I pulled into the Shell on FM2920 & hwy 249 in Tomball,Texas. Went in and put $10.00 dollars on my credit card,return to pump noticed hose was damaged pump was inopertive. On the meter recorded $1.60. Went back inside told clerk the pump was in-op, going to move to another pump. So i moved to next pump, well it didn't start. So i went back again to clerk that couldn't speak a word of english tried explain and ask to turn on pump. He wouldn't do it, Said i got a dollar and 60 cents i think that's what he said. He wouldn't come out so i could show him damaged pump, He wouldn't do it. So at this point i just want my money back on credit card. He give me a credit for $1.60. I tried to reason with him that i payed for $10.00. He started getting rude and mad. well i was ready to come aross the counter and beat this dude to a pulp. But i cooled and asked to call police. He was ranting about americans, well once again i was going to snatch him up and face plant him. their were other people in store watching and they were telling him to refund me and so. finally i was getting late for an appointment and just left. Next day check my credit card and was charge $10.00 plus $1.60.. and never got a drop of gas!!

THIEVES, THEIVES, THEIVES!!! I was driving along Pioneer Blvd in Artesia, California and noticed a Shell Station (17325 Pioneer Blvd.) which had an advertised "For Sale" sign on a Volvo car. I parked my car, took my keys and wallet (I was going to buy a soda so that is why I took wallet too) and cell phone out of the car. I placed my keys and wallet on top of the For Sale car and proceeded to take pictures. I asked for the car's VIN No., and the mechanic went to get same. When he came back, he asked me if I had taken pictures of the inside of the car. I said no and proceeded to take pictures.... Well, guess what, in my excitement while looking at car, I forgot that I had left my wallet on top of the car! I left Shell and discovered less than 3 blocks away that I did not have my wallet. I returned to Shell, the mechanic denied seeing my wallet, asked if I had proof that it was taken there... Well, I did have proof... the pictures I had taken showed my wallet on top of the car.... These people are thieves... they stole my passport, I.D., credit card, and a large some of cash. DO NOT TRUST THEM..... I submitted a police report... but, that does not help when you are unemployed and rent is due and someone steals your money. Oh, the next day this Shell denied that the mechanic even worked there; my second call I was told he was off for the day. DO NOT TRUST THIS STATION, THEY ARE THIEVES.

THIEVES - NICK SHELL STATION located at 17325 Pioneer in Artesia, California. Their mechanic stole my wallet.... I have a picture showing that I placed my wallet on top of a "For Sale" car at their station, and while taking pictures and cunningly being distracted, their mechanic stole my wallet. I noticed my wallet was missing less than blocks after leaving the location, only to be told I do not have proof. Well, I do have proof. I have the picture with my wallet on top of car and mechanic walking to my car. They are thieves.. they stole my wallet, I.D. and cash that I was saving to try to purchase a car. I had a large sum on me because I was planning on meeting a seller that day, but the advertised For Sale car in the Shell lot prompted me to stop. I took my wallet out intending to buy a soda and thought it was "safe" on top of the For Sale car (with my keys). I was cunningly distracted and when I left I took only my keys because that was the only object on top of the car, not realizing that my wallet had been stolen. The following day, the Shell supervisor denied that the mechanic worked there and then I was told he was off for the day. Shell station Arena liquor located 3101 S.Providence Rd. Columbia, MO 65203. This is not what I accept from shell. The customer service is just horrible. Shell really needs to look into this establishment. I just wanted gas and they gave me the run around. I got cursed at by the employee that works there. I asked to speak to the owner and was told to leave. This is just horrible. This station is not clean and has roaches inside as I stumbled across when I entered in. Please pay a visit and do a check. I went to a Shell Gas Station in Wilton Manors, FL to purchase a car wash. I went to the gas station attendant and paid $5.99 for the car wash. The negligence and damage was when the car wash attendant improperly disembled my antenna from its base. He unscrewed this in his twisting a cover and causing a piece to break. I am unable to unscrew the antenna and would need to use some tool to replace this part. I was not a valued customer and told to drive through his car wash because he says his car wash does not break off antennas. I went through and he sent me home to handle the damage. I called later to speak with the manager and the telephone number 954-563-0773 is ringing always a fax machine.

