We visited Ruby Tuesday in Cookeville, TN. We had horrible service. It took over 45 minutes to get our food which is strange since the place was practically empty. We finally asked the waiter and he said he would check on it. Then he acted scared and never came back to the table. We felt like he had forgotten to put our order in. We would have been much less upset if he had of just admitted that he had forgotten instead of having the manager and another waiter take care of us. The manager offered us cupcakes for our trouble. If we had of wanted cupcakes we would have ordered them. Now I know why there's never a wait there on the weekend!

My wife works for ruby Tuesday and recently had to be taken out of work bc her feet got inflamed due to all the long hours they demand mgt to work. When she told her gm she was going to have to be out to have surgery he practically got pissy bc it interfered with his well being. Now she's going to be out of work for the next 8 weeks and workers comp want even cover it even though the 12 hrs a day she pulls and has pulled over the last 7 years 5 days a week. I think rt is full of it when it comes to there managers. They say they are a family restaurant but the workers never see there families due to all the long hours they pull. Take it from me the money's not worth the headaches

What a royal rip-off!!!! TV ads say salad bar free with all entrees and when you get there they say NOT ANY MORE. No more Ruby Tuesday for us!!!

Once again Ruby's in Powell TN on emory rd has deprived customers of Caesar dressing.. This happened once before but folks got ticked and someone at Corp brought it back.. Now please bring the dressing back or we for one will stop eating there or at any Ruby. Pure ridicules that anyone with half a care would remove the most popular dressing in the US.. What moron may this choice to remove it. We await the results of complaints and we update all soon.. Thanks

WE STOPPED IN FLORENCE, SC TO REST FOR THE NITE. THERE WAS A RUBY TUESDAY NEXT TO OUR MOTEL. WE WENT THERE TO EAT MY HUSBAND ORDERED A STEAK AND SO DID I BUT HIS WAS UNEATABLE SO WE CALLED THE MANAGER OVER SHE WANTED TO GIVE US ANOTHER STEAK BUT MY HUSBAND REFUSED. WE HAD BAD FOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS NO BETTER. THE SERVER GAVE US THE WRONG BILL, AND OUR MEAL WAS SENT TO THE WRONG CUSTOMER'S AT FIRST I TOLD THE SERVER THAT THOSE WERE OUR MEALS IF I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD THEY WERE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM THE ORDER. I WOULD MAKE SURE TO CHECK ON THIS RESTAURANT AND MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO UNDERCOVER TO SEE WHATS REALLY GOING ON. TO BAD BECAUSE YOUR MENU SEEN TO BE A GOOD ONE. I'AM FROM N.J. AND I'AM NOT SURE IF I WOULD GO BACK TO ONE OF YOUR RESTAURANTS WITHOUT YOU TREATING ME FOR THE SC DISASTER. SORRY FOR THE RATING BUT IT HAD TO BE SAID SO OTHER'S DON'T FEEL THEY ARE GETTING BAD FOOD AND POOR SERVICE.

Today I was so happy to take my mother and grandson 2years of age out to lunch. When we got there around 1:30ish the place was almost empty. Hostess sat us at a table with a tight squeeze and I asked for a booth because my mother had knee surgery, she would feel much more comfortable.Hostess very rudely replied we can't put a highchair on a booth.I said well then "let's go to Fridays" Very Rudely she said "fine Go!" I come to Ruby Tuesdays at least once a month with a group of about 8 to 10 ladies..NO MORE!! By the way this is the Warrington store on rt.611 easton rd..in front of the movies..Shocking

