I just heard about Starbucks view on our military, & if this is how you view us then I have no heart ache taking my money elsewhere. CC's hear WE come

My husband I visit the starbucks in helotes texas at the very least 6-7 a week and the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful ... 5+ *** to that location. However, the location off N.W. Military Hwy in San Antonio has VERY rude and unfamiliar with how their job works. My husband and I BOTH have jobs that constantly revolves around the public and we have been treated the worst by this location. Him being a policeman and always looking out for the well being of others, I hope there never comes a time where starbucks on N.W.Military needs assistance from someone.

Starbucks seem to have very poor quality control with some of their mixed drinks, particularly their Frappes. I get Mocha Frappes often and they vary radically in flavor, balance and intensity, even from the same store. I'm starting to boycott stores that just can't get it right often enough. Starbucks drinks are quite pricey to begin with, and customers deserve good value for their dollar. Many Mocha Frappes are watery with not a lot of flavor, which is what we are paying for (not water). I've had a few outstanding Frappes with great flavor punch, lots of chocolate, etc., but not often. They can be made. But generally they are mediocre and insipid, or worse. I've read some comments by baristas and it's understandable that they get squeezed in the middle and have little incentive to do a better that "good enough" job. Still, Starbucks used to be a premium, almost boutique store, not the production oriented, name-branded corporation bent on being the next "Best Buy". Unfortuneately, no other store has stepped up in my area to offer a better Frappe or equivilent, which shouldn't be all that hard (I'm thinking BR or DQ could do better). With all the money that Starbucks makes, you would think that they could start some real quality control watchdog groups, with a focus on execution. I've received several "cookie cutter" explanations about recipes and how this "guarantees" a perfectly mixed drink, but my palate knows better. After reading some previous comments, I do agree with the "do it yourself" priciple. It's just too bad that Starbucks struggles so much in this area (clearly not in marketing or publishing). But my view is for a fast service store is that Taco Bell is more consistent. If Starbucks can base their growth on tools such as Facebook and Twitter, and promotional stunts, rather than deliver high quality to their customers, they will succeed.

Dear Starbucks; I wanted to share with you the horrible experience about my drink being thrust through the serving window at the Starbucks in Mesa, the Baseline and Guadalupe store on Saturday. I drove through the drive-thru, I ordered my usual drink, Trenta Passion Tea-Lemonade. I also ordered a Bistro Protein Box to go along with it. I paid with my Gold card and started down the street. I took a drink and immediately was disappointed. I am in a hurry to get to where I needed to be and now I have to go back because my drink was made wrong. My drink was not what I ordered; I got a Trenta passion Tea instead passion Tea-Lemonade. I drove back to the Starbuck, got back in line and asked them to make my drink again and told them the label was right but the drink was not. When I got to the window, AGAIN was not what I ordered; they made a Venti when I ordered a Trenta. For the THIRD time they are making my drink. The young girl (Jamie) thrust my drink out the window and said HERE! How appalling! I was dumbfounded in fact, just down right SHOCKED! They are mad because they have made my drink THREE times, please tell my how that is my fault and why I deserve to have my drink thrown at me? I have never in my life been treated so poorly with such rudeness. It was totally uncalled for and level of professionalism by all the crewmembers was despicable, they were laughing and cutting up on how they can’t get the drink right while all the time I am waiting to get to my destination. I am sure it would not take long on your part to see that I am a repeat customer, I don’t know how many of these yummy drinks I have ordered through the years but you can bet the number is up there. Though it will pain me to go to another location because it was long awaited to have a drive-thru in this part of town but due to fear of how my drink will be made, I will boycott this location. I greatly appreciate your time; I do hope this letter will generate action toward improving customer service and better training in drink preparation. Sincerely, Jeanie

I will never visit another Starbucks again. A week and a half ago I was in Starbucks as a paying customer, sitting with my laptop abd listening to videos via my headset in my ears. These two people approached me (didn't even notice them) and I guess they asked me if I was using the empty small table next to me. I didn't even hear or notice them. All the sudden I hear loud cussing which ended up being the old ass dude two tables down from me cussing at me bc i didn't respond to these two people. Um first even if I did hear them it is my right to not reply to strangers if I don't want to. Who the fuck dies he think he is starting cussing at someone who never so much as looked at him before? I brought this to the attention of three employees. I was verbally assaulted and one woman actually had the nerve to tell ME to change tables. If I was a woman having just been cussed out by a man for ANY reason or lack of they would kick that guy out so fast. Starbucks is clearly a sexist company against men, and allows paying customers to be verbally assaulted.

Apparently it is perfectly ok to give away free coffee to soldiers aka other peoples husbands at the Starbucks in Fayetteville N.C. She can have my husband, he pretty much sucks, but I would like the free coffee. I don't know her name , but she has a huge backside.

i cannot believe the customer service i get everytime i go to your stores. the people are so rude i have stopped going

We have a great location in gig harbor with an existing drive thru... Not sure how to get in touch with corporate and who to call... any idea's? don't think you guys offer franchises... so if you would like to see this property... look it up on loopnet.com under gig harbor ... 4120 harborview gig harbor

Worst service yet. I go out of my way to go to Starbucks around me(only in target stores)... never again. They refused me service because the barista didn't want to make more tea... 4 hrs before closing ... got an attitude adamantly said they "would lose money on it and it was her choice". Well now you can lose this paying customer ...

I used to drink Starbucks all the time until I found out that upon request from marines in Iraq Starbucks stated they do not support our troops and would not send them some coffee. I don't like the war either but those men didn't ask for this. I along with MANY others will never drink their coffee again. I have family there.

