How embarrassing
went to ruby tuesday in Nashua NH Wednesday 11/28/12 about 430pm with my husband. We were seated and than asked if we wanted drinks we ordered them and got them than we ordered our meals and mine came with the salad bar. I went to the salad bar and made my salad and returned to the table. sat down and started to eat it and my husband took a piece of lettuce and cuke off of it . The waitress came over to our table who was told by her boss ( had to crouch down at the table) to say we could not share the salad . How embarrassing for her to have to do that and for us also . We left after that and will not go back How Rude
Bad Fill-In Manager
Sunday 11/25/12 four of us ate at the Ruby Tuesday's in Edinburgh IN. The waitresss accidentally spilled a full bowl of hot broccoli cheese soup all over my Mom, me my aunt and my sister. It was in my Mom's lap on her shoes on her sweater and coat. A lot of the soup also spilled on me, my aunt and my sister. All the fill in manager said was if my Mom's clothes needed to be dry cleaned to send him the bill since she was the one that got most of the soup. The clothes my Mom had on were NOT dry cleanable so how would he get a bill. And then, he had the nerve to bill my Mom anyway for her soup and salad bar instead of comping her or us since we all got remnants of the hot broccoli cheese soup.. If he is a so called manager for Ruby Tuesday's he is NOT an asset to your company. This most likely will be our last time in Ruby Tuesdays.
ridiculous service
I live in toldeo, ohio and I just left your restaurant on aven and received the wort service I have ever had from a restaurant. We ordered queso dip and it took 15 minutes to come out and when it did it was cold. Sent it back and it took another seven minutes to come back and it was scolding hot, too hot for the kids to eat. Asked about our food three times and finally a manger came over and asked how the queso was. She said our food is next and will return with the kids meals. The longest 8 minutes passed with no kids meals. An hour and 12 minutes now with only 9 tables in the dining room. I had to get up and leave. I couldn't wait any longer. I am a restaurant manager for a corporate company as well and I enjoy going out to eat. I read guest complaints when they come in too. I am not a complainer but I have never been so irritated that I had to leave somewhere. I will never be back and I am telling all of my friends, my family, and all of my employees not to come here. I have a corporate store opening coming up in febuary and this will be a horrible service story to share with the new staff.
I have to say that I am sorely disappointed in my recent experience at Ruby Tuesdays in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the Mall of America. I might add that I am not a food snob, but my husband is a chef and I have learned what is right and what is wrong in the food industry. I had ordered the chicken mushroom alfredo dish. When my food arrived, the plate was hot, but the food was cold. I can handle lukewarm food, but not cold food. Our waiter took the food back and offered me either the salad bar or a dessert for free. I did not want either one, just a hot dish which is what I ordered. The next plate he brought back was indeed hot. The thing that bothered me even more was that my mother ordered a dessert and since it was offered to me at no charge, I would have assumed that he would have given her the dessert at no charge. He didn't give her the dessert at no charge and he charged me for my whole meal. Part of customer service is ensuring that the customer is happy and I am not happy with that service. If a person offers me a free dessert and someone else orders a dessert, give my free dessert to them. Word of mouth is one of the most powerful marketing tools and I cannot say that this was a pleasant experience. After this experience, I am not sure that I will ever return to a Ruby Tuesday's again.
Loyal Patron of long standing.
Last night I had the displeasure of dinnig at Store#7160. In all the many years we have dined at this location, we have been very satisfied with everything. Last night everything seemed to go wrong: My brother's manhattan was the worst concoction ever. The hamburgers that two of us ordered were well done and had been ordered pink on the inside (medium to rare) however we want you to know that the Manager, Chris Langer did everything in his power to make the drink right and my brother received a new hamburger prepared the way he originally ordered. This was no fault of our excellent waiter, Mark Cambell who has been at this location for a couple of years. I am not rating this restaurnat bad; we will go again soon because we love it but we want you to know that the restaureant is to be commended for the well trained personnel beginning with the reservation process.
