Wish I could sue
In my mashed there was a piece of metal that got stuck in the back of my teeth. The manager wouldn't even refund me my money! I called corp and they promised to send me $30 in gift cards, like I want to eat there again....Anyway 3 months later, no gift cards.
Poor quality food
We ate lunch at the Columbia,Tn restaurant today. We opted for the salad bar and soup. The lettuce in the baby greens bowl was nearly rotten. It was 11:22 a.m. The broccoli cuts were starting to turn bad. There were no crackers on the salad bar. The server told us that Ruby Tuesday was cutting back on their food costs, she brought 2 packages of crackers for 2 people to share. Funny thing if they are cutting back on their costs; they also need to cut back on the price consumers pay!
Employee safety
Today at the Dallas airport I observed an accident waiting to happen. I saw one if your employees us a keg to stand on to reach a shelf that was about the employee ability to reach. It's my opinion that's stand on a keg to track a too shelf is a safety concern. To me that employee was not using the proper tool or instrument to reach that too shelf. I would issue a small step ladder to this location for the employees that a vertically challenge to use. My main concern was that if that employee fell someone would be to blame.
I am unhappy about the food,,,it was cold The coffee was so cold. Then the avacado and chicken sandwich was cold and dry.. The mashed potatoes were also cold The last time I went to Ruby Tuesday, the same thing happened...good service, but cold food. Quite frankly, the only reason we went back was the newspaper said we could have free coffee and a free des sert because it was Valentine's day They would not honor the offer My friend oredered the $5.00 lobster tail and it was so tiny what a disappointment

I was very pleased with the waitress and food that I was served yesterday at lunch at the Fayetteville, NC Ruby Tuesday store on 401. The store number was #4916. The waitress was so very friendly and pleasant and gave great service. Her name was 1393 Falesh L. We live in Wilmington, NC and go to Ruby Tuesday Restaurant on College Road on a regular basis. The atmosphere there is so pleasant, quiet music, great food and friendly service. After a dozen times or more, we have never been displeased. Keep up the good food and service!
I won't be going back
I ordered carryout for me and my family. I odered 3 different burgers, a shrimp pasta, a piece of cheesecake and a quesadilla that they used to have on their menu. They have made it for me on several other occasions. It was a vegetarian with swiss chesse, avocado, and pico digallo. When I got home I discoverd they had given me one with chicken and bacon. I called the store and told them what happened and they put a manager on the phone. He said they could make me another one. It was going on 9 PM and I was tired and it was cold. I told him I will just take a credit. he said we don't do credits anymore.. they are to hard.. I was like WTH?? How hard is it to take a gift card apply the credit and mail it to me? I told him forget it I will never be back. and I hung up.
What a shame
Ruby Tuesday's used to be one of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I went to the Marley Station Mall location in Glen Burnie, MD last week. Sat at a table at the bar area. I ordered a turkey burger and it took 45 minutes to get it, only after I complained. Ended up taking it to go and the food was horrible. Bartender was doing the bar and serving the tables. Service was so slow. So this past Sunday, we went with our young son and decided to give it another try, blaming it on the bar area during our previous visit. Same thing. Extremely slow service, took 45 minutes or more to get our food, and the food was not edible. Horrible taste, greasy, over cooked. I complained to the waitress about the food and all she did was ask me if I wanted anything else or wanted to order dessert. Never again.
I miss the real RT
What happened to the real Ruby Tuesdays? During the holidays, a group of us (4) went to the RT in Kingstowne, Fairfax, Va and Largo, Md. Our vistors were from out of town and will be moving to this metropolitan location. We were so ashamed of the food, smell of the Largo location, lack of service at the Kingstowne location. And the food aat both locations were fit for a three year old kid.The salad bars were empty and please do not bother anyone for a napkin or a tomato. So- so sad RT no longer care about the food or the customers. Applebees here we come. We will never go RT again. Just so embarrasing.
worst dining experience ever
The food was horrible , forgot half of our order , and riders staff I've ever come in contact with.
Show Me The Money!!!
For Ruby Tuesday's to be a nice corporation not saying all Rubies are like this but for the workers to not get paid and for them to send the payroll regular mail,really, I think they should at lease have someone to sign for it or have it sent Fedex or UPS. They are correct in saying that they have no control over USPS onces it is mailed, have it tracked or something. I think this is a lack of respect on the companies behalf. You want you workers to be on time and professional I think you should do the same!
