Went there specifically for that buy one get one coupon I had, went in with my son and was told that my coupon would not work because his was a kids meal. Doesn't make sense to me, mine was a full priced entree, and his was only around $4. Which is considered an entree! No where on the coupon did it say that it did not apply towards kids meals, just that the free meal had to be under $10. Server also never cleared our plates when she had several opportunities to, never refilled drinks. I was probably one out of 4 tables in that whole place. I go there maybe once a year, with reason

I would love to know why I'm not afforded hours when there are new hirees trained to very simple positions. It's discouraging,insulting and rude to veteran staff. Access to headquarters,regioinal mgmt,on-site mgt seems to generate gossip,snickers and inuendo. Could a few moments of time allotted for short a kudo,attaboy,gripe or concern-type adoption return to shift line-up!?!

me my freind went to ruby tuesday located on 3365 14th st nw washington dc 20010 store no 462-7681 or 5320 maneger name Teld this is what happen we arrive 05:15 sep 12 /2012 ordered two miller lit & clasic burger after 5 minuet the burger was ready on the station but the waiters didnot bring it after 12' he set on our table with out any appology ,I told him why it taks so long with out saying any thing he left ,& told him to return it ,he took it imidietly the maneger brought the food & left I told him I donot want it & told him what happen ,here is what he said "I cant serve u any more " we ask him his name & stor no left that is the second time. my favorite place was become nasty place because of this people I realy disapointed the maneger & the staff sorry.

I don't undertand the policies for Ruby Tuesday, I once applied for a job and said families are not allow to work together. Ruby Tuesday from Leesburg, one of the managers is related to an old lady and somehow this is fine. I'm very disappointed that the policies only applied to some people.

I got hired at a Rubys in lakeland florida in August...I quit in August. They rushed me through training...because of "lack of training funds"...I got about 10 hours training before I was put behind the bar alone on a Saturday night...my first solo night. I never received a single tip out from a server..not one. I specifically told both managers during my interview my availability and they said that was fine..but the first actual schedule I got had me scheduled when I was unable to be tgere. I have emailed and called about my check and no one will get back with me. It is illegal to withhold wages...where is my money? This establishment is no good...corporate you should really get a handle on them and deposit my money..thanks.

My husband and I went out to dinner a waitress spilled a whole beer in my lap they took my meal off the bill however we truly believed that we should of received our whole meal free very disappointed

I hesitant to even give the Bartlett TN Ruby Tuesadys even one star. The star is for the excellent waiter that took care of us other than that the food was horrible We didn't know how bad until later that evening when I was horribly ill. Never will I go to your establishment Again

Last few times we went to Ruby Tuesday the food and the service was horrible and disgusting. Keep getting cards for food in mail and keep sendin back in mail with return to sender. You would think they would get the message.

i visited the ruby tuesday in clinton md and my experience was awful. i was there with a group of friends on thursday night for my brothers birthday and we were sitting at the bar when we noticed the bartenders werent getting along. one by the name of amber was extremely rude. i saw her try to close the other bartenders finger in the drawer and threaten her and (the other bartender was pregnant)!!! i couldnt believe how unprofessional she was, but i must say the other bartender carried herself with respect. we left her a $30 tip and i saw a few other bar guest tip her just because of the rude behavior that she dealt with from amber. if i were you all, i would definitely fire her or remove her from the location because i would never want to visit this location again and buy a drink or anything if she is there.

i know that you all get a lot of complaints from different customers, but i would like to compliment a manager by the name of danielle. I visited the location in clinton md a few nights ago and she was very polite. She constantly asked me if i needed anything and make sure i had a smile on my face. The funny thing is, i was sitting at the bar and i only ordered a drink and some hot wings, but none the less her attentiveness to me was very much appreciated. I would just like her to know how much i appreciated her.

Ruby tuesday in Hixson,Tn has One of the rudest mangers I have ever delt with I own a car dealership in Hixson and I take my employees there every Friday but every since this rude hog they call a manger has started working there I or nobody I know will ever go there!!! I ask to speak to this lady about getting a table once a month for my sales staff and all this Lady said was she didnt have time when the whole time she had time to stand there and yell at ur employees for no reason plus kept looking and texting on her phone when finally and older Lady who was a manger I guess she was sweet to me but it was to late her name was angel I think she is how mangers should talk to there customers!!!! I did get the hogs card from the front her name is Rhonda so if u go to Hixson,Tn and she is still there I would turn around its not worth ur money I promise

