I'm so happy that the Ruby Tuesday's in Maryville, TN is GONE!!! Can't stand Ruby Tuesday's. Yuck, the place was so gross and disgusting. Every visit was unpleasant. What a blessing...they closed Ruby Tuesday‘s!!! You would think being near the corporate headquarters the Maryville location would be the BEST, but no pretty sure it was the WORSE!!!
Ruby Tuesday #7108 - We ordered Regular ribs, One order was as ordered and the other was Asian ribs - too hot for my wife so we swapped our orders -- told the manager about it as well as the waitress and we got REAL GOOD LIP SERVICE ---- THEN - my wife noticed that on the cushion of the booth silverware was stored in a napkin -- We didn't think that this was proper as the napkin and possibly the silverware was in contact with the booth cushion where people sit - My wife mentioned to one of tht gals and she agreed and moved the items - This was really not a pleasant visit -I guess your people will have to TRY HARDER -- Please advise -- Thank you phone # 772 466-0926

My sister, mom and I love eating at Ruby Tuesday's in Nashville, Donelson and Mt. Juliet TN and do so at least 2-3 times a week. Last week I received a card from the manager of the Mt Juliet restaurant for a buy one get one free, it had an activation code to go on line and redeem but when I went on line a big ticket comes up saying this offer has maxed out. The coupons are numbered so they know from day one how many they are offering so I am very disappointed in this and the offer expires tomorrow 5-3-2011. Mt Juliet is our favorite restaurant, the staff is great and food wonderful, just disappointed in corporate for making an offer they can't deliver. Carol Lane, Donelson TN
Mr. Samuel Beall, CEO, Mr. Jermemy Myers, Operating partner, I'am writing this letter of appreciation to let you know how your management staff takes care of business. A couple weeks ago i stopped by Ruby Tuesday in Moody Alabama, to purchase a to-go meal for my wife and myself as i do on a bi monthly basis. When we sat down to eat, we found the meals to be unsatifactory which was unusual. My wife called to let management know of the problem we found, so they could check for themselves. She, the manager that evening, apologized for the quality of the meal that we received, and stated our next meal would be taken care of, and she wrote our name down in the red book. Today, my wife and myself stopped by again, and explained what had happened. Mr. Clark Flowers, the Culinary Manager met with us and assured us that we would be pleased with this meal, to make up for the other meal. Well, all i can say about this is, it did just that. This meal was awesome, which will make us continue to be loyal customers. Mr. Clark Flowers was very professional and courteous. Because of his ability to convince me to give him a chance to correct the earlier situation, I see why you have him on your management team. I want to thank you for that, and to give recognition to whom it is due. Walter Valentine
My husband and I took our grandchildren to dinner at the Shelton Ruby Tuesday on sunday MAY 1ST FOR DINNER and it was a night of hell- first you had to wait because the hostess was not there to sit people and we were not the first one waiting in line then our waitress insulted my husband who ask for a salad - she could not understand a salad she thought he wanted to sell his dinner and she was rude. Then he ask for red vinegar - she brings him balsanic vinegar he had a baked potato and asked for sour cream and butter the baked potato came DRY them she comes just before bringing our dinner that they were out of broccdli, kind of late to let me know by them we were getting impatient and unhappy so we asked to speak to the manager, what a desaster that was, he told us DON'T BE RUDE TO MY HELP, EXCUSE ME BUT WE ARE THE CUSTOMER NOT YOUR HELP, and he said it was an honest mistake and can be fixed, 4 things wrong come on now, and since when does you INSULT THE CUSTOMER NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE AND HEADQUARTERS NEED TO CLEAN UP SHOP You can contact me anytime at christine.dicecco@sbcglobal.net or call me at 203 922 0096 and will be glad to tell you more a very unsatisfied customer and on top of that they did not apologize to us, anyone can make mistake and it can be easily corrected not after waiting over half and hour for our food and to have it all wrong and be insulted by the manager, WHERE ARE YOUR MANNER THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT NOT THE HELP
I came into the Ruby Tuesdays in Novi Michigan with my sister expecting to have a nice meal and to enjoy the atmosphere. I hadn't seen my sister in a while so i thought it would be a good idea to take her to her favorite restaurant and grab a bite to eat. I would like to say our service was horrible. I never got a refill on my drink, after asking for it a few times & it took my waitress forever to to bring biscuits. later into the meal i went to the bathroom to find my waitress (Channel Jones) chit chating on the phone, while i was still in need of a drink. I will NEVER go to ruby tuesdays again. it was by far the worst experience
What happens when an employee reports sexual harassment to a manager, and the appropriate actions aren't taken? What happens when a General Manager practically sleeps in the restaurant on a night to night basis (vehicle being his closet), and inviting friends in after hours to have drinks and leaving the mess for the AM bar person to clean? My husband and I arrived at the Ruby Tuesday in Hinesville, GA at 4:30PM. The hostess wanted to seat us in a booth in a small section in the bar area. Every table and booth in that area was occupied except for the one we were directed to. My husband and I do not like to be crowded so we asked to be seated in the main dining room. We were told that she could not seat us there because there was not another waitress in the restaurant at that time. We left and went to Applebee's. Why would a restaurant only have one waitress? To cut costs. Have you noticed the new menu? After 4:00PM the prices go up. Why? Is the food suddenly better after 4:00? Are the $8.99 hamburgers better tasting if you have to pay $10.99? They are still charcoal on the outside and raw in the middle with either cold or burnt fries. The unsweetened iced tea is so weak that it tastes like water. I talked to the General Manager and he instructed me to tell corporate.
