I live in Detroit, MI and I go to Popeye's at least 4-6 times a month. We also order food from Popeyes for my job. I frequent Popeye's in four different areas in Detroit. Sometimes the chicken is okay and sometimes it's bad. Last month I was in Atlanta, GA and I went to Popeye's 3 times while I was there. I went to the Popeye's on Highway 85 and also to the Popeye's down in the ghetto part of Atlanta. I think it was on Memorial Drive. All three times, the chicken was excellent! Each time I ordered, the chicken was always fresh and hot and taste so much better than the Popeyes in Detroit!!! They need to take management classes so that all Popeyes will taste the same. The chicken should always be fresh and hot when you order it.

The afternoon service is bad when it comes to a manager name Sunita.

The popeyes in Navasota, Texas needs new management (ACE) and new employees. I waited over 30 minutes for chicken after the manager told me it would be an 8 minute wait for white meat or I can take dark meat and I told him I will wait 8 minutes for the white meat. After seeing everybody come out with chicken and they bringing people that ordered 10-15 minutes after me was getting their orders. I went inside and the girl tells me it will be 2 minutes on the mild (which was 8 minutes 30 minutes ago)and then she tells the boy when the mild is ready she needs a 10 piece before he fix mine. HUMMMm what the hell is she smoking. I get home I don't have my biscuits and only 2 pieces of white meat out of 14 pieces....REALLY!!!! I use to love Popeyes and my employer go to them alot for big lunches but after I tell my boss about this tomorrow they can forget about it. NO MORE!!!!!!! Then when I called after I didn't get my biscuits and only 2 pieces of white meat (my second call) The girl told the manager it was the same customer and asked him if he wanted her to just hang up on me.....WHAT????? Very poor customer service. And mind you they were laughing because I was upset about waiting 30 minutes. I need to talk with Quincy he is the general manager in this area. I was sooooo mad and I never get like that. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Douglasville Ga- They have only been here a short while but we have been 3 times now and they still cant get the order right. The fellow behind the counter today got quite snippy when we wanted to double check the order. He said he had done so and it was correct... We got home and it was wrong- AGAIN. We own a business. We have employees and order out quite often for lunch. We will not be back to this or any other Popeyes. (Note - we tried to call the establishment but the phone number on the receipt went to a fax machine.)

The POPEYES CHICKEN on e broad st Columbus is nasty. I know several employes there that tell me their manager Tiffany. Drops food ( Biscutes, chicken ) on the floor and still uses it to sell to customers!!!!And if an employee throws something away that falls on the floor, instead of using it . They get wrote up... So bewhere , is your food from POPEYES chicken on Broad st in Columbus ohio save to eat?????

On Friday June 8, 2012 My girlfriend I wwent to this Popeyes location to get a bit to eat. I order a chicken wrap and a peach pie. My girlfriend order a two piece with a peach pie. When we mad e it to my house we ate the chicken and then I open the thin piece of wrapping paper that was suppose to be a piece of peach pie, but to my dismay I had a real olds really dark and had piece of (I guess pie)? I called the establishment and complained to a employee named Natasha she replied Oh you the lady with the braids , well you can come back and get another one or just wait until tomorrow and we will refund your money. Okay now thats okay and everything but I have two problems , problem one how could this lady now how it was me that was given the pie , not less it was intended directly for me. There were four pie ordered at that time one for me one for my girlfriend and the other two for two other customers. Wow I feel like they targeted me for some odd reason. Second when I returned the next day I ask to speak to the Manager he was on the phone and waved to the clerk to give money back and never said i'm sorry for the inconvience. And blew me off.

Location: Popeyes on 212 W.Southmore Pasadena,Tx....I ordered 5 of the two piece specials for .99, 5 orig.leggs in one box & 5 spicy thighs in another, I asked the cashier at window to repeat my order please, he said the other girl who took order has it already...was told to park in parking lot waited aleast 15 min, just for my order to be WRONG, so agrivating thats the reason for drive-thru's so a person doesn't have to get off...time , gas , & not happy with order...argh....

