I was extremely dissapointed with the service at Ruby Tuesday on Whitesburg drive in Huntsville, Alabama. The bartender, who's name was Sunshine spent 90% of her time either speaking with her boyfriend and ignoring the customers. She was either leaning over the bar talking to him or actually outside the bar area at his chair with him. Not only that, he seemed to be boasting about how much money he had in front of other customers. I guess to impress her or too intimidate other male patrons at the bar. Either way, I'm never going back. I'm a single mother with children and we don't have a lot of money. I came to Ruby Tuesday's because it's affordable and I liked the service not be ignored and hear a boasting contest from her insecure boyfriend.

I was very disappointed and aggravated with the service and food quality of Ruby Tuesdays. My wife and I went to eat at the Illinois Ave Oak Ridge, TN location and we will not be going back. They were out of half of the items on the salad bar and the lettuce was almost gone. When they were asked to fill up the items on the salad bar the General Manager rolled her eyes at my wife. My wife then told her I saw you roll your eyes at me and don't appreciate it. The manager responded with that it was not intentional. I spoke with the other arrogant culinary manager which was just as much a jerk as she was. This is not the only time since the management has changed that we have had problems. The store was basically empty yet we waited at least 10 minutes for a server and another 15 for drinks. They had no biscuits and being made ...well we like to have not got them and never got the order we wanted with our food. My daughter asked for barbeque and got it when she was almost finished. We will not go back , but it is important for the corporate office to know especially in today’s economy when it is hard enough to stay in business. I will not recommend this location to anyone and will let my friends and family know how we were treated.

March 22nd, went to Ruby Tuesday in Fort Wayne, IN. We each ordered on of the two Seafood specials, mine was the dockside, do not recall name of the other one. My wife's lobster tail was so salty she left it on the dish. Server's comment was "I'll tell the chef to put less salt on it". Web server error at your site prevents me from completing the survey. Hope this gets to Ruby Tuesday through different server. Code was 73272-9129-03690-4608. Suggest more training for server #798, and review of recipes.

I think Ruby Tuesday's has oe of the best salad bars anywhere and my husband and I were so excited to see your commmercial that advertises salad bar free with 20 different entrees at $9.99. Because of the economy we have had to be careful of our spending and only take one night out every 2 weeks to go out to eat. We both enjoy a salad bar but find ourselves hungry again in an hour or two unless we have a dinner to go with the salad bar so we were overjoyed to hear your add. Unfortunately we have found that Ruby Tuesday's add is false after visiting your Milledgeville Ga. restaurant. We were told that the add we saw did not apply to the Ruby Tuesday's in Milledgeville. The adds we have seen did not mention that this offer did not apply to all your restraunts and we feel we were taken advantage of. I know there are some people that say we shouldn't complain but how else can you know how people feel about your resteraunt.

My son and I had a 25% off coupon to use. We always eat at the on Broadway in Littleton, Co. I have always ordered the Petite Sirloin and have always been very happy with it. My son orders the Louisiana Shrimp and has always been very satisfied. This time however my steak looked and tasted like what I would've imagined a Dollar Tree steak would've looked and tasted like. When I first saw it I knew this wasn't the quality steak that I'm used to there. It was flat and brown. I tasted it and couldn't stomach it. My son's shrimp was not the Louisiana shrimp he'd had times before. It was inferior frozen fried shrimp. He didn't eat his either after tasting it. The server was very good though. Bottom line, coupon or not we will not be back as obviously the food has become grossly inferior.

I am a current employee of Ruby Tuesday's in Elizabethtown, Ky. I Have great managers but i also have some bad managers.. it fathoms me how he even got a manager position, he's lazy, he disappears half the time he's even working, he flirts with the waitresses instead of doing his job properly or doing his job at all..Is there anyway that can be fixed or to get him removed from the store or atleast transfered..place runs alot smoother without him

A Group of 12 of us went to Ruby Tuesdays on Corkscrew in Fort Myers, Florida tonight. They ask us if we could split up and we said yes, the 4 kids can sit together and the 8 adults can sit together. They had a few 8 tops open and a few 4 tops close to them. The Hostess went away and when she came back she said the manager said we can split up up to tables of 4 but she will not sit us together. I said I understand you must be short handed. But we are going to leave since we can not sit together at your empty tables. We have a business meeting every 1st Monday of the month. The bad thing is 10-20 of us meet with our families at Ruby Tuesdays. We drove across the street to another restaurant. Wow the food was really good and the service was great.

They were out of baked potatoes and sweet potato fries. The salad bar didn't have cheese or egg and the lettuce was sub par. There store was basically empty yet we waited at least 10 minutes for a server and another 15 for drinks and the ribs were basically bones with BBQ sauce. The person above who gave a 5 star rating, "amazed", is clueless. Yes, we have a choice not to go back and in our case we will not, but it is important for the franchise/owner to know where they are falling short, especially in todays economy. I will not recommend this chain, in our area, to anyone.

