We ate at Ruby Tuesdays (Rosedale Mall, Roseville, MN) yesterday during the dinner hour. The salad bar was good, as always, but our waitress never returned the table afte plopping down our meal. One of my sides was cold, the other too hot to eat. Our drinks were lukewarm at best, with minimal ice, and we never got refills. Never saw a waitperson, until a significant amount of time, when my husband had to search out someone to give us our tab. Sorry Ruby Tuesdays, but I work too hard for my money to eat a bad meal and recieve mediocre service. You didn't give us the quality of food, or the level of service that we expect and deserve. You've lost us as a customer. The subsequent complaint to management proved that they aren't a customer focused company, and that they don't care about repeat business.

Ruby Tuesday Coldspring, Ky. 1. Server took our drink order, set our drinks on the table and then walked away for 15 minutes without saying anything (ex. I'll be back in a minute to get your orders, etc). 2. Cooks are walking around the resturaunt aimlessly. 3. Waitress (off duty) and cook groping each other in the bar area of resturaunt. 4. Cook storms out of the kitchen with a waitress following him yelling something about "send your ass back to prison!" Then they both return to the kitchen where a screaming match between them begins, which you could hear through the doors. 5. 40 minutes later we get our food order (also keep in mind that there were only a total of 10 patrons there that night in the entire restraunt), which was incorrect. After telling the waitress that my burger did not have any of the fixings it's suppose to she just stares at me. Then I have to go get lettuce and onions off the salad bar to put on my burger, while the waitress brings me the pickles I requested to put on it. 6. The check came 10 minutes after we were finished eating. My overall experience at this Ruby Tuesday: I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF OR MANAGEMENT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!

6. Through the window of the kitchen, I saw a cook eating food as he was cooking it!!

My wife and I were at the ruby tuesdays in Gainesville Florida in the oaks mall. Saturday April 9 in the evening. We were escorted to a table where people walk by constantly. There were at least 10 open tables available. The person literaly tossed the menus on the table and continued walking.????? I then was ready to walk out when the manager happen to see me turn around with discussed. He said what happend? I explained and he sat us at a different table. We then ordered an apetizer that was fried Asian Tho shrimp and the shrimp were literely RAW and cold. I approached the manager again and he insisted we try it again. We did. The point of the matter is I would have expected the Manager to make up for our bad service by offering a free desert or comp the shrimp as a courtesy to the customer and to regain the trust for us to continue to return to the restaurant. I have no problem spending my money elsewhere. I would appreciate someone to contact me.

I made a terrible mistake. I went to Ruby Tuesday's at 13145 S Orange Blossom Trail Orlando, FL 32837. The Ribs were wonderful and the service was great. However my mistake was going during daylight. The floor was so filthy, the booth table slid around, the blinds had food crumbs dust and fingerprints and the woodwork had greasy fingerprints and crumbs. It makes my gag reflex try to kick in as I type. It just needs a bath, big time. I hated the new 1960's look, but I tolerated it for the great food. I will continue to go there for ribs, but will sit at a table, not booth, and not go till the sun goes down.