I like the chicken but find Popeyes Chicken tv advertising offensive with the fortune telling themes. Fortune telling is against Catholic Christian Teaching! Read the bible 2 kings 17:17. Please change your themes on t.v. !!!

Just driving from Texas to South Florida stopped in Rayne, LA for some chicken we walked up to the door it says closes at 9:30 pm. It was 9:05 they had the door already locked and piles of chicken sitting their. The girl was sweeping and putting chairs on the table, do they close early so they can take all the chicken home for their friends and family.

I went to the popeyes in tucson on a fri night and after this time i wont be going back and ill make it know how poor this place is. After pulling up to the drive through menu and waiting to order for 19 min and a line behind me nobody said anything. I pulled up to the window and to my surprise watched for another 5 min employees playing around. Then someone came to the window i asked if there drive thru was down she quickly replied yes but after they realized they had a line another employee asked tge drive thru what they want. It is now 950pm i tried to order and the employee replies that they are all out of all the sides. I asked if she was serious and the employee turns to i believe her supervisor to confirm and with an attitude says id have to prep the sides and im not gonna do it this late. So i drove off. Iam a general mgr at a retail store and if i stay open til 11pm then i must do my job til then so why is this any diff?? I will tell my whole crew and friends and all of us will no longer be going here ever again.

Biscuit are not cook completely and silverware is not given in the order. May 29,2012, I placed an order of 2 piece chicken,biscuit small container of greens and a apple pie. I received a 2 piece with green beans,uncook biscuit and no silverware to eat with. If you are thinking about eating chicken please do not eat at this location. The Service is rated less than one.

Bought some Tea one week and lemonad the next week. Popeyes has the nastiest tea! It tasted spoiled and I returned it. I purchased some lemonade it it was so bad I'm on my way now to return it. It tase like it came from a container! A gross smell and a gross taste. This is a damn shame!!! I'm a regular customer. I take it back and they are so sorry to even offer you anything for the inconvience! This popeyes is on pioneer parkway, Arlington TX.

I was at the Popeye in Memphis,TN on Hollywood Street. On the outside the advertisement on the Marquee had 2 piece chicken and biscuit for $2.49, so I went to the drive thru and ordered two of the specials, but the young lady taking the order stated that special was ovr, but I told her it was still showing and she again said it was over and put the manager on the intercom and she stated the special wa over and hadn't been changed. I told her she should still honor it because it was still on the marquee,but she tried to sell me another special for $5.99 5 piece dark, but I do not eat dark meat and she wouldn't exchange one piece fr white. Usually if a business has an advertisement that is still showing, they will honor it and then change it, but this was not done. I visit this store around 10 imes a month because I don't like to cok, but they have just lost a faithful customer.

Will you please get another popeye in Wichita Falls Texas The one you have here is so far out on Southwest parkway we need one by Sheppard Air Force Base or by the Walmart on I-44.Will yoi please think about it .Thank you I love your chicken from popeye

i purchased a 16pc mixed for my friend moms funeral, tryin to do the right thing and showin my colodences, i was very disapointed about the meal. every one complained about the chicken that it was not fresh and the corn was not done and hard chicken was very stale in the markham area. i was so hurt and embarassed,mostly upset. we were so far away from the resturant and involed wit friends and family. the time got past me and i notice the chicken was in a dumpter with the receit and all,. so i came way out my hometown the next day in person to talk to the manager, not getting anywhere she offered me a free soda which was a insult to me. i didnt get smart or act a fool. i was very polite because, i spent my money. it was like 33 or 32 dollars and some change. i still brought some food in there that same day which came up to 16 dollars. i didnta like that either and took it back to the cashier, we were eating in there. it really made me sick . i will never. go there again. i even brought the obituary to prove that it was my friend mom. noone respect family greiving dealth. it like they laugh in my face. im really disapointed with your company no concideration at all. i thought i could get in solve in person it was a wasted drive and money spent

service at store 3147 is very if you can call it service. waited 45 mins. for a simple order. store was not doing a lot of sell because workers were just standing around chatting.
