Popeyes Corporate Office & Headquarters

Never try the Popeye's in Huntsville, Texas on 11th street. This restaurant is dirty and the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. My family and I visited the Popeye's on 11th street on November 26 ,2012 around noon. There were only four other people in the restaurant . Two eating lunch and two waiting in line. The two gentlemen in line told us they had been waiting for about twenty minutes and they still had not ordered. The manager had his back turned to us and it appeared that only one other person was working in the back. We waited a good twenty minutes before even the manager even noticed we were there. We did finally get our food which was mediocre at best and my husband got up to request one additional barbeque dipping sauce. When he asked the manager the manager screamed at him that because we already had two barbeque sauces that He would have to pay 27cents for an additional sauce. Then He screamed with a restaurant full of customers "What you don't have twenty seven cents!) then turned to all his workers which in the meantime one more girl showed up. They all started laughing and he continue to make comments where everyone could hear. Can you believe that guy wanted additional sauce By then my husband was livid but I said just let it go, I will contact Corporate headquarters. How unprofessional can a restaurant be, if Popeye's continue to treat everyone like this soon they will no longer be in business. Why is it that some manager's decide they can act anyway they want. What this Popeye's needs is an undercover boss to see what is going on. One would think in this day and time with the economy a restaurant would do whatever it takes to bring in customers not run they away. Far warning to anyone wanting to eat there, do not do it. Unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen. We will never go back. Pollyana

Everytime we go to the Popeyes in valley alabama the service stinks! Went tonight and waited forever to get our food! When we got it the soda machine was completely out and the sweet tea! All there was to drink were unsweetened tea! No napkins no ketchup! how can u run a place like that! One person working register no other person behind counter wanting to assist! This resturant will put its self out of business! Want be back!

I Love Popeyes chicken and I wish it was in Salt lake city, Utah.. There is a Popeyes chicken in Utah but it is on the Air Force base in Clearfield and you have to have militry I.D. to get on base to even get Popeyes chicken.. I have purchased 100 dollars worth of chicken in Arizona crossing the Utah state line just to have Popeyes when I got home located here in Salt lake City.. PLEASE PLEASE bring a Popeyes here to Salt lake City where you will be surprised how many people LOVE Popeyes... Thank You Susana Valles

I got your $4.99 chicken for my daughter. I open it and there are 7 quarter sized chicken and a biscuit and I feel ripped off.

New resturant in valley al. Food is high and the workers are rude. Drove off and got my food elsewhere

I have eaten at popeyes before in other states.This new popeyes in auburn an opelika,AL these people are serving the worst food i have ever eaten. my wife order liver an it was crummie an i oreder a 4 peice chicken it was bad. maybe we need people cooken that understand the famous popeyes way of cooken. i love the food but the ones her are not coming out good. the people went threw this with KFC high prices an bad food its either hard or not done. I drive TRUCKS an i can tell you those people cooken poeyes food right in other state. popeyes do not have crispy chicken an dry livers crumming also hard shrimp. HELP this is giving my popeyes a bad name people already saying it not hitting on nothing. HELP

Went to have lunch today with a coworker - Staff was friendly not very professional but I can overlook that. What suprised me was the store was having the front window replaced and the contractor was doing work in the dining area with dust and debree all over the tables as customers were sitting in the dining area. No one from the kitchen came out to clean or check to see if the lobby was even in need of a cleaning. The vendor as he was cleaning up, took his broom and swept the dining table tops on his way out. The food is great but the lack of having a good manager on the floor can really spoil it for what is normally a great fast food place to eat. Location (Jacksonville Florida, San Jose Blvd)

She said, what I ordered didn't come up to but $7.19. She was so unprofessional. She yelled at me and literally called me a liar. I told her to forget it. So, I called the comment and complaint line. As, I turned to walk out she said something smart, and her entire crew laughed. All I wanted was what I paid for..

