The Place in Bentonville Arkansas, use to be a great place to eat. The last two times I've been there to eat wait staff sucks, and management is a knuckle head... JUST SAYING!! I won't go back, you should be worried the parking place is not packed ever!

First of all I don't know why I should have to give a star if my experience absolutely disgusted me. My husband and I visited the Ruby Tuesday in Montgomery,Al on the Eastern Blvd. The service was great but unfortunately my husbands wallet slipped on of his pocketed while sitting at a booth. About fifteen minutes after we left he noticed it was missing and that was the last place we stopped at, so he called all lastnight to see if anyone had found or turned it in and they responded No. Okay so we woke up this morning and called and still the same answer. So we went back to see a manager. The hostess from lastnight was the person that give me husband his wallet back after repeatedly calling and being told no and that they hope I find it was the same persnickety

as a new member of the ruby tuesday family in lima ohio i entered a position with enthusiasum and excitement. only to be disapointed within the 1st day, not only was i suppost 2 start online testing but the management was so disorganized that theyd have me start a test and then transfer me to the back to do dishes or help prep food. Without any training what so ever the frustration has grown more everday! Not 1 manager has taken the time to show me around the restaraunt and teach me where products are placed and where items where found on the shelves, instead they have depended on other employees to take what little time they have in such a chaotic environment to quickly yell out how to prep the food or whatever ?s we may have(which makes me feel like im bothering them)or uncapable of doing my job. management has had the nerve after 2days to do my online testing from home when getting hired in i was guranteed 30hrs a wk and only have got 15wkly they still wanna cheat me outa those hrs 2!by the way the kitchen is absolutely the most disgusting facility i have worked in,in my 6yrs exp.in food industry.food sanitation and cleansliness definately isnt performed in lima location.as a new emp.knowing the rules and regulations of a restaraunt none are displayed not even by the management.i wouldnt even eat there myself,no gloves counters floors walls dishes all disgusting.very unorganized and unpleasant, management uneducated or just plain lazy with utilizing skills and rules that keep a restaraunt succesful

Dear Rubys, I have a few of your restaurants in my area and love them. Recently I have started my own business as 'Costume charactors' and I notice alot of restaurants are using charactors for the kids and thought your restaurant would be an ideal place to have a charactor meet and greet the children on a weekend, since your eating establishment is a 'family' type restaurant. Maybe once or twice a month as a fun way to start their breakfast or dining experience. Perhaps you have already considered this and may have even tried it at one time and maybe it had failed but I would love to hear back from your office about my idea Looking forward to hearing from you Sincere thanks Barbara

Last night my wife and I dropped in at the restaurant in Linthicum, Maryland before going to the cinema. I arrived first and after waiting at the bar for ten minutes, during which time no one asked me if I could be served, I requested a glass of house white wine. The server asked if the house Chardonnay would be fine. I accepted. At the same time another server had broken a glass in the the sink where the ice was kept. After a further five minutes, while the ice was removed (I think), I was served what I thought was a glass of house white in a brandy glass. In fairness I did not inquire the price of the wine but nor was I advised of the price. My wife arrived some fifteen minutes later and she ordered a rum and coke. I joined her with a second glass of what I thought was house chardonnay. When the bill came, to my horror the total came to slightly over $35.00. The price of the wine was slightly under $14.00 per glass. The server acknowledged that he had given me a premium wine and not the house. Since I was in a hurry for the movie, I paid and left. I was most disappointed with both the service and the fact that I had been charged for a wine that I did not request. I have always been a fan of your restaurant, but this time I was most disappointed and felt that it should be brought to your attention. Sincerely,

Ruby Tuesday in Kentwood, MI is a highly respectable place. Not only was my server Cassandra very kind and considerate, but she made my experience personal. The hosts were very welcoming upon my arrival with my husband. I ordered the Garlic Tilapia, with potatoes and zucchini on the side-also with the Garden Bar. The Garden Bar was phenomenal! Such fresh salad options, with great pastas and was very well kept. My husband ordered the Portobello Chicken, which he enjoyed very highly. Even though the onion rings were forgotten, my server took it off my bill, and brought some out within 3 minutes. The service was impeccable! The store manager even dropped by to see how our meal was. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others, and will DEFINITELY visit again!

My mom and I were at Ruby Tuesday's in Decatur, Al on Novemember 12, 2011. We were seated after 15 minutes and they were not busy. The waitress was friendly and helped us with our questions about using a coupon. We never got the cheddar biscuits, the food took forever and after we ate we waited and waited. Some water would have been nice. The young man that seated us went to get our waitress. She was busy and offered lots of reasons why we got no bread, why it took so long, why she didn't check on us. I will not be back. There is too many other places to eat.