management practices
my daughter was working for ruby Tuesdays in Bainbridge ohio. another employee hit her with a pan leaving a bruise. I advised her to go to management about it. the employee was not reprimanded in any way. last night another employee physically attacked her again nothing was done. after they left she tried to come to my house and harm her. I called the police. she called to talk to the management, they told her she brought it on herself and hung up on her, please believe I am not saying she has no part in the problem. she has left your company and will not be going back. as a restaurant manager myself, I expect there to be a system in place for problems. your managers are not taking the time to deal with problems. I do not want anything from you and do not expect a response but please investigate this. all employees should feel safe in their work place. txs for your time denise
Worst Birthday ever
I went to the Ruby Tuesday for my 42nd birthday. It was me and about 14 of my friends and family members with me. At first I thought it was my table size until I realized that next to me there was a table with more people. My food took a very long time to come, and when it did, the only think hot was the plate. My server disappeared several times that night. Not sure if she was new or overwhelmed and if that is the case she should have asked for help. Then manager did not check on us once that evening. I was so upset. Out of all the places I could have gone to celebrate with my group chose Ruby Tuesday. Granted the original location I wanted had closed down. I will NEVER go back to the location on Dale Mabry and Kennedy again.
Nasty salad bar
We went to the Valdosta ga store and order food with salad bar and the bar was unfit . Looked like a hog pen food everywhere and a dressing , eggs and etc. but we told server and he went to get someone but then manager or someone started cleaning salad bar but never came to table. We then told server he could throw my food away but he boxed it up to go , then manager came by and the wife complained and he took her food off. But it is ashame that y'all let the place go down that much and no one cares.
Best Biscuits
We were forced off the road in Chattenburg PA due to a blizzard. Staff was great, food was good, hot and timely. Wine tasting menu is a great idea and the biscuits were not to be believed--delicious! Too bad they don't have a RT closer to where we live. We will make it a point to stop their again.
Horrible Service
874 Tayler W Ruby Tuesday #5163 She was outside smoking when we got sat. We waited a good 3 minutes before she greeted us. We waited forever for our drinks. When she got our beverages, she went straight to the Togo room (where she stayed for a cpl minutes). I know there's a computer in the Togo room, but there's also a computer next to the beverage station! (she pretty much camped out in the togo room as long as she could) I had a sprite which should have came immediately. We ordered guacamole dip as our appetizer. It took wayy too long. The guacamole was barely seasoned and the avocado was not even smashed up. I had hole pieces of avocado. She probably left us to decide on our entree for atleast 10 minutes or longer. My drink went empty twice, as well as my boyfriends. She finally brought our garlic bread after we had our entrees for 5 minutes... She is supposed to bring our bread immediately is how it was when I worked here. I seen her go out side to smoke or whatever twice and when she came back she smelled way too strong of lotion I was practically eating her smell. I heard her walk up to the table next to us and say "sorry for the wait, your still waiting on someone, right?" just amazement. I worked at this ruby Tuesday's for 2 1/2 years. I'm positive this girl does NOT stand up to Ian's standards. She needs to be terminated immediately. Billy, the old district manager, would let her go in a heart beat.
We ate at our Angola Indiana location and was very dissatisfied with the portions, I ordered the petite sirloin and and the white cheddar mashed potatoes and the garden bar the garden bar had many empty containers. My husband had New Orleans sea food, my steak came out and a few minutes later my potatoes came out the portions were VERY small needless to say we left still hungry and very dissatisfied !!!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience this evening, Dec.13, 2012. The dining room was near full capacity but despite this, our order was taken and delivered in a timely fashion. I ordered the Top Sirloin with a snow pea side and the salad bar, delighted to see the caloric count, and my husband had the Shrimp Parmesan Pasta??? Our dinners were nothing short of wonderful! The salad bar offerings were fresh and lovely (great balsamic vinaigrette dressing!) and the snow peas and steak were cooked to perfection; besides which, the steak was tender and extremely flavorful. My husband's entree was equally delicious. However, food and drink aside, our wait staff; Rochelle and Amy were the key part of our evening and the main reason for this review. They couldn't have been more engaging, delightful and attentive and we feel they deserve recognition because of their professional and personable decorum. We now know whenever we come to Bangor we will always frequent this restaurant because it surpasses all competition and our expectations.

I just submitted a review for your location in Riverside Maryland and noticed that most of your reviews are not good. What's happend over the last 10 years? Ruby's always used to be a good place to eat. Why such small portions, cold food and bad service? Sometimes the food can be not great (tough or fatty), but you can correct bad service. So what's up? Is it poor training or lack of good management or were you bought out? Maybe that's why this location is never busy! Richard B Havre de Grace , MD 21078
Disappointed
I just left the Ruby Tuesday location at the Orlando airport. I am so disappointed in the extremely high pricing. First, two bloody Mary's cost 25.00 - really!!!! I understand rating prices but that is crazy! Then my two boys 10 an 11 ordered from the kids menu and a salad. They each took one trip to the salad bar and had their meal. We were charged 4.29 for the meal, 1.99 for the salad and 2.00 each as an up charge!!! That is ridiculous. I know you're in the business to make money but this is almost stealing!!
food was good for the most part..taste-wise. buffalo chix sliders: i think they put a boneless chicken wing on the bun. i swear it was so small. server was a little slow and unattentive. i dont usually have a bad experience there in general.
