Toronto, 1611 Eglinton W location. The employee lied to me and told me this other meal was a better deal than the Tues special. I took his word for it and ordered it, but in the 10 minutes it took for him to put it in the box, I checked the menus, realized he was lying and changed my order. Then he refused to look at my bill when I pointed out that he mischarged me (large onion rings instead of 3 Tues special sides, plus 5 cents for a plastic bag I didn't want. I was going to complain to hadquarters for the poor service, but having read some of the other comments, I won't waste my time. It was my first time trying Popeyes, for all of $1.75 extra profit, they lost a potential future customer.

Got me again! Wife went through drive through and one order was 3 pc WHITE meat dinner with cajun rice. When she got it home with her order I opened box and it was a thigh, drum stick and breast. Not a 3 piece white meat dinner. She advised she repeated order again before they filled it. This was Sunday Night 5/20/2012. Happened about 3 wks previously, same thing. Was offered "make up meal" but that won't get it when it is 22 miles away round trip. Honestly believe the employees don't give a damn so I don't either anymore. Done with Popeyes.

Popeyes, the one is located in Vienna, Virginia refuse to honor the advertisement in front of store which said 11 pieces mixed or tenders. The manager said only for chickens no tenders. The manager has very poor attitude and bad customer service.

im sick and tierd of driving to popeyes chicken on airport and martin luther king in austin,texas the manager of that popeyes lets her employees pretty much do what they want i went over there to get me a family meal mixed and all i get is 1 wing and all dark meat. so i bring it to the manager attention so tells me to bring reciept and she will fixed order so do and what a arguement we get in to popeyes need to know how to pick there management because tamika is not manager material talking to me the way she did in front of other customers was not kool

Dear Sir /Madam I would like to inform your company that popey's chicken is a great business as long as watched by management , today 05/16/2012 I went to popey's store #8685 located at 924 Bergen Avenue Jersey City , NJ 07306 it was a sign on each counter CASH ONLY however i asked the sales women for two ordered each chicken breast and mash then she asked for $13.87 in cash , I paid and I said this order more expensive than the amount I paid before , then she responded it is special order , I said this the same order I got last week for around $9.50 paid by credit card and I have the record . while I was waiting for my order she came to me and said we do not have breast enough I will give you leg , I asked for refund what it calls special $4.00 since she does not have special she said I will give you only $1.00 . This not only that she called her Co-worker asked them to explain to me better because I do not understand her English due to my bad English, By the way I am Investigator for fraud unit Hudson County NJ, I decided to explain the complaint to her manager who said he will fix the problem and correct the transaction but he did not, in fact they gave two order one of them missed breast and other missed mash also both order without any services such as spoon or fork. I am totally unsatisfied with the services or the way the staff and their manager acting with customers. Popeyes SUCKS!! I wrote down my order and sent Dan to pick it up. I ordered for Dan one box 1 spicy breast and 1 spicy thigh and 1 biscuit with coleslaw as the side. Next box for me 3 original thighs, green beans and biscuit. Also 1 Large red beans and rice and 1 small garlic shrimp. He gets home and there's one box with all thighs (no breast) no way to tell which is spicy or which is regular. Only 1 biscuit, no green beans, no coleslaw, no shrimp and the large red beans and rice. And the friggin cowards won't return my call!! Can't wait till tomorrow when I can call corporate and reem them!!!!

I frequently buy on Manassas, VA. Popeye's Restaurant. I really like your chicken. What I do NOT like is your SUR-CHARGE for Electronic Service FEE (ESF), for the ammount of 57 cents per purchase TO EVERYONE...... You are trasspassing your expenses to your customers and that is NOT FAIRPLAY, NOR PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Where is your GOODWILL??

