There's NO Popeyes chicken restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina. There is a big hole in your geographical locations were there's NO Popeyes in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a great city growing with population and yet you guys place commercials in our city ( WHY ARE YOU GUYS TEASING US!). We want a Popeyes too. Please, please, please consider Charlotte North Carolina for one of your new store locations. Sincerely a Popeyes lover.

I am so mad about this site.I do not have a cell phone and I dont have a computer,I have to come to the libary to use one..I live on a fixed income and have to pinch pennies as offen as possible.But right now I am so mad at popeyes I dont know if I will ever go back...I tried to print the coupons but it said I had to have a cell phone.I gave you my home phone number but that wasnt good enough...you need to think aboutthis a little bit,alot of us older people do not have cell phone...But you dont have to have a cell phone to get KFC coupons...Thankyou very much...Missy Smith 309 Caple Ave.Fairdale,KY.40118

Steve: Are you serious? You give that kind of kudos to Ms. Zappone? Yes, she gave $10k to the Mission that Douglas attends and cooks for, however, she didn't even have the where withal to REIMBURSE Douglas for HIS out of pocket expenses on SAFE cleaning products. Douglas cared more for the Popeyes customers than Corporate Popeyes did! And Ms. Zappone represents the company as an officer of the company. I'm sorry to say that they gave an excessive amount of monies to the flamboyant she man in comparison to Douglas. I guess that is where there values lay. You think Douglas could have enjoyed $10k after he lost EVERYTHING in hurricane Katrina? You think? Apparently THEY didn't. After watching Under Cover Boss, they did not represent the kind heartedness of a corporation that others in previous shows portrayed. I would not be a customer of Popeyes.

Lynne Zappone CTO, It was wonderful how you helped Doug in your undercover mission, I live in Missouri your Popeye's restaurants here need help? I enjoy variety, but the stores here in St. Louis, just can't cut it. They are in inner city area and have trouble keeping up with things. They really need your help, they appear run down dirty and grungy. I do enjoy the flare or difference in flavor and taste that Popeye's has to offer the store closest to me burnt down, but they had bullet proof glass to protect the employees, how is a patron suppose to view this. My safety is important to me and it scares me that your employees have to live in such environment, as well as the risk I take eating there. HORRIBLE!!! Location 1900 N Cameron St Harrisburg PA everything I have to say might not fit. I waited a half an hour for my order which was WRONG. I have children that wanted nuggets and strips and they were not available. People came in after me got orders and left. Was never told that red beans and rice was not done it was being prepared. Well when I did get it along with my cajun rice it was mushy. ALSO, they did not have the correct sz lids (to big) so by the time I got my food home all my sides spilled out rice, beans, and mashed potatoes. Asked for dark meat got all white meat. The store and counters where dirty. Over 30 customers with only 2 registers. Not organized which probably comes from lack of training. No napkins. Was not given plasticware. Several customers said that this location always runs out of things. Popeyes has very good chicken. If u don't want KFC to run you out of business I think someone needs to watch UNDERCOVER BOSS! Find out these problems in the area of stores I'm sure you are making enough money to correct or just close your doors and let kfc take over!!! February 25, 2012

What in the heck is going on with popeyes???? HELLOOOO CORPORATE IF SOMEONES READING THIS be advised that this conduct is UNACCEPTABLE to the consumers. I thought it was just california, but all over the world....c'mon...revisions,re-training, evaluations etc.,need to be in order. starting at the TOP. maybe sm mystery shoppers or smthg. I'm upset that popeyes (jefferson/labrea) is so retarded. you lose customers to jack in the box everyday based on all afforementioned accusations.....illmannered,lazy,dirty,no hairnets, ghetto,(and I'm ghetto), uncouth, the cook is never there,(always in the pkg lot havin a cig.) one employee hooks up with her man in the nearby alley on her breaks. I mean buckling up her clothes tryna tuck her shirt...he will take a piss and fix himself back. just nasty. flour on the uniforms, yuk. the broad told me," uh uhhh I ain't mkn no chicken we understaffed and I ain't doin it today." I was the only person in the restaurant. my son and I had jumbo jacks instead.....so sad...Los angeles,california.

So disgusted with Popeyes on Sanyo rd in San Diego. I ordered a naked wrap and when I got and started to eat it, I took 3 bites looked down and realized it was completely RAW!!! I called and spoke to the manager and she said "sorry you can come back and get a replacement, just don't eat it" I told her I already took a few bites and she said " well its because you got the naked chicken and that's why it probably wasn't cooked all the way" WHAT?!?! How does that even excuse serving RAW CHICKEN to customers???? She gave me the wrong number to corporate and when I called back she said " I spoke to the cook and he said that he did put the wrong timer on there" I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!

This popeye's in Lansing, MI is the worst there food is greasy and they always forget to give you your biscuits. Never get the order right. I have decided not to ever go back. They are just too ghetto and so unprofessional. I really don't see how they stay in business

It's amazing that Popeye's is still in business with such horrible service at most locations. I am a member of the Popeye's email club, and they sent me a coupon for a free Dr. Pepper with the purchase of a Garlic Pepper Wicked Chicken. I printed it out and took it the local Popeye's at 1928 Brice Road in Columbus Ohio. When I pulled to the speaker they asked if I would be interested in the Wicked Chicken. I let them know that I had the coupon. He asked me to pull to the window and they would help me there. I pulled to the window and handed the woman the coupon. She didn't greet me, but did have a sour look on her face the whole time. She kept complaining that this popeye's location is not the same as regular popeye's as they don't know anything about any coupons. I ended up saying, I wouldn't know anything about that type of thing, as the coupon states it's valid at Popeye's and didn't say "not valid at Popeye's". Well she ended up going in back and bitching at the manager, and the manager ended up walking out and she said to her It's just a Dr. Pepper just give it to him. She didn't come to me and apologize, and the lady at the window handed me my order, and then closed the window. Not even giving any recognition to me when I said Thanks when she handed the food to me. This is my last trip to Popeye's ever! The people working there were not dressed professionally, and looked like they just got out of bed or something and threw on whatever was laying on the floor.

