Farmville VA Location Manager Paul Simon would rather see people walk out his door angry and to never return over fixing an error in the menu. He even told my wife point blank "all you are trying to do is get one over on the system" Funny thing happened in the parking lot as we left for his rival Apple Bee's. A couple seated next to us overheard the conversation by the manager and followed us out letting us know this isn't the first time he has done this to clients. They will stop going as well. Apple Bee's in FarmVille will get our business from here on out. Bye Bye Ruby Tuesday

My husband and I went to the Leeds, Alabama store Sunday evening July 22nd at approximately 8pm. The manager seated us, advised us the server, Shannon, was busy and he would take our drink orders. After he brought us our drinks (water and tea), we waited for approx 10 min and then he came back and got our orders as Shannon was still busy. There were approx 20 patrons in the restuarant, and in the section we were in, there were 2 tables of nice young individuals in there early 20's. When Shannon brought us our steaks, I asked if I could have butter with mine as nothing was brought, she also asked about steak sauce. I said yes, and she said she would bring it right out. She then walked straight over to the table of young people and stood there talking for approx 15 minutes. My husband actually went into the kitchen to get the butter, no steak sauce ever brought. I am just relaying this to you, because if you don't know, it won't change. There was absolutely no customer service at this restauarant. We usually leave anywhere from a $10 tip on up as my daughter is a server in another restuarant and we know the pay is not there. They rely on tips. I can now understand why there were so few patrons in the restuarant. Please review your numbers and look at your complaints. I bet you will be surprised at the decrease in business. Thank you.

I want to know how can a FELON work behind the bar, serving beer and liquor? It's happening here in Danville Virgina. Also, there's a lot of fraternizing going on in this restuarent. I worked in this place for a few months but had to find another job because a certain person was getting all the hours. Is this fair, I say HELL NO

I was working for the RubyTuesdays Coorperation and My Managers Manny and James here in Pocatello Idaho were dating employees and I was dragged into the freezer and laid into about talking to some girls they were dating which was followed by one of the managers yelling at me at the top of his lungs in the kitchen and then supposedly laying me off for saying something about tip you policy a few weeks later they fired james but manny still works there and recently kissed and had semi sexual realtions with a bar-tenders wife but hes still employed there and I am termed for what? meanwhile anytime I have a reference call for my work experience he tell them I a m not re-hireable but that scum bag still works there

Well, the people were so nice, the waiter so attentive, at first the manager seemed concerned and personable, however; the food could not have been worse to look at or to taste. I did not eat, it sickened me. I sent it back 2 times because the steak was still mooing and I could smell the blood. They returned the same dish I returned, with the same food doctored up, adding injury to insult. We wanted bread, NO BREAD FOLKS; we were served four crunchy cookie type dense quarter size discs of dough. EAT AT THE MCDONALDS OR BURGER KING beside this Ruby Tuesday's. I called the manager when I got home to share my experience and complain. The manager defended his cook and insisted creamed cauliflower should have the appearance and consistency of flat watery wall paper paste. The "steak" was covered with a putrid film topped with shaved parm served as “ Asiago and Peppercorn Steak”. PASS. My friend ordered the chicken and I am sure it was not called “Sandpaper Dry Chicken” but it sure tasted like it. PASS.

Terrible drinks, terrible food, but do have to say the waiter was very good. His name is Jerry. It is pretty sad that the highlight of a fifty dollar meal with my Wife was the service of the waiter. Will not be going back to the Thomasville Ga. Ruby Tuesdays ever again.

WAs At the ruby tuesday in arvada colo on sunday the 22nd the salad bar was old stale salad dryed out veggies just disgusting the chicken came out burnt really it's chicken

If there were 0 stars that is what I would have put...we were on vacation and stopped at a Ruby T' in Beckly WV. I think on Harper Rd. There were 17 of us women going to see the Hatfields and McCoys play...we walked in and told the girl we wouldn't mind being split up, she said hold on and Natalie (the manager) came to us and said we can't serve you all, we don't have the staff to serve you...she continued to say...I will call Apple B's and get you a reservation...our jaw dropped and we said you are kidding aren't you..she said NO, we can't serve you...now let me tell you, there were lots of seats open, the place was not full by no means...as we walked out the door there was a party of nine and a party of 2 coming in that is 11 people...we stood on the parking lot and watched to see if she turned them away and no she didn't...you would think if she could serve 11 she could have not embarrased us by sending us away...in this economy, I wouldn't think a business would want to turn that much money away and offer to send it to another place..Well, thanks to Natalie I won't be returning to Ruby T. ever again...the restaurant across the street was glad to have us and they appreciated our business...we told them how we were treated at Ruby T's....