Went to our local branch for supper and birthday celebration and had the garlic cheese biscuits and bit into a picece of copper wire about the size of a ground wire about an inch or so long. Told the manager and she asked if I had gotten hurt and I told her "no" and that was it....she did not apologize or even come to the table. Nothing.
My girlfriend and I ate at The RT in Kinston NC Friday 10/26, and I just wanted to say the food and staff were awesome. IOur server was Amy, and she was very pleasant. I love RT because of the sald bar and Ribs. Kudos
Minus one star A senior friend and I went to Dawsonville Ga Ruby Tuesdays this noon for Lobster and Steak advertised over and over on TV for $14,99 When we orderred we were told it was $18.99 manager said he had no auth over what Corp did or said he would not acknowledge the ad so we got up and left!!!!!!!!!!!!! He did not loose $4.00 on two coustomers he lost $30.00 plus drinks and tips. I am not sure I would every try there again..There salad bar is my favorite but we would not give him our business. Thanks Mary Carmical
On Saturday, October 6, 2012, I had the privilege of dining at your Sandusky Ohio location with 4 other members of my family. Our server was DAN, who was attentive to our needs, friendly , courteous, and most of all accurate in getting what we ordered correctly. Everyone in my party felt that he was one of the best waiters /servers that we had ever encountered. We then met his manager, Sterling, who also gave us top of the line service. We watched how he interacted with his employees and were impressed with what we saw. The food was great. It was such a pleasant experience and we WILL do it again.
Kim bradshaw is the worst manager for ruby Tuesday! She manages the russellville restaraunt. She cant.handle her job too well and she freaks out very easliy and is very rude to her servers. She fired me and said it seems that im always having to eat. I have Type one diabetes.i have to eat at certain times with my insulin shot. She also said she wouldnt hire anyone that didnt look the part.. So she wont hire any "bigger" servers. She is a high class rude woman that does not need to be a manager. On the other hand krystall tackett, bill, and donovan are great managers and can handle their jobs..Kim.bradshaw should be released of her duties at ruby Tuesday of russellville asap. Their are.so many complaints Ive heard ab.her from.several people and customers but she hasnt been fired.
A few years ago, I went to a Ruby Tuesday in Florida with my family. We went to the garden bar and discovered numerous gnats flying and crawling on all of the food. We informed our waiter and we walked out, never to see anything done about it. Recently, I decided to give Ruby Tuesday another try and dined at the restaurant in Mitchell, South Dakota. A few hours after eating buffalo chicken mini sandwiches, I was stuck in the bathroom of my hotel vomiting. I was sick for three days, ruining my vacation. I thought the chicken tasted a little odd but figured it was just the sauce. Needless to say, I learned my lesson and will never dine at a Ruby Tuesday again.
On 9/22 approx. 6pm we(7 people) entered Ruby Tuesdays on Hwy 70 in New Bern, NC after being seated we waited for 15 minutes to order drinks. 10 minutes later drinks arrived. The waitress, who also appeared to be the bartender, took our food order. After 30 minutes the food came out. The food was ok but the service was the worst ever experienced. We did notice that our waitress was indeed the bartender also. We wondered and asked why she had to bartend and waitress also. We were informed that the nite bartender had not shown up for her shift. There was no one else who could have taken over the bar or reassigned another waitress to our table. There is a clear problem with the management there if this type of behavior and a lack of service is permitted. WE WILL NOT BE BACK ANY TIME SOON!
