Glassboro Nj store charged more than the sign advertised. Menu light was out (7pm EDT in early march- it was dark out). Line lagged due to order person not understanding anything any of us said. Chicken extremely tiny and way overdone. PLEASE KFC come back!!!

I have been to many of your stores, but the store in Toledo, Ohio on Cherry St. was the worst. The workers are inconciderate, got my order wrong, not once, but four times and the chicken was over done.

We bought a coupon card from Popeyes that had different discounts on certain orders. It had an expiration date of 2/15/13. Tonight we went to use it from the same place we purchased it and they would not honor it. Needless to say, we won't go back. By the way, today is 2/12/13.

I stopped at Popeye's on Friday night at about 10:45 P.M. to try your chicken as we've not had any of your chicken yet. Now a person would think that it would be open for business when all the outside lights, sign's are lite up and no hours of opening and closing that I could see. As I opened the door to enter there was a lady was setting off to the side at a table rudely said that they closed at 10:00 P. M. So I will not be back.

In drive thruI ordered a sausage/chicken jambalaya, Purchase my order, receive my order, got home, open the container and there's only rice...no sausage, 2 little pulled pieces of chicken. I had to go back to Popeyes, to get it corrected, Manager had employees redo my order..got home and there were sausage, chicken and fried chicken skin..if I wanted fried chicken skin, I would have ordered fried chicken..uggghhh.

My husband rants and raves about raves about Popeyes on Bragg blvd. But I went to the one closer to home off highway 301. Big mistake. These people are so rude it's disgusting. I continuously said yes ma'am no ma'am and the hoodrat was incredibly disrespectful. Get better employees Popeyes! I will NEVER go back again.

One of my coworkers went to Popeyes to bring back our lunch. It was 12:02, definitely lunch hour, and all our fries were stale. There is no way fries served at the busy lunch hour should be stale. No way would I spent my money at Popeyes again.

My husband purchased identical Popeye's chicken breast meals from the location in Hanover County, VA at Atlee/Chamberlayne. We both got violently ill within minutes of each other. We haven't completely recovered yet, and will report to officials.

My daughter got food poisioning from the store in Concord NC. She was very sick and only 9 years old. I will be scared to ever eat there again.

i have gone to popeyes forever.in florida i was able to get 12 pieces 2 sides and six biscuits for 18.99 now i get 9 pieces 2sides and 4 biscuits for 19.99.in ny you get 13 pieces 2 sides and 7 biscuits for 18.99.they can take a flying leap you call and no response you know how to get chicken cheaper get rid of customer service and supervision and then go to golden corral all the chicken you want and dessert and drink for 14.99 for 2

My husband and I, along with 3 friends, go to the Popeyes at 3111 NE Pine Island, Rd., Cape Coral, Fl. almost every Sat. for a couple of yrs. or longer. The workers are all very friendly and do a great job. We look forward to our Sat. visit and of course love the food.

I live approximately 30 miles from the nearest Popeyes store and usually visited the White Settlement, tx store about 2 to 3 times a week. However on my last visit I arrived shortly after they opened, I bought two buckets to go. After I arrived back home I found that they had sold me the previous day left overs, which were dry etc. The two ky fried chickens stores near me ( mineral wells and weatherford tx) recently closed. You can rest assured I want be visiting your white settlement store again.

WALK IN TO POPEYES FOR LUNCH YESTERDAY. CREW MEMBERS WAS WORKING EVERYTHING GOING GOOD. AND THEN ALL U HEARD WAS A MGR. TALKING LOUD TO A FEMALE CREW MEMBER FOR A VERY SIMPLE REASON. THE YOUNG LADY JUST SAID I DID'NT KNOW. MGR JUST STARTED YELLING SAYING GET OUT YOU ARE FIRED. THE YOUNG LADY DID'NT SAY ANYTHING SHE JUST WENT AND GRAB HER BELONGINGS AND LEFT. THAT WAS JUST NOT THE TYPE OF LUNCH I WANTED TO HAVE. EVERYONE WAS QUIET. THE YOUNG LADY WAS THE ONE WHO WAS GETTING EVERYONE THEIR ORDERS IN A NICE FAST PACE. THEN AFTER THE YOUNG LADY LEFT IT TOOK A WHILE FOR EVERYTHING TO GET BACK ON TRACK. THE MGR WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL TO HERSELF AS A MGR AND HER CREW AS A LEADER THAN THE CUSTOMERS AS POPEYES MONEY. THIS HAPPEN AT ABOUT 12:ISH ON READ BLVD.

Have dealt with popeyes for many years now and have noticed that when all establishments open up for the first time the size of the chicken is very nice and after awhile in a few weeks or months the servings shrink to smaller pieces, have noticed this in rehobeth delaware and ocean city maryland. I now take my bussiness else where.

I went to popeyes today and purchased an order at 10:30 pm. I was siting on the side table. When the manager hand my order he said to me that if you want to sit and eat you shall move to another table. I found it disgusting rude and very insulting. Therefore popeyes will never be my shopping place again. so that is how popeyes lost one loyal customer.

On November 7 of this year I went to the grand opening of the new Popeyes restaurant in our area. I remember Popeyes from Texas and I really wanted to taste it again. The restaurant was very crowded for the opening and everyone was taken aback by the woman in the Arab slavery coverings. This should not have been allowed. I also answered your survey the next day and have heard NOTHING from you! I am very disappointed in your newest restaurant. Next time I am in Texas I will have Popeyes again, but it is not likely that I will go back to this one.

I just want to let you know that you have a sick cashier waiting on people blowing her nose and touching our food!!!! Today is 11-28-12 at 1:58pm PST, at the 1200 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 94612 store. This is disgusting and so as not to offend someone sick and the fact that the person is of a different race, I did not say anything. I was watching all her moves and need to bring it to your attention. Needless to say, I threw away my apple pie. 99 cents is cheaper than me getting sick! Please do not have sick people work in a food place!
