my wife works at the hiram store she was out two day for a funeral her aunt passed away the manager at popeyes took her hours for next week and she got wrote up

On the 23rd. of April I made my first visit to your store in Akron Ohio on Harris Street and Tallmadge Street. I purchased 2 boxes of chicken with 11 mixed pieces each. One medium and the other spicy. When I got home I discovered 1 box had 6 wings in it. First of all It was my first purchase and I resent getting that many wings in a box. I understand it was a "MIXED" box. However, doesn't a chicken have more pieces than wings? I am not inclined to return to your establishment if this is your practice.

If I could give a minus 10 I would. Popeyes in Pearland Texas is the absolute worse. The order is always wrong. The last few times my husband went there he received 1/2 raw chicken. I refuse to go anymore buuuut....I decided to stop and get him some apple pies which he loves, hoping I wouldn't have to sit in line for 30 minutes while the low brows figure out how to put chicken in a box, but oh no...they said ma'am it will be at least 30 minutes to make the pies. Yeah right. I am so done with this stupid dirty place and yes I feel stupid for giving them another chance...NEVER AGAIN!!

I went to popyrs at 930 pm in Miami Gardens florida. I bought to dinner combos a number 2 as well as a number 6. When I approached the window the the orders was not ready the employee ask me to go back around thru the drive thru because my order wasn't ready. Once I received my order my breast on my chicken was not cooked all the way threw. And the employee were so rude when I complained telling them the problem I had with their service. As a business this is very unprofessional and I as a customer would not report back to popyes do to the unprofessionism.

We love popeyes. Just the right amount of spice.Would you please tell me when Popeyes on Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills is opening? The sign has been up for months. My mouth has been watering since I first noticed the sign. Please e- mail me with the answer?

On Feb 19 in Plano Tx was burned by hot grease in drive thru on 15th street when the grease leaked out ot the bottom of the box and ruined my pants and burned my leg. I made 5 calls to custormer service with no response.

I started working for popeye's in Ewing N.J on Monday 4/8/13... I ask my manager for a letter for the state of NJ and he tell me no! Then he tell me I can't work for him and he don't need me because I'm asking for too much. Thanks a lot MTS, I hope you are blessed with life and good success with the business.

I am not a fast food fan. My first taste of Popeyes was In the airport in Hong Kong. It left a wonderful memory for me the place was super clean. people could not do enough for me. I took my food and went to eat it what a surprise food was great not floating in oil or dried out. I went back for a second meal all I can say is WOW now my question. please get us a popeyes in Yadkinville and do away with some of these other fast food places. the best we have is Bojangles...Come on Build a popeyes in Yadkinlille NC PLEASE

when you visit a popeye"s resturant and put in your order you get a receipt,on the back of the receipt it say call about our service and you will 2pieces chicken & biscuit ok when i called the number to give my opinion and the service you had to buy something and you get the meal,wrong not good business

was over charge in the waukegan store and manager said she was correct until i called her the following day ..... they are making salary off of over charging customers something should be done ----will be talking to main office first thing in the mourning...chicken was good by the way

Popeye's in Vancouver, Wa. on 192nd st. has horrible service. Loved your chicken but no more, My family and I will never visit this establishment.

My husband and I decided to do a date night. We went to the spa pie since we love their chicken so much. We had the worst service. And they're speaker system to the drive thru we could barely understand the lady. They got our order wrong unfortunately we didn't realize it until we got home. We are so upset we spent 20 dollars on food and they couldn't even get it right. The customer service there is awful, and the employees are very rude, this will probably be the last time I ever go to the store ever again

The Popeyes in Victoria, really sucks. They can never get and order right. Three times I have gotten the wrong order. One time it was for inside dining so they corrected it after I showed them the receipt and showed them that the order was wrong. Two times at drive in window wrong pieces of chicken ordered white and got dark both times. Then on drive thru they also gave me the wrong sides. The problem : I was already at work 30 miles away in the middle on the night and I couldn't take it back and they were closed. When I called the next day they would not answer.

After waiting at the drive thru for 5 to 7 mins in Waller Texas i ordered and then proceeded to the window. Wasnt given a receipt and didnt have my jalapeno"s after making it home. I tried calling at least 7 times or so to find no answer!!!!!

I worked at popeyes and quit. Now they send my w2 to wrong address and now even after calling corporate office its not even a real person. Its an automated system. I have given them the new address in a recording and I have yet to get my w2 after 2 weeks. What the hell are you people smoking? I need to file my taxes.

My aunt and I stopped by Popeyes one night in early January to get cat fish. I asked if the pieces were a nice size. The said yes. When we got home the cat fish was have the sizes of the biscuit that we ordered. We were very upset. I have pictures of the comparison if you want to see.

i arrived approx 20 min before closing on at the riverdale,ga store . i was told politely told by the drive through employee that there no chicken and upon further discussion that there was no food. i asked for the manager and was told 20 min wait for chicken . i asked for corporates number and after driving forward to window i heard the the mgr tell car behind me there was dark chicken available. horrible experience. please write or call corporate and bbb and collectively as consumers let's not except this sort of behavior