I have worked in customer service at a major pharmacy for years. This isn't how you treat your customers at all, almost made me want to get up and leave without paying my bill. Although our server was excellent we had problems with one of the people who wrote us down for the wait time list. She gave us a huge addittide when it was not nessecary. The two ladies told us that it would be a 25 minute wait and we waited for an hour and a half. This ruby Tuesday was located at the freehold raceway mall in freehold township nj

WE HAVE FAMILIES TO TAKE CARE OF BILLS TO PAY IF I WAS LATE TO WORK I'D BE WRITTEN UP N 3 WRITE UP'S EQUAL TERMINATION SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN RT IS LATE ALL THE TIME PAYING EMPLOYEES???? This will be my second tome at the location in College Park, Ga. The first time a burger was ordered to go and I get back to work , the burger wascold and completely raw. I take the burger back when I got off from work. I was given 2 coupons that expire in less than a week. My second trip was terrible , Jerome was a terrible waiter. Again my food wasnt done and we didnt get ketchup until 16 minutes after we got our food. The waiter went on to talk about other patrons and they could here them. I am very afraid to make a third trip to this facility. Besides the salad bar sucks.

I have never been more disappointed at the experience I had This past Sunday at the location at Premium Outlets in Dawsonville GA. First, We asked for extra lemon with the water which we never got. Then the waitress never brought the biscuits. After waiting around 45 minutes I asked her when she was going to bring them and she finally did. THey were rock hard, dry and crumbly. For a side I ordered a baked potato with no butter and extra sour cream all on the side. Of course the potato came fully loaded with everything already on it. The server said he would bring another and never did. I asked to see the manager to complain about the waitress. At that time the waitress came witht he extra sour cream. The manager said he would check up on us to make sure the rest of our meal was good. What was the point? We already had our meal. Still no potato. I asked for the manager again. This time he said he must have misunderstood me. Finally the potato came with everything on the side. The manager made no effort whatsoever to adjust the bill, offer us a free desert, or do anything whatsoever to make us feel like he cared about us and wanted us to return. He did, however give us 2 coupons for 25% off of our next visit which expire next week. Why would he think I would want to come back. This was one of the most neglectful managers I have ever dealt with and also one of the most unprofessional waitresses. I feel the manager should have done something for us to compensate for our aggravation.

Ate at a RT in San Antonio on Feb 16th. Nice atmosphere. Wait staff was good. Food tasted good. But I have to say that the "Petite" lunch Salmon was hysterically funny. It was like being in one of those commercials where you get tiny little food at a pricey restaurant. The portion was literally 2"x1"x1/2". Entire table cracked up. Think the price for the portion is too high. The waiter said most people were just shocked at the size of the petite lunch items. Probably not the response you're looking for....

My husband and I went to the Ruby Tuesday on 2-14 at Cross Creek, Fayetteville, NC. We had to wait for at least 1/2 hour to be seated and there were many empty tables. We were told that they were reserved but we noticed that no one ever was seated at them. The waitress was fine. I ordered a Cosmopolitian. I was served a luke-warm weak lemonaide. I complained and the 2nd one was a little better. We ordered the grilled salmon. The portion we received that night was half the size of what we ordered 3 weeks before. My husband's rice was a cold congealed dry mess. The biscuits that came with the meal arrived as we got our check.

I hooked up with one of your Corporate gals who was in Roanoke, Va in August of 2000 on business for the company. Her first name was April and she might have worked out of the Charlottesville office? I think she said she was moving to Wythville, VA at some point. She was the the most beautiful ray of sunshine to ever come in to my life. Would love to figure out how to catch up with her again one day. Hopefully no kids ever came about from that weekend. :-) She said she was 75% gay, but wow she didn't look it! Anyone know this person?

We just had dinner last minute for Valentines Day at the RT4690 in Virginia Beach. This was last minute as I work for the DOD and was not sure if we would be together on Valentines Day. We Called in advance as to any available resevations and were told a 20 minute wait or we could make a reservation after 9PM. We chanced it and were seated 2 minutes after we got there. Our server was Angel C 993. Dinner was great,food hot and great. Angels service was above standard and was left a $20 tip. In this days economy that says alot. I would like to ask that you make sure the food is hot when served at your Fairhope, Al. unit. The last three times we have been there it is served before we have a chance to finish our salads. The main course is cold by the we start eating. That is with in a few minutes You have the only good location. We had rather stay close than drive to mall. I will continue to visit your location. Attention: Jodie Seiple, Corporate office for Ruby Tuesdays in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We were shocked that our favorite waitress had gotten fired. The manager, Jeremy, had apparently told someone else in the restaurant that she was fired before he even told her. Not professional behavior! We talked to Jeremy about it and he said she was fired for being rude to a customer. First of all, this gal is the sweetest, most positive person you could meet. Being rude is completely out of character for her. She says it wasn't even her table. The receipts that would prove that have mysteriously disappeared. Jeremy says he has three witnesses that say she was rude. Should Jeremy even be telling us these personal details about the incident? Isn't that also unprofessional? While we talked to Jeremy, we pointed out that a used band-aid has been lying in the parking lot since last summer. He said he would take care of it right away. After our meal, when we returned to our car, the band-aid was still lying there. Is Jeremy lying to us? In how many instances?
