If I could give no stars I would. I have been with sprint for a long time and have three lines with them, I call to ask a question about my contract and couldn't get an answer. Asked for a Supervisor they put one on tried to be nice a gentle put me on hold while he said that he was checking my account and never can back to the phone. Went into the spriint store and spoke to a mgr. and same thing as he said he was going to speak with his mgr. no calls nothing went back to the store to pay a bill, saw the same mgr and then prompted his boss to call gave him the info no response back. I am not finsihed yet. I will get this resolve and get some gratification yet. So if this is what it takes, to get this situation resolved I will go to the top. Hire people who can do the job. Some say they are too old well them "too Old people" who gives a damn about others and the that may be beneathe them or put them in management would be more respectful and get the job done correctly. I am don finished with sprint yet.

I have been a loyal Sprint customer for almost 12 years. I've suffered through one annoyance after another because it is my understanding that each cellphone provider comes with its share of annoyances; however, Sprint is starting to tilt the scale with it's continuous service outages, minimal plan options, lack of flexibility in the plans that are offered, and poor customer service. I have had service outages 3 weekends over the past month. I have had to use Sprint's online chat customer service due to not having cellphone usage to make complaints, and although Sprint has offered gestures of small credits to my phone bill (and by small I mean a $10 credit to a $100+ monthly phone bill), none of the solutions that Sprint has offered make up for the loss of money and business I incur by not having reliable phone usage when I need it. Sprint has literally cost me HUNDREDS of dollars over the past month because I have not had reliable phone service for which to do business. This is completely unacceptable. What is even more sad is, that I tried to ask them to release me from my service contract since their services has been so unreliable so that I may seek reliable service elsewhere, and they claim that service outages are not reason enough to be released from the service agreement. This is ridiculous. The contract basically states that I receive service, and they receive my business. If they can't reliably provide me with service... this in my opinion breaks the service agreement. I'm sure my attorney will agree.

I, along with many of you have been a loyal Nextel/Sprint customer for a lot of years. When my old I580 phone finally failed, I purchased a HTC EVO 4G. Nice phone, except the signal at my house is poor at best, for a seven block radius. I have been calling and presenting my problems with dropped calls and the poor quality ever since the purchase. I have spoken with a few good people, but for the most part, they suck. No one documents anything or they do not review any of the limited documentation prior to asking what is wrong. The efforts some have put forth have been appreciated greatly. Collectively the most horrible customer service I have had the displeasure to experience. I have had the phone checked, updated, rechecked, etc. Sprint, there is not a damn thing wrong with my phone. Why do I have to take it to the store AGAIN before you idiots will open a service ticket? Why, you are inept, clueless, liars. My phone signal is so bad it continually bounces to the Verizon network. You would think you would rather not spend additional monies to a competitor! Can you hear me now?

The slow sprint network and coverage sucks. Most of tge people postibg here are stuck in a contract with a company that doesnt care about customer service.....period

Actually I would give Sprint so many negative stars if possible. Three months ago Sprint made an error which has resulted in ridiculous billing errors ever since, 900 on my first bill, 600 on my second. I have contacted every possible department (26 phone calls, 3 visits to the Sprint store, and uncounted e-mails) and generally spend approximately two hours on the phone each time. I have been placed on hold repeatedly for over 20 minutes. I have been lied to, treated rudely, and apologized to, but have been unable to remedy a problem that so obviously was caused by Sprint. Since I have been a customer for over 10 years my account is set up for auto pay. Although I called multiple times and was assured the billing error had been corrected, yesterday they took 620 dollars, out of my checking account, 400 more than I owed, causing me to incur 175 dollars in overdraft fees. And the only way they could correct the problem was to give me a credit on my Sprint account. I don't need their damn credit, I need my money. They claim they are not liable for the overdraft fees. How are they NOT liable for the overdraft fees? If you are considering Sprint I suggest you move on I have spent the last three months in hell and I'll be on the phone again tomorrow morning. If anyone knows how to take on Sprint in a lawsuit for fraud please let me know.