My Husband, myself, and 2 of our very good friends went on vacation to ocean city, Maryland on vacation for Bike Week, we decided to go for a ride and go for dinner somewhere. After riding for awhile we found a Ruby Tuesday's (#3019) 19340 Lighthouse plaza, Delaware. From the very first moment we walked thru the door we where treated as outcast's because we where "Bikers", I beg your pardon, we are very respectful people, and My husband happens to be a retired vietnam vetern whom fought and was injured for all of you!!!!!! The Hostess rolled her eyes, the manager avoided us completely!!!!!! Never once did he smile or say hello!!!! I have been in food service for 35 years and I would never ever treat people this way!!!!!! I watched him as he said hello and asked how they where?!?! Guess they where locals because he knew them!!!! We waited forever for service my friend order coffee when she finally received it, it should have been served over ice it was sooooooooo cold!!!! They served us 1 quater sized biscuit a piece, when we asked if we could get a few more that is exactly what we got!!!!! 4 more quater sized biscuits!!!!! We ordered steaks for dinner not a darn sandwhich and bread should come will the meal and with a smile!!!! We waited forever for our food and HOT coffee!!!!! So my husband and myself figured we would go outside to smoke....at that time I then see the so called manager sitting on his cell phone again totally ignoring us!!!! Trust me when I tell you I could go on and on about this visit!!!! Was the worst dining experience I have ever had!!!!! But I truely do not think this is going to do much good because as I can see there alot of other complaints on here!!!! Sooner or later if corporate does not do something about thi
If there was a no star that's what I'd rate my latest ruby Tuesday's on Erie blvd in Dewitt NY. The server, Katherine, never brought us nor offered any garlic bites, yet brought them to the table in front and in back of us. 2 kid grilled cheeses and a bowl of soup took over half an hour on a dead lunch. My soup had a crusty film on it from sitting in the window for too long. She never checked on us. Said she'd bring extra napkins and never did. I asked for a box, coffee, cupcakes, and the check. 20 minutes later I got the box and a cold, stale cup of coffee with no cream. I asked for cream, then watched her bus 2 tables, chat with another server, then bring my cream. And still no check. When I asked to speak with the manager she looked scared. 10 minutes later he came out and I told him my complaints. He apologized and offered desserts to go. I declined saying I'd already had dessert and was still waiting for the check. When he came back with the check he had taken off my soup, the cupcakes, coffee, and my kids grilled cheese. He said next time to ask for him and he'd make sure I was taken care of. I've been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and would never provide such lousy service. I would have also comped the check and given out a gift certificate to ensure return business. I won't be back there. And I want to comlain to actual corporate headquarters, but can't seem to find a way. Guess it just goes to show you, ruby Tuesday's doesn't care about their customers.
I go the the restaurant in Farmindale, NY. The service is great and the food is what you would expect for this type of chain, it's good food for good value....we have been very satisifed with everything and the Manager TJ makes sure you are satisifed. BAsed on what I read below, sounds like you should talk to TJ and see what he is doing different.
Margaret M I went to the Ruby Tuesday in the evening on Bailey's Crossroad,on Leesburg Pike, Virginia and I have gone to that specific resturant several times before. I ordered a Cheesburger, and two sides. My Cheesburger was cold, and the bun and tomato and lettuce just fell apart. I complained about the hold plate as being cold, and the burger was not juicy and warm like the ones that I have ordered before. I was informed via the resturant manager that the burger was remade for me. When my burger arrived within a few minutes, it looked just like the original burger, cold and listless. I do not believe that I received a new burger, perhaps it was reheaded. I also asked for a glass of water, but never received the glass of water. I also asked for my check, and waited over five minutes and my waiter was busy getting an order from someone else. I went over to him, and asked him where was my credit card and bill. He finally gave me the bill and credit card. I complained to the hostess, but I do get tired of always complaining and by now it was quite late. I will direct my complaint to the corporate office in complete detail.

Food was not what it suppose to be,all this hipe, reminds me of obamas hope and change, They promise you one thing and give you something totaly diffrent. How hard is it to give you a steak a lobster and a salad. The Lobster was a two bite lobster,i mean it was small and cold with a super small amount of butter,i guess it was just enough for the size of lobster i bought(they tried to charge me extra for the salad) so i told them to forget it. They give you a biscuit that was about one inch round and they was as hard as a rock. Very very disatisfied. And will never go back.Don't see how they are still in Business.
Food poor, didn't receivewhat was advertised poor quality.will never go back
We frequently travel on Interstate 95. Twice we have had the pleasure of stopping at your location in Roanoke Rapids NC. We enjoy sitting at the bar. The friendly service we received from the bartender, Stephaine, was exceptional! She handled the full bar and service bar with ease. She was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Our dinners were very good. Stephaine is an excellent representative for Ruby Tuesday! We will go out of our way to go there again. She turned our travel stop into a great night out!