8/30/12, Anniston, AL location complaint about 6:40PM on a weeknight. Generally the food and service are quite good...the food is prepared well and delivered in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and attentive. But of late everything is diminishing. The staff does not look happy, the salad bar is not maintained, and service has suffered. I understand that there will be turnover--the good servers are promoted and new servers are hired and trained. But new servers should not be put on the floor until they are ready--know the menu and drinks! On my last visit, I and a friend were offered an appetizer special for $5.00. We were very impressed that the bartender mentioned the special as we planned to be there an extended period of time having dinner and drinks. Sadly she returned to tell us that the computer would not take her order even though it was 10 minutes before the advertised special would end. We were stunned. I asked for the manager in hopes that she could fix the computer or ORDER the appetizer and give us the discount. The manager insisted there was no way she could do either. The bartender was disappointed and so were we. WHAT IS THE MANAGER'S ROLE in the process?!? Is she simply there to walk around and say I'm sorry for whatever problems exist. Is she there to let her staff hang out to dry? Or does she have any authority at all. RT was the easy choice for dining out in Anniston, but not lately. Please raise the standards back to the level they once were--bring in managers who care.

My son and I decided to go to Ruby Tuesdays because we enjoy the salad bar and had a coupon which, per the signage as you walk in, was presented to our server before we ordered. The service was good although we didn't get the biscuits. The salad bar was okay. When we received the bill, I paid and realized that the coupon had not been deducted. When I brought it to the attention of our waitress who we had just tipped very well, she took it to her manager and came back to say that she was sorry but the check had been closed. We could bring our coupon back tomorrow and use it. REALLY? I don't think it's a choice refund us a $5.00 overpayment and to decline a coupon. I won't be going back anytime soon. Disappointed.

I was told by a server when I asked if the salad was included in the meal "pay attention to the comercial" what the hell. She is lucky she has a job to answer this question....she could be on the street

Elizabeth nj location. This makes two nights in a row I was in ruby Tuesday sit at the bar and bartender walked past me 7 times it took about 5 minutes before I was even Sked what I needed. This place hurts them. I'm from same town as the corp office plus know the owner so I will be putting a little bug in his ear

On Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 21, 2012, I went to Ruby Tuesday on Rockville Pike, in Rockville, MD. There was glass in my food and unfortunately, I didn't realize it until I bit down on it. I gave the piece of glass to the waitress who gave it to the Manager. He assured me he would report it to their Corporate Offices and they would call me. It is now 2 days later. Since they didn't call I returned to the restaurant and got the phone number for the Corporate Offices. I phoned them this afternoon at 1:10 p.m. It's 6:15 p.m. on August 23rd, still no call from them. All I'm asking is reimbursement for my medical bills for the hospital and doctors. I would not give this restaurant one star, but that was the least amt. I was able to insert.

I was at the Ruby Tuesday in Clinton NC. The service was very poor. Examples, I asked for an extra napkin never got it, my tea and ice was gone what did I receive a glass of tea no ice and it was at the end of my lunch. The only thing the waiter could say is I have a lot going on now there were very few people in there. The only thing I ask for when I go out to eat is don’t let my tea run out if you do no tip. Now to corporate go back t the larger plates on the salad bar these small plants suck.

My husband and I decided to give Ruby Tuedays one more try. We live in Naples Fl this location USED to be good back in 2001. It had gone downhill as the years passed. Then we saw a couple of commercials saying they have improved, so we went to dinner tonight. OMG The girls that were working looked disheveled, and were sitting at the bar talking about what they did last night... We were the ONLY customers in the bar, sitting at a table. I had to get up twice and interrupt them to ask if we could order. I went to the salad bar and there was no french dressing so I asked if they had some. The girl said sure I'll get that for you. A server came up to the bar to order some drinks. She made the drinks and sat back down. I had a steak that was tough, and dry. My husband had the chicken trio, it was dry and overcooked. there was nothing that tasted or looked fresh. It was terrible. The crab bites were fried and fishy tasting. The description said "jumbo lump" that they were made out of. The bisquits were burnt and dry. I will NEVER go back there again. Very unprofessional staff, bad food, and dated decor. Went to Ruby Tuesday today and ordered 1 crab cake for 10.99 - I was very surprise when I received it 90% breaded, I asked the waitress if the manager was in she said yes, I asked if I could see him, 10 minutes went by I asked her again did she say something to the manager she said yes, never came out to see me. Ruby Tuesday crab cakes are normally so good - 90% crab meat but today I received bread filling. Well I received my bill, still no manager?? I guess he just does not care about me as a customer, it not like they were busy - it was around 3:30pm. Well, this Ruby Tuesday always have a lot of issues - it is located at 60 Towne Centre Parkway, Hampton, VA - was not looking for anything free just wanted to know if they now make their crab cakes different. The point is I am a CUSTOMER and should have been treated as such!

The Navy Blvd store in pensacola has poorest management.Workers seem very unhappy and talked down unjustly not good when serving customers
