Dear Sir or Madam: I visited your Ruby Tuesday Restaurant in Marley Station Mall, Glen Burnie for the first time last night and encountered the most rude and inattentive waitress Michel T. When she came to take our order we had to tell her that we had not received menus yet & that began her hostile attitude. We had to ask the greeter to please have her come refill our drinks & when one of the kids said they had gotten cherry coke instead of coke we asked her to please bring her another coke we were told "that's what she got"... That coke turned out to be Mr. Pibb instead. We spoke to the manager Amanda at that point & she apologized and went to find out where our food was. Well that ony escalated her nastiness when she returned we were told we could just pay our check and leave. We spoke to the manager who apologized for her behavior and who gave us free dessert, but to be honest there was no excuse for her. I have never complained about a waitress and never left without leaving a tip....but that was before last night. I paid $96.00 to endure the most rude, inattentive waitress that I have ever encountered & spent 2 hours enduring her hostile behavior. I left your restaurant knowing that I will never return due to the behavior of your employee....She is a reflection of your business. I'm not sure if I reminded her of someone she hated, but since that was my first and last visit, I guess we will never know. Sincerely, Sheryl J Bolner

We went to the Ruby Tuesday in the lincoln village mall(3333 west touhy ave., Lincolnwood, Il. 60712). It was a good experience. Our waitress Sheree was awesome. We went there an hour before closing and she was still very bubbly and had a smile that made us feel very welcomed. She also looked fresh. Everyone else looked exhausted from their long day which is understandable. Everything else was ok but Sheree made the dining experience wonderful. I did see the manager filling the salad bar. I see her doing things all the time whenever I go there which is refreshing to actually see a manager working. I dont know her name but she is tall with blonde hair. Kindly see to it that this location and the workers get the recognition they deserve. -Maryam Babakhani Ishaw

I have been to many Ruby Tuesdays over the year and have enjoyed your salad bar. I have noticed over the last year many items have been removed but the price is the same. You have taken a very good salad bar and lowered it to poor value.

I really like how corporate automatically assumes a bartender makes 20% in tips on all orders and to safe the company money you shaft the employee. The Clemmons, NC location is slow and extremely slow on day shift mainly taking take out orders in which most people don't tip for. Taking my hourly rate down at the same time. The management is wonderful to work for. If it wasn't for the pay issues set up by corporate I would still be working there.

dear sirs, we recently dined at your restaurant in Athens, Ohio. not only was the food and service excellent, but your manager went out of her way to make my man comfortable. When we were leaving he fell and they were so kind to us . you see, he had a stroke thirteen years ago and has left side paralysis somewhat. your manager really put herself out there for him. we need more caring people in these establishments like her. you are lucky to have people like her in your employ.Thank you. sincerely, ms Allen.

I was dining at Ruby Tuesday #4557, in Johnson City, TN with a friend. We ordered our meal and waited 45 minutes for it to arrive. The meal was delivered to the wrong table. Once the waiter noticed this, he took if off someone elses table and put it on ours. We asked him to give us something fresh and his reply was "Don't worry, they didn't touch the meal". We ended up having to eat our meal cold because he refused to take it back. We were made to pay full price, a total of $41.33, for a cold meal from another table.

I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLIMENT THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT AT RUBY TUESDAYS MONTAGE MOUNTAIN MOOSIC, PA. IT IS SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO EAT ...THE FOOD IS GREAT, PLACE IS JUST SO CLEAN, SALAD BAR IS FRESH AND VERY APPETIZING AND THE WAY YOU ARE TREATED IS SO GREAT. yOU ARE ALWAYS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND WARM WELCOME. WE GO THERE ALL THE TIME AND WE JUST ENJOY SOME EVENINGS TO RELAX AND VISIT.. THE SERVERS ARE ALL SO NICE AND THE MANAGERS..EDDY AND TERRI ARE PROBABLY THE MOST NICEST PEOPLE AROUND. THEY DO THEIR UTMOST TO SATISFY EVERYONE AND THEIR HARD WORK REFLECTS IN THEIR BUSINESS AND WITH THEIR STAFF. I ESPICIALLY WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON ERIN (THEIR BARTENDER) ERIN IS SO FRIENDLY TO EVERYONE AND HER SMILE IS ONE THAT YOU REMEMBER ALWAYS...SHE GREETS EACH CUSTOMER SO WARM AND MAKES EACH ONE FEEL SPECIAL. YOU CAN TELL EVERYONE THAT COMES IN THERE REALLY ENJOYS HER COMPANY ..SHE TAKES AN INTEREST AND TAKES THE TIME ALSO TO FIND TIME TO CHAT. SHE IS ONE OF THE REASONS WE FREQUENT THE PLACE. OUR COMPLIMENTS TO YOU ERIN.....THANKS FOR MAKING OUR VISITS SPECIAL