My Fiancé and I WERE customers at your Commerce Georgia location until last night. We have eaten at this restaurant several times and had the same waitress almost every time. The food has been good, although slow to the table but the service from our waitress was HORRIBLE! She is very unfriendly and seems to have a chip on her shoulder continuously. Last night we intended to go and sit at the bar, have a few drinks and enjoy watching our beloved Packers, however once we arrived we realized that our "waitress" was now the bar tender. We immediately left and had a great time next door at Applebee's and had exceptional service as well as a waitress/ bar tender with a wonderful disposition that obviously enjoys her job. There are plenty of people that would love to have a job, maybe Ruby Tuesday should consider screening future employees better!

My husband and I visited the Ruby Tuesdays in Gloucester , Virginia this past friday night . The resturant was as busy as i can rememeber it , and even though our food was delayed due to extreme business our waitress was very nice and kept our drinks and biscuits full , which is all we could ask for on such a busy night. The problem i have , well in which both my husband and I have is that we had to listen to one of the managers yell at a younger male server in the middle of the dining room . As bad as that was to have to watch an listen too , what disgusted me the most was the fact that when the server didn't seem to respond with an answer he wanted he responded with clear foul language in which i will not repeat and should NEVER of had to hear when out dining with my husband . That alone would not be the only reason i am writing , you see this isn't the first time that same manager had made a pleasant experience into a non pleasant experience , last time i saw him doing much of the same yelling at a female server in an extremely dominate way , and when i asked for the manager i was brought the general manager who named himself as Larry . Larry explained to me how it was a misunderstanding and that the younger male manager in whom the general manager mentioned his name as Steven and the server were having a miscommunication . None the less we came back to Ruby Tuesdays and witnessed yet another disgusting scene with the same manager . Due to the behavior this manager has shown over a consistent period of time , neither me nor my husband will be returning to the Gloucester , Virginia Ruby Tuesdays again as long as that is the behavior the leaders of that establishment will be using .

First of all - if you have a complaint - contact Ruby Tuesday headquarters directly - this site is not where you need to go about filing a complaint..Otherwise, do not for one minute, think you can enjoy a meal at the Bel Air, Maryland location (Store # 2887). Staff is not only rude, but you also have to wait 30+ minutes for your food - even when only 12 people are in the entire restaurant. After the food is delivered it's discovered..."Wow, maybe there's 14 fries on the plate and 10 slices of zucchini - which are COLD!" The steak - full of gristle and to top it off, a charge of $8.49 for a glass of house Red wine! When you've got Out-Back and TGIF within walking distance (2 blocks) packed to standing room only and a 45 minute wait on a Thursday night - just be warned that if you pull into an empty Ruby Tuesday parking lot and it's empty - BEWARE, DO NOT GO INSIDE!

Ruby Tuesdays in North Augusta has gone down hill lately. Their service is not good. Tonight I reached my end. We asked for buscits when we first sat down. We did not get them. We got our appatizer, which was fine, and asked again for buscuits and did not recieve them. Then the manager and hostes brought us our food. I asked again for buscuits and was told for the third time that they were in the oven. We finished our food and asked for buscuits again so that we could take them home with us. We were told that they were cooking still. Then I looked up and saw that the three blonds at the next table had buscuits and they had just walked in while looking at this our waitress returned to tell us that their oven had been down and that is why they had no buscuits. I suppose that the buscuits that the girls were eating was mana from heaven. I fully entend to tell everyone that I meat not to go there anymore. The thing that made me the madest was that I got so mad that I did not leave a tip for the first time in my forty-three years.

I am the mother of a waitress that works at Ruby Tuesdays in Culpeper Va. We had the entire family there for her Birthday and Mine. She asked the waiter (Joe) to ask a Manager for her schedule, she (Angie Douglas) had been calling for several days and couldn't get an answer from any of the Managers so she asked our waiter if he could ask the General Manager in charge that day (Brad Burke was the General Manager)that night. He told the waiter to tell her "'To grow a set of balls and come in the back and ask him herself", his exact words. She didn't tell me till after dinner because she didn't want to cause a problem in the restaurant, my husband, her grandfather and her finance were all there and it wouldn't have been good. I am so disgusted by his behavior towards my daughter that I'm writing this to the corporate office as a complaint against him not Ruby Tuesday. He should be fired on the spot in my opinion. Thank You for your time! Suerena Garrison

