My son got food Poisoning! october 14, 2012 I went to the Popeyes in Paramount, CA.I purchased the nugget meal for my son. I had to take my son to urgent care! he got food Poisoning!He wasvery ILL! he did was not able to eat for anything for one day. he barely held water down. I had to pay for the mediaction,doctors visit.he missed two days of school. I am very blessed that he did not get salmanilla. I spoke to the manager there. He gave me my $6 back.He also told me that they were having problems with the night frew.One of the reasons were that they are not being supervised. I am so disapointed and disgusted with popeyes! I called corporate office to file a complint i was told that management would give me a call. They have not! this is serious. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR CALL BACK!

If there was an option for a "0" rating that would be better. I live 1 hour from Popeyes and we were in Huntsville store #2577 on Friday. I stopped by to get a to go order. It was anything but correcet. I had ordered the 11 piece on the board and 6 bisuits and a large bean an rice along with a large coke. Ther person taking the order was very rude. When it was my time to get to the order box she said hold ...so I waited and waited and then all of the sudden she says "I said go ahead" hmmmm not a good start that is for sure. So I placed my order to have the white meat spicy and dark meat mild. I really do not think that was too hard...she then said pull to the window for your total. The person who took my card was anything but nice either snatching my card out of my hand. He handed me the coke and my card said pull up behind that car the chicken is coming out and someone will bring out in just a minute or so....NOw I am thinking a minute or so is like a minute or so...WRONG it would up being closer to 15 minutes..THe person who brought the order out was swinging the bag and made me open my door to basically get out to reach it. Now if I wanted that I could have got out of my car and enetered the front door. I drive all the way back home 1 hour into TN and go to put the dinner out so my family can eat at 8:30 pm and there was only 8 pieces of chicken all MILD, no red beans and rice, and only 4 bisuits....I was not going to turn around and then when I called the store back to tell them my order was all messed up...I was told you will have ot bring it back so we can verify...REALLY I will NEVER GO BACK TO POPEYES>>>>>

I would still like to know why popeyes discontinued the spicy honey mustard. I went to Popeyes one day and I was very ashamed with popeyes. The manager siad that it was very dumb to discontinue the spicy honey mustard.

I love popeyes but had a bad experiance last friday. I called the store and did not get called back i sent an email saturday and got no responce. sunday passed still nothing. Called the store monday again was told i would get a call back. I called a corporate number was told the email was recieved an would be forwarded to upper managment. Still no call. I called the store again and still got nothing. I called the corporate number again still no call back. I now called customer relations and nothing. So now i send this. I spent well over $40 for food that was horrible and no one will take responsability for it. As a manager of a large retail company i would be ashamed if my people couldnt handle this issue.

Popeyes has printed on the back of its receipts that you can take a SURVEY within 2 days of your purchase after the survey you are given a code to write down [which is about 16 digits long] and the confirmation page states return this code and reciept witin 30 days purchase a large drink $1.79 and get a free 2 pc and biscuit. These people they have read the reciept and do not honor it because POPEYES is baiting and switching and these untrained employees will not honor the code. TRAGIC POPEYES ON SLAUSON AND CRENSHAW IN SO CENTRAL LOS ANGELES SCANDOLOUS

I think the chicken is 5 stars but the service is defiantly 1 star. I called back to the store and told the manager that I was dis satisfied with the clerk and she raised her voice and she said call back on Monday and hung up. Now I understand that you need to take up for your staff but she did it wrong. Very upset.!!! Abilene, Texas ambler st.

your store located in Alvin, Texas needs so much work. parking lot & outside of Blgd are really bad. The food is Great, the feeling driving up & walking into the bldg. makes you feel like I hope the Food is better than what I can see driving on lot.

I love Popeyes and never have an issue with all but one of your stores. Store number 2250, In Orlando, Florida. I sent a message that was supposed to be answered by the manager, yet he never responded, so I am taking this route. I drive by this store on the way home, so it is convenient. about 4 months ago I placed an order for a 3 piece chicken dinner, got home and it was a two piece. I assumed it was just an error and I did not complain. About 3 weeks later, the same thing. Once again, I do not have the time to worry about one piece of chicken. On July 21, 2012 I stopped in and ordered 2, 3 piece ( transaction number 277442-1) dinners, and a few other items. When I arrived at a friends house, I looked and once again, a 2 piece. Now I can only assume that this is something done on purpose in an attempt for the manager to save food costs or the employees to get free meals by setting aside the chicken that I was supposed to get. To say the least I have not gone back to that location and I now look for other chicken restaraunts to stop at when enroute home. They just opened a great one right down the street called " Texas Fried Chicken " and thier food is much cheaper.

went to the one in hawthrone placed an order asked for a cup of water i was told they had no water today asked how do you wash your hands cancelled my order and left pretty disgusting

Somebody better fix this Ocala location before somebody gets hurt ! Its an ongoing issue . The employees are rude & nasty . Losing a lot of customers for sure . Fix this shit !

My name is Tom Johnson and I am a 125th Street Harlem Resident 2 blocks from the world famous Apollo Theater. This need to be brought to your immediate attention. I went to your Popeyes restaurant located at 321 west 125 street on a Saturday September 29th and ordered a 2 piece meal and 3 piece meal. Paid $17 which is outrageous but after getting I decide to look over the receipt. This female order taker charges me extra on the sides that included in theand a drink that was also included in meals in which I only recieved 1 drink with 2 meals. went to popeyes in houston texas waited 20 minutes for red beans and rice.No chicken just red beans and rice when the order finally was brought to me i only had three orders...had to take it to the inside of the restuarant. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

I have visited your Popeye’s location #2528 several times. Each time I visited this location the manager, food or service period have been very unprofessional. On September 23, 2011 I visited this Popeye’s location and the food, service, manager and employee was beyond unprofessional. The food made me sick on my stomach. I am inquiry about a refund for the money spent at this location. Who should I contact in reference to this matter? I tried to speak with the manager at this location and he was very unprofessional. He shut the drive through window in my face.

The popeyes store in ocala fl is so bad its not funny I know people that work there and its amazing how that store is run they need to fire all the managers at this store well the GM and the assistant mgrs.its like whos sleeping with who? I have never seen a more disfuncitional store GM sleeping with regular employees and asst. mgrs sleeping with the help .this store is something else people getting hours pd for even if they dont work it and the funny thing is corporate dont care trust me ive called them and they dont call you back.I wont give the location of this store or any names to protect my friend but if they read this they know who they are. its unbelieveable.

Once again you all messed up my To Go Order ... When we recieved it at the drive thru window once again last night MY husband asked are you SURE its all here???? Yes sir ...she replies....... being in a hurry like always we ride on!! Got home missing all biscuits .....no e,tra chicken fingers.... No napkins. This Popeyes is convinient to us but this is at leasit the sixth time THEY have messed up our order .... They will never see my family at this location again....