I am so totally disappointed with the manager and my waitress at 69 Mercury Blvd, Hampton, Va... I went with my mom to have a good, quick, and easy dinner at 4:30 pm on April 9, 2011.... We walked in the door quickly got seated and waitress came to the table rather quick but from there it went down hill... The waitress asked us what drink did we want and it took her 10 minutes to come back with the drinks, then we ordered a sampler and that took 10 minutes just for her to come out and tell us that the biscuits were not ready yet and that she will bring out the sampler when the biscuits were ready... So we waited at the minimum of 20 minutes for our sampler to come... Then she had a big party of about 8-10 people come in and the service got even slower... She came over to our table and asked what did we want to eat for dinner we were giving her our order and she started rambling and then asked me what was my answer, I was like what was the choices, she caught an attitude and said (yelling) do you want bacon?... She yelled so loud everyone looked at us... I said yes and she walked away... It took her 5 minutes of my drink being empty for her to give me a refill, 15 minutes for my moms drink... It took 15 minutes for someone else to bring out the food... Then 5 minutes for her to come over to the table and ask if we needed anything and we said yes napkins, straws, and (what I asked for to be on my burger when cooked) barbecue sauce... It took her 10 minutes just to bring the barbecue sauce to the table... By this time my burger was open for 15-20 minutes waiting on napkins to get the mayonnaise off my sandwich... She came to the table with the barbecue sauce saw my sandwich open and asked if my sandwich was ok and I said yes just waiting on the napkins... Boy did she catch more of an attitude once again yelling and pointing to the napkin my silverware was in and said you have one right there... I was like excuse me and she walked away... Then even though she knew what napkins I needed hands me wet ones... I asked for the manager by this time I was angry... The manager comes to the table acts like he doesn't care and just asks if we want a new sandwich and waiter I said yes... He then only gives me a new waiter... This new waiter came to the table every few minutes making sure we were ok and didn't need anything... Something the other waiter didn't even care about, she never asked if we needed anything if we were ok or not... I ate the old and cold sandwich, cause I was tired of waiting... Then the manager stops back by and tells us to pick out some desert and he would cover it... So we picked out Blondie for two and some gourmet cookies... The Blondie was the one for one and the gourmet cookies were suppose to be 6 instead he gives us 2... I asked him why we only had two and he said he wasn't sure exactly how many we wanted.. But we told him when he told us to pick out desert exactly what desert we wanted... By this time I totally felt like the manager just didn't care about us and we were ready to go so I asked him to take some money off the bill so he just takes our drinks off the bill... We payed and proceeded to leave the old waitress looked at us with what I would call evil eyes so didn't the manager, but everyone else apologized and got the door for us...

*Ruby Tuesdays in Chinatown DC* Giving one star is being nice. I have never been treated so bad in my life especially by someone in a position of management. My lunch guest and I were discriminated against on so many different levels. Spoken to like I was nothing and told that my money wasn't wanted all because I asked for a conversation by employees on the clock to stop having based on what was being said. I will never ever go to this Ruby Tuesdays and I suggest you don't either.

04/09/2011 Normaly we like Ruby Tuesdays But the last time we were there the 4 of else has a rotten time. The mgr sat us and then we waited and waited then I got up and looked for the mgr. I asked is any one going to wait on us,So he took our order and when the bill came he had it all wrong. I aske him how long he worked for Ruby's he said for a short time You would think Ruby Tuesday corp. office would train their people better. I then complained by E-mail and the Dist.Mgr called my wife and told her he would send her a Gift card for the bad time we had. But it seems He was trained by the same people that trained the Mgr of the store because it has been 3 or 4 weeks and No Gift Card was sent to US. I Retired from True Value Hardware after twenty five years as a regional mgr.I know the problems that happen and when they need correcting. George Ross 410-465-1237

I went to your Ruby's in Austintown Ohio last night because I wanted a steak. First my salad was good but not enough dressing for the amount of salad and the waitress didn't come back til the meal was served, therefore I did not want the rest of my salad.I had ordered a 7oz. steak with lobster tail for 17.99. Ordered my steak med.rare--came to me-one side was med.well, other side side-med. Sent steak back after showing the steak to waitress. Steak came back-----raw. Sent that back and told her I would pay for just the lobster. She told me I could have the salad bar free for the steak. Went to the salad bar and made a plate. As I was eating the salad....OMG I found a long hair in it.!!!!!! I showed it to the waitress and could not believe the reaction.Hey it was certainly NOT my hair--how do I know????--10 months of Chemo left me with no hair and is just now starting to grow back. Very unhappy with waitress attitude--needs to find another job as does the cook that doesn't know how to cook steak.!!!!!

Dear Sirs: I went to Ruby Tuesday today and a few weeks ago and I have to say WHAT LOVELY SERVICE, FABULOUS FOOD AND FOOD PRESENTATION. The restaurant was so clean and the place was packed by the time I left. I really enjoyed the food both times I was there.

