we just had dinner at the popeyes in Huntsville,Tx. the lady taking our order was not friendly at all, she acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. It was so hot i wondere if the a/c worked at all,but the wworst was the bathrooms,no soap in them,how do the cooks wash their hands? So gross, we will never go there again

We went to popeyes in Oxnard Ca store # 11012 today and it was horriable . The employee and manger were rude . I let the girl Naomi know that there certain sodas didn't taste right and could she fix them , without checking she simply told me they were fine and maybe it was just me . It took fifteen minutes to get our food . I ask the girl Naomi to please put my carryout order in boxs instead of the cardboard baskets that they use for the food when your eating in the store . Instaed of putting my food in boxs she rolled her eyes and said we don't do that and I said I would like you to put my carryout order in boxs instead of the cardboard baskets . She kept arguing with me that she can't do that . She continued to do it the way she wanted and then put the basket boxs ( like they use for dine in orders )then in paper bags . When I talked to the manager he said thats how they were told to do it and I said I just spent thirty dollars and I don't want it like that because I have to drive home with the food and I want to keep it warm . I then asked for a corporate number and I was given a survey phone number . They also baged my food in a thank you bag like you find at family owned store not a popeyes plastic bag . By the time I got home 10 minutes later our food was cold, the bags where ripped up and the some of the food was in the plastic bag . I also showed the manager and the employee that they didn't even fold the bags so that the food would stay in there but they said thats how they do it . They never said sorry or even seemed to care . The manager stayed on the phone the intire time . I love popeyes food but I won't be going there anymore . We were just in San Diego and my children wanted to eat at popeyes everyday ( out of 7 days we have ate at popeyes 4 times at $30.00 a vist = $120.00 dollars I have spent at popeyes from 7/3 to 7/9 2012 . I even have the receipts to prove it . I also tok pictures that I plan on posting on Yelp.com . Being from the south we have always loved to eat at Popeyes but not anymore if this is how a valued customer is treated I'll just go to Kfc at least there nice and put my food in boxs and Kfc plastic bags. Kfc is also closer to my house and I own stock in Kfc . The store in Oxnard Ca (#11012) are trying to cut corners and it is making a bad name for popeyes everywhere . I wasn't being cheap when I went in and spent $30.00 and I deserve my moneys worth even if it is that they put my food in cardboard boxs not dine in cardboard boxs and paper bags .

I went to one of the Popeyes located on the army base in Savannah, Georgia at around 3:50pm on 7/6/12. The store closes at 5:00 pm. The cashier told me that there wasn't any red beans and rice nor was it any cajun rice. I said well I'll take mashed potatoes then since the only other choice I had was cole slaw. The cashier Vincent then said there wasn't any gravy for the mashed potatoes and it takes hours for the gravy to throw out and another cashier who was working the drive thru along with the front end cashier, Vincent thought it was funny and had a good laugh because there was not any sides left for my choice and they told me that they ran out after lunch and the manager said that she wasn't fixing anymore. The stores didn't close for over a hour and they were already preparing to close the store. I was pissed at this point because there was not any suggestive selling to inform me that they had green beans and corn. I found out only after I spoke with the supervisor who was sitting in the dining area listening to the entire altercation. I am sure that Popeyes doesn't know that employees are running their franchise in this manner.

The evening time is good, but the breakfast is horrible......the coffee taste bad and bitter, the biscuit if white and pastie, the gravy taste like Elmer's glue, the country ham is not cooked enough.......the ice water was good.

I went to Popeye's store #204 on Tuesday, and ordered several of the $2.99 specials. I had a long wait of (38min). I was informed -they gave my order to another customer, and no apology was expressed. Bad Service.

I won't eat there anymore because you discontinued the rip n chicken. It was the best way to do fried chicken. The spices were amazing, I got it all the time . Where they not selling good enough or what?

Nothing worse then a restaurant full of employees with bad attitude and bad service please close or get new workers. The Popeye's on Auburn St. in Rockford IL.

I visited the Popeyes In Tallahassee Forida located on Thomasville Road and I-10. While in ther one of the employees was cursing , he was also kicking some of the equpiment. This same employees demeanor was agitated, he continued to walk in and out of the store, and return still cursing , management was present did nothing. I have read other posts that have complaints along the same lines of this. Its a shame. I was the only person in the place at the time eating, two people came in to eat butn left before placing their order. Had this behavior began befor I ordered < I also would have left.

I "love that chicken from Popeyes" and I especially love that fried catfish. However, your Falls Church store other than that English as a second language thing, is a great store save one thing. They have the most expensive catfish in all of DC AND, they only give you two pieces. When I questioned that manager she told me to look at the picture on the menu. I did and I looked at the picture in 17 other Popeyes who showed 2 pieces but gave you three - and all of the other stores charged $2 less. Does corporate not bother to check for consistency? I know this is a franchise free enterprise system, but I have to choose NOT to go there again. And I am from the Parish where it all began.

