My wife worked for sonic in Tulsa @ 31 &129th as of yesterday she was fired for not ringing up food that she made herself after the store was closed, the owner witch is married to a guy that runs the sonic at 61 & Garnett need to be fired for smoking and buying weed from other employees

I want those of you who have had a bad experience with sonic to know how sorry I am that the sonic you went to didn't handle things currectly. I know many times its hard to hear on the speaker and sometimes orders are messed up. In my opinion its a common thing at many restaurants. At our sonic we really do try to make things right and those with poor attitude are reprimanded for their behavior. The store is kept clean and food is made fresh there isn't much of anything we prep ahead. Sometimes our orders go out later than we'd like but not because it sat but because we make things fresh. We are one of the smaller stores so we have less employees (20-25 in the entire store employee list. We did have a bad reputation at one point but are under new management within the last 3 years and are working hard and getting good help in to be sure to provide the best service possible.

I just went through drive through and am so disgusted with the service as well as the food. This is in Tucson AZ and I will not be going back... As a matter of fact I used to work at sonic, and know what corporate wants from it'srestaurants, and they would be horrified to see how this particular one is being run. I will be taking further action. To all you owners of a sonic restaurant, pay attention to the people you have managing your stores! Doesn't anybody realize that these people who work in your store reflect on you? A well as the money you hope to be making?

Tonight, I arrived at sonic before it supposed closed (which by the way there are no business hours posted). There were two attendants sitting at the prep area on their phones, and refused to look up at the vehicle sitting right across from the drive thru window, we stayed the for about 5 minutes until the girl finally told us they were close. She even looked over and saw us as we pulled in but instead of even acknowledging us then she sat there and waited till around 1230, when she just mouthed threw the glass that it was closed. I cannot believe that this is how you run your establishment, so when I see your employees acting like there are no customers waiting and willing to pay for the services I am appalled. I will not be returning to sonic anymore. 09/02/12

Your locatation on. Sw 59th and may okc,ok has a bad fleet of night time employees. In many occasions I have incountered horrible service. The workers even the manager have use cuss words in front of me talking bad about customers saying they were going to go woop one of them. And I also heard one of them cusing at their own co workers. I have complained to management there. I have avoid going there at night because of the bad service. I went today and I seen the same women there and the lady for got to give me my straws I waited untill I could get there attention and the same lady qho I heard cussing before opened the window and said WHAT!!! UGHHHH IM SO TIRED OF THEM. IM NEVER RUDE AND DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE. The day time shift is aqesome. Always. Its like at night they hired the HOOD!!!!

The sonic at hull st and chital drive in chesterfield va awful service and the tomatoes JalapeƱos where place on the top outside of the bread. Seriously !!! I have to beg my wife and kids to go to sonic. But now. I will just join them and no longer spend my hard earn money. With poor service or food!! Sorry for the bad review. Because I truely did like eating at sonic. And now I will have to stop. FYI this has happen copies amount of times

Went Friday night after 8:00pm. Cold ff, no ice in drink, no ketchup after asking 3 times, wrong size drinks, ordered un sweet tea, received sweet, and shake was full price. We will not be going back! We love other area sonics but chickasha is beyond terrible!!

I live in nevada missouri and in the past two weeks ive noticed a older man in street clothes with a lip full of chew continuously spiting into a cup. This is not only unprofessional but disgusting.

I love sonic but am a little disappointed when they discontinued your great salads and the grilled chicken wraps!

I have been working at sonic for a year, being manipulated, treated poorly, and have put up with enough. I have worked 10 hour shifts about five times now with absolutley no break, and when asked to leave or take a break, I am told no. Keep in mind that I am a minor. Also, I am a carhop and whenever someone calls out of work in kitchen, they tell me to go into kitchen (Which is not my position). Another thing that this store use to do was have people clock out after store hours and then to proceed by helping clean floors. This has gotten to be rediculous and its time something is done. Im coming from the Sonic Drive In that is located in San Clemente California. Today I was told to go into the kitchen because one of there new employees never showed, I told the manager that I am not going to do that and that I am going to work my position today (I only have a week left at sonic until I move) I was told by the assistant manager that If I dont take my Fucking skates off and get into the kitchen that he will take them off for me and throw me into the kitchen. I simply told him, thats fine, ill take my skates off but that I am leaving for the night. He then tells me to get the fuck out of his store (in front of customers on patio!) when I simply stood up for myself by saying "Fuck you!" (Yes, I stood up for myself.) when he comes out of the store screming "WHAT!" Getting in my face saying say that one more time you fucking pussy and that's when a customer stepped in and through him aside. What do i do about this? Please help! I have been hired on at Sonic in Huntsville AL for 2 weeks and have only worked 2 days. Out of three managers on staff no one can tell me when or even if I work again. I am so pissed I won't ever eat there or work there again. The 8 lousey hours that I did get to work is going to pay for a pair of shoes for crews that I will never wear again. Sonic blows.

