593 Reviews For Ruby Tuesday Headquarters & Corporate Office

I went to Ruby Tuesdays at 511 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC on 1 July 2012 for lunch with my daughters. The total cost was $57.14, I paid with my credit card, but when the waiter return to the table he didn't have my credit card in the black book and I forgot about it and left it at Ruby Tuesdays. On 2 July 2012 I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager I think his name is Jeremy and he said he had the card and will keep it for me until I return. I live out of town and wasn't going to be back in the area until 4 July 2012. I went and Jeremy return my card; but, on 5 July 2012, I check my back account and notice a Ruby Tuesdays charged for $103.52 plus the $57.14 for my meal!!!!!! I will be contacting this business, my bank and my lawyer today!! I can't believe Ruby Tuesdays did that and after talking to the manager, he promise the card will be put away etc.... I am really vexed about this one! I called Ruby Tuesdays at 0830 on 5 July 2012 and the manager Jeremy answered the phone, he told me the card was swap by him by mistake (really) and the charged didn't go though and it will drop of my account by 6 July 2012. Ok, I saw Jeremy yesterday to pick up my card; why didn't he tell me about what happen yesterday? He said he was sorry etc...This is so unacceptable from this company!! I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me on this issue at: 843-478-9136 Thank you.

I could not believe how small the portions have become. The salad bar plate is now less than half the size of the old one, the choices to put on said small plate are very few. What happened to the cottage cheese, the fruit, etc.? The mini burgers are only two instead of four. The biscuits are so small they look like cheese puffs. However the prices all went up. The service was great, but sorry, not good enough to make me want to spend such an outrageous amount for such small servings. My son and I still laugh at the biscuits that would fit in a teaspoon. I know from the other reviews you as a corporation do not care how the customer feels, so I will just take my business elsewhere and not bother you with having to take my money.

Everything was good except the waiter who thought that I would not leave a good tip because of my ethnicity. I left a 22% tip though. But the watered down drink was the sour part of my visit. Get your act together. This was at new Tampa locatIon.

I was Employed by the new Ruby Tuesday restaurant in Cheltenham, England. This is one of two restaurants in the UK franchised by Steve Mayo. I worked, with many other employees, split shifts every day for two weeks after a week of training. split shifts start at 10 am until anywhere between 9pm and 12pm with only an hour break, I was not previously informed of when the break would be I was simply told I was 'cut' after which I would have to carry out tasks such as rolling cutlery and side jobs which would eat into the hour break time. This goes against the working time and rest break regulations in this country. At this point I am still yet to sign a contract and every time I asked about it I was simply told, 'we'll get around to it' and 'some time next week probably' After working so hard for so long I was looking forward to receiving a large wage packet, however I received less than half of the wages I was owed, many of my employees received nothing! this is due to an error with the payroll system. I understand that people make mistakes and as its a very new establishment I can expect a few teething problems, however when I attempted to raise the issue with Stephen Mayo I was spoken to very rudely. I was told he knew exactly what was happening and he would talk to me when he had time. I accepted this and went back to my working duties, when he was finally free to speak to me we sat down and I spoke about my issues, he was again very rude to me and I was unsure what the problem was, After a while I managed to establish that his attitude towards me was due to him hearing me discussing the situation with pay with another colleague, this had upset him but instead of being professional and talking about it with me, he chose to be rude and ignorant towards me! not the kind of person I wish to work for. I intend to take this as far as it will go, I will contact the local papers and citizens advice bureau in the hope he never treats an employee in the same way!

A friend and I had just finished singing in a 4th of July program at her church and we were tired, hungry and thirsty. We went to the Cookeville TN Ruby Tuesday's and it was about 5:30pm. I ordered the sirloin, salad bar and onion rings, which I really love and don't get very often and 1/2 & 1/2 tea. Laurie ordered talapia, salad bar and broccoli and asked for tartar sauce and water with lemon. First our server came to me and said they had no more onion rings! Boo Hoo! So I ordered a baked potato. Then he came back and told Laurie that they had no more tartar sauce. Now people, these aren't things like some very rare delicacy!!!!! So she asked for coctail sauce and they DID still have some of that. Then when our bill came he had my tea on her bill so we had to wait another 15+ minutes to get the corrected bill. On the good side my steak was very good and done just to my liking.....barely pink. When the server first asked how I wanted it I said, "Barely pink" and he said, "Oh, well done" and I jumped right in with a firm "NO, not well done but barely pink." This wasn't the most enjoyable dining experience I have had lately. I am reminded once again why I almost never go to RT's!!! Mary Jane Pride, 202 Mirage Drive, Rickman TN 38580

I have worked for this company for over two years, and have never seen such misconduct, selfishness and just plain poor management in my life. RUBY TUESDAY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES OR PATRONS. THEY CARE ONLY FOR THEIR PAYCHECK. DO NOT GO TO RUBY TUESDAY!

poor food my ribeye was all fat i eat their all the time .

You have a manager at the Ruby Tuesday in Calhoun that doesn't treat his staff with respect and also goes around talking bad about his staff to other staff members. I would know because I am a worker at the moment for this rest runt. I do not like the idea of this manager talking about my friends and co-workers or talking down on all of us and him being the mane manager in charger I would expect better. Please and thank you.