I went to the Popeye's on 281) 364-8485 25192 Interstate 45 Spring, TX 77386 I asked for 2 wings and thought that I was going to get 2 wings and 2 biscuits, but I recieved 3 greasy wings and 1 biscuit. That was not my order. I see if the store was crowded and they got it mixed up but I was the only one in there and then they didn't give me a reciept. The chicken was old and the customer service was poor. This store need some professional help or it will be closed down soon. I worked fast food before and we never had that kind of customer service. I tried to call back and no answer.

HI, My Name is Troy I had a couple of things to say regarding Popeye's the first thing that I had wanted to say is that back in the day I used to love Popeye's but now it just taste different ermaybe it's the flour Batter I used to work for Popeye's so I know what I'am talking about. I WORKED at the one in metairie LA oh, and by the way that chicken was good!

I have never had a complaint about Popeyes before now. My son-in-law took my granddaughter to the Popeyes in Upper Darby, PA for lunch. While they were standing at the counter deciding what to order, the manager of the store told my son-in-law to "move his pet away from the counter", when he said what the manager repeated it. The manager was speaking about my granddaughter!! I have never been so upset at such ignorance. From a totally disappointed customer on 69th street in Upper Darby, PA!!!!

Is there a lower rating? Like below the food plain. Popeye's has never been a service oriented business. They must have some carnal formula of service that has been out of date for 20 years. UPdate! I went to purchase Rip N Chicken of which as usual they were out of. I settled for wings and a gallon of tea. I asked for two cups for the tea and she told me 1.79 for a cup to drink the tea I had just purchased. This became a heated debate as I asked if I buy a soda would she not give me a cup. The problem is that none of these managers have common sense, they have company sense not a lick of common sense. I know that Popeye's sales must be down because the way they stiff you on cups, sauce, spoons, napkins, and etc. You always have to burn extra gas to go back to get something to eat with. I'm done. The chicken is not good just at one time it was a convenience for families now its a headache. I wasted 23.dollars that day, and I'm mad than a mother.

I just went to the Popeyes located on city ave and haverford in Philadelphia and must say that I will never go there again!! It's pouring raining and to use the drive through I would have had to subject myself to the in pouring I water from the top of the apparatus where you make the order. After two failed attempts at being heard i closed my window, SOAKING WET, and proceeded to the window. After waiting ten minutes, literally, for them to service the customer in front of me I was finally able to make it to the window to try to place my order. The woman at the window offered me the persons BEHIND ME order. I tried to explain to her that I couldn't here her, that I couldn't make my order and that I wanted to order there. Now my windo is down and I'm getting rained on AGAIN. She tells menu har to circle all the way back around after my now 15 minute wait to reorder. I told her that wasn't going to happen and that she should take my order now as it wasn't my fault that she couldn't here me. The manager comes over and tells me to move out of the way and circle around. I said to him that it's 8 pieces of chicken, and that it's not so hard to take care of a customer who has already been inconveneinced and wet waiting for service. He threatened to call the cops. Then he did. Not only will I not go to that Popeyes again, I will never go to another. Lost customer

It makes no sense that the service is piss poor at location and when calling corporate headquarters. Popeyes you are not the only one who can fry chicken I'll keep my money Thank you very much.

I would have rated you a 5 star, but we recently and a Golf Tournment and was issued some coupons for a 2 piece dinner and every location we went to would not honor them. We as given all sorts of excuses. As much chicken as Popeyes serves, it should not have been a problem honoring them. My husband and i visit Popeye's several time a week. But the thought of someone not honoring a two piece just change our mind. I live in the Jonesboro, Tara Blvd area. Everyone that received a coupon in their gift and at the raffle, are not able to use them. Thamks,

I visited store#5959 in North Aurora IL on 6/17 and completed the survey the same day. Instead of getting a validation code right away I was told that a code would be sent to my email address (gxu999@gmail.com) the following day. However I have not received any code as of now, the 3rd day. This was double frustrating because I got teeny-tiny Louisana tenders in the restaurant and then never got the code which was promised for my time doing the survey! Please let me know what is going on?

The Popeye's in North Kennebunk, ME Store #3084 We drive up every weekend to our lake house. I got a chicken dinner and on the back of the receipt is a survey (go to this website, get a validation code and redeem the receipt for a 2 piece chicken and biscuit with purchase of a large drink). The following weekend I presented the coupon...to the SAME LOCATION and was told they don't participate in the coupon program and therefore do not honor the coupon. I've done this same online review process with Breuggers bagels and always had a good experience. I think it is very bad customer service. I will NOT be stopping at Popeye's again.

The Popeyes on 414 S. Lincolnway in North Aurora IL was nicely remodeled recently. It was clean too even though still looking old from outside. The rest room was nicely renovated too. However the portion size was smaller. They gave us tiny chicken tenders, less than half the size I used to get. I think i'll still eat there but hopefully they'll correct it.