Sign out from of sonic on west 6th in Stillwater says drinks and slushes .99. Below that there is another sign that says open - 10AM. I ordered a cherry and was told over $2.00. I thought and buzzed them back and said wasn't that supposed to be .99. The manager came over to the mike and said no. The sign says that is only until 10 in the morning. Well maybe she understood her sign but it could be taken 2 ways. I said that the sign was misleading. She obviously did not care what I thought or that there was more than one way to interpret sign. The least she could have done was to say I'm sorry you misunderstood what the sign said. If I had been in her capacity I would have done just that and offered a rt 44 drink for the price of the large that I pd for. Nothing was said. And the young lady who brought out the drink said nothing either. A little customer service goes a long way and the amount extra money sonic made on this was so small that proper management training and customer service training would have yielded a satisfied instead of one who felt they were taken advantage of.

Sonic has good food and drink selections however this time that i went I had a problem with paying for my order. I had two separate orders. my first order was for food and my second order was for limeaids and a peach tea . I paid for my first order with my debit card . I paid off my second order with my grammas debit card . at this point I've already paid for my order however the cashier told me that I needed to pay for my second order . it had been a long day and I was with a friend and I didn't second guess it , I mean why should I have to they're the ones that are supposed to keep up with that . well that's me for to pay for my second order and I gave them my debit card which I had already thought I gave them . so I gave them my debit card in there and it again but it did not go through because I only had 7 dollars and 96 cents on my card . so hence why I paid with my grammas debit card and not made it 1 order .so I ended up having to use cash to pay for that order well I was with a girl friend of mine and when I got my change back I only had 1 dollar and 20 cents . at this point I'm ready to leave so I pull off and I sat down to eat ,we leave and I get to take her home then I proceeded home . not realizing that the 10 dollars that I handed them and only got a dollar 20 back my order for the second was only 6 dollars and 96 cents ..... they charge me for the next person to order in line I understand people make mistakes however this really messed me up because I went and got gas with my debit card wish I was going to use the 10 4 so now my account is overdrafted because I only had 6 dollars and some change in a charge me for I went to put 5 dollars in gas thinking I had 5 dollars least 5 dollars on my card and sonic isn't gonna give me 32 dollars for my overdraft fee this is very upsetting in the sense that I don't have very much money as of right now so this messes me up for the rest of the week and next week when I get paid so because of this I know no longer want to eat at sonic due to the fact that they messed up and now I'm having to pay for it and it's sad because I really enjoyed the food and a strawberry limeaid and I'm sure that sonic probably does care somewhat but nothing is gonna come on this no 1 is going to say anything because they don't care this happens every day to random people and I'm just 1 person 1 person doesn't make a difference in this world but if it would of been a sonic employee I'm sure they would have more to say about it e

Richard Brannon: Sparta GA. I don't know how you found this Ross Waller guy but you need to keep him... he is very friendly and so is all of the waiters, the food is good and the place is always clean, I can't think of a better place to go in Milledgeville GA. .. this gets a 5 star.

i really like sonic but i really wish yuo hadnt took the kickin coney off the menu it was the best llimited time item there you all can have the chili cheese hotdog back we already have a chili cheese coney why do we need two so unoriginal but the KICKIN CoNEY has been dearly missed can we atleast have a chance at it again or get so many signatures and you bring it back for good ;) SIGNED sonic customer

Sonic in Brunswick, Ga. Management is rude. Acts like customers irritate him. Don't go there. Also, I complained to Sonic Corporation and they gave the guy I complained on my personal cell phone number so now he calls me and want to talk. What kind of Corporation is that?

