I have been going to starbucks Hanes Mall Blvd. Winston salem to use the WIFI to talk to my wife in anothr country. 90% of the time i buy something out of respect. Lately i have been sending clothes to my wifes country for the poor. I decided to ask for donations of clothing to send. I had sent 1 box of kids clothes to my wife and she gave them to the kids near her home and some of the toys i got. On May 17th I was approched by the black manager in whom only hires black peple to work for starbucks, and was told that i am never to return or the employees will call the police. I was thrown out for asking for clothing donations. The manager told ne people were upset cos I asked them,, I remember asking 1 employee, A half breed black and Filipino... and 1 customer. The half breed didn't like me anyway because i'm a fat white ugly guy. As she said to her friend, and I over heard it. She is so loud talking in there that her voice carries threw the wall into the T-Mobile store. I heard the Manager from there complain about it. I plan on suing for discrimination and for throwing me out for unheard of rasons. There is no stickers on the doors saying NO SOLICITING

Your corporate office gave money in support for " Changing the Definition of marriage", when told to you that many of your costumers arnt for changing this definition , you said" you dont care and that you dont need these costumers. Upon hearing this my husband and i who where going to Starbucks EVERY morning are now and until you retract this statement will be sitting at Coffee Tea & Bean! How rude that you do not care about those that do not hold the same views as you! Guess you were just using all of us !! Well, my Christian values tell me that marriage is between a man and a women. What people do in thier own bedroom is thier own business but changing a whole definition to suit your personal beliefs doesnt make me evil, dont put rootbeer and ice cream together and call it a slurpy, no matter how you look at it, its a Rootbeer float! The definition of marriage is between 1 man and 1 women! Call it a union or civil union, but dont change a definition so that you feel better!

Fpr all the years I have gone to Starbucks, I never had anything less that good service and good coffee!

I ordinarily visit Starbuck's at 5:30 a.m. and around 2:30 p.m. daily. I sitat a small table and work on my computer. over the years...several...I have made many friends...all also regulars or employees themselves. Yesterday mporning your most recent 9 year old manager approached my table and nearly 86'ed me for being 'DISRUPTIVE". i HAD SHOWN AN EMPLOYEE A PHOTO OF HER (CODY) ON MY COMPUTER AND SWITCHED A BROKEN TABLE WITH ANOTHER.

Stacie Y,I agree with you. Whatever you've written and said in the previous massage is 100% correct.The Store managers are Whores and with Attitudes.Also,the Customer service is poor as their stores.They promised me the same coupon but Haven't got it yet!!!!The worse Coffee Stores service ever...

The customer service and brand culture makes your food and coffee taste better than all the other competitors. The Blonde drip coffee is delicious, I encourage everyone to try it. Please bring the salted caramel mocha back for year around enjoyment. Cheers!

I used to work for Starbucks, and I went to the Ewa beach location in Hawaii and got the worst service ever! Being an ex partner I know how a caramel macchiato should taste and how much it should weigh. The drink I got was half foam, and tasted like crap. It was so bland and disgusting. I went to the person at the register and asked if I could have it remade because it was not made correctly, she gave me attitude, rolled her eyes and yelled to the people behind her this girl wants her drink remade cause she said its not made right and it's too light. The same retard on bar made my drink again and I watched her just empty the caramel squeeze bottle right into my drink, not even making the circles. After that I wrote the corporate office complaining about my poor service. They apologized and said they would send me a service recovery coupon for a free drink to make it up to me. After a week of not getting it I emailed them again and they said that the girl who was handling it forgot to mail it and said they would take care of it. Another week and nothing and I just didn't bother anymore. A bunch of effin retards working in the stores and in the customer service centers. And they have whores working as district managers. One being Melissa asato who sexually harasses partners and cheats on her husband.