My wife and I go to Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar. I've visited the Bloomsburg, Pa. location on a several occasions. The last two visits to Bloomsburg, I found the restaurant filthy w/ a terrible smell of rancid kitchen grease throughout the store. We have since stopped going to the Bloomsburg, Pa. location. What a disappointment. We decided to visit the Pottsville, Pa. Ruby Tuesday yesterday. It's a bit farther of a drive but, we were hoping we could just make the Pottsville location "our new" Ruby Tuesday. The Pottsville location, although did not smell as bad, was even dirtier than the one in Bloomsburg. I had to wipe days old crust from the table MYSELF. My wife had to brush the debris from her seat. The floor was littered with food dirt. I had to send back my water glass due to floaters on the inside and food encrusted on the outside. We had to dig through several plates each, at the salad bar before finding a clean one. The floor by the salad bar was coated with grease and caused both my wife and myself to slip. To top it all off, that terrible smell of months old kitchen grease was present throughout the entire dinning room floor. I posted a civil comment on the Ruby Tuesday Facebook page regarding our experience and it was simply deleted. I re-posted a few more times on the page only to have them also deleted. That's it Ruby Tuesday, ignore the problems, they'll go away.......right?

Today my husband and I went to eat at Ruby Tuesdays in Lewisburg WV. We ordered a steak with a lobster tail. After we ordered I west to the salad bar to fix our salads. The salad bar was pathetic. The lettuce looked wilted, they were out of plates only one was there, several employees walked by saw there was no plates I had to ask for plates. There was no boiled eggs, black olives, the tomatoes that were sliced looked like they had been frozen. There was no french dressing, croutons, plus the blue cheese crumbles had so much other food stuck to the spoon you could not even scoop with the spoon. After we were served the lobster tails were so salty you could eat them. They were very nice tails but you could not taste the lobster for the salt. The steak was very good and baked potatoes. I told the waitress about the lobster tails and she said,"What do you want me to do?" This sort of pissed me off so I said,"Go catch me another one." Finally they took one off our check. So then I go to the ladies room, go in the stall and the large toilet paper dispenser is laying in the floor beside the toilet. Try standing to tinkle and hold a large t-paper dispenser at the same time. I know this has been broken for a while the last time I was there the t-paper dispenser was sitting on the handicapped rail not attached to the wall. I do not know what has happened here but it needs to be fixed. I have been in this RT'S before but it is starting to go down hill a little I hope someone reads this that will fix the problem. This is a good place to eat just someone is being a little negligent.

4/1/2011 Smyrna, GA Me and my boyfriend eat at the Ruby Tuesdays in Smyrna, GA maybe once a month for the last about 5 years now, tonight was the worst I have ever experienced. We went in mind in having a great date night and left with me and he upset. Why you ask. Well, we ordered our meal plus had a salad bar, everything was great up until the food never came and the people behind us came in 10 minutes after us and they had their meal and was about done. A mother and child came in later on to order theirs to go and they were walking out 15 minutes later. Our waiter was coming up to us after we ate our salad saying he was sorry about the wait and he said this three times in 20 minutes. I never got a refill on my water that was sitting there empty after I finished my salad; we got there at 6:56 and order at 7:03 according to my phone because I had checked it before we sat down. He came to us the third time saying he wasn't sure why it was taking so long, we asked him to box it up. 15 minutes later he brought it out in a bag. That was not our intention to having it to go but I was getting mad and wanting to leave. We saw our waiter and the manager talking at the register thinking they would do something about us waiting so long. The waiter came over and just dropped off the check and walked away. When we looked at the check it showed the whole amount $30.83. I was upset because we thought that maybe the waiter had told the manager about our wait while they were at the register but NOTHING! The manager walked by our table, not saying anything to us when I got his attention, I showed him our ticket and told him we have been here for 45 minutes and haven't received our food. The waiter heard me and took the check for my hands and said something under his breath and him and the manager walked away. The Manager came back and said he took off 25% off the ticket, the ticket read $23.83 six dollars off! he added that "I should have said something before", I felt my face turn red and I replied, So it's on me that my food never came out, he got an attitude and said, well you wouldn't have waited so long if you would have said something, I did not know it was” My job” to go to the Kitchen and ask where the hell my food was. Wouldn't that be the waiters’ job to check on us and our food? We left at 7:52. Plus I would like to add that the ticket I received time stamped 7:12pm. I think that the manager changed the time on the ticket or maybe the waiter waited on placing our order. The manger never said Sorry or any apologies for our wait. Thanks to the Ruby Tuesday on South Cobb Dr. our Date night Sucked!!! Manager's name was Mr. Walker was Rude; our waiter didn't have a name tag on so I haven't clue his name was clueless. Is this how Ruby Tuesday treats their customer s like it was our fault? My boyfriend had ordered the Alpine burger medium well and after waiting all that time when we got home it was RAW…YUCK! I would like to add that this restaurant scored an 86 on their health code, not a good thing. If anyone from corp. office will read this my e-mail is blondeemme@gmail.com Sincerely, Emily