The sonic, in Baxter springs Kansas does not know what they are about to get into. They let their adult personell scream, and yell at their under age employees, and they aren't in any type af management positions. My daughter is 17 and works for the Baxter Springs, Kansas sonic, and the next time they allow their staff to yell at my daughter, or tell her she is stupid, I am going up there, and KICKING some one's ass. Mack Freemon is the owner/operator, and Idon't like him to begin with, but if he keeps letting this shit happen, he will meet me face, to face, and he will not come out of it in good shape. Why don't corporate step in, and do something ? It's because you don't give a shit, and all you care about is a dollar. You all suck, and I will never order another thing from any sonic in the world, Neither will any of my family, or friends. I also intend on putting this on a public forum. If they dont stop, I will go up there, and it wont turn out good for the Baxter Springs Kansas store. I will publicly boycot that store, and I mean on the internet, publicly, and any other way I can think of. It is not the responsibility of anyone but managegent to repremand any employee, no matter what. You really need to interview your managers/owners better before you get such a bad name that you collapse. In short you all suck, and it wont be too long before some one in the Baxter Springs, Kansas store takes an ass whipping.

stopped in the one in Choctaw Oklahoma and the car hop Jennifer Pearson identified herself. gave her my credit card to scan she took 45 mins to bring it back. so sad yo have to inform you all but your car hop stole my numbers and ranked up my credit card by purchasing stuff online from adult websites and clothing stores in the amount if 5000.00 so are you all going to reimburse me since she has done this to every place she ever worked at.

i currently work at sonic drI've in in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. I've been working here for about two months next week, and the general manager of the store has been overhirring and hasn't been putting a few people on the schedule properly. one of those is a crew member and he's been there for quite some tI'me now and hasn't had the proper training, which in this case hasn't been trained for switchboard, and hasn't been properly trained for car hopping and has been car hopping and put on "tip wage". most of her carhops has been and are on 'tip wage" and lucky me is on it too. when her carhops are tip wage she puts them behind the counter and tells us we cant carhop for a week. i think this is ridiculous i mean how are we supposed to get off 'tip wage when we're behind the counter working crew?? i like working at sonic as a carhop and everything but the GM IS NOT doing a good job at her job. when shes working in the store with everyone she over schedules everyone and its extremely crowded in the store. when its over crowded she puts waayyy tooo many carhops on the schedule then later on she complains about it. and when she over schedules everyone and when there's too many frickin carhops that day, scans get stolen, many gets taken, and people come up very short. its happened to be once because of this one carhop who liked to stand in front of the scanner and would scan every one's card and not tells us about it then take out the orders that weren't hers. one night i came up short because- i know this for a fact- she took my scan card for about 10 minutes and then it reappeared after i reprinted one again. so this ticked me off. shes done it to other carhops before and shes not the only carhop whose been caught stealing, its her and another carhop who was caught straight up in her lies, and she still works there after being caught lying to everyone. recently the GM has hired 3 new people; one who is a manager and has been working for sonic for 3 years, one who worked there 9 years ago and doesn't remember switchboard and is being let carhop, and one who is extremely new at working-shes a teen- but her and the GM seem to know each other. the GM should've just stopped hiring when she hired the new manager. i know people who could have a job right now at sonic that were way ahead of these people. recently the GM has been making the schedule then texting or calling her employees that shes changed the schedule at the very last minute. she does this to me all the tI'me so i say yeah sure when i can go in at a different tI'me, but when she texts me about a different tI'me to come in at and I'm not feeling good i tell her " i cant I'll be coming in at my original tI'me you put me for." she even does it to me when i have my days off. it ticks me off pretty bad and I'm not one of those girls who have short temp or anger issues, I'm actually pretty sweet and extremely nice to people, I'm always smiling no matter what, i make everyone laugh and stuff... but my GM tells everyone that I'm "mean and that i roll my eyes at her" I'm not mean and I've never rolled my eyes at her once. i even try o make her smile and laugh it just doesn't seem to work on her! i love working at my sonic but i think it needs a NEW GENERAL MANAGER. My aunts have worked at the same store in the past and they had a way better general manager. She's been getting on everyones last nerve and i mean EVERYONE. i made this complaint because our GM isnt doing a good job at her job and doesnt know what shes doing. im also making this because shes over hiring and sending people home when they were at work first before all these other people.
