My experience at the Belleville, IL sonic was absolutely terrible. I ordered some food and they brought it out to me, I handed 'em my debit card, they said it was declined. I asked them if they could split the order, they said no. I said can you hold on a minute, I'm calling my mom to transfer some money to my debit card... they said ok, but then came back out and said they wanted the food back... i was literally like 30 seconds away from getting it transferred. they were very rude. i complained and they said over the phone they would send me a couple coupons for free meals. when i received my coupons... well coupon. it was a coupon for 1 free sandwich. they lied to me when they said they would send me a couple free meal coupons. a sandwich is not a meal. it's a sandwich. and they said a couple, not just one coupon. this is bogus... i plan on calling corporate again first thing monday.

The sonic in Moore oklahoma off of telephone rd was horrible. The bun was so dry like they toasted it hours before and the lettuce was a big chunk of the core that was not prepped correctly and the fries were horrible. I would say it was the worst experience I have had a sonic. The manager needs to reevaluate the cooks they have hired.

i go to sonic in hollister. Mo. The managment was selling drugs in the bathroor. Not happy

THE SONIC IN ODESSA, TX @ 2313 N. COUNTY RD. WEST DOES'NT LIKE WHITE PEOPLE. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE MY SON AND MYSELF AN APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT FOR MY SON. I'VE LIVED NEXT TO THIS SONIC FOR 7 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN A WHITE PERSON WORK THERE. UNLESS YOUR A MEXICAN, YOU WILL NOT GET A JOB THERE. I WOULD LIKE THE MANAGER FIRED, (HE IS RACIST!!!!) EVERY EMPLOYEE THERE WAS A MEXICAN.

I USE TO WORK AT SONIC IN OOLOGAH OKLAHOMA AND HAVE TO SAY THAT THEIR CLEANLINESS ETC IS SUPERB THEY REALLY TRY TO UP THE MARK IN GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE, THAT BEING SAID I WILL SAY THAT I CAN NO LONGER BRING MYSELF TO EAT SONIC FOOD DUE TO MANY OCCASIONS WITH BOTH MYSELF AND FRIENDS EXPERIENCES IN HOMINY OKLAHOMA. THERE HASBEEN A ROACH SUCKED THROUGH A STRAW OF A FAMIMLY MEMBERS DRINK, ONE FOUND IN A ABURGER AND IN ONE FRIENDS SMALL CHILDS FRIES EVEN A FRIED ROACH. MY FRIEND WORKED THERE AND SAID THAT WHILE CLEANING THE ICE CREAM MACHINES YOU HAD TO SWAT AT MANY TO CLEAN,THE OWNER IS RUDE AND ABUSIVE TO HIS EMPLOYEES. I AM NOT SURE HOW HE STILL OPERATES

I ate at Sonic often as a kid. I stopped a few years ago after my 3-year old was served an ocean water slushie filled with bleach in Quitman, TX. When I took it to the manager to report the machine had been improperly cleaned, I was told, "We don't clean our machines." Recently I decided because one Sonic is lousy, it doesn't mean they all are and I tried them again. This time I was at Independence Avenue in Kansas City, MO. My order was all wrong,(how do you mess up a burger ordered with ketchup and pickles ONLY???) the employees were rude and physically dirty, the drive-in itself was trashed and I watched someone pee behind the sonic sign while we waited for our food. I called the manager from the parking lot and he laughed and said, "What am I supposed to do about it?" My response was, "Nothing. McDonalds will do it for you." Wake up, Sonic. You can't replace quality with commercials and expect to stay afloat. Personally, I'd rather risk the "vanilla freezing mix", no matter how twisted, because I know the souvenir wont be hepatitis. I wish I could rate lower than one star!!!
