On Jan. 3, 2012 I went through your car wash and it riped the runner off of my car. I believe you should of gotten ahold of me by now and I should not have to chase you around to get you to do the right thing. The station is located on the corner of Lyon and Florida in Hemet California. Your employees took pictures and filed an incident report. What is the problem????

I went to pump gas in the city of Downey. I gave the cahsier $20 and when i went to pump he never put the $20 for my gas. I went to tell him and he acted like he didnt know me- not even with a receipt! He straight out stole $20 from me and God knows who else! So not cool!

I visited the 851 fm 1103, Cibolo Texas store, I only visit the car wash but it seems my last 3 visits at least two of the stalls are not accessible due to piles of mud from trucks and trailers. I worked around it but now the rinse cycle still puts out soap when you're trying to finish. I spoke to the manager, Tracy Martinez, who was in the stall shoveling mud trying to clean up and she let me use a different stall at no charge. This is the first time I get to a car wash where my vehicle ended up dirtier than when I got there. I am going to Facebook all my contacts to let them know not to do business here. According to the California Business and Professional Code, " every service station in this state located within 660 feet of an accessible right-of-way of an interstate or primary highway, as defined in Sections 5215 and 5220, shall provide, during business hours public restrooms for use by its customers." Last week, I stopped at the Shell station in Murietta California at the Los Alamos exit of Highway 215 l to get a drink and use the restroom. The attendant told me that they do not have a restroom and are not required to provide a rest room since they do not serve hot food. He then directed me to a restaurant across the street. This is a blatant violation of the code and needs to be corrected immediately.

I went in the shell station located at 8775 west flager st 33172 miami fl , Iasked the station cashier name ROSA at 1.30 pm 0n Dec 20 2011 if they honor -Winn Dixie card ,she repied no and I do not know of the near service station the honor the Winn Dixie card. I requested $5 dollars using my state farm credit card, she asked me in wich pump I was located I look true the window and I point my car to her but she was unable to do it because all the advertisment are blocking the view of the pumpsI told her pump No 6 she runned my card and gime the receipt ,I went to the pump No 6 and I can't get the gas going ,I went back inside the station and asked her about the problem ,she asked me - what pump I'm using I respond N0 6 ; she told me no sir you are in pump 10 , you told me that ,you told me 10 ,that is your problem nows

I received a letter today from city Bank telling me I now will have to pay a $35.00 membership fee to use a Shell Credit card which I always pay off monthly . I was also informed of a minimum $2.00 per month fee for interest and that each purchase would be charged an interest rate compounded daily. I will be stopping all purchases for me and my business Startting today and encouraging all my customers and friends to do the same. From now on I pay only cash to the cheapest stations and no longer consider Shell as my preferred place to do business. If you want to keep me as a customer you better rein in your credit provider for your cards especially since my taxes are already used to bail them out.

I go to the shell gas station every day to get a muffin and a coffee But then i decided to get some other items as well no complain. one Day I went in to buy an ice tea and i drank the whole thing. Within an Hour i threw up the ice tea i checked the bottle and it had expired four months Before I even knew. I went in and told the clerk to tell the manager. Sunnyvale/Femont Shell, Sunnyvale CA Gass nozzle malfunction. Gass all over me and the car. Tried to get owner/manager information. Indian clerk refused to give to me, and told me to come back in three days. When I did I was told to come later in the night. Still no owner manager. I had to contact the police for the clerk to show me the business license. The clerk then gave me phoney telephone numbers for the owner. I can't get info on a responsable. What would have happened if I had fallen down on all the spilled gasoline and broke a leg?

I am a regular Shell Oil customer because of its teaming with Giant to provide gasoline price discounts. When I rolled into the Shell on Franklin and Reisterstown Road today (Thanksgiving Day), I discovered 2.7 gallons too late that the manager had caused the most expensive gasoline to be pouring into my car, instead of the lowest octane gas, which I had selected - costing me 20 cents a gallon more than I had anticipated paying. I stopped pumping when I discovered this and then tried to use my discount on the lowest octane gas to complete the filling of my car. I could not do this at the pump, and the manager, who was an Arab, refused to rectify the problem. I told him, I would never fill at his station again. Interesting, there seems to be no easy way to contact headquarters to complain and get recompense.

My friend purchased gas at Shell on broadway off 39th st KC,MO. The clerk on the day shift who is old enough to be her dad started flirting with her everytime she visited the store during his working hrs, they exchanged numbers which lead to sex talks and sexual text messages during his work hours, he started pressuring her and he promised her money which she needed and said he would be her boyfriend if she would send him a picture of her vagina, he asked her several times to send a picture/ I found out that she sent him a picture of her that she took in the bathroom in a bikini. He also flirted with me and asked for my number too. I just went to the store to see who the clerk was. She is embrassed that she put her picture out there for everyone to see. My family and I stopped at the Shell Station at 119th and Strang-Line Road in Olathe, Kansas. My husband went into the station to purchase a can of chewing tobacco. The employee behind the counter was eating ans didn't bother to acknowledge the customers on the other side of the counter. When he finally did look up from his meal, he said "what the f--- do you want?". My husband and the other customers in line were appalled at this behavior. I would hope that you would have better customer service at your gas stations. I am writing this in hopes that this employee is reprimanded and given better instructions on how to speak to customers.

If I could give this a -0- stars I would. I and my friends are offended while watching NASCAR. Your Pennzoil commercial just makes me scream. You must think NASCAR people are stupid and uneducated. I was in the station at 4900 Peachtree Industrail Blvd. in Norcross, Ga. My grandson wanted a Feeezone. We put the glass under the machine.Cherry syurp sqirted out at us. All over my shirt, his shoes and the floor. NO SIGN ON THE MACHINE. I called for help and the man did not help us. I said we need paper towels and he said there is a bathroon over there and the machine is out of order.WELL. I went into the bathroon and no paper towels. I ask again for some paper towels and he then gave us some. I ask for the manager's #. I have call Cindy and John 4 times each and no respones. I would like to hear from someone.

Half the problem is that half the Muslims have the Shell stations now, or work their anyway. If it is a station owned by non Americans, I do not buy from them. Period.
