regional level has given me a view of how thick and machine-like the bureaucracy at Starbucks was. The executive management was completely unreachable and no one at Starbucks was accountable. Lots of run-arounds were all they gave me. They kept sending me to some low-wage operators who only put in the time and gave out promises of follow-ups that never happened! Overall, Starbucks is a huge souless monster that just want to dominate the coffeeshop markets and poison the world with a machine-like culture, one that replaces the human touch from life itself. Don't empower this monster with your hard-earnee , money.

Please look into costomer service at 316 Rockaway Turnpike Cedarhusrt, N.Y. 11516. This Starbucks was never very efficient since they opened & now I find it's become a lot worse. No matter how many cars are waiting in the drive thru 1-10 the wait time is never less than 20mins. I really do expect more from starbucks.... Im going back to my local coffee shop with nice people & fast service for 1/2 the price

Crappy Webservice/webpage

I have called twice today and was hung up on. I am trying to figure out how to use my Starbucks card to pay for my subscription. I have been buying coffee for my day each month since December and it won't allow me to get the points. I have had my reward card registered but it won't allow me to use it for the subscription. Also, seems that my May shipment is missing. Maybe they changed the stock number? I don't know. It is showing NULL on items that I was set up for. I did remove my credit card today. If they can't give me the points I will not continue the subscription. Spending a lot of money on your product not to be eligible for the star points. Starbucks, you are a really big world wide company.

Always out of everything

The Starbucks in Blythe California manager is terrible!!! If you order a drink they seem to never have enough of the product to complete your order. I don't know if they(manager) get a bonus or what, but I hear the workers complaining about her all the time. They say they have to run to the grocery store everyday because they are out of stuff and the customers are always complaining! Starbucks corporation help this Starbucks make some changes!! I recently heard the manager forgot to make the weekly order!

Wrong Sandwich

For the second time I have stopped at a Starbucks in Carmel, IN (96th and Meridian) and ordered the turkey, egg white, and cheese breakfast sandwich. For the second time I got the bacon and egg white sandwich. I just dont get it. Do the employees there not know how to make more than one sandwich. It is frusterating as a paying customer.

mini moments

I purchased a 25 dollar mini moments tiny item for my wife's birthday.She works at oppportunity village in Henderson.She went to a Starbucks located in Henderson in a albertson store.A starbucks employee told her they can't accept the mini moments coupon because of Albertson's policy,and told her to go to another store!Are the mini moments a scam or black women can't buy ground coffee?

Went to buy a caramel frap the other day in milton Ontario.i had some change and a 50 dollar bill.it was a busy Sunday afternoon.my order came to 5 .14 so I handed over my 50and was told that there wasn't enough change so I couldn't have it.when I asked why no one had access to change I simply got a shoulder shrug.completley turned me off.sad to say but I won't enter any Starbucks again if that's how paying or willing to pay customers are treated

Disgusting

I have been a customer of Starbucks for 30plus years. I grew up in Seattle and patronize Starbucks from Columbia city to capital hill to bothell, Bellevue, Queen Anne and the list goes on. I live in Oakland and the Starbucks are no comparison to what I remember them to be in Seattle. Specifically. The store on Lakeshore in Oakland. The store is dirty they allows dogs in the store and the floors are always dirty. Clean up your act. Starbucks is a great company so represent them as such.

Turn off wifi

Your stores are constantly filled with kids who don't buy anything but take up all the tables--sometimes putting several together--and sit for hours using your free Internet. Why don't you look into it?

dumb move

I do not smoke but for some to dictate to other people what they can and cannot do outside dumb move. they have an incompetent manger at Ironwood store in Coeur D Alene and do nothing about her and think I`m to keep getting coffee from them NO WAY you just lost a customer!!!
