Public Storage Corporate Office & Headquarters

I had documents stored at the Public Storage facility in Jenkintown, PA. When I went to the unit I was renting the iside was soaked and my boxes were covered in toxic black mold. It was obvious the facility had a leak and had been leaking for sometime. On the opposite side of the wall where the leak was there was plastic sheeting draining and funneling leakage into a waste basket. There was a pylon on the floor indicating "Wet and Slippery Floor" I spoke to the insurance company which was supposed to be covering damage to the contents of my storage unit. They said the mold and damage wasn't covered. I had to remove and handle the boxes wet and covered with mold with out help from anyone at Public Storage. The agent on site acknowledged that that they knew of the leak. No one at any time tried to contact me so I could remove the contents of my storage unit. It is a clear cut case of negligence and a lack of concern about exposing me to the toxic black mold inside the unit, To date no one from Public Storage has bothered to contact me.

Just wanted you to know you have a great employee in Justin, at the Newark Delaware location. He helped me resolve a problem I had with my unit on Hilton Head, sc. He is a credit to this company.

I had Paid to much at check out on line at the advice of a salesmen at the Merrillville location and was referred to customer service who said in 3 weeks i would receive my check for $102.something, after three weeks I called again to be told it was going to be expedited and it was another departments fault it would be 2 weeks. Of course its 2 weeks and I have called again and now left a message with the same thing from Headquarters. talking with the district manager jeff clark made no difference he was very rude and to get a refund in the store get this I had to pay more and there was a time limit that pasted for me because, I didn't answer when they had called that night. Now they said it's another three weeks left on my answering machine today and with a made up state "I could see if the state exist" but it doesn't. I'm looking into what can be done about this company it really need's to be out of business.Why are they the only one's so slow to call and give you a refund hen owed. I paid with a debit' debit me back that what should have happened. One better refund me in the store like everyone else does.

Thieves and liars!!!!!!!!! They sold my storage unit, they claimed that they'd tried to contact me. My whole life was in there all of my military equipment. I lost a friend back in 2003 while on Active Duty, I saved his belongings to give to his mother now everything is gone. See you in court Eatontown Public storage. Watch your belongings everyone!!!

At this point I have 50+ outstanding invoices in the NY area that needs paying and 12+ invoices in NJ that also need paying. It appears that there is no budget under the Region level to pay for any service. This problem started in 2005. I even had the VP of NJ ask me to help to install software with their hotline on the very next work day which I did and she refuses now to pay for it and the other out standing invoicing. If any contractors in the North East are thinking that servicing Public Storage could be a good business decision be advised that there is a good possibility that you will not be paid. My Daughter went to help me vacate the unit and they had put new locks ont the unit i am not behind in my rent and when asked to have locks removed was told that they notified my daughter in sept of this yr and there was no phone call made. I strongly agree with the first that the La Puente Public Storage is the worst they need to take a customer service course on how to treat a customer as well. no opions were given no resolutions were given either

Publuc storage in La Puente Amar rd. to be exact is the worst self storage place ever I was evicted and my choices were limited and needed right away ,I paid the 1.00 dollar+administration fee (one time fee my ass)!!!!+some other b/s fees+insurance. One dollar to start advertised is a lie 50.00+ dollars later I get my storage and I gethalf of my stuff into the storage cause less than 2weeks into my 1st month my husband and I pull into the driveway punch in gate code turn left to our unit as god is my witness there is piles higher than the building of burnt wet remains of 8units in my row and sraight thru the unit in the row behind as well all I could say is omg!!!! we couldnt see if our unit was torched either we had to go two rows past oyrs to get to the other side by the grace of god it was only half of the row and yes we took pics of the damage . My medical company has been renting a unit from Public Storage for over 3 years. We pay each month as asked electronically-never missed a payment. Sometime approximately a year or so ago, someone rented a unit and Public Storage pulled my information and put our credit card number on that other persons unit. Our accoutants who checked our bills etc did not think there was a problem because they did not know that we only had one unit. For a year we have been paying for this other persons unit. We noticed it when our bills came back to us to take care of internally. I brought it to the attention of storage area and they gave me district manager phone number. When I spoke to him he became very angry when I asked if he could take care of this matter ASAP. He said he did not have a magic wand so I would have to wait. I got together all the bills that showed him everything-all charges. I faxed the info to him and I have yet to get a response from him. I also called the person that is another manager and faxed her all the stuff-never heard back from her either. I live in Atlanta area so be very careful when you use public storage because they really have poor unreliable people working for them that make mistakes that they do not make good. T SShields