I applied for a waitress position at a local RT, after being told they were hiring, filing an application and interview I went through the shadowing for an evening and was told several days later that I was not going to be hired at this time. When I asked why they said they have a checkoff that they use when shadowing. I asked what areas and I was not told any specifics but was told several times "It is a Ruby's thing." What kind of answer was that. After looking around at all the other waiters and waitresses it was very obvious that "The Ruby's thing" is being young and flirty. Very disappointed. DISCRIMINATION!!!! If I ever saw it. Ruby's does not hire people over 35 except managers and maybe cook staff that are not seen.

We are at rubys in London ky now. There is about 16 empty tables but there is ten people waiting to be seated???? Do I have to ask?? Why?? This place has gone downhill as well. Can't stand poor management. Fire people that can't do there jobs. Tired of waiting for NO reason to give them money. So stupid we all are. Going to Applebee's from now on.

Its a crying shame that the manager of the RT on Beck Rd in Plymouth, Michigan hasn't a Clue when it comes to customer relations. I love the service, the food and the courtesy of the wait staff but when it comes to the owner/manager I ...Lets just say I think he must have had a deprived childhood as to how he sees fit to treat costumers. This reaction of mine is based on numerous occasions of my being on the receiving end of his behavior until I no longer will remain silent!

Just wanted to pass along a compliment about the RT'S Montage Mountain Moosic Pa...Great place, Food is always hot and very tasty...also it is kept very clean. The managers really do a good job there. The new manager, Amanda, is also doing a tremendous job. thank you

Poor service. Rude hostess and manager.

My husband and I used to love to eat at your restaurant and did so at least once a week. We loved the all u-can-eat salad bar, but seldom bought other items as the price went up to include other dishes on the menu. When we saw the commercials for free salad bar with 30 items on the menu, we decided to return. I was told that your pasta dishes didn't include the salad bar. My husband wanted a burger and requested the salad bar but was told that it would cost extra. Who doesn't get salad with their pasta? Evidently you expect it of your customers. We told our server about the commercials on TV, to which he responded that their manager had assured them that those commercials were no longer on T.V. As of this week we have had these commercials shown on T.V. daily. It doesn't say much for your company that you're so cheap that you can't include the salad bar with meals. We are just talking about lettuce here. We want be returning to your restaurant as you don't seem to care about loyal customer's as much as you do about about salad.

I went to RT in athens Tn in im say to say this but its bullshit....Amanda the manger gets in the servers faces in cusses them out like there belittled!!! She yells at them in calls them name in front of yur coustmers!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also hair in our food??? Really.? The food is almost always cold. Portions are crapy!!!!! Yu guys say yur a fine dine restraunt well where is the familyness then???? The mangers treat the employees like crap!!!! I asked my server if thats how she was all the time n she said yes!!!! No wonder why everytime we go in there there is dif servers!!!!!! If yu ask me yu need to get ride of amanda bc i sure as hell wouldnt be digging threw trash to pull out silver like she did to them the one night i was there!!!! Joke thats all this company is is a joke. In yet yu never take the time to hear yur coustners do yu????? Yu should!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Used to be my favorite place to eat. In fact, I work from home and I used to go in frequently, pick up a salad (with those delicious croutons) and an iced tea to bring home. Last night my husband and I went to enjoy dinner (steak was dry), and the waitress brought over a refill to my iced tea without me asking. Great job, but since I was ready to leave I asked for to go cup. Wow was I surprised when the waitress returned with a kids to go cup. I asked for a larger cup and she said it was a $1 surcharge! WHAT?! I have already paid for my drink and in this case didn't ask for a refill but was glad to have it, and you are willing to waste the whole glass that I already paid for because you don't want to give me something I already paid for? Are they going to start surcharging for refills next? Then I called corporate and their response was "Good job to the waitress! She was trying to protect you from the $1 surcharge". Really? So apparently this is a corporate decision. Such a shame since I won't go back in there again being they are so underhanded like that. I pay for something and I can't even bring it home. I know times are tough, but who was the genius who came up with that strategy???? I give it a few years and RT will be no longer.

We are at the Ruby Tuesdays in Taunton Ma and have been waiting an hour for burgers! Apparently the manager did not schedule enough Employees! The poor waitress is at a loss for words And keeps apologizing. There is an hour and a half wait and more empty tables than Full ones. The only reason we ate still sitting here is for the poor waitress trying to make a buck! Not good Ruby, NOT GOOD!

It was 2:30, p.m. No one in the place. The food was gross. It looked like a McDonald's burger, thrown together...but was 15.$$ My fish smelled spoiled, and then a hair ....under the shrimp....I was done. GROSS me out. I thought they had improved, so gave it a shot. Ghetto Fabulous music blaring! No more chances. Rt. 54, Durham, NC 27713

ruby tuesdays in farmingdale long island, has the most frendly staff of any resturant ive ever been in. My complaint is the new false advertising about the free salad bar, nothing free you must trade one of your sides for the salad bar, and only certain meals qualify for this tradeoff, rediculous. I ordered full rack sparerib diner and agreed to give up one of my sides, I was told only on chicken or steak diners. I will no longer frequent RTs untill they do the right thing.

I work for Ruby Tuesday and at out location we already have a small client base due to the poor service, quality, and outrageous prices. The company is legally bound to ensure its employees will make no less than minimum wage and it does not do so. I have been trying to get in contact with corporate and it is a big wild goose chase. So far it has been impossible to talk to a person and not go in circles with the automated voice on the other end. As a server I have had complaints about the food not being what it used to be and the salad bar not being included free with the large amount of options as advertised. This is not a restaurant that takes care of its clients or its employees. It is a terrible place to work.