I am writing you today to inform you of how upset i am with the night my husband and i had at Ruby Tuesday's this past thursday in Gloucester, Virginia . When we arrived the resturant it was already busy which isn't unusual, but was unusaully in a state of confusion . While waiting to be seated we noticed servers running around frantically with what seemed no help what so ever. The tables were dirty the resturant was disgusting, which in all honesty usually is not the case. The woman manager who greeted us at the door explained it would be a minute because all the tables were dirty and one needed to be cleaned. Now you would assume she would be off cleaning them to get the people at the door sat, but instead continued standing at the door welcoming guests when there clearly was another host assisting her. I had asked the manager if we could sit with our usual server Chris, who is one of the main reasons we go to that store. Upon my request we were told unfortunatly that just couldnt happen at this point, and that Chris was extremely busy, and had no clean tables. On top of that we specifically asked for a table due to my husbands recent leg injury. Well the booth she sat us in could barely fit teenagers let alone two adults and one having a bad leg. At this point although we wanted to leave we had already been sat and had decided to sit it out in hopes to maybe get to speak to Chris. The server who greeted us was nice, although i do not remember the young ladies name, she did attempt to make us feel welcome, and was apologetic for the wait and any inconveniences. She immediatly got us our drinks as well as biscuits, took our order and moved on to her next table. After that was when our night went from slightly aggrivated to horrible, the food took 30 minutes to arrive, and when it did it had the wrong sides and was barely luke warm. The waitress although frustrated once again said she was sorry, but at this point we asked to speak to the female manager who was working the front door. After a few minutes the waitress returned and explained she was unable to find the manager. We then asked for boxes and the bill, and decided to leave. The waitress promptly returned with boxes containing the right sides as well as boxes for our meals. Once again the service was not the problem this time it was clearly management as well as the kitchen. What really upset me was when we did leave as we were walking around the corner we saw the manager we had asked for 10 minutes before standing outside it must of been her ciggarette break and that was why she wasnt cleaning any tables or helping any guests. I've been visiting Chris at Ruby Tuesdays for quite sometime, and usually the place runs well. Never in a million years when the resturant clearly needed help did i think i would walk out to see the manager smoking when i had just asked to speak to her and was told she wasnt available. She must of known we were upset because she quickly dropped her ciggarette and ran inside. To be honest you are very lucky Chris works at this Ruby Tuesdays because the behavior that the manager showed that night was enough to make us not want to return. I hope to see this does not happen again and ruin another customers experience such as it did ours.

I was in the Gloucester VA ruby tuesdays for lunch on fathers day with my family. As much as id like to say lunch was good unfortunately i cannot . We have been going to the gloucester ruby tuesdays for quite sometime and usually we have no complaints, but today has changed the way i look at the company for the future . first off when we arrived at the front doorway there was no one at the door to help us be seated or even talk to us in general. As I looked around, I noticed a man in a blue shirt sitting at a table next to the kitchen, who apparently looked like he was on a date, with who we later found out was the hostess, if you can call her that. In my opinion she did not appear to know the duties that come with her job. After waiting for a good five minutes i saw a server let the host know we were at the door , when she finally came to seat us her attitude was less than pleasant, like we had bothered her.( come to find out the girls name was ashley )She was extremely rude and took her time to walk around the restuarant talking to others when really she was supposed to be setting up a table for us. Finally the "manager" came to the front door to help the situation when really he only made it worse. He introduced himself as Steven and promised we would be taken care of as soon as a table was set up. When i asked him how much longer it would be, he appeared to become agitated. Instead of making sure we would end up happy he litterally rolled his eyes and said a couple of minutes and stormed off, like i was the bad person in this situation. At this point my father insisted we leave,so when i told mr "steven" we had changed our minds and were tired of waiting he did nothing to stop us or even apologize for all the hassle. I am extremely upset about the whole ordeal and must admit that I will not be returning to the Gloucester Ruby Tuesdays as long as that's the behavior that appears to be acceptable. Sincerely, One Extremely Unhappy Customer

please please do not make your servers do the dishes while waiting on customers... this should be directed to GEORGE the owner of our franchise.....Detriot Metro airport

I complain to you OVER a month ago. Do you think anyone got back to me??? I had one guy write to me & ask that I call .. Please call me regarding your visit to my Concord location. Thanks, Tom Bard (207) 899-6201 Well Tom I sure hope you're not being paid by how HELPFUL you are cause your kids will surely starve!