0 stats. Had avhorrible experience in Joplin Mo today. Wait staff should not be sweeping floor and dusting blinds around dinning customers. A few minutes after I asked the waitress to stop dusting the blinds in the booth next to where I was sitting about five or six other staff members came out and started dusting and sweeping it was fairly obvioys they were trying to get back at me for complaining. Glad o already hay the grilled chicken sandwich that tasted like fish. The managers name was Melissa. I hope she and all her pathetic staff get fired . I. will never go to Ruby Tuesdays again.
My husband and I look for Ruby Tuesday, when we travel. We were in Maryland and stopped to eat at Ruby Tuesday. I had the salad bar and soup. Afterwards, I became quite sick. I had food poisioning! We told our server that the ham/broccoli salad tasted tainted. She brushed it off saying it was fine. We called corporate office to voice our concerns. We were given a $25 gift card. Unfortunately, the card expired 4/22/11. We were saving the gift card to use for my birthday, 4/10. I became deathly ill 4/5/11 and was hospitalized. I have been under the doctor's care since that time. I have been unable to eat much of anything. Needless to say, we couldn't go to Ruby Tuesday or anywhere else to eat because I have been so sick. My dilemma is, the card that was sent expired 4/22/11 and today (4/23/11) is the first time I even thought I might could eat something other than soup and bread. My question is: "Can this gift card be extended a few days?" Thank you so much for your consideration in this matter.
I have been dinning at Ruby Tuesdays, on Fayetteville Rd, Lumberton NC, 6-7 nights a week for the past 3 years! Mrs. Bernice and the staff have been an absolute delight and every experience has been rewarding. But, after my last visit, I may have to take my business elsewhere. You know, it saddens me to think that RT can justify charging 5 dollars and 30 cent for a draft beer that sold for 3 dollars as a featured item previously. The attraction that RT had over Outback, Texas Steakhouse, Adelios, and all the other places to dine/drink, are the featured items that brought in locals and travelers. To now literally double the price is a slap in the face! It is obviously an example of coorporate making a decision based on projected porfit at a higher cost versus stabilty at a lower price. Projected vs. stability? If this is going to be the case, Than I hope my shares in Rt, which is part of my portfolio with Horace Mann, will have a greater 52 week average! Mr. Wayne Campbell
I ate at 3175 Raleigh NC 6201 Capital Blvd. Raleigh NC 27616 The salad bar was hot and my wifes order came out 30 min after my meal and it was not fit to eat. My food was ok but when i said somthing we didnt get any help. I have 35 employees and we repair refrigeration for a living and I have never wrote a letter before as you can see but ruby used to be my favort place to eat. My server was 1087 and its the first time in my life I didnt leave a tip it was my worst trip ever for $52.13 when I dont fix something I dont get paid why should you guys.
My co-worker and I had lunch at the Ruby Tuesday in Green Hills, Nashville, Tn. yesterday (4/18/11). We both had the salad bar. It was low on everything and the mushrooms needed to be thrown out as they had already turned black and I passed on those. We never saw one person come out and replenish any of the containers. But, the problem was that when we got back to the office, we both had stomach cramps and were sick at our stomachs as well as having diarrhea. So bad, that I had to leave work and go home. We will never eat there again. And I might add that the employees have no personality, never said thank you, come back or anything. The young kid at the front door was reading the paper.
ruby tuesdays sucks!!!! My wife worked there 2 years never missed a day without doctors note and was fired cuz she complained about doing work duties that she was not getting paid for. She was a salad bar attendant and was forced to do cook work and cook prep work on top of her duties. the cooks get paid much more money and there have not been a female making cook pay in over 2 years. females are only allowed to do min wage jobs and then required to do the guys work they r getting 10$ an hour to do.olso after being fired they r refusing to give her a letter that she doesnt work there anymore. never would i eat at the high cost low quality place...
Meg and I were traveling home from vacation at the gulf coast. On the final jog through Cinn to Granville, Ohio we decided to give Ruby Tuesday a chance. Glad WE DID! I had the best salad bar, very well stocked with fresh Garden Salad. I also had a deliscious bean chilli with the salad bar. We were given a drink to go and enjoyed the service of the young lady her served us.
On April 16,2011 My husband and I had lunch in Statesville,NC. Our waitress was extremely friendly and accomodating. She took our order and brought us our appetizer of spinach artichoke dip. After some time of enjoying dipping our chips, my husband suddenly got a taste of bleach in his mouth! We picked up the bowl of dip and saw there was some water on the plate. We guessed that some of the dish detergent wasn't rinsed properly or something. We had the waitress come over and explained what had happened. She apologized went to tell the manager. He then came over to ask about the problem. He seemed a little skeptical of us when we again had to explain what happened with the appetizer, however he did agree to take it off our bill. We enjoyed our main course, paid our bill and left. Now I'm wondering if we were treated fairly or if our whole meal should have been compensated! I'm really not one to complain,or cause a scene. It kind of leaves one with a lot of questions, like Why were we served food on a wet plate in the first place? You know what I mean? To top it off my husband is compaining his stomach is bothering him . I really hope he isn't sick from this incedent!
My family and many from my church attend the Ruby Tuesday's on 152 in Miami, Fla. We all love Julio very much and are extremely disappointed that he is being moved to Naples. We do appreciate the other managers Richard in particular but no one is as good as Julio.....If there is a chance that reconsideration could be made we would all appreciate it. Thank you for your consideration....Pastor R. Cecil Warren and congregation of The Word and Worship Center