This evening I placed a order online to the Waynesboro, Va. Ruby Tuesday. As I completed the online order the confirmation page states what time the order would be ready for "curb side" service.....AND what type of vehicle I would be driving and also asked the color. Now in my opinion when it states "curb service" that means they bring it out to you......hint....this is why they asked what I would be driving. I get to the "curb service" 3min before my order is to be ready....and I wait...and I wait....I sit there for 15mins, finally I had to go inside. I asked the young fellow who seem to be seating people if my order was ready...I had been sitting outside for 15min waiting on it to be carried out and was concerned there was a problem. He stated they no longer offered "curb service" and my order was on the bar. Mind you he didn't go get it and bring it to me...he pointed at the order sitting on the bar getting colder by the minute....so now not only did I have to go in and pick up my order that was suppose to be brought out to me....I had to have a young man with clearly a large chip on his shoulder and no manners POINT to my order...instead of atleast bringing it to me....or better yet someone could have come out and stated I needed to come in and collect my order myself...instead of letting it remain on the bar and get cold. BOTTOM LINE.....if you don't offer "curb service" take it off of your online ordering and don't ask me what I am driving....clearly it makes no difference. APPLEBEE'S HERE I COME!!!!

I was at ruby tuesday town center thursday night and our waitress vanessa was great at first but towards the end of the meal which was great. she made a comment saying niggers never tip. well again i love the food but the service was terrible...

My family and I ate at Ruby Tuesday's in Rockwall, Tx. this past Suday evening at the recommendation of our son, who lives in Rockwall. Evidently, he and his family have been there many times. None of us will be going back. From the onset, we did not receive decent treatment. We asked for an outside table and told they were all taken. There were clearly many tables available and it remained that way the whole 2 1/2 - 3 hours we were seated inside either waiting for our order or waiting for the order to be re-done. All the children's hamburgers were raw inside...plus cold. The buns were warm and the plates were hot, but the burgers weren't cooked...maybe flipped once and then placed on the buns. My son's adult burger was red inside; as well. The waitress was usually no where to be found. We asked for a manager, who brought out some chicken and fries for the little ones, but by that time, the adults had already shared food with them because they were so hungry. When the waitress brought my bank card and the bill back to me, she said she had made a wrong swipe and I had been charged an extra $7.00, but that it would come off my card in a few days. It was taken off today. My bill for my husband and me has cleared the bank for $33.11...Now there is an additional charge to my account from Ruby Tuesday's for $21.11. I called the restaurant and just got passed to different people and was told that the General Manager is gone for the day. I asked for a 'regular' manager and was told that someone would come in @ five P.M. I am so unimpressed with your restaurant chain. There have only been a few times in my life that I ever complain like this about a restaurant/service...but I have had enough. People work hard for their money and should be treated with courtesy and respect. I have a son-in-law in the service industry and I know he goes above and beyond his duty to give his customers a great experience from the time they arrive until they leave. Your place is not even sub-standard....

As a regular in one of your stores I would have to be really upset to post a complaint. I spend approximatly 100 to 150 a week I one of your Connecticut stores. The staff is great the managers are awesome but as they say it only takes one bad experience to change an attitude. Tonight I was the only consumer at the bar for an half hour or so. Thebartender was nice and friendly. At some point two guys her age came in. She proceeded to take their order and serve them. The problem is she totally forgot about the only other bar guest she had. It took more than 10 minutes to get her attention for another drink. So sorry Rubys I spend good money in your restaurant and recommend people all the time but that was not good service....I will now go to chilies..

I'm a manager at ruby Tuesday, and I'm appalled at how our GM talks to amd treats his staff!! I used to be a server and was promoted and I wld NEVER speak to ppl the way he does!! He screams at them, cusses them out amd talks behind their backs! He has me working 12 days in a row and ridiculous hours! And then says to others I do a lousy job! When I'm the one who got sales up, percentages up, amd the staff works soo much harder for me then for him! It only takes respect! Which he has none! I have lupus, and I knew i wld have hard hours with this job, but I ddnt expext to be working his hours and being told, thats the way ot works! I HATE my job now!! Something really should be done! I will be in contact woth my district manager, amd if that dsnt work, ill go higher! These employees dnt deserve this!

