I recently had a car was for the first time at shell....Not thinking anything of it then before goin in the the car wash I saw a sign saying that the arent responsible for any damages the car wash might do not thinking...I still went in and got a car wash...Everything was fine till i got home looked at my front of my car and noticed some soap stains....I tride to rub them of and not then realizeing this is not a soap stains these are two big scratches on my car from the car wash!!!!!! So I spoke to the maneger today he could careless very rude so I called corporate and I pray they do somerthing because i just got this car a week ago its my first car im 21 and saved money for this car for years and just tryin to get a simlpe car wash by shell that i trusted just really disappointed me

I'd stopped using my Shell gas card. Used Citgo instead. I could not participate in the Arctic drilling that Shell has planned. Would rather cut that card in half. Pristine places and special places need honoring, not exploiting, and the Arctic is one. Praise be, if the Shell drilling and other companies' drilling will never happen.

i went to fill up.. when i took the pump out it would not shut off i got gas all over me. the attendant refused to acknowledge the situation. one cared i had gas on me. i have contacted complaints they keep changing my reference number. was denied a supervisor still trying to get a supervisor. the station manager blamed me.. i just keep getting my reference changed. the guy can't understand englidh and is to lazy to look up my info

I was charged twice for a purchase at Shell Gas Station. The Shell Corporate office along with the gas station refused to refund my money for the error they made by charging my debit card twice. I am no longer a Shell customer as I have been for the past 40 years.

We are devastated at the news of your exploratory rig in the Arctic being in trouble which you should have anticipated and not been in that location in the first place. No amount of profit will ever be worth your jeopardizing that region which is too important for you to risk just what has happened. How do you live with your criminal behavior? We will never again use Shell products of any kind. Don't you know the public is paying attention to what you do?

I have bought Shell Oil gas for years, but, with the many recent technical mistakes Shell has been making in the Arctic, and now another rig grounding in a sensitive environmental area that dear Alaskan friends of mine cherish and explore and in a ocean that my Alaskan family members commercially fish, I am no longer going to purchase your product until I see a bigger commitment towards environmental and employee safety. Please consider making a greater effort. I would be very grateful.

Hello I am a long term customer of this gas station and have been.impressed by the quality and service of this particular location. Due to recent event witnessed I will no longer be going due to the manager having relations with her employees outside the store during buisness hours this is a conflict of interest among the other employees and I was very dissatisfied with what I saw. I will never go there again

We have been a shell fleet customer for just about 2 years. We are a small company with 2 service vans and spent around 1,200.00 month in gasoline, and paid the balance in full every month we have been growing added a couple more vans to our company, credit limit was 2,000.00 and was not enough, asked it to be raised to 3,000.00 girl from shell checked the credit came back and says,you can have 5,000.00 limit, told her 3,000.00 is fine for now, than she comes back after a couple more minutes and says cannot raise the credit limit at all. Shell customer service repesentive are a joke. We are changeing company's and never getting gas from a shell station again.

I got gas at the Shell station in Parkville, MD on Thursday Nov 8. On Nov 9 my car would not start and I had to be towed to the dealership and was told that I received bad gas. $880 later, I cannot get anyone to talk to me concerning reimbursement for the repairs to my car.

Your gas station in Garden Grove California.. shell 12571 valley view Ca.92845 You drive in as you would any other station when you get to the pump you slide your Shell Card and the meter that reads $ 3.07..then read 3.12 for regular gas..... ok you look at the sign and it reads.....Cash 3.07 Other Credit cards 3.12, and also the Shell credit card...now if I use a Shell credit card and it is in the same category as any other Amx, Master, visa...well then I might as wel use an A/express and I presume the station would have to pay a fee to Am/xp say 1.7%..I Use the Shell card and there is no fee ?... so the station is collecting funds on the difference between the 3.07 and 3.12. Just received an photo of The President of the United States, hanging from a hope(lynched) at the Baymeadows Rd. Shell in Jacksonville, Fl. I think this is horrible! I am going to let everyone I know to Boycott your service stations until further notice.

At a Shell's gas station in Jacksonville, FL is a President Barack Obama doll hanging by a noose. This is a disgrace to ALL AMERICACNS!! We should be past the hate and ignorance of the past. I pray this is not a Shell Company owned business, but it still carries the Shell brand. This needs to be treated as a hate crime.

I certain;y don't appreciate the effy of The President with a noose around his neck at the Shell station located at 8866 Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, Florida. I hope the Secret Service comes in an arrest whomever approved of such hatred. I'msure they don't discriminate when other races come in and bu that high priced gas. I won't ever spend y hard earned monies and I'm spreading to word NOT to spend monies at any Shell business wherever they're located.

I am a faithful shell customer. I have bought my gasoline at Shell Stations for years. I am horrified by the photo of Pres. Obama with the hangman posted publicly at a Shell Station in Shreveport, LA. I refused to purchase another item from your corporation unless that derogatory advertisement is removed. I refuse to patronize a business that upholds such appalling material.

There is a statue of president Obama with a rope around his neck hanging from the ceiling of a shell gas station, this is very offensive to and disrespectful to all African americans, its sad to see that there are still europeans with this type of mentality in your orgazination, we wil not purchase any shell products ever again, I am spreding the word to every one.

Very disappointed with Shell Gasoline. I was a strong supporter especially since the support the PGA Tour. Several manicans were hanging on the Shell property. Wondering if the picture on Facebook of a simulated hanging of President Obama at a Shell Gas Station reported somewhere near Bay Meadow Road in Louisianna is for real or a hoax! Is this corporate approved?

A friend just texted me a pic of a shell station in Jacksonville, Fl on Bay Meadows that think it's acceptable to hang a mannequin resembling President Obama by a noose. I reside in Jacksonville and luckily for them I'm out of the state. Regardless of however u feel about job that the President's doning, this is racism up front and personal. Many black men, women and kids have lost their lives by racist idiots in this way. Is this really America at it's best?

Were you all aware if the distasteful hang dolls at one of your stations in Florida? I will never purchase gas or anything else from this brand.

WORST PLACE TO GET GAS EVER! Lady charged $30 to my bank card of gas i NEVER got!! Went in and told her showing her from the bank statments on my phone that i was charged. She told me to get a printed copy from my bank, so I did. When i came back to show her she said she still couldnt do anything about it????? This was also the Manager of the Hilliard Rome location. Biggest BS i have ever dealt with in my life From a very DISPLEASED costumer that will never be back at any shell gas station again