Atlantic City NJ, in the heart of the outlets district,, waiter tripped while delivering another tables food, i got showered with hot soup, asked for a manager, asked if my meal could be complimentary. due to my clothes basically being ruined. I was told to get lost, (real talk),, ruby is the worst!! 1/14/12

We feel very mislead by the commercials indicating a free salad bar with meals starting at $9.99. My husband ordered the only $9.99 entree listed and I ordered a meal for $12.49. I was told that my pasta dish did not qualify for the free salad bar. We spoke with the manager about the misrepresentation. He offered to give us the salad bar free. We had our meal, but were certainly left with a vcry negative impression of Ruby Tuesdays standards in advertising. The $9.99 dollar amount and Free Garden Salad Bar were prominently listed both on the printed advertisements as well as the TV commercials. I would think this somewhat devious advertising would do more harm than good---we'll be very reluctant to return. We live in an area that has every restaurant chain located within less than a mile. We appreciate truth in advertising---not trickery in advertising!!!!

thay crage u tax on each plate of food an there food sivece an plating is very poor i keep trying but i have gave up dont think we willl ever go back an when peple ask us where to go think i will not be sending anyone to rhem

I just left Ruby Tuesday in rock hill, because of a manager who's name is Dave. I was sitting at the bar and I was taking to an employee I know and Dave tells him not to hang at hang out at the bar and talk to guest, the reason I come there is because of you wonderful employees who make you feel right at home. I find it very rude to reprimand an employee in front of a guest . Then I was watching something on TV and he made the bartenders change it and said it had to be on nothing but sports, I will not be back until this matter is taking care of. I know people have bad days, but to teacher it out on your employees and make your paying customers feel like they are unwelcome is not a way top run a company,if it wasn't for your wonderful employees you would not have a successful company, so just keep that in mind the next time you want to take your bad day out on your employees and guest... very unprofessional!

The over all rating over the past 2 yrs is 4 stars. My last visit to your Urbandale Ruby's on saturday 7/14th was not tat good. My bill was over $44.00 and I left a good tip because the service was very good as it has in the past. I had your ribs a full rack abd I had more bones than meat. In the past this was excellent. The sallad bar was not fresh as in the past. ( an example the apples in the apple sallad were soft and the lettace look like it sat over night. Finally my wife loves your grilled green beans and they were not the same as in the past. Mybe you hab]=ve a new mgr or cook. We visit the Urbandale location 40 to 50 times a year, and we will return because anyone can have a bad day. I am a business person and I like to know how I am dueing good or bad. I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Gary Wiggins