i recently visited a shell on I 75 exit 16 valdosta ga. i was having trouble with the card reader and I hit the call button.It was starting to rain and no one answered or came out to assist me.So I went inside to inquire about what was wrong.There was an older lady and one with a lot of tattoos(kind of scarey looking ) at the counter.The tattooed one was busy with customers and so I went to the older one.She was rude and had a voice that was gravely and told I needed to try my card again.She explained how I was not doing it right and she would reset the pump and for me to try again. I went out and put my card in and still having problems so I hit the call button again still no one answered or came out,so I went back in a second time,again I got the same clerk who by this time was even more rude than the first time.She loudly said in a rude manner I don't know what to tell you I asked her to come out and see but she stated she was to busy at the moment but she could reset the pump again.I said well excuse me but that isn't working and she said well if you have a problem then get my gas somewhere else . I had been in that store before and had some problems with the bathrooms,they were gross 1 urinal didn't work the other was yellow and both toilet were full of well you know.There was no paper towel and no soap either ,they were kind of busy so i just told them as I was leaving. But this time it was in the morning and there were just 2 people in the store, so I do not know why she said she was to busy.I had stayed at the hotel next door and was trying to get gas to get home on that morning.I ended up going to another station and did not get gas there. I and family used to always stop there and it was always a nice place to go but this last few months when I travel north for work or any or the people from where I work travel north we stop somewhere That place just lost about 1500.00 a month from us, We WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN !!!!! thanks for nothing james dixion PS You need to look into that place,unless you want to loose buisness

I just think its stupid how this company gets its ethanol gas from brazil sugar cane when you can also make it out of corn and guess what the united states makes the most corn in the world which could help make more jobs here which could help our country out...look out for the people you came from and that made you so great and also started you off Justin Brooks Castle Rock, CO

Why am I treated like a foreigner in my own city? I went to get gas this mofning and this Indian or Palestinian or Egyptian or some Guy from a different country would not give me the phone number to the corporate office and told me leave his store after he screwed me out of my money and made me look like it was my fault and not once was I impolite to him and he thinks its over! HAH! NOT BY A LONGSHOT!

My story is exceptional. In mid February 2012, I had taken my 2004 KIA Sedona Van to the KIA dealership in northern Virginia to have the oil changed. A few hours later when I drove my van to meet my friends for dinner my engine light came on. Of course I took the van back to KIA to see why my engine light came on and they told me that it needed more work. I did not allow them to work on my van, so they reset the light to go off. I left the next day to return to Texas, while coming thru North Carolina the engine light came back on. I had always used a major gas, but stopped to fill up with Shell gas. As a result about 50 miles later the engine went off. I continued my trip using nothing but Shell gas, engine light never came back on. Once I was home in Texas I decided to use another type of gas (twice), engine light came back on both times. Needless to say, now I use only Shell gas - engine light does not come on anymore. It is July 10, 2012 and no lights come on at all. Thanks for a great gasoline and hopefully Shell gas never changes. 10 STARS FOR SHELL GAS.

Shell location at 5100 North Lamb Blvd Las Vegas NV - Green Valley Grocery #33 employee stated it is not their responsibility to keep receipt tape in the pumps nor to refresh the windshield cleaning bins at this station - responsibility belongs to Shell Corporation. We stopped three times within a period of 3 days to get fuel at this station, each time required a trip inside the store for a receipt and the water to clean the windshield was stagnant and could not be used to clean the windshield. We purchase diesel for our vehicle and made a purchase of 100.00 and had to move to another pump to complete the fill up of our vehicle - neither pump had receipt paper. The employee was sitting behind the cigarette display and could not see out the window and another employee was in the parking lot speaking with a customer in a personal vehicle - neither employee would make any effort to change the water or put receipt paper in the pump. If they don't like their jobs maybe they should look somewhere else and Shell corporation should inform the store management/ownership that the store employee is responsible for filling the receipt paper and cleaning the windshield water bins!