I went into your Swampscott, MA, store on 4/1/12 and used my debit card. The spoiled little brat behind the counter that was having a bad day because it was soooo busy did not have enough patience swiped my debit card through several times. He said, "Don't worry. You will only get charged once." Well, I looked at my bank statement the next day and was charged twice. I called the store and the person that answered was like, "Dude. It happens. Come back with your bank statement and we will give you your money back." I told him that I wasn't able to come back anytime soon because I work and he said they couldn't do anything without me coming in the store. I noticed after that there was a "hold" put on that transaction with my bank but 3 days later I am still out the money. I e-mailed customer relations and got the rudest response. I will never buy your products or step foot into any of your shops again. Your coffee and customer service has gone completely downhill.

Hello again...I am writing to the coorporate office just wanting to make sure they are aware of the outstanding service I received not too long ago from a barista named Kristina at orange tree lane Starbucks in Redlands, ca. I had a complicated order this day and was very impressed and happy how quick and fast she was! I noticed she was talking on her headset, making drinks and taking my order up front..very impressive! She made me feel welcomed and had my order out in no time. Just shows you this location has great service and employees that make you feel welcomed! Great job Kristina! Adreanna Wilson

I am very upset that Starbucks refused to send coffee to our troops serving overseas. I understand the reason given by your corporation was that you did not support the war. None of us are thrilled that our servicemen and women are in a dangerous situation, but we all need to support our troops. These brave men and women put their lives on the line, leaving their families for extended periods of time. Some of them never get the opportunity to come home, or are sent back with debilitating injuries that alter their lives forever. I am also shocked that your company charged the rescuers and survivors of the World Trade Tower attack when they asked for coffee or water. As far as I am concerned, I will NEVER purchase anything from Starbucks until this is rectified. I have also forwarded the message I received to everyone on my e-mail list. As a daughter of a WW2 veteran and President of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2858 Auxiliary, I think the least you could do is reverse your stand and send our troops a little coffee from the home front. Please answer this email, so I can relay your reply to my friends and family. I hope you decide to do the honorable thing for our active-duty troops.

I am writing because I am simply disturbed at the way higher ranking employees are allowed to mistreat and downgrade the other employees on duty. I am writing concerning the Oakbrook Starbucks in Thousand Oaks, Ca. The shift leader (A thick blonde haired girl) verbally uses profanity which is audible to even me with my hard hearing!! She mislabels drinks and always writes my beverage incorrect even if I make a big deal about it. All I want is a Grande ice coffee with about an inch of cold soy and she repeatedly has given me whole milk or half and half. I assure her that I CANNOT CONSUME LACTOSE but she still cannot get my order correct. She even was spotted dropping items on the counter and floor and just simply using them disregarding the cleanliness factor. There is even another blonde girl there whom Ive seen grabbing pastries with her bare hands and serving them indiscretly. I am appauled that these two females are still employed by such a prodominant company such as Starbucks. I can only hope that karma or somebody within the Starbucks community sees this before something terribly wrong becomes of it. I would hate to see this location get shut down for something which could have been easily avoided. I have tried to get contact information for not only the District Manager (Anthony) but also just the store manager (Annie) but this is all the information either girl has ever given me, and very rudely might I ad. I have been going to the Starbucks in Pfluger Crossing for 2 years now, weekly. I get 1 pound of Pike Decaf, ground for a flat bottom filter. My LAST, and I do mean LAST, trip was a complete nightmare. I drive into the drive-thru, place the order, drive to the window and am ask if I could start placing my order inside the store, I ask Why? The manager told me to ask you to do so ! I ask to speak to the manager and was told he was not there. I paid my 14.95 and was handed a bag of beans. NOT DECAF AND WAS TOLD TO GO HOME AND GRIND IT. I really like the coffee, however, I don't feel I was treated fairly. Not going back, and the Folgers I purchased this week, for the price is just as good. I cannot help that I am disabled and will not go inside the store to make my purchase. I have to drink decaf due to my heart condition. Sorry Starbucks but just a few years back you would have gotten five stars from me but now due to a couple bad incidents your not my choice these days. Incident one: I bought one of your forest green travel mugs with the rubber handle and a guard on the cup where you hold it. The paint started flaking immediately but the Starbucks where you handled it wouldn't replace it or return my money. I tried several other Starbucks stores and outlets and found the same lackadasical attitude and never did get the cup taken care of. If I'd wanted a crappy looking travel mug I could easily have bought one for a couple dolalrs instead of the near twenty I spent! Second and more importantly, since your outlets went to the auto grind and dispense machines your decaf Lattes and Mocha drinks suck. Way to weak as it takes two extra shots in the Venti sized drink to even taste the coffee. You charge me an extra.75 to $1.00 to give me the taste I used to get for less. I'm betting you haven't ehard the complaints as my latest effort was to escalate this to your customer service but the dunce there apparently can't understand english as he keeps rambling about corporate responsibility, will not address problem one in a satisfactory manner and can't apparently comprehend problem two at all!

