Popeyes Corporate Office & Headquarters

This is bad! good food , but every time we go we have something wrong with what we order and always have to fight with them to get what we actually ordered!!! if you have time to fight and argue then be my guest go there, but i wouldn't recommenced it!!!

The popeyes in bess al is smoking in the lobby drinking on the clock an change the scheduling for there staff to come in on the same day no notice an I heard an seen this with my own eyes an ears how can I fell safe there or get good food wit ash in the what type of place is this now I don't undestand I el be call an text till I see results thanks please hurry they in here now an yall not even open yet omg store number 14 omg

I had rip in chicken, at store in Ocala fl. got the crumbs smaller then a penny. and tasted Bad I will never eat there again

My whole family loves your chicken and other stuff you serve. But where we live there is no Popeyes Chicken and we are requesting that you check into putting a Popeyes in Barboursville, WV it is off the interstate and it is a very busy place and I'm sure it will do great there. They have a lot of other restaurants there and they are all always busy,especially during the holidays and I know me and my family will be visiting as much as possible. Please consider this and let me know something.

Arrived @ store @ 8:10 p.m, only to be told, they have only spicy chicken. I thought, the way you cook chicken is pretty quick. This is not the first time that I was told only spicy chicken, I use to go by @ 6:00 p.m. on a Sat, to told the same thing. Won't happen again, I will go to Luv's & get Cheaters chicken instead. Seems to me, they won't the business. If this had a rating in minus, that'swhere it would be!

La the manager elena has issues wit the employees if u suggest on try to explain where she cuts short on the job she takes days frm ou o hours she bullys employees with fear n threats on cutting days of there schechual theres atlease 9workers that can say an conform this is true also when u complain on her she knows higher rank workers that do not pass on the complain all they do in warn her about an she gets ridd of them

I often visit the Texas City, Texas location Store # 3499 and the quality of the food is always below standards. This store is managed by Latinos who are not fluent in English and perhaps don't understand the concerns of the customers. Biscuits are always burned to a crisp and many time the chicken is under cooked and soggy or over cooked and unbearable to eat. I've reported the problems to the Popeyes Corporate office but they don't seem to be concerned with their stores producing less than quality food. I am a New Orleans native and former employee so I know what the food should look like. The recipes have been the same since 1972 so it's nothing new. I am a Popeyes lover but after the dealings with this location the only location in my area I've decided to leave Popeyes alone before I get sick from the food from this location.

I have visited the Popeye's in North Haven, CT and it must be the worst managed restaurant I have ever been to. Six of my last 8 visits they constantly are out of chicken of one type or another or either mild or spicy. How can a restaurant that serves chicken constantly be out? Oh, they tell you that until after you place your order and you are waiting and you are waiting and waiting. I have walked out of that restaurant on several occasions with each return hoping they would improve. The web site for the surveys is an absolute total joke. No one ever calls me back after I have made several complaints. They ask for contact information but no one ever contacts me back via e-mail of telephone. My prediction for this particular restaurant location is that I hope it closes as fast as it opened. The owner or management there needs to get out. An absolute black eye for the Popeye's chain.

Visited the popeyes on Military trail and community driver in West Palm Beach and the workers there are rude lack customer service. There was no chicken the wait itme is at least 30-45 min wait. overall horible experience.

I went to Popeyes in greenbelt , Maryland last night and was totally disappointed in the service and the appearance of the store. I went thru the drive thru and was told to pull up and they would bring my order out to my car; after waiting 15 minutes;I went in the store to find out what was the hold up; there was trash and chicken on the floor; the workers were in there having personal conversation;instead of doing their jobs. there was no manager insight. This restaurant used to be so clean and the service was excellent .what a shame!!

I have received raw chicken for the second time at this store. I am originally from New Orleans and never have I received raw chicken from any of the Popeyes there. My son became ill from eating this chicken. This is unacceptable for an establishment of this magnitude to served potentially harmful food. Please contact me ASAP. Thank you in advance.

On Sunday July 21st was the very first time I have ever had Popeyes and I'm over 40. I bought 5 chicken tenders for my son and Myself that we could try. My son almost Finished one tender and at the tip of the tender he found a hair in the batter. That was gross!! The location was on 180 Sandalwood pky E, Brampton Ontario. Needless to say that was my first and last Experience with Popeyes!

This location has a problem with staff. When customer conpliants about a certain staff person, management needs to address it. This location also services hot foods cold, etc. Service is slow, and the parking lot needs to be repair ans cleaned. It is very dirty. Perhaps that is why the customers are beginning to stop eating there. Go elsewhere!!!

This is getting bad when every time i go to popeyes they get my order wrong or leave something out being they are all Spanish/ not speaking ENGLISH???? What happen to young or retired WHITE people that AMERICANS can understand, and enjoy their experience/ food????

I went to the Crest Hill IL branch last night and I might say the crew and management staff was very friendly. My food was hot and fresh and I didn't wait long at all.

I bought a shrimp combo, including a large diet coke through the drive through window at the Lake Worth store. After drinking HALF OF THE DRINK, I removed the lid and found a vinly glove in the cup. Absolutely, the grossest thing imaginable. I took the drink and the reciept back to the store and got my money back but probably should have called the health department.

I never complain about food especially when you're father pays for it. This was far the worst chicken i ever eaten. Not only was the food cold they put everything in the box all wrong. I call to complain and all Kristine could say was thank you have a nice day and hung up on me. This store is in Weatherford Tx on Santa Fe. The gravy was terrible and they charged me 50cents for a dipping sauce. I dont get that theory. Then they put some kind of nasty brown gravy on my side.We were guest number 264 and our ticket number was 20065.It took basically 2 minutes for our to go order, which i thought was kind of fast. Now i realize why. My dogs wouldn't touch it either. It was soft and basically no good. Yea we got it to go but we live a mile from the store. Basically we will not be back. Being that i'm surrounded by military personal all day, i will tell them and everyone i can about this experience. If she would have handled it better, i wouldn't be writing this letter! Sorry Your Team Is Sadly Dropping the ball.

I evaluated your location in Marietta,GA on Windy Hill and should have received a "validation code" so I can go back and get my free chicken. "No such thing as a free lunch." So the saying is true because there was no validation code.... You just wasted my time to tell you about your sorry service. Users.

The location is 7120 North Fry Rd., Cypress, TX. The time was 7:55pm on 07/08/13....I ordered a 2 pc white from the drive thru. I got 2 thighs. The kids(employees) that work in there were playing. I drive back to get the correct items but the manager had an attitude. She dropped the ketchup on the floor and placed it in the bag then gave me the bag. i advise her that was wrong no one wants to eat off the floor. She made faces and talked to me ugly. I got very upset. I do not understand why you work in a service position if you dont want to be there. I asked for my money back and the manager said i should eat off the floor with an attitude. i think she need to find another place to work. I will call the corpotate office tomorrow.