I went to the popeyes in Quinlan Texas I was the first customer of the day and placed my order. I was made to wait for 25 minutes while other customers came in and got thier orders. They ordered the same thing I did. When I ask the people behind te counter why I had to wait I was told that they got a smaller order than I did. Yet they could have filled my order first. Then the Manager informed me not to be a B****. I called and filled a report with the customer service helpline but just had to let others know my hastle

14901 North Florida Avenue Tampa Fl. went in - ordered 11 piece meal when i got home it had 6 wings in it so i took pictures of it and called the store and they hung up on me and round trip is 30 miles from my house - if i wanted wings i would have went to a wing house / i wont ever go to any of popeyes locations again

The restaurant in New Ellenton S.C. is in dire need of professional management. I ordered chicken and I was to tough to chew. Yesterday the wait time was 15 minutes. Earlier this month the chicken was raw. I hope this unacceptable practice is resolved promptly.

It's been about a month now, since I had problems with Popeyes on Hacks cross Rd in Memphis, Tn, and I still have not heard anything from anyone at that store nor the corporate office. I still give my money to the other resturants around that bad setup. But I will never step foot inside there, until I get a formal apology. I still have no problem telling everyone I know about my horrible experience there and with the corporate office not giving a dam. I am enjoying the other real resturants surrounding that place. Just needed to vent some more.

2 piece Tuesday is great. but my friend was telling me about his bout with some medical therapy that made him susceptible to gout. he said some component of red meat causes gout. i thought he was crazy. so i goggles it and the web concurred with his story... but i thought,, thats not going to happen to me because I'm special.. but over the years i have noticed that when i sleep wrong, sometimes i wake with pain in a knee or an ankle that seems something I can reasonably explain as just sleeping with pressure on a joint .. the pain goes away after a few days but... it feels like my joints want to pop like cracking your knuckles only on the knee or wrist or foot. this pain is actually gout. lol after a few years of experimenting with diets , I've noticed that when i come off a diet that doesn't include red meat, i usually get this foot pain... yes foot pain.. a few days ago i realized , i had an apifeni. it all made sense, the foot pain is actually gout and chicken does not cause gout.. but brown or red meat does cause gout.. so now i eat chicken whenever i can. and Popeye's is by far the best so.. I'm thinking if you can make an advertisement that doesn't turn people off with bio functions like gout.. then you can ,maybe do a 2% flux toward chicken industry. i hope I'm not shooting myself in the foot by making demand go up and causing a price increase by attracting cooperate takeover. c can't people just accept a higher volume? do they have to be like g.m. and raise the price till it collapses like the g.m. common stock pyramid scheme? mu summary is gout and chicken. Popeye's being the natural best tasting chicken.

Popeye's offer 2 pieces of chicken free w/ biscuit with a purchase of large drink,but it doesn't indicate that it has to be dark only. When ordering with the coupon they are rude and go over the validation code with the manager before filling your order. Why offer it, if the customer have to be treated with such disrespect.

first off the worst place i have ever been! very unprofessional and service was horrible. i ordered and pulled up to the window, the guy at the widow didnt tell me how much my order was and didnt really speak at all. there was a car pulled forward waiting on their food and nobody was inside! the guy in front of me finally got his food after a five minute conversation with the popeyes worker. i was then asked to pull up because i guess its tough to put 2 pieces of chicken in a box. the cute woman behind me got her food and drove away, and i waited on. finally the popeyes worker with pants sagging and dreadlocks strolled up to my window with my food. he handed it to me and didnt even say sorry for the wait! please stop getting workers from work release or just hire anyone off the street..... i will never go there again!!!!!!!!

This store is located in Tampa Florida on waters ave not one time but every time it's a problem with the service or your order so the other night I decided to go inside instead of drive thru it was so filthy in there the cashier didn't wash her hands and then turn around to fix and order and tap the manager with the tongs behind the counter floor disgusting then I was so disgusted I asked for my money back

I was totally disrespected at Popeyes chicken. I called to complain weeks ago and I never so much as got a response back. As great-granndmother I just must be old fashioned to think that manners still apply in the work place. Of all things the last two times I " sent " someone there to get Popeyes chicken , cause I like it, I didnt get biscuts with the special and we "did" order a large side.Well as much as I like it...I WON'T be back again. I'm just one person and it won't make a dent in your businesss but it will if this kind of rude people work for you.