in february after months of tears and time on the phone with sprint about my coverage, they informed me that they would have to let me out of my contract because there was no coverage in my area (after over five years!!!!!!!!). they told me to turn in my devices, which i thought was unfair but in order to get out of the termination fees, i said ok. i mailed the phones back in the ups envelope they provided. after a month or so, i recvd a bill for 800 dollars which included term fees for not turning in the phones. keep in mind the phones had been mailed weeks ahead of this. after several phone calls, they were able to locate them in their warehouse. well, two collection agency letters and numerous phone calls later, my account has never been adjusted and as of today, one of the phones is missing. they are now saying that i never turned one of the phones in but they show that there is no activity on the phone. (go figure) here i am crying again, credit suffering, because of sprints mistakes in handling my account. WHERE IS THE FREAKING JUSTICE!!! STUCK IN LOUISIANA. BUT I AM GOING TO FIGHT THIS UNTIL THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 8 Phones with sprint and the customer service as well as Techinal Support is extremely rude. I have 2 HTC Evo 3D phones and have had NOTHING but Problems with the devises. I call and call all they want to do is Trouble shoot and do factory Resets on the 2 devices. I called HTC and they want us to mail the phone to them and they will trouble shoot and fix the problem and send it back to us. So in other words they dont want to do there job and back up there warrenty process. I will not recommend anyone to sprint. I will be so happy when this contract is up so i can go back to verizon.

Sprint is a rip off hidin terms I never had a problem with Sprint until it was time for my contract to end and was surprised to find out I really had a extra year left with the 2 YEAR I signed.I'll be going back to METRO PCS!

I have been with out service for 2 months. I have called everyone in customer service, but have been told it was the phone, the exchanged the phone, then it was because ot construction going on around the city. Then, I finally emailed for help and was told that I would contacted by Mr. Ross. Mr. Derek Ross. he of course calls the phone that does not work. after straightening that and being told I was getting someting called an Aries that would help my phone work...( never recieved it. It was another lie. Finally when Sprint sent me a bill for service I dod not recieve which was a breach in contact by them. I get a hold of Mr. Ross who scaristically and aggressively tells me that he can not predict the future but he could offer me a 1 time only credit. MEANING THAT IF I STILL HAD NO SERVICE AND RECIEVED A BILL I GUESS I WOULD HAVE TO PAY IT...NO WAY . Then in a most unprofessionL way I am TOLD take this one time only deal or leave Sprint. So I am now no longer a Sprint customer. I had been with sprint for years. I was the most loyal customer there was. Thank you MR. Derek Ross, for you rudeness, your scarcism, and unprofessionalism. THank you Sprint for disregarding me as if you could really care one way or another. Thank you for kicking me to the curb like yesterdays trash. NIce thing for Sprint to epecially to a handicapped person. THank you Sprint.

Why is it we the customers are continuing the headaches with sprint,and leavi.g corprate of of our problems,and corprate does nothing to change the company,ive recieved defected phones 3 times..an have spenr hours o. The phone,while sprint is trained to lie,a. Play games with customers,...its should be illegal all the hoops they put us threw..iam im process of speaking with national news to do a huge story on this phone company.ive even contacted frontline,there is stealing big time going o on in tis corpration,..There is a new law in affect in june,they can sale used,stolen,lost phones, .i see sprint gettung in big trouble real soo.They keep saying I owe an odd amount $46 ,an ive paid in all every month,..they had 5 different reasons, ..they are theives...an sale broje used phones as brand new,..the sd card prooves it,..when u see other cintacts on a new phone,..it should be empty if its new,!!!!..Abc,nbc,cbs,are very interested in this story,as I speak,they are reviewing this website,an all the bbbcomplaints....SO LOOK FOR IT ON YR LOCAL CHANNELS,....STAND UP&DONT GIVE UP...THEY ARE ONLY PUTTING PEOPLE THROUGH HOOPS SO YOU WILL NOT CALL & JUST PAY...IVE SPOKE WITH AN EMPLOYEE FROM SPRINT WHO HAVE ALL THE INSIDE TRASH THEY DO TO PEOPLE,AN SO HAS THE NEWS...

WE HAVE BEEN WITH SPRINT FOR OVER 8 YEARS. WE A NEVER LATE WITH OUR PAYMENTS....EVER. HOWEVER MY LATEST EXPERIENCE WITH SPIRNT MAKES ME REGRET BEING AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER, BECAUSE WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM SPRINT DOESN'T GIVE AN DAMN ABOUT YOU. MY HUSBAND TOOK MY PHONE IN (THE 3RD USLESS PHONE) TO HAVE IT REPAIRED AND A TECH BY THE NAME OF MARCIE GAVE IT BACK TO HIM AND SHE TOLD HIM SOMEONE WOULD BE SENDING ME ANOTHER PHONE THROUGH THE MAIL.....WHAT A LIE THIS WAS AND HE LEFT THE STORE WITH MY BROKEN PHONE IN HAND. FOUR DAYS LATER I STILL HAVE NO PHONE THAT WORKS AND SPRINT BASICALLY TOLD US TO TAKE OUR ACCOUNT AND GO.