i was working at the Beaufort South Carolina house code 4160. until recently, when i was fired for i feel was trying to be competent. you have server by the name of Emily that is a trainer that if she the best you have for training, im surprised your still in business. Emily rubs the belly of the pregnant hostess, who walks around talking about how her feet are so smelly. Emily commented on several occasions how the hostess boyfriend/ husband liked her ASS. i feel that was inappropriate and well as her continuous non stop use of her cellphone. she was seen texting at the hostess desk, at the work station in the kitchen area, yet nothing was said. she did not do much pre bussing nor was she attentive to her clients. they in cases asked for their checks, she was never that busy that she could previously give it to me. Sean Lasko the General Manager from what the manager Kelly gives the impression is a figure head. I asked her on a occasion about my schedule told her about how Sean told me to come in 4/17 at 11 am. abut past that i did not know any schedule. She ( Kelly) said that's code for Im do it. You have staff members talking about one another like dogs, as in the case where Tia made a comment that Joey- or Joseph the Hostess must of been hired because they needed somebody really bad. She spoke about his missing teeth. I feel that he was hired he was doing a good Job and that's not her place to be talking about his appearance in that matter in the work environment. The whole experience was is not a good thing for anyone past presence and future persons to come into that . personal feelings should be left outside of the door, this suppose to be professional environment.

I have eaten at R.T. for years. What a disappointment today when a friend and I met for lunch. The service was very slow (we ordered Carolina Chicken Salad). Other customers near us received their meals before we did (they had arrived after us.) How long does it take to fix 2 medium-size salads??? We were surprised at the salads -- the platter used for the food.( They are long and narrow.) It's impossible to cut up salad items without food falling on the table. (The table was very sticky.) Food was high and the iced tea is expensive also. I asked the manager why the salad is served on that particular platter; he could have cared less!!! He threw up his hands and mumbled, "I'll ask headquarters." I also told the manager the salad was not good at all -- no comments from him. The flavor was definitely lacking. We did not see him again. When we left we were still hungry!!! We will not go there again. Do managers care anymore about customer service?????

I have been working for Ruby Tuesday for 2 1/2 years in Bessemer, Alabama. Starting with the staff, the majority of the servers seem like they all NEED to take a smoke break and when they all come back in they smell like a wet ashtray! The General Manager allows his wife to work at the same restaurant with him ALSO his wife brings their dog into the restaurant. To make it worst, into the kitchen's office! Shouldn't that be against some sort of rule? The Floor Manager, it seems whenever there is a problem with the guest, he ALWAYS discount their food or is ALWAYS giving something away! He is only around when we don't need his help but he is always there to critize someone. The 3 hostess, 1 thinks she is a manager, the other is ok, and the other is just .... I would suggest you all do some major firing and start OVER!

My son and daughter in law and I went to Ruby Tuesday in Arden NC yesterday 4/10 and had horrible service and food. First of all, I always had an enjoyable experience in the past and loved their salad bar variety which I found yesterday to be lacking. It looks like they eliminated most of the wonderful items they used to have. There were no beans, black olives, and many other items. Also there was no romaine lettuce which is the most nutritous. The waitress was fast talking and rude. The service took forever. They said there was only 1 person in the kitchen! Well, that wasn't our fault. The waitress was usually sitting in a booth nearby texting someone and seldom checked on us. I asked what ever happened to the great salad bar and she said that corporate changed items that sold better. Well, let me tell you, when you start sacrificing customer service for the "bottom line" you have a problem and will eventually close down!!!! That is what happens to most businesses when they become greedy. The food was horrible and the prices way too high for a skimpy lunch and lousy service. As we were leaving, a lady was walking in and I said to her "you'll be sorry" and proceeded to tell her of our experience. She went somewhere else and thanked me. To top it all off, my daughter in law cut herself on the toilet handle when flushing the toilet in the ladies room. A bad experience all the way around. You will not see us at that store again and I will tell all my friends in Arden, Asheville and Hendersonville NC

Can I just say I used to work for this company..and loved it back then..Tonight our friends and my husband and myself went to Ruby Tuesdays in Bristol, Ct. I ordered Ruby sliders half chicken sliders and half regular..I ate a regular one first and it was tasty..then I started on the chicken one..half way through I noticed it was RAW.. The manager said so sorry ill take your info and comp your meal thats the best I can do for you..he never came back to check on me so I left him a note stating that since he was not that intrested with my phone number or any other info I will give him some...so I gave him mine and told him thanks for not checking up with me..my phone rang 2 seconds later and I let it go to voicemail guess what now he cares.....I WILL NEVER EAT AT RUBY TUESDAYS EVER AGAIN...how hard is it to cook pre made food...and as for ratings...it gets a -20 stars...your company sucks...

