I go to Popeye's all the time and really enjoy the food but if your company isn't giving a code as it states on the back of your receipts then you should not advertise that you do. I have done that survey at least 15 times in the last two months and it says you will receive a code when you finish,but it doesn't give you one.Did the phone survey and same thing happens,No CODE!!Please correct the problem.

9 pieces for $9.99 was ok. We ordered large side order of mashed potatoes, coleslaw and 5 rolls (very hard) for $9.00 which was too expensive for the amount we got. (about a cup each) If Popeye's wants to succeed in Weslaco Tx, this needs to change.

I went to popeyes in Zarqa jordan and they dont have mayo anf they gorce to buy a garlic suace instead and the place is very filthy people dont smile and the temp of the chicken was extermily high

Pre paid for catered meal on Wednesday. Called on Thursday to confirm order pick up Friday at 11. Arrived at 10:45 , they had not started on the order at all. Walked out with my food at 11:27

We had lunch at the Paducah Kentucky Popeye's on January 20th, and I was very disappointed. The red beans and rice was mostly sauce and rice not much beans at all and not much of that. When I went back to the counter to ask for some beans and to fill the container all I received was more sauce. Thee was maybe 10 beans in the serving certainly more rice and not much of it either. This was a real disappointment to us since we always enjoy eating at Popeye's. The 3 chicken breasts were smaller than most other times we have lunched there. We both went away hungry. We purchased 3 breasts, 2 red beans and rice, 2 coleslaw, 2 bisc, and 1 drink. The total was $14.24 The store number is 9939, order# 02057, ref # 0033.

Just wanted to let you know .I will NEVER go to Popeye ever again. I went into the Moorpark store and order food and Maryann the manager forgot to make it. Then she spoke in spanish about me the whole time .Guess she though cause I was white I did not know spanish, She wasa about 17 and very rude. I left with no food and it took her 20 minutes to give me a refund. I called the owner Armando and he didn't care ..so I wont care to give my biz to someone else

Popeyes has this new area supervisor. She is stealing from stores and treating her managers very rude and horribly. The only reason I have not quit is because I have a family to provide for and need my money. She threatens people and she has horrible people skills. I will not EVER recommend anyone work for popeyes under her supervision. She's unfair and rude.

I have been trying to reach Popeyes on LaBrea and Centinela for over an hour and a half. There is never an answer. I called the number I located online and then called Directory Assistance for confirmation. I'm very annoyed that I cannot even call to ask a question regarding catering. I really don't like this location anyway as the tables are always uncleaned, soda area a mess and the stupid bullet resistant window which has a hole big enough to stick my entire head is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Why are so many businesses in black areas always so tacky?

I have gone to the South Holland, IL Popeyes about a dozen times this year including today and ordered a Po-Boy chicken sandwich. Once again I was told they don't have them. If they are no longer on the menu than take them off.

I went to your new resturant in plainfield , indiana this evening and was very dissatisfied. they had a 10 mixed meal advertised for 20 dollars. the Manager there refused to honor it. seems others arent to happy with your resturants from the reviews i read here. If you advertise something for a certain price seems you have to sell it for that. At least thats what the law says.

ok for one thing i have worked in fast food most of all of my life but i have never dealt with so many many rude and inconsiderate managers in my life. i worked for the one in baytown tx off of north alexander and that store is horrible. if i was the health department i would shut it down. they managers are horrible and they do not understand that if you have a family emergency or if you have a sickness then you cant come in. i ended up getting a staff infection on my face because the manager gave me a nasty and used hat. and then she calls me fat in front of customers and coworkers. i went home tuesday because the manager and i got into it. im no longer working there and im glad. i hope everyone sees this....

Horrible food and customer service. Management needs lots of improvement. Rice with the red beans were hard either it was old and had been sitting a long time or they didn't cook it long enough. When I called to speak with management in regards to my complaint, she talk and belittle me like I wasn't telling the truth. This location needs a complete overhaul

Every time I go to popeyes and get my order of food there is always something wrong with it this time I got some chicken that was not cooked all the way through and this is the last straw that brreaks the camels back.

I used to work for popeyes in rio grande valley and the company of popeyes would not pay their workers on time and that is not good please look into it

I love the mon/tues 2 piece dinner deal for $3.99. Comes with a drink, biscuit and side. Food is wonderful and service is generally really good.

I love this sanfernando location! Staff is so welcoming and very helpful! Store is very well maintained! Staff are always concerned about their costumers! I'm always here around lunch time I'm here 3/4 times out of the week! I just love this chicken! And the chicken is delightful! This place just has everything on point ! I will see you ladies soon! :)