I don't know what's going on with Popeyes but they really need to stop hiring all these Ghetto people. My 1st experience with Popeyes was on Bartow Avenue located in the Bronx, New York. I pulled into the drive thru at approx 7pm to place an oder. The girl (Popeyes employee) asked if she could take my order in a rude manner. I over it and proceed to place my order. The girl responds back in a rude manner, "We ain't got no chicken". I respond back, "is it that you don't HAVE any chicken?" in hopes that the bubble head would realize she is addressing a customer and correct herself. The girl replys,"yeah, we ain't got not chichen right now". I just pulled away and went to KFC. 2nd experience, was in Brentwood located in Long Island, New York. I place my order then pull up to the window to get my food and pay for the order. My son (age 8) says he don't want the breast that came the meal, that he only wants legs. I pull up to the window and inform the girl that I'm sorry I made a mistake with my order. That i'd like to change one of the meals to all legs instead of the breast and I'll pay the differnce. The girl looks at me and says angry,"really! I just made this meal"!! I just pulled away and promised myself I would never spend my at Popeyes again!!!

The Popey's on Jopa Road in Parkville MD is terrible! A previous post here said it was wonderful...what planet were they on. I arrived at 8:15pm on 2/10/12 and was basically ignored until 8:27. During that time they had run out of spicy and mild chicken, cajun beans/rice and biscuits! I did not get my order until 8:54pm. I was NOT greeted in any form of a friendly manner and while I was there new customers were ignored as well. I was realy hoping issues had been fixed at this location, but NOTHING has been changed. Employees who know nothing about customer service keep being hired and the manager never came out to apologize to the patrons for the delay!

The Popeyes on Dominion Blvd in Chesapeake, VA . I am a regular customer and im always purchasing dinner for my family after work from popeyes on my way home . The crew is full of youth , and they're all show respect to customers and keep up service . I DISAGREE with how the General Manager treats them , she consistently barks at them and treats them with utter disrespect .. EVERYTIME i go to Popeyes she is always down their throats .. i don't like it at all considering i am a teacher & i know how to respond to the youth of the world . Something needs to be done about that General Manager because no one should be treated that way . Period

I notice that there is a new manager in the popeyes located on sanpablo dam road in sanpablo california. He is rude and serve old food. I have had to return food on a couple occassions. The food was hard and gave me upset stomach aches. I do not know if he is trying to make himself look good by serving old food however he need to be aware of the fact that someone could get very sick and draw a law suit showing that the food made them sick thru lab testing. I AM WRITTING YOU BECAUSE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEED TO BE DEALT WITH BEFORE SOME ONE GET VERY SICK. HE SOMETIMES SMILE BUT YOU CAN TELL HE IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON HE IS ALL FOR HIMSELF

Raytown MO Is the most unprofessional Popeye's that I have ever been too. My husband and I was first in line at the order counter then 2 women came in and then an older gentleman, The Manager by passed us to wait on the 2 women who were African American then the older gentleman went behind them. My husband and I are white and the other people were African American. We never did get waited on and walked out. This is a case of being the wrong color of skin and will never go back there again. I have never been prodigious or have had it happen to me. Your manager was the one that treated us this way. Yes I did say the manager. If I see other customers in parking lot I will yell out and tell them not to patron this establishment. Because your manager needs to go back and have some training on customer ethics.

I was a victim of food poisoning at the Popeyes in Thomasville, GA. I spoke to the area manager to inform him of what had happened. He was very unprofessional and thought my only objective was to get some free food. I later saw a co-worker who was at the restaurant at the same time. He informed me that he also got sick after eating their food. I left numerous messages for someone from the Corporate Office to call. I never received any response. Perhaps a lawsuit will get their attention.

The Rock Hill, Mo Popeye's is absolutely awful. No matter how small the order, you will have to pull up in the lot, and wait at least 5 minutes to get your food. I just ordered a few things (no chicken), and i've been sitting out here for about 15 minutes. Someone who pulled in 5 minutes after us just got their 3 orders of chicken. These people are extremely skow, lazy, and stupid. They seem to be unable to even get an order right 70% of the time. Out of the SIX cars waiting out here, 4 of them had to send the employee back in to fix their order. These people should not he employed. By the way... I've been sitting out here for 20 minutes now. All I ordered was mashed potatos, rice, and biscuits. That's it. This is absolutely unbelievable.

The Pittsburgh Area Popeye's are the worst. I have been to them in several states and Pittsburgh, PA stores are disgusting. They are always out of stuff. The employee's are rude and when you ask why they are out of stuff or why isn't there enough employee's working. they say Gary does ordering and scheduling and he doesn't know what he is doing. I have been to all 3 stores and they say the samething. How can you have 1 person do the ordering and scheduling for 3 stores? I guess they don't have GM's? Best thing is to go to KFC...

Popeyes in marysville california is disgusting a friend who worked there told me the cook with expired products so if something says expired in nov. they will still use it in jan. until its gone plus instead of following the rules of defrosting the product they will cook with frozen spoiled of freezer burned food.