The Starbucks on Hoyt Road in NE Tacoma, WA made me livid yesterday! I have been disappointed with Starbucks overall for the past couple of years anyway due to the decline in customer service skills but yesterday was the topper! I choose this location because it's close to home and on my way out for errands in the morning, I stop by and the drive thru line is so long. No big deal, I will come by on my way back. Later coming home, I stop back by and it's CLOSED! Ugh... Ok ok. I would go inside except that my almost 12 month old is sound asleep and I wasn't ready to wake him up. Having worked for Starbucks before I knew it was possible they would just let me place an order over the phone and bein it out front. Oh no.... I call, zack the shift supervisor answers. Me" I have a huge favor, can I order and have you bring it to me in the front seeing as thoug your drive thru is closed"? Zack- uh no! ...that was it for a few seconds. That made me immediately angry. I flew off the handle( embarrassed I should say) but he just hit a nerve! I called back and made sure to get his name and he continued to try and talk above me interrupting and saying they are just too busy in the lobby. Ok, I get it. But eh couldn't you have just nicely said, " I'm sorry but due to being so busy in the lobby we can't at this time. He has once again shown me that Washington is full of some of the rudest people I have ever met. I have no desire to visit another Starbucks in my or my family's future. Good job Zack!

I have been a fan and a Starbucks customer for many years. I want to rave about the Starbucks store located by Top Foods on the west side of Olympia. The barrista's are wonderful and Callie, the manager will go out of her way to make sure the customer comes first. This store has a loyal following and I always feel welcome and valued when I walk in. I have been to other Starbucks stores, but there is something about the rapport that this staff has with the customers, that is very special. Kudos to you for your excellent service!

Customer service at Starbucks is good. They could be a better if they could find a way to reward their customers for the "free drink" without mailing the postcards through the us postal service. They should e-mail the "free drink" reward card or have it loaded onto our gold cards. Approximately 20% of my husband's postcards never arrive (I now keep track of them for this reason). Shame on the u.s. postal employee(s) stealing these cards!

Note: Was checked on snopes and Google - it is True. http://www.snopes.com/rumors/starbucks.asp Recently Marines in Iraq wrote to Starbucks because They Wanted to let them know how much they liked their coffees And to request that they send some of it to the troops There. Starbucks Replied, telling the Marines thank you for Their support Of their business, but that Starbucks does Not support the war, nor anyone in it, And that they would Not Send The troops their brand of coffee. So as not to offend Starbucks, maybe we should not Support them by buying any Of their products! I feel we Should get this out in the Open. I know this war might Not be very popular With some folks, but that Doesn't mean we don't support The boys on the ground Fighting street-to-street and House-to-house. If you feel the same as I do then pass This along, or you Can discard it and no one will Ever know. Thanks very much for your support. I Know you'll all be There again when I deploy once More. Semper Fidelis. Sgt. Howard C. Wright 1st Force Recon Co 1st Plt PLT Also, don't forget that when the Twin Trade Towers were hit the fire fighters and rescue workers went to Starbucks because it was close by for water for the survivors and workers. Â Â And Starbucks Charged them!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST A NOTE TO THIS; STARBUCKS HAD STORES ON SEVERAL MILITARY BASES IN THE UNITED STATES. THEY ARE NOW BEING REMOVED BECAUSE OF THIS.

Love your chocolate banana smoothie. Had a chicken something too and it was delicious. Appreciate that you serve good food in a pleasant environment.

My husband and I visit Starbucks in Hermitage, TN a minimum of 5 days a week, and most of the time we are there 7 days a week. The coffee we use at home is Starbucks and we also buy Starbucks K-cups so you can tell we are pretty brand loyal. On our visit tonight we visited the Starbucks at 5008 Old Hickory Blvd., Hermitage, TN and asked for two green stoppers for our coffee. The guy at the window said please save these and reuse them - they actually cost us alot of money. Really?????? We tolerate the fact both of our Starbucks are often out of the wraps for the cups and have to double the coffee cups so we can handle it; we even tolerate the fact we have to wait for coffee because they ran out (ran out of coffee and what do they sell?); and even tolerate the fact they either overfill or underfill the cups which have very poor lids and still end up leaking everywhere. But to be told to "save the green stoppers and reuse them because they are costing Starbucks alot of money" really pushed us to the limit. We were absolutely shocked and dismayed at such a suggestion not to mention extremely disappointed that anyone would even dare to suggest such a thing. What on earth is Starbucks coming to? Such a sad end to one of our favorite drinking holes.

went to a starbucks in el centro ca.an employee with headsets on was so loud and abrasive that she overwhelmed the ambiance of the whole store.she was litteraly yelling every word out of her mouthy.this made other people have to talk very loudly to be heard, and then somme young children picked up on the energy and starting to yell and scream and yell around . it was a caucophony of noise.

I am not happy with the Starbucks in Palm Springs, Ca. they have no ambiance in their stores and they charge way more than the others stores, and close all their stores way too early at night?? Many people who visit this city have made the same complaint? They do not have the customer serves skills of the Starbuks of other cities. And they are liars they promise on the internet that they will give you their coffee grounds will that is a lie. The Starbuks store on Sunrise, said that they never do this, but said that they would give me some the next day. On the next day I called to confirm 10 times and they never answered their phone? When I arrived at the Sunrise Store in Palm Springs, they knew nothing of it and said that they were just too busy to answer the phone, with only 3 customers? They were too busy to answer the phone? However I found that the only store that has the great customer service here is the Starbuks inside of the Albertson stores. But they close at 6:00 PM at night too?