0000000 - not even a 1. During a time of need (father passed) we needed help, and had been loyal customers for over 10 years. Out of the 8 people we have spoke to, only 2 of them even had the commen sense to acknowledge the loss we went through. The answers we got is that there is no exception to company policy, and they will not be able to do anything for us, we are stuck - we have no service on any of the 5 lines we have at home, they will not let us get a phone that works when we forked out a premium price for a phone that does not work. So basically we pay a premium price for POOR service. I was loyal for over 10 years and paid over 30,000 to sprint in these years, and now I am told TOO BAD your contract is not up yet and your stuck with phones that do not work.

It should be no stars for customer service and tech support. I have been unable to maintain connection to the internet with either my HTC phone or my air card. For two months I have been calling and have made 5 trips to sprint stores. I cannot even count the number of "tickets" opened and closed without anything being done to correct the problem. I live in orange county, CA and it is the heart of Sprint 4g but there is no 4g access. I have had it. No wonder sprint is losing customers by the boat load. I have never been so rudely treated or lied to in my life. Sick of sprint and they are going to loose a 20+ year customer.

I have had so many problems with Sprint and I have been a customer for 15 years with 2 cell phones in my name for at least 10 of those years. Look through my account and you will see all of the RED flags. One problem after another and I am tired of it so in July when my plan is up I am finally leaving Sprint and going to A T & T to hopefully get better serivice than what I have received over the years from Sprint. I am on my 3rd or 4th Sprint Epic 4G phone (never paid a deductible because it has never been my fault) I understand phones can have problems but for a phone this expensive it shouldn't be happening over and over and my main problem is your employees that dont know what they are talking about. The customer service reps dont know what they are talking about 1/2 of the time, they drop calls, give out wrong info, etc.. I am a very unhappy customer :(

Ive been a sprint customer for 10 years now. Never had a problem until 2 months ago. I have three iphone 4s that worked great until March. Now I am constantly roaming, get 1 signal bar, my 3g data doesnt work and I drop calls constantly. Ive called customer service several times and get a lame excuse each time. After having no service for a week I canceled my lines and switched to verizon. The day after I canceled, i contacted sprint via email and they told me that the tower in my area was down. They knew there was an issue and did not tell me until I had already paid the $600 to cancel. Now they refuse to give me a refund. I have contacted the BBB. This is a crappy service provider. Steer clear of spring.

Opened account for internet and was advised that if I returned the card with in 3 days I would receive a full refund including any usage fees. I returned the next day because it did not cover where needed. I have called 4 times and suddenly been disconnected or left on hold for 15 minuntes. I have not received my refund (been over a month). I should not have had to go through 2 hours on the phone. First and second person gave me 2 different answers, third person put me on hold for over 15 minutes and fourth coroborated the 1 persons answer. I AM SPREADING THE WORD ABOUT THE SERVICE AT SPRINT TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!! THE INTERNET IS WONDERFUL FOR THAT.

Been with sprint for over 15yrs. with very few issues - have always talked good about the company and all of our extended family has sprint. Lost my phone recently and asked if i could upgrade my phone early without 95.00 fee. they advised i was lucky to even get that so i should be happy ... well I am not. after examining our bill closer we discovered that we have not been getting the correct employer disount on your phones lines. --- We moved from TX to NE about 6 years ago and upgraded phones many times since then. When we moved we became elegible for an employer discount of 25%. Everytime we upgraded we made them aware of our discount thru our employer and the %. Everytime we were they knew exactly what we were talking about and told us it would be taken care of. 6 yrs later we have yet to get this 25% discount instead they have decided to leave the old 15% discount thru the state of TX on the account. Left a message for a manager and 4 days later i have heard nothing. spoke to many customer service reps none of them having any power to do anything and 1 just needs to be FIRED. we have been told that they can only backdate the discount 3 months. NOT ACCEPTABLE. as we see it they owe us closer to 1000.00 for the last 5years. I even advised that if they do not want to credit the account then they need to upgrade our phones FREE, NO Cancellation fee and no new contract. but of course i am on my second week of waiting for a call back. Very Dissappointed!!!!
