went to your facility in Westborough Ma, and was very unhappy. Table was not clean, appetizer you provide looked like it was from the previous customer, and just recycled. Door to the ladysrooms looked like they had not been even whipped down in months. Facilities marginal. Staff friendly, however Salad bar not appealing, did not look overly fresh. Would not recommend or ever go to another.

I live in Maryville, TN where the corporate offices are located. My daughter use to work for them years ago when the food was good but they got rid of all their good corporate executives or they left because someone paid them better. They treat their corporate employees just as bad as they treat their resturant employees. Long hours, no appreciation, and they bully them if they complain about long hours or low pay raises. Sany Beal, stepped down as president recently and I can see why. RT has been going down hill for a lot of years. If he had listened to his employees suggestions and to the public and catered to the average customer then they would have been ok. They own Blackberry Farms Resort, which is a 5 star resort and I think they tried to cater to that type of customer at RT. Big Mistake! Some advise to the new President, listen to the average joe and what they want and you might be able to put RT back on the map. You had a great menu when you moved your corporate offices to Maryville. Remember those days?!!

Eating at the Jackson ,Tn location at this very moment.The service is horrible and very slow.Oh , and there in a DM standing right here ....doing nothing about my complaints.

I just had dinner with my father-in-law at your location in Wilson, NC. The service was, shall we say, pitiful. Our waiter (Matt) couldn't get the drink order right, he brought me the incorrect drink not once but twice. He apologized for the mistake and stated the meal and drink would be comped. The time between ordering and receiving the meal was excessive (50 minutes). when we received the bill the previous comped items were on the bill. Not only was the service below standards, he lied to us. I will not be going to any Ruby Tuesdays from now on, and will pass my experience on to anyone I can.

I am a regular everyday customer at the New Bern location. The food, price and staff are all excellent! As a regular, I have noticed a very important safety issue in the parking lot. The parking lot is used as a cut-thru for many cars and trucks who are avoiding the speed bump in the ajacent McDonalds parking lot. As so many of these cars are speeding thru your lot without regard to parents and children both entering and leaving your establishment. The situation is especially dangerous on Sunday when families come to have your brunch with their little children. Some one is bound to get hurt or killed without a speed bump. The best location shoul dbe between the light pole and the front entrance doors. A couple of hundred dollars is a cheap price to pay for safety. Thnak you for your prompt attention to this request and I will look forward to a resolution.

Awful. My wife and I ate at the cape coral florida location today. I had a very serious incident happen to me while I was eating my food. I bit into what I thought was a large piece of bone when I was eating a biscuit. Upon examination it was about 1 inch in size and very hard and sharp! The waiter took this to the kitchen to find out what it was. The manager came to us and told us that it was a plastic clip that was baked into the biscuit mix! He apologized and assured us of the good service and gave my main course free of charge. This could of turned into a serious situation if a child would of got that biscuit. We will never eat there again. Prices were high for the amount of food and the poor quality of the food. The free entre was not suffice for what I experienced

While Ruby Tuesday as a corporation sucks, the people I met along the way have been some of the best friends I could ever ask for!  But after two years of being treated like crap and putting up with it day in and day out, Rubys decided to silently let me go... fire me... all unofficially, of course! They haven't said a WORD to me in the three weeks since my last shift... where no issues or concerns were brought up by any managers. They just stopped scheduling me altogether and refuse to answer any attempts on my part to communicate with them. How convenient that they decide to do this while I am 7 1/2 months pregnant!! Guess who is in for some trouble because of discrimination towards a pregnant woman! Pardon my French... But Ruby Tuesday can suck it!!! 

I am wondering if there is some policy against the manager of a Ruby Tuesday's fraternizing with all her employees outside of work. Is it really appropriate for someone in that position to spend personal time socializing with the people she is supposed to be in charge of. Wouldn't that be just a little wrong?

I worked for a Ruby Tuesday in Orlando,Fl.. Worst working experience I ever had. Wouldn't recommend a stranger to work at any Ruby Tuesday. When I first got the job I asked my boss when was I suppose to go take my drug test. I was in total shock when I was told the company doesn't do drug testing.Immediately after I started working I noticed and heard most of the employees talk about drugs.I was invited to a drug party. Needless to say I didn't attend. I went to the store manager and I expressed my concerns and she looked at me as if I was saying something strange.Why would any company hire employees without drug testing?,no wonder the service at Ruby Tuesday has gone down the drain.

I recently went to RT and had a terrible meal. I ordered the shellfih trio. My baby brother could've eaten that all to himself and he's 6. My crabcake was extremely small and my lobster tail was overcooked and tiny. According to the money I paid for the meal,you would think the meal fit the price.I'm only mad at myself,I am a true seafood lover,could eat it everyday. Why would I expect to get great seafood at a Ruby Tuesday? If I wanted seafood I should've gone to a place that specializes in seafood. Still for the money I paid,I should've had a better meal. Would never darken their doorsteps again.

