This morning I visited your restaurant unit number 6644 located at 147-1508 Road Dallas Texas. The young lady working the drive through and was extremely helpful but possibly knew it her job, JJ it appeared to be the manager was on her the entire time the window is open I added to my order and he became even more combative talking extremely rude to her asking her if she was ever going to learn her job when the window was open and I can hear it he asked me to pull forward in a very rude manner and he would bring my coffee out to me I will not visit this location again I'm two visits away from being a gold member and less than one month. I would like to speak to somebody and customer service.

I am a frequent user of the drive thru in the Starbucks in commack, New York, on Jericho turnpike. There have been so many times Ive waited in line for 20 minutes just to see when I get up to the widow having my drink be wrong. You would think theyd actually take the time to train their workers or at least put enough staff behind the counter. There always out of stock of basic things like nonfat or regular milk nd are completely understaffed. Less than impressed.

It would be great of you would provide vegan options with your bakery and food items. Also would enjoy other creamer options beside soy, such as almond or coconut milk. Other coffee places have this, why not Starbucks?

The people that work this store are the best. So caring and a joy. They always have a smile and greet me in such a positive way. The whole group of employees deserve a Big, Way to Go from the big boss. I'm thankful for these people.

Starbucks has pushed their political agenda on me for the last time. I received the come together petition and I am offended. I don't want my coffee establishment pushing for petition signers. This is just wrong...you are either selling coffee or in the business to get petitions. First it was no guns in your Starbucks, we conservatives are leaving your company....

This time around Starbucks is selling Ethiopian coffee by acknowledging that Ethiopia is the birth place of coffee. on the contrary, starbucks stores at the Chicago O'Hare airport are selling the Ethiopian coffee displayng Kenyan posters on the "bold category" of their brewing pots. When their customers are asking "what is your bold today?" the cashiers answer,"Kenyan," while they are actually brewing Ethiopian coffee. That means, Starbucks is lying to its customers and to Ethiopia.

Sign says brrakfast sandwiches served all day but ran out by noon. Complaint line just provides endless hold. Totally unimprrssed.

I would like to do the opposite of everyone else and say something positive. I am a gold card member and have been since 2010. At the Easton Starbucks in Columbus Ohio, I have received warm smiles, many "how is your day going?", and fast service. I wish there was a way someone could recognize one individual there named Brandon. He will race around that back counter to make sure the line moves quickly and he does it with a smile. It writes smiley faces on your cup and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. I hope the company does something to keep people like him around. I used to go to the drive thru one, but the people always complained about something and I don't enjoy negativity.

I wanted to let you know that the Starbucks at Linda Vista Rd. and Mesa College Dr. in San Diego, area code 92111, is consistently understocked. Today was the 4th day in a row that I drove through for my matcha tea, and they didn't have it. Aren't they suppose to borrow if they are out? Also, they NEVER have chocolate chip cookies and I think they must run out at 10:00a.m. Their stocking manager should be reprimanded. Every time I drive through, and I mean EVERY TIME, they are out of something that I want. I will never go to that store anymore. If I really want Starbucks, I'll have to drive to one outside of my neighborhood, making it terribly inconvenient.

can you please carry rice milk and or hemp milk at your stores? Many people have milk and soy allergies and intolerances,having more options would be great.

The phone app for the store at 418 South minnesota ave.in Sioux Falls South Dakota says the store opens at 5:30 a. m. And the employees said it But the phone app says 5 Why hasn't it bee Why hasn't it been changed or updated?

I have lost count of how many times I have had poor customer service at the shop here in twin falls Idaho every time I go through the drive thru they screw up my drink they always put sweetner in my coffee!! I have gone to the manager so many times its pointless any more. So disappointing. I have decided to just go to another coffee shop.

I wonder why Starbucks is not using compostable cups for cold drinks? They use plastic which cannot even be recycled in my area (wrong number on recycle symbol located on bottom of cup) they only take #1 & 2 here in San Rafael, Ca. Since recycling is not a real solution to waste & pollution poisoning our planet, composting is the only safe way to go. There are companies which make cups & other containers which look like plastic, but are biodegradeable plant based materials which can be composted. Even if they end up in landfill, they break down into natural elements. I am going to ask Starbucks to consider this product, instead of plastic.

I live in Scottsdale Arizona. There is a Starbucks Drive thru that is located on 40th Street and Greenway. I have only been to this one a handful of times Because I usually frequently go to another one that is closer to my home. Errands took me by this one today and I thought I would give it a try again. Once again I think the employees here have a real attitude problem. . With Starbucks being very good at customer service and pleasing the customers this particular location really needs to have somebody look at their employees. Very disappointed and will never go to the Starbucks again

The starbuck on C concourse next to C35 gate at Hartsfield international airport on the pm shift. Selling food with files and gnats flies all over the banana nut muffins. It's not healty at all. I asked the girl if she knew about it she said yes there is nothing we can do about it. I feel she should not be selling food I seen her sell food to other passenger at the counter while I was buying my food she was going to let anther person in front o meagent said there is nothing they can do. They can pull the rack and not sell the food but I watch them continue to see the food to people and knowing the gnets, I went to the supervisor at the top of c Concourse and he stated he would pull the food. I contacted Starbucks corporate office in regards to them donating items for a class presentation. As much money as I spend in that place I was so disappointed to know that they would not donate a single item.