I recently had ankle surgery and I sent my son into the Woodland's Village fuel station to pay for my gas. My son told the attendant that he wanted to use our Fry's discount card. He was told that he couldn't use it because he's my son & isn't authorized to use my discount although I was in the car and gave him permission. Who do they think they are? The discount police??? By the way, this is a location that I frequently visit. Then when I called to speak with the manager the lady (if she can be called one) started screaming at me. She accused me of being rude to her even tho I didn't talk or see her at all this visit. I am veryvery dissatisfied with this & visit & I am honestly thinking about not going back. Do these places realize that it only takes one dissatisfied guest/customer to tell their friends who will tell their friends??? It only takes one person to give them a bad reputation. Cottonwood AZ unclear adverting to get you to pay 10 cents more per gallon if do not see black letter cash sign. No cash on pump. We traveled for 3 weeks and shell is consistently high price when traveling in demand areas. Shell is not a good value except in few areas like Georgetown CO

I stopped at a Shell this morning at 19605 IH-10 San Antonio, TX 78256. Inserted my American Express card at the pump and screen showed ***see cashier***. I walked inside and gave my American Express card so that I can pay for gas, and teller informed my card was declined. I tired another American Express card and it was also declined. The owner rejects American Express cards. I told the owner that he lost a sle and customer and he laughed. I drove down a couple of miles to fuel up at a Costco and paid with my American Express. Owner refuses to accept American Express cards to avoid paying high fees with American Express. This is the cost of doing business.

Since this morning, the price of oil is $82 dollars a barrel..Why don't we see $82 dollar a barrell gas prices?! When oil gos up, we have an increast price in gas the next day..When it goes down..the price of gas takes a week or 2 to compensate.

My Girlfriend is severly injured with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome in her Left Foot an injury received in Dec 0f 2011. Today is 5/24/2012. She is on crutches until Sep 2012. However, She went into the ladies room of Shell location 1739 S. St. Augstuine Dallas, Tx at around 4 pm and her Crutches slipped from under her due to toilet paper on the floor of the Ladies restroom causing her to roll her ankle causing injury to her left foot and hitting her head on the trash can and floor. She hollered for help but could not be heard, she had to force herself back up standing and get back onto her crutches. I informed the clerk to get the manager and she refused. So I called Shell Corporate, currently waiting to be contacted by the Owner.

I just gas at the Shell at Croft and Hwy 44 in Inverness, Fl. I went in with a Winn Dixie card and got the correct $.30 off per gallon, BUT the base price was supposed to $3.56. They charged me $3.319 per gallon because I didn't pay with cash. I USED A SHELL CARD for crying out loud!!! They're supposed to be the same price. I wont go there again.

ok i just went to get gas at the local shell store and gas station. i wanted to use my winn dixie discount card but not pay at the pump. cashier said no problem. he did everything i went out to pump my gas and found he only authorized the most expensive gas, i heard about them doing that in the community but seeing as this was actually my first time using the winn dixie card i had a hard time thinking that they were doing this on purpose. now i am positive. his only response was i authorize unleaded gas. my response was they are all unleaded, i come in here to save money on gas and you give me the gas that is almost a dollar more then the rest. i informed him that people in the community that support his store have been talking about this store over charging and doing wierd stuff with the winn dixie card program. i told him that people in that community have closed this store down before and if he did not figure out what was more important to him that they are well on thier way to gearing up to do it again. i am very dissatifie with this store especially since i have been defending them.he denied being the owner at first them when i demanded he get someone here to fix this problem cause at first he refused to fix it, then he said he was the owner there was no one else. after a line started forming behind me he finally said he would fix it. i am coping this on the winn dixie site also. store information: fast run food mart 6062 9th street north Saint petersburg florida 33703 #700 727-527-1223

I have been a local customer of Shell for over 25 years. A couple of months ago I had some charges on my bill that blatantly are not mine. One is for 27 gallons of gas when I drive a Grand Prix and cannot even hold that much gas. I just received a letter that after investigating this they have come to the conclusion that the charges are mine and I am responsible for them. I use several hundred dollars worth of gas every month and have always used Shell and have paid my bill in full, on time every month. I will never use another Shell station as long as I live and will encourage every one I know to stay away from them. They are already scamming us at the pumps each day and then are practically going to call me a liar. This really irritates me. Don't trust them.