starbucks marking (and reading) system is broken. we have repeatedly complained about being given drinks with milk in them, when soy was ordered. each time we are assured that they "have it" when we stress that it must be soy, due to my daughters allery to milk. almost without fail they hand us a drink with milk...we know because we watch the entire process like hawks now. every time they hand us a drink we say this was a "soy" drink and we get an ooops, sorry. Sorry? FIX IT! Stop screwing it up before you kill someone! how hard would it be to put a sticker on the cup that says SOY. they mark the cup or glass with an "S" which the workers apparently also use for "skim". we seldom go to starbucks with our daughter now because starbucks does not seem to care that they harm her when they give her the wrong drink. this has been an ongoing battle for us. one starbucks manager had the nerve to tell us that "we" need to ensure that the person making the drink knows of the milk allergy, would not listen to the fact that we had clearly stated soy, not milk, allergic. after my daughter had a couple sips of a milk based drink she got ill but, because we did not rush her to the hospital the manager decided it was no big deal. our daughter was flat down for days after the little "oops" on starbucks part. how can a company not take allergies seriously? one manager (think it was the same one at the barnes and nobles book store) suggested that maybe we just shouldn't go for coffee because of my daughters allergy. Really? this is how you run a business? will starbucks have to be sued to keep them from killing someone?

The manager at the starbucks by Johnson Creek is horrible. All of this over our coffee being made wrong almost daily. There was a confrontation between an employee named Austin and my fiance. My fiance was in the drive through and had recieved his coffee which was disgusting in his words. He then tried to get the employees attention and was completely ignored, so to get his (Austin's) attention he whistled his really loud whistle to get the response "I'm not a dog don't whistle at me". He then got his drink so hot it had scolded his mouth and hurt for a few days. Despite that rediculous encounter with poor customer service we still went back cause well we love coffee. Again, bad customer service!!! This time my fiance got his drink which is suposed to be hot, ice cold. So not only bad service but now this guy is intentionally messing up his drink every time. In attemp to fix this on going problem my fiance made an appointment to speak with the manager. When he finally got the chance to tell his side of the story, she didn't even let him get five words out. She told him that she had heard enough from her crew about him and that he was not welcome back. She then called the cops and had them waiting outside our house all morning the next day. He got a warning and was severly harassed by that police officer. I, a month later decided I wanted a coffee before getting my nails done, my fiance was in the car with me. Again so rediculous and unbelievable, they had the cops at our door within an hour to charge him with criminal tresspassing, for being in the passanger seat. I am a manager of a decent size company and I would of never thought of doing something like this to even my worst customers.

Starbucks issued this case# for my daughter as she was hurt severely by Starbucks metal chair on her forehead as your metal chair had one short leg so she fell off and your metal chair tore my daughter¡¯s forehead skin and she need to go an emergency room near there and emergency room gave her 6 stitches on her fore head eventually and total expenses is $1,061.58. The lady, Diana was handling this case with my wife but she suddenly didn¡¯t contact us anymore as soon as we submit all related documents to her. It was almost 4 months ago. It seems like this lady just wanted us not to sue at that time and once she think we are very easy to control not to sue Starbucks and as soon as she got all of our documents, she is avoiding our call and it seems like Diana and Starbucks not to pay our expenses. Whenever we call to 800 -23 latte, we couldn¡¯t talk with her, all of other employee there said that Diana is not available to talk anymore and they promised us we will take care your case # and you will get your expenses for my daughter¡¯s injury happened by your metal chair. They promised that their specialist or whatever will call us back to pay your expenses within few days but nobody called us back.