I worked for many restaurants within a 17 year period. I try not to visit many restaurants anymore. I have a phobia of places I eat. I used to work at a Ruby Tuesday in Orlando,Fl. The back of the house is nasty and dirty. The managers rush the employees off the clock at night so they can go home early. Needless to say,the kitchen wasn't getting the proper attention it needed as many restaurants out there.Thank God I'm able to cook so as I cook mostly at home. This is a warning to anyone who likes to eat out a lot. Check your surroundings when you walk into a restaurant or any food establishment.If the front of the house doesn't look too clean,imagined what the kitchen looks like.

I went to the ruby Tuesday in Milwaukee Wisconsin on park place off of 108 th good hope it was a terrible experience and ver upsetting we were taken care by a server name Bessie she was horrible and racist very obvious . We heard her making comments that she didn't want to wait on us she was upset cause we were black her exact words were cheap ass black people we were upset an so was our client .. We will be contacting our attorney in this matter cause we were discriminated by our color in this restaurant and we would love to see her disciplined for this unfair behavior

I'm really exuberant to find out that ruby Tuesday and their management team are embracing this technology era. They embrace it in such a way that I don't believe the uniontown pennsylvania store even needs a management hierarchy. Apparently folks, you can have an awful day because your cat died and your newspaper didn't have a buy one get one coupon from yours truly. Parlay that bad day into a disgruntled emailed aimed at a server that put to much ice in your coke. Address the email to ruby Tuesday corporate office and action will be taken. This innocent employee will be fired, no questions asked!! Why is ruby Tuesday spending all this money on the salaries and per diems of these district and regional managers to conduct policy when a simple email directed at a certain individual ensures their termination? Why? Because this the restaurant business and corporate America at its finest. This is an America where faceless/annonymous individuals can come on to a website and rant and your voice will be heard. Grow some gaul people/ and have some dignity ruby Tuesday this is bigger than jusJt a service issue and you as a corporation need to figure it out. Quality, passion, pride???? Not hardly

We went out to eat today at Ruby Tuesday on Panola Road, Lithoina Georgia,the food was terrible. I order the brocoli and cheese soup. It was so thick and salty that it was impossible to eat. I sent it back and the waitress suggested the chicken noodle soup. She brought that to me and it was cold. Who wants cold soup? So I sent it back. My order was salad and soup and she said because the soup came with the salad she still had to charge me full price. I will never go back to Ruby Tuesday again and I will put the word out to never eat there.

Why advertise that the salad bar is free when its not. Commercial says it's free but restaurant says that it has been discontinued....

At Newark Airport.. servers really are Slobs, 1 Server Licking her fingers Before and After reaching into get Olives from the Condiment Tray. My server at the bar was too busy Texting to re-cook my frozen Turkey Burger.....30 minutes to get a check and get out of this Shit Hole....I asked for a manager but They were busy...lol!

Newark Airport Ruby Tuesday was Really Bad..waitress goes begind the bar and repeatedly dips her Fingers into the Olive condiment Tray to enjoy Olives...Gross, her Saliva in Your MARTINI...bar tender was too busy Texting to Re-Cook my Frozen Turkey Burger...No manager to be found..the hostess said the Manager is busy...LOL!!

You have a worker in your kitchen in Poughkeepsie who owes child support. Your franciase has been contacted by Florida State Child Support Enforcement to deduct from his check and you refuse to. The courts are now aware of your refusal to comply. Be prepared to pay fines and suffer the concequences...

How very sad! You were are favorite place to eat! Been "unable to get out & about". We celebrated our youngest Granddaughter's BD lunch! Why did you change a good thing? You had the perfect salad plates & items! Every time we come it's a new menu. The only thing great was our server, Jessica, the drinks & deserts. Why would you put garlic & onion (powder?) in the breading of cheese sticks? Younger kids love cheese sticks. Not any more! Our oldest granddaughter liked the Asian ribs, it sure wasn't a half slab. Husband had the New Orleans seafood plate which he orders every time. Appearance was poor. Taste was just okay. Now I'm going to talk about my FAVORITE appetizer, Asian dumplings. Where's the meat? You have veggies in them! The decor is still very attractive. Unfortunately your salad bar has had too many items removed. The food just doesn't taste like it use to. I ate at the Ruby Tuesdays in stroudsburg pa when sking in February, everything was great. When ordering a Smokehouse burger I noticed the price went from $8.49 to $10.99, I asked why and the manager, who was very nice, said it now comes with the salad bar included, I said fine, thats always my combo when I go. My wife says to me it's not free, it's now included in the price, I was OK with that. So, today I go to my local Ruby Tuesdays in the Hamilton mall in Mays Landing, guess what, no salad bar included with the smokehouse burger, (it's $2.50 extra), BUT the price of the smokehouse burger is still $10.99, what a way to sneak up the price. I'm done going there, been a loyal once a month customer but Applebys and Chilis are a block away and their not selling $11 burgers. Sorry but very poor Corporate Strategy!!