Re: Ruby Tuesday, Clarksville, MD Waited over an hour for the food order to arrive on 03/25/11. Very disappointing. Avoid this place if you want decent service. Food is pretty good, service is lousy. I blame the kitchen staff and the management, not the server. It used to be a good location - not any more.

I've found Ruby Tuesday restaurants to have consistent quality throughout. They are clean, the food is 5 star quality and the service is as among the best that I’ve ever received. Great job! B~)

Was at the bloomingdale ill location..waiting for lady friend at the bar. Was unexpectedly suprised at the great drink the bartender chris made me. She followed up on me and my lady friend had to cancel, so i ended up staying and eating. No loss, the experience was great, and the bartender made it. Now i know where to go intown to get a great drink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

kurt dichristopher (General Manager of Ruby Tuesday of Estero) needs to be let go of. Firing good employees, treating those left like crap, and having one of his managers quit under him are not signs that he is doing his job, or should keep it. If he is not let go of accordingly, Rubys is failing its employess

I was watching the today show this morning about poor restaurant service where patrons did not complain about poor service or food quality and small portions. Most people do not complain and instead of complaining they refuse to return to restaurant. Upon watching this I remember my second visit Ruby Tuesday last week in Wentzville Missouri. On our first visit my wife and I were extremely please in service, the tastiness and meal portion size. Our bill was about 22 dollars and I let the server a 10 dollars tip, on the second visit the service was good, the half the food was cool while the other half was warm, but the portion size made my wife and I both laugh together at the same moment in disbelief. The bill was about the same but I only left a 3 dollar time since I felt the server was at fault and he should have noticed the portion size was very small. We left the restaurant still hungry and my wife saying I don’t want to go back there and I feeling the same. I am not sending you this letter to get an apology or a free meal I writing to make you aware of common problem where you may want to address this issue to you servers. Their tip and the patron return are based upon service, quality quality and of course portion size.

Ruby Tuesday managers treat their employees with disrespect. I am shocked how I was treated as a server and how things were ran. I have contacted my lawyer. Things will be delt with. No employee should be treated that way.

I attended Ruby Tuesday in Arizona at the San Tan Village location and was not pleased with the way management cared for their employees. I was there with my family and there was a total of 6 of us. Our server was great she took great care of us and joked and just made us feel like we were recieving all of her attention when she was at our table. Well about half way through our meal we noticed a difference with our server as if though she was in pain or discomfort, so when she came back to check on us I asked if she was ok, and of course she replied "yes I'm fine thanks for asking, is there anything else I get for you all?" She was very concerned with us and making sure we were ok and having a good time. Well as she walked away from our table she grabbed her chest and squinted her eyes as if though she was fighting back tears or something. When she approached our table again I asked her to come close and I asked her if everything was ok and she said "no ma'am I have severe chest pains right now and I ran out of my medication." The manager that was there over heard our conversation and asked our server if she was ok and she said no not really my chest hurts really bad and I just want to go home and rest till it goes away. Not even 5 minutes later the manager walks back over to our server and tells her that her an two other servers are the only ones left and the others were leaving. My husband and myself found that very disturbing to know that the manager did not care about her employee's well being and let others go before her. What would of happend if our server was to just fall out. Like I said our server was awesome an took great care of us and tried to not show the pain and still laugh and joke with us, but it was for the simple fact that as a guest at this location I was not pleased with the way management handled everything. The manager should have let our server go home and get the treatment she needed and made one of her other perfectly well servers stay behind. If it wasn't for the great server that we had I would never go back there because of the management.