Store 5277 in lodi NJ stinks!!!! Manger on duty CRis C. Can not handle a dinner hour. Order was shorted chicken n biscuit. Called 3 times they didn't pick up phone. So I had to drive back waste gas during a gas crisis in NJ after hurricane SAndy. Not even to sorry. For the mix up. CRIS.C needs to go back to training. Really never again.

forget about my ex favorite stop on the way home from the shore. new owners of easton, md location. poor service, rude manager. 5 people waiting when I got there and no chicken cooked. after i paid they told me they had to cook the chicken. nothing offered to compensate for a 20 minute wait- no drink, no extra biscuit, not even an apology. receipt was not standard so I could not even get a free offer online as there was no store location #.BAD MOVE, popeye's- get rid of this manager/owner.

Visited the Popeyes at 35th Ave and Greenway Rd in Phoenix AZ.....It was about 7pm and no customers...Not a wonder; after waiting 5 minutes in front of register, a grease covered woman with her shirt pulled out of her dirty black jeans; said "I will be right with you"...That didn't happen but I had already made up my mine to hit the door. The chicken was piled 3 ft hi with no covering on shelf and a couple of wings on the floor. I couldn't believe this.

Went to get crawfish basket at 5:09 PM at Spring cypress and SH249 in Texas. We were told they were out of crawfish on a Friday, give me a break. You were the only place I would buy fried chicken and now to do this for something we had been looking forward to having? We will never do business with Popeyes again. Your sign for crawfish is still out front, deceiving! We had so been looking forward to the crawfish, it was to be a special treat. Now, I would not buy your chicken if I was starving.

I spent approximately $27.47 on last Friday at Popeye's (Victory Dr) in Savannah,GA. I participated in the survey on the back of the receipt which later gave me a code for a free 2pc,by email, a couple of days later. I attempted to take advantage of my free meal and presented my receipt with the code on the back only to be told that they wouldn't honor it. WDH! I hate Popeye's for this. Should've known nothing is ever free.

I ordered Red Beans only and what I got was just bean juice. I called the Supervisor and she tryed to tell me that is how they make them..I told her I have ordered Red Beans before at another Popeyes and it was not just juice. Beside that this Popeyes was very dirty it should have a D rating in the window. I will never go back to this one AGAIN!!!!!

For quite a while the Popeyes stores in AA county MD have had a Tuesday special. For 99 cents you got a leg and a thigh, no side orders. This was a good deal. Tonight I went to the Popeyes in Crofton MD, arriving at about 10 minutes until 9. The dining room had all the chairs up, and the manager greeted us at the door saying that they were closing. The sign on the door says that they are open until 11 and the dining room closes one hour early. We walked in, and were told that the special is now $1.29 each. A 30% price increase makes this special not so special. The rudeness of the manager made this the last time I will spend my money at Popeyes. We left, never to return.

Managers should never leave the store, if the do not have an asst. or someone who can do a simple override. I had a coupon for buy a 3 pc, get a 3 pc and I was told that they did not have a code to place my order. I said ring up a 3 pc and give me my 2nd 3 pc. I was told they could not. Then I ask the district managers name and the lady tore of a piece of register tape with a phone number on it and told me to call that. she said the manager should be back in about a hour. As if Iwas going to wait an hour for some food that I was going to be paying for. I older lady attitude did not help matters. I am a good member of the community and I will be bringing this matter up at the next meeting.I have lived in Edmondson Village longer then the store have been there and I try to support all of my community stores, but they sure make it hard.

I normally never complaining about things because everyone has a bad day but I have had enough of the particular Popeyes located at 11527 North Sam Houston Parkway East Humble, TX 77396. Every single time you go to order and you pull up and pay for your order they ask you to pull forward to the line. Now I am thinking that if you are asking me to pull forward I am thinking that the restaurant does not enough food to complete my order. So then when I get home I open my family box of chicken and the chicken is so burnt and old that it is like rubber. The worst part about this restaurant is that this happens 90% of the time that I go to this particular Popeyes.

The store n cleveland ms gets a 0 star if u had one. They r slow n every time i go there i have to pull up n wait. I think this is a sign of a poor manager. Wendys can get their order by the time on their clock why cant popeyes. U really need to check nto the poor service n wait time.

Dear Popeyes I like in Medicine Hat Alberta Canada. I have never tryed your menu but it looks so good and would love to try some so y ARE YOU GUYS NOT IN CANADA theres only KFC thats it for chicken please come to canada . Ryan Mahoney