I just wanted to make a comment on the Ruby Tuesdays on Montage Mountain ..Moosic Pa. I am just so impressed with this resturant and I am so impressed with the staff and managers. We notice how warm everyone is greeted, , the service is unbelievable, the servers are all friendly, the food is so delicious. It is served so promptly, well presented and the taste is impectable. The salad bar is always filled, very neat and fresh. It is a friendly atmosphere and when you go in, you just feel welcomed !!! We go there alot and that is why..it is a place to enjoy, be happy, eat great food and visit friends. It is a place that you want to always go back beause you are treated so nice. The managers do a greast job there..you can see how respected they are and how hard they work to make the place the way it is... THEY WORK HARD AND IT SHOWS!!!!! Your managers should be commended as they are the base of your business and they certainly do a great job. My compliments to Ed, your GM........HE DOES A GREAT JOB!!!!!!

I after a few years of not eating at Ruby Tuesdays in Lenoir City Tn started to give it a try again after a few horrible experiences. This has been a year ago. We went on a Tuesday and the food was so good. I. t was very clean and smelled clean unlike the musty old food smell it had before..Anyhow..I was very pleased to feel like I was welcome and got my moneys worth. It seemed they had gotten new management who cared about their job instead of just a paycheck..we have gone back over and over until about 2 months ago..it seemed they were back to the old routine. Dirty place, old food, smart allec waiters all piled up at the food window laughing and cutting up with the cooks while the salad bar is unstocked, dirty and full of brown lettuce..;eople sweepimg carpet floors all around the tables full of guests..I don't know but I thought they closed late..but it seems to me they quit work at about 8.....Im not going back..I know that. I have had it. It must have changed managemnt or the head manger lost interest in their job..To be such a nice looking place I'm sure its losing customers everyday for the same reasons I quit going...Clean up the filth and clean up the help. There are plenty of ppl looking for a job that could surely appreciate it. There aren't many nice places to eat in LEnoir City...Seems to me a great opportunity to get all the business I could instead of just getting by with what works

RUBY TUESDAYS IS HIRERING JAIL BIRDS I SAW A MUG SHOT OF A LOCAL WAITRESS IN THE SAYVILLE RESTRAUNT GO ON NEWSDAY MUG SHOTS HER DIANE VENTURELLA NOT ONLY WAS SHE ARRESTED BUT SHE TELLS EVERYONE HER LIFE STORY .....THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY MOST OF THE TIME THE UGLY STAY AWAY FROM THE SAYVILLE LOCATION NEW YORK ......UNLESS YOU LIKE HEARING OTHER PEOPLES PROBLEMS ..............

Upon arriving at Ruby Tuesdays, I overheard a manager at the Bristol CT location tell a girl who worked there that her family was white trash, then yelled at another worker and called her "annoying" for stirring a peach splash too loudly. If this is how this establishment treats there hard working blue-collard employees, I literally want no part in there "fine" dining experience, id rather eat out of the trash, at least the homeless are humble. Save yourself the trouble and get Wendys down the street. At least you don't have to hear people get ridiculed and harassed, while you bite into your burger.

I think it's atrocious that your company does not protect the integrity of it's employees. You offer Take-Out Service but only pay your employee $4.00/hour to do the job. That's not even minimum wage. They MIGHT get a little tip SOMETIMES, but not generally. And then the restaurant server often has to take their own monies to tip out the bar, the host AND the QSS after a party group has stiffed them. This is outragious! There needs to be a change.

So I've been coming to Ruby Tuesday's for years as my favorite place for a great Salad. Now what tops of the experience for me is the French dressing.. Imagine my shock when I loaded up at the salad bar today and get to the dressings to find you've discontinued the French dressing... Can you spell "disappointment" fast enough?? None of the other dressing work for me..I ended up having a steak that I didn't want because I was starving and the family had already ordered.. The staff were extremely accomodating though but I would ask that if it aint broke, don't fix it.. Please put the French Dressing back because Salad Works are now bringing competition and that might be by new haunt... Thank you

Wow what have you done to th salad bar....In columbia we have very few places that have a salad bar. I was very shocked and when you replace the salad bar back well be back. Please Please get more things on the salad bar.

Went to the ruby tuesdays in waycross ga on 5/28/11,their female manager was very rude and the server that was waiting on me. She didn't keep the drinks filled or offer me any dessert after my meal and made me feel like she was rushing me out by asking was I ready to pay. This is very unacceptable, nothing was done about how I was treated, I really feel that, new management is needed at this location. Will never eat at another ruby tuesday in my life.(VERY POOR MANAGEMENT)