Rented from public storage sold my thin gs thei y did not send me anything i was told i can pay on Thursday but then they chose to mess me over so i am getting a lawyer involved and this is just the start they Will not get away with this not this time

On the 19th, the last day I could make my payment before they cut your locks, I went to the alsip, il office on 115th, like I do every month. It's my boyfriends account so every month I run a check up to them. The check is the same info as on the account and it's always pre-signed. So a employee tells me that I can't use his check to pay on his account unless i have his ID. Ok, let me go get it. No, then she changes and says he has to be here. When I explain that I do this payment every month, she says" I don't know what bedford does but we don't do that here", I told her I pay here every month and at that point she turned awful and rude, I'm guessing because I proved her wrong. I accepted that she wasn't taking the check, So I ask her to note it in the computer that she refused payment and call over to the over store where my stuff is, she refused. With a big smile on her face, there was nothing she can do for me, which turned into me getting cussed at. Horrible customer service, she had the power and she used it with a big FU smile.

I have been a client of PS for almost 2 years. I added another unit and was promised that it would be an airconditioned untit when I got there with movers by the corperate operator. The branch gave it to someone else and stuck me with a basement moldy one and charged me a little less. It took days to get a hold of the DM and finally when I did, they would offer me nothing much. Now I am moving. They are charging a FULL months rent when I am moving on the 13th of the month. I talked to the desk clerk about how ridiculous it is and he said to me, "That is the way it is. You can call and complain all you want, it will not change" His name I will mention when I talk to the Area Manager and DM which I have called today. I will write a review of how horrible this company is everyday until I am satisfied. I will put it on facebook and every public forum I can find. Rented a unit in Davie, Florida - every single box had roaches and roach feces. Had to get rid of a ton of stuff and empty all boxes on law outside prior to bringing into newly rented apt. Do Not use them!

Public storage is the worst ever I reserved online got to office was told a different amount paid for storage anyway go the next week im locked out the gate. They demanded more money and wouldnt let me in until paid, by the way they had already over charged me for the rental from day one, so I paid and they stated I will receive a credit on acct for overpayment, however I go the next week and a lock is on my unit. This is more than frustrating due to I put my office/business supplies in unit while work is being done on my building. They locked my employees out from getting tools needed to service clients which cost me and my company money plus remind you that I have a credit on my account for overpaying and then they lock me out. These people need and will be sued..

Dont Not Rent from Public Storage... Public Storage sold or disposed of my personal properly PRIOR to my written notice of lien sale DUE DATE. Yes I called email and called again to pay my pastdue amount However when a letter is sent by mail and clearly says pay in full before or by 9/15/2012 But Public Storage no longer Has your properly because it was sold on 9/11/2012. PLEASE DONT NOT RENT FROM ANY PUBLIC STORAGE. Sincerely, unsatisfied customer

For 6 months I have been arguing with public storage in my area because the dont call me back. And on my unit u can see clearly people are turning to break in my unit where i keep my business equipment. Public storage ups my rent 10 dollars and cant even maintainance there facility. Out of common courtesy for the lack of management i should be given 2 months free

I rented 1 unit from public storage 2 years ago when I lost my home to foreclosure. I have since then. Rented another unit for more of mypersonal belonging. I have now been told by the district master serigo Garcia. That. I'm allowed on tenants are allowed to be in tethered units for only 1 1/2 hours a day and tenantscannot throw trash in the dumpster that dumpster. Are for management use only. Tenants have to haul there trash away. The most I ever toss would be a grocery bag away. No where in my contract does it state a tome limit as far as access and no where in my. Contract does it state that I have to haul mu own trash sway. I'm a 60 year old disabled senior. I move slow. Sometimes 1 1/2 hours OS not enough because I don't know where I put things and looking for things is a challenge. I pay my storage bill on time every month and I'm a good tenant. I would love to consult with a attorney and make public storage quit stressing and harassing me. Sincerely. Laurie mendoza

if x is one dimension then 3x is the other and the pteemierr is 3x + x + 3x + x or 8x then 8x = 45 x = 5 and 5/8and the other dimension is 3 times 5 and 5/8 or 16 and 7/8but there are no shelves in this arrangement so if you put in just one shelf then the equation would add either another x length or another 3x length depending which way you orient the shelving unit. So you could have 11x = 45 or 9x = 45. Then just solve those equations.Actually, I would say that the problem does not have enough information to solve. Unless it is intended to just get you thinking about different possibilities.