first off im am a dedicated employee of ruby tuesday for 11 years. ihave worked in every position in the restaurant boh foh shiftlead bar. i have trained everyone in my store that includes mangmt. i am 37 years old thats about 1 thrd of my time on this earth,so im in it for the the long hall. when i started it was great burgers n beer. french onion soup that people still ask for killians on tap . whatever times change. so how. ruby tuesday went green NO still sending plastic and papaer out with none coming back. my complaint is that i serve and i tip out 30% of my tips all to pay a foodrunner or spg( smiling people greeter). what that is 1000.00 sales =30.00 the company pays these people server minmn server minm wage whe have no chioce or say in the matter. so the i go to work and what do my employees do stand around talk cell phones and even run the dish room during ny entire shift.why do i have to pay when my company officers make this. not yet! cooks of 5 to 7 years earned raises to 13.00 hour only to be taken away to 8.00 hour so corperate can make profits buy the way for me no raise for 11 years not even a thanks. here it is kimberley Grant executive vice president compenstion 2,654,483.00 thats million or the company 1,195,000,000 billion total revenue 57,778,000 million total operating cost profit 45,433,000.00. thats called proffit after cost (PAC). point is stop taking our wages to make your profits the co was not built on that standard. the co was built on guest sastifaction and they pay the bills if yor employees are not happy they dont make the guest happy. tone down the coupons your getting the wrong guests for a 5 star restaurant.the food is great. but the help (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR) look at the car your driving and look at you store mngmt cars

Our office went to Ruby Tuesday on Hwy 72 in Madison,Al. Today for a 40th birthday lunch and it was terrible.....The salad bar was empty, I mean no lettuce, cheese, dressing, no pasta, no veggies not even a plate...Took an hour to get our food, at the same time had to box our lunch pay our ticket and rush back to work. Didn't get drink refills and no one got their endless soups .Why advertise endless soup and salad, when 2 of us left hungry. And the server was suppose to bring to go soups and never got it. Not once did we see a manager! Called the restaurant to complain, once we got back to work annd was offered 25% off our next meal and at first was offered a 25$ gift card for 9 adults to eat. The server even stated we should come back on a day when they are not so busy. When in fact we were surrounded by empty tables. Unfortunatly every time we try to eat at ruby tuesday, we vow it will be the last time! After todays experience we can say it and mean it.

I am a customer to your leeds alabama store . there is a male bartender who's service is poor. he gives the wrong change , I've seen him on several occasions pour short drinks going to the restaurant . he practically begs for tips . I have reached the point of going to a different restaurant when he is bartending . he is always on his phone texting . I am very disappointed that this continues to happen .

Based on these postings, I guess I'm not alone when I say the service is consistently bad! This was my third and final visit to the Neptune NJ Ruby Tuesday's. I thought I'd try sitting at the bar since the wait staff in the dining room is horrible. Guess what? It's horrible at the bar too. Our bartender talked up a storm with her co-workers and I had to wave her down to let her know we were ready to order. She never asked if I wanted a refill on my drink and barely spoke to us at all. Her service was reflected in her tip. Never again.

I visited your restaurant in Greensboro, NC. We arrived about 5PM. We were seated and our order was taken about 15 minutes later. We ordered one diet drink and 3 ice waters with lemon. We got the water, no lemon. We asked we were told he would bring it back. We were told to help ourselves to the salad bar, which was very good. We received our food 15 minutes to 20 minutes later. Everything we ordered was wrong. My husband is a diabetic, so being, he had to eat his food; not the way he ordered it; but because he had to eat. I got my food it was all wrong; my daughter got her food; wrong! She had to wait on the barbecue sauce for her ribs. The ribs were tough. By the time he arrived with her barbecue sauce; her ribs were cold and guess what? The sauce was as cold as ice. By that time we called the waiter ask to speak to a manager. One came and said I apologize; but the order was taken correctly; but the cooks prepared it wrong. I asked if they would take back our order and take it off my bill. Another manager came over and did not offer much help. I said well at least you could give a free dessert. The waiter brought the chocolate cake. It was cold, with no icing. no cherry on top; but had ice cream with some nasty strawberry topping on chocolate cake. The waiter came back with the bill and I thought he would just take the bill. Instead he charged me $13.32 for my husband's food which was wrong. It was the worse ordeal ever. The waiter told us when we came in that the cooks had been messing up orders all day. Well that should have been a light bulb to me then; but he had to eat. I will never go to a Ruby Tuesay no time soon. Every order was wrong, and that is very unusual to get screwed like that!!
