I was at a customer at store # 2384 a few week's ago and i saw an employee by the name of lajoi smoking weed in the parking lot and then she went back inside and started working again and she also has poor communication skill with her fellow crew members i don't think this is the way you want your store ran

I work for Popeye's in Picayune, MS One of our managers Mike is a very dishonest and racial person especially towards young black women. He speaks ill towards us and pusinsh us even if we are correct. This type of discrimination has to be stopped. We are forced to deal with this because we need our job.

Will never work here again. There was a thief among the coworkers and i found out who it was, told the manager, she confronted the thief (let it be known that it was a new hire), the girl started fake crying and that made everyone believe her and now im fired from it... For all those that in the future will fill out an application there, DON'T!! location 10882 in fraser, michigan is a sorry excuse for a job.

Very poor service from "the manager". Despite the fact that he messed up our order, he was rude to me about it. Not an apology. Will not go back.

My husband could not wait for popeyes to come to tulare ca...we would travel 1hour or more to get chicken...then tulare opened and he was so upset its not the same the chicken isnt good and the prices suck to,,,tge people that work there dont even know the differnce in spicy or mild ....so now we get KFC....thanks for nothing....

I called at 1:30pm regarding employment and was told to call back after 4:00pm. So I called and someone answered the phone being very rude and disrespectful.

The Popeyes @ 11240 Veterans Memorial have incompetent staff the orders are always wrong! They have poor customer service! even the Manager!

Tonight I was at Popeye's in Fayetteville, Ga. I placed my order and everyone who came in after me received their orders and left. Also, the people in the drive thru received their orders before me. I waited until everyone else was gone before receiving my order. When she handed me my order, I asked why everyone else was put in front of me. Everyone else was black, the employees were all black so that is the reason I was last, because I am not black. Popeye's discriminates against whites.... just read the reviews. They have a real problem.

we ordered from popeyes from 6th street in winter haven fl. and our chicken was raw and our sides were wrong and it took them forever to bring the food out!! i called the store and complained and was told they would replace my order....they told me they wrote my name down in a book and said for me to come back in and they would find my name and replace my order! i went back in and they wanted to argue with me about my order and then said they would not replace my whole order just the chicken then tried to say it was my fault the order was wrong. then i had to wait another 15 minutes before i could get this last order!!!! and i didnt even get any sides! that will be the last time i go there. total time it took to get our chicken was 45 minutes!

I have been trying to call all the popeyes in Beaumont, TX for catering. It clearly states on your website that you cater. I understand that I may have to pick up my order but they are all saying that they do not cater. I am wanting 300 pc mix for July 13th. I wish someone can do something about this. Employees are not to bright when they are trying to sell me on a two pc special time 150. WOW!!!! Guest I will go to Kentucky!

I live in niagara falls and it sad we hace to travel 1 hr and a half for some good chicken. Our kfc close down a yr and a haf ago and the building up for sale whi your company consider making money and placing job opporyunity here so our local dont hace to travel? The building located on main st in niagara falls. I believe it would be a great opportunity

I went to the Popeyes in collierville Tennessee on 5-13-13 I ordered a 10 piece mixed meal I asked to change the wings for thighs the assistant manager said no not with the special since when is 10 pieces of chicken and 2 small so called sides for 19.99 a special not to mention the sides weren't even full and the red beans and rice had no taste I threw them out I don't think ill be giving Popeyes my business in the future I'll go to KFC before I go back there

I ordered a 3 pc dark and received 2 legs and a thigh. Any other time I've ordered the same thing and gotten 2 thighs and a leg. If I'm going to pay and average of around $10.00 for chicken I expect chicken, not leftovers. I called and was told that actually a 3pc. dark consist of a thigh, leg and wing. Since when is a wing considered dark meat? For a company that is so into chicken and how it is done they sure do need some real leaders.

i gave an order at 9 pm on 10/05/2013 at ellesmere and markham popeyes and did not receive the order in 1 hour as per they told me n when i called them at 10:30 they gave me some excuse and i am not happy with their service plus when i called them for order they put me on hold because of other customer.

I ordered 3 meals thru drive thru in OKC and then was told to pull forward to the trash can which was full and smelled horribly. To then be made to wait for 10 minutes. To finally get my meals I go home and I don't even have what I ordered. I called back and instead of fixing their mistake I was told they will take it into consideration. Excuse me but, I paid $30.16 for them to not fix it after I waited only thing right were the drinks. I've contacted their corp. to not even get a response. You lack the true value of customer service as well as being able to read a screen and give out the correct orders

I seen the sign on the widow for the 3 for $3.99 chicken tenders i went through drive through and ordered two 3 piece chicken tenders i was charged $4.89 each then i said to the manger you over charged me she replied no i didn't you didn't ask for the special if you don't ask we charge you regular price.. i said very bad business doing that then she refunded me the difference but never gave me my biscuits.. this happened at Popeyes 20 Massa drive Kingston NY 12401...

Popeyes is advertising 3 3-pc. specials for $3.99. The ads NEGLECTS to tell you that's only for corporate owned businesses, and not necessarily for the franchises. So, you better call first to verify if the location you would like to go to really is offering the special before you pack up the kids or get your co-workers together for a lunch out! This is false advertising!! False advertising deserves no stars, but I have to give it at least one in order to submit this

I contacted several stores in my area . Beebe , Searcy , and Cabot Arkansas. Trying to order a 50 pc party pack . I was unable to do so because they were either unaware this menu item existed or in one case I examined it was in their catering menu they were unaware how many sides came with it and the price. As a former manager in Maryland I find this very sad . I often have large family gatherings at my home and would love to serve Popeyes but lack of training makes that impossible. So I will be ordering chicken from Walmart for Memorial Day.

Just stopped in and orded 3 rippin chickens and 9 chicken strips , strip are fine , rippen chickens are small and over cooked will not be going to popeyes again ,only reason I give one star Is because won't let me do less

I stopped by the new Popeyes in Coon Rapids Sat. And there sign said their grand opening was Mom. cool, I'll make the trip out my way and stop then. Monday after work when I got there there were a lot of cars in their parking lot with people walking up to the entrance only to be turned away. Turns out they had changed their mind and were only letting in employees and there family. This in my opinion. Is nothing more than incompetence and I have to wonder how long this place will last. It will be a long time before I give Popeyes a second chance.