We decided to go to the Ruby Tuesday in our home town... What a BIG MISTAKE!!! The parking lot was dead, and it was the middle of the afternoon. We stood at the door waiting to be seated... We waited, and waited, and we waited. The employees see you standing there; but it is like a "control issue", we felt invisable! There was a tone of empty seats; but they ignore you! We saw the young male hostess, make comments to other staff members. He is very arrogant and rude. When he finally took us to our table, he seats us at a table, when we requested a booth. The hostess states; "if you don't take this table, you wil have to wait". My Hubby stated that there are tables/booths empty everywhere. The hostess states that there is no waitress to wait on the empty tables. There were waitresses standing around talking! So we had to go back to the entrance door and there we waited longer!! No other guests were waiting. We talkeds about leaving... We were then seated at the bar. Really did not want at the bar area; but it had now been 32 minutes since we came through the door! We then waited another 20 minutes for a waitress to even take our drink order! (We should have left when we first mentioned it!) The waitress acted "put out". Like we were a bother, to have even come in. We wanted a chicken sandwich and the salad bar. She states that if you order the chicken sandwich, you have to get two sides, and the salad bar would be an additional item. We really did not want sandwich, two sides, and the salad bar... We were willing to pay the up charge for the salad bar; but the waitress stated that is not allowed! She tells us that we should get the chicken breast dinner, as what we wanted would cost more. We told her that we really came in for a sandwich, and she states "I can bring you a bun with your meal"! This was all VERY strange. She was either unable or unwilling to give us/order what we wanted! (Odd considering we are the ones who are paying...) We went to the salad bar... WHAT A MISTAKE!! Lettuce was wilted and actually had brown around the edges! Spinach leaves looked old and wilted! I love waldorf salad, and got a 1/2 plate of it. The apples tasted rotten. The green apples were fresh, and the red apples were mush!! The skins were even wrinkled!!! I asked the waitress if there was some that was more fresh, and she stated, "no, just don't eat it" and walked away! After another long wait, our meals finally arrived. Food looked terrible! I got an odor of "old grease" as soon as the plate was set down in front of me. When I took a bite of the green beans, I was mortified. They were old, and tasted like old grease!! I was unable to even eat them. Soon the waitress, Cindy T. came to the table. There sat our salad bar plates of food, and now I am telling her about the green beans. She was very un-caring, and walked away. My husband and I decided we would NEVER come in to this location ever again! The manager finally came to the table. He was arrogant, rude, and I gave him a green bean to smell. He admitted it smelled funky, then walked away!!! The worst part, was our waitress walked around talking to her co-workers, and even pointed at us more then once!!! We over geard some of her remarks about us!!It was the weirdest/oddest experience. We are in our late 50's, and are both college grads. Our ice tea glasses sat empty, and she NEVER offered to re-fill them. She walked by, and put the bill on the table. My Hubby asked for more ice tea... She walked away like she did not hear him. Our food was terrible, and the service all the way around from the hostess, to the waitress, to the manager was worse then awful!!!! I have mentioned this location to friends, and they have told us they would never go in there!!! As you read some of the other reviews, you realize that Ruby Tuesday is a good place to stay out of!!!! We intend to do just that! The Ruby Tuesday we went to is in North Canton, Ohio is a joke! So sorry we went there in the first place! We left over 2 1/2 hrs. after walking through the doors! If this is the best they can do, they should hang it up!

THERE ARE DRUGS BEING SOLD OUT OF THIS FRANCHISE LOCATION IN ROCKY MOUNT,N.C. BY THE EMPLOYEES/MANAGEMENT. I HAVE TEXT MESSAGE FROM AN EMPLOYERS PHONE SHOWING THIS. MULTIPLE TIMES AND MULTIPLE PEOPLE. FROM THE HIGHEST TO THE LOWEST. YOU WILL HEAR MORE ABOUT THIS.....

I see your Ruby Tuesdays are closed on Tacoma washington I would like to develop a training facility for people working in food industry. Your 84th and I5 location will be a good place to start. lavada2010@gmail.com

Had to swat flies away and try to eat at same time just got our food to go never go there its less flies at apettn zoo!!!!

Forgot tosay i was at the eden n.c.location

I joined a friend there for her birthday lunch. We wanted the 9.99 deal with salad bar. Her 14.99 salmon was allowed but I ordered the 9.99 shrimp scampi and was told the salad bar would be extra...WTH! There are supposed to be 20+ items starting at 9.99 that gets a free salad bar side but nowhere is it told what they are. This to me is bait and switch since this is the reason we chose RT. I just got the salad bar because I did not want to play their crooked game. The service was awful...we ordered wine and she brought me the wrong kind. When taking our orders after I gave mine she walked away and my friend asked if she was gonna take her order, the waitress said she thought she was having the same as me, what? The waitress never asked if the tab was all on one or seperate. My friend even talked to the manager about this "bogus" salad bar special but he was useless. We will never eat there again and will encourage others not to.

I was hired gore Ruby Tuesday in Grand Island, Nebraska on May 18th. went through my training the week before that. On the 26th I had an incident where I went in for several doctors appointments in which the managers would not let me release. on memorial day I called into talk to one of the matters who happened to be "Kendra" I told her I wouldn't be able to make it in because I had severely hurt my shoulder. I had damaged cartilage and needed to go look at what my options were. She began to bad mouth about me to other employees. I don't except hoe rude she was and how she could be a manager. Things there have been bad all around from bad mouthing about employees and customers to not doing their jobs and not following simple rules. Its ridiculous so I finally sent an e-mail stating I quit, but I recently got pregnant and am trying to get help from the state with Medicaid. in order to be accepted I need all my paystubs from May and June and and Employer Form needs to be filled out but they won't fill it out or give me copies of my pay stubs since we didn't get them. we received a debit card instead. I have til July 12, 2012 to get all this information in order to be accepted for Medicaid. Please contact me ASAP (308)379-6841 -Courtney