We used to be regulars at Ruby Tuesday's on Broad St. in Richmond, Virginia. NO MORE. We have stopped going because the seafood trio was horrible. The lobster was gray. The plate was sloppy. The rice was hard. My wife had stomach pains after eating her steak and was sick the rest of the night. We left feedback and a rep called us within two days. She said she would email us a 20 dollar gift card. That never happened. So, we left another feedback. Saying we never received our gift card and would prefer a complete refund of our money. Of course, no one called us after that. Well...good luck eating at this place. It has gone down hill. Awful food.

There was no rating for 0 stars and I had to settle for 1 star (poor) but the service was really LOUSEY. Davie Florida store - Bring on Easter Sunday 4-8-12. We ordered 2 omelettes - both were burnt and had little if any filling. We were not given any bread/biscuits. There were only 2 customers in the entire store and there was not real reason for lousey service. The manager was the worst not offering antyhing in return other than ..." have a nice rest of the day"... It was offensive for her to even try and deal with all the issues of that lousey meal and service in the manner she did. I called corporate offices and spoke to someone named Kelly (guest services) and she said the only thing she could do is to ask the local people to call me. Do not plan to return and will encourage others to boycott the lousey place.

We went to the Ruby Tuesday in the mall and usually have a great salad bar that is kept up well and clean. Our waitress was awesome , she had stopped to our table at least 5 times to say sorry this is taking so long. We ordered Meatloaf with asparagus and fish and 4 sample trio. After waiting at 40 minutes for our food, the meatloaf came out burnt and the asparagus was way over cooked this was all visual no touching required and to my surprise the idiot (not our waitress) was the manager,OMG where are your standards going do these managers even know what the food should look like.our waitress came to the table and says omg I am so sorry I didn't even have to say anything she spotted the burnt nasty food. She says sorry that should never have been brought out to you I switched my meal to trio chicken,(thinking can't mess up chicken right),well it was better but the couscous or rice was cold and not hot but chicken was better. The manager never came back to see how the second set of food was he avoided us entirely. seriously where are you training these managers they need to go back to the drawing board maybe have a waitress run the place because they clearly do a better job and should be getting paid better for ,The salad bar prep guy he should of been cooking my food he was in and out with fresh awesome food he should rub off on the kitchen lazy staff.Biscuits were HARD also.Oh and no discount either the chicken was 14.99 and my meatloaf would of been 10.99 why not just charge me the meatloaf price that is service and maybe take the asparagus 1.00 off too.Not a great time but waitress deserve KUDOS she was awesome.

I am a regular customer at Ruby Tuesday, I usually go to Ruby Tuesdays about once a month at different locations. On March 30, 2012 around 8:00 pm I decided to visit location 7401 E Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC, this is the first time I have been to this location and I was highly disapointed. I was there with my wife and two children. We ordered our meal around 8:10 pm, and we were not brought our food until 9:30 pm. Our children ordered mac and cheese, with a side of grapes and mac and cheese was brought out after 9:30 and no grapes where provided. I ordered Steak Sirlon and shrimp, with side of mash potatoes and mac and cheese, the steak was over done, and there where only two over done shrimp on a skewer, mac and cheese was burned to a crisp where I could not eat it off the plate, the only good part of the meal was the mashed potatoes. My wife ordered ribs and baked potatoe, the ribs where dry and overdone and the waiter stated that they had run out of baked potatoes and did not give any sort of substitute vegatable to my wife. Overall I am highly disapointed and will not be visiting another Ruby Tuesdays due to this distrastous meal.
