Ruby Tuesday Corporate Office & Headquarters

Experience was not great, couldn't use any of the coupons that was received in mail this week. They claimed I already used them or I couldn't use this one or that one..False Advertising...

I feel rushed to pay the bill totally inappropriate Its horrible!

The worst place I've every been to eat , only 4 adults and 1 child, they did not want to seat us , took forever to get the food, I did not even get mine with the rest of the party. Very disappointing .

Harrisburg, Pa store was filthy. The salad bar was a mess. Floors covered in trash, windows looked like they had not been cleaned in years. We ordered take out...worst food I have ever had. ended up throwing it away and going out for pizza. I use to love your restaurant...what is going on????

Just at at terre haute ruby tuesday and neither of us could eat our steaks . sent steak back and it came back just as bad .took off only 1 and still walked out having to pay$ 25. Manager never even came and spoke to us.will never go back

Appetizer biscuits are too sweet! They taste like a krispy kreme doughnuts with onions in them!

ranch dressing was so watered down..tasteless...booths are in poor condition..fabric is severly ripped

Went to the Ruby Tuesday's today in Lenoir NC. Asked my server if they were hiring, she responded with yes (rudely I might add). Go home and apply, before I even get it all filled out, I already have an email saying I did not get the job. Excuse me? That's fine. Won't be going back.

I am currently sitting inside a ruby Tuesday in Cape Coral florida and a couple has a stroller with two small dogs obviously non service pets siting eating with them. An obvious health code violation. The manager and severs have all taken notice and said nothing although they are immediate to the kitchen entrance. Sad! Lee county health will be impressed.

this evening around 5 pm after leaving the gym i went to i wen to your Ruby Tuesdays. i asked the manger if it is common practice for the employees to be rude to the customers after one employee gave me rude service. she cursed at me and put her hands on me. i called the police after the the simple A one assault ..mangers are suppose to set an example for the other lower employees ..this is so sad i will be following this up with corp.

The General Manager at this location Colleene Williams is allowing her friends to work at this bar without a liquor license. She is discriminating against other workers who do not have a liquor license and is aking them to leave. However, she is allowing other bartenders to work without one. I have contacted the Alpharetta police department to go into the restaurant and do an investigation.

Came to your lebanon pa location for lunch with my disabled husband. Was told no appetizer if we use a coupon. So sad. Offer a something to say thank you for your service but take it away if you use a coupon. You sent the coupon with the offer. Way to go to honor our vets. God bless

Ruby Tuesday in Old Bridge on RTE 9, over 40 mins to get my family of 3 meals.. Another party much larger than mine (Caucasian) served their food 15 before me. Did I mention, I watched this party get seated 5 mins after me. My waitress is clueless, or maybe not. Needless to say, my money WONT be spent here again..

Went to Ruby Tuesday in Roanoke Rapids, N.C. last nght. There were cobbwebs hanging from the light fictures over our heads. The moldings along the walls had dust layers all along the walls. Ruby Tuesday needs to step up the cleaning in your restaurants.

I went to your Fishkill, NY store today on my 74Th birthday with my family because you sent me a coupon for a free hamburger. The coupon said to take it to the store where the manager informed me I need a coupon ( not the one in the ad) to get a free burger. DECEIPTIVE ADVERTISING Needless to say we left and will most likely never return.

The waiter was very nice. Food was not bad, however it was funny to see the bald manager on duty sitting at the bar watching TV for the whole time we dined near the bar at the frederick md location.

I was dining out last evening with a friend that at the time was carrying a firearm. By the way, it is legal in Georgia to do so. Georgia has an open carry law. The management took upon themselves to call law enforcement to the restaurant to ask my friend to place his weapon in the vehicle. You just lost two families due to managements lack of knowledge. Your restaurant is not posted for no firearms.

8-23-14: Service and food were good at the Garner's Ferry Rd. location in Columbia, SC, but do they know what air conditioning is? It was so hot, customers were fanning themselves with their menus. Management said the corporate office controls what they run their a/c at. Corporate needs to get a grip before they lose a whole lot of customers.
