u need to fire the managers esp the sisters mandi and shanon if u wonna save your store shanon alsobrooks is a feloney convict that did two years in prison selling drugs to an undercover officer while pregnant also stubbed her mom letting employees getting drunk ....reallllllllllly popeyes

My husband stopped at the Popeyes in Sorrento,La unit # 4860. He ordered a 12 piece combo with 2 drink. It cost him $32.52. NO !! The combo comes with 2 sides. They charged him $3.99 for each combo, plus the $14.32 for the combo & $1.99 for each drink. With 8 people working in there, all 8 waited on 1 customer at a time with a long line in the drive thru. The general manager was wearing dread locks, hanging down his back & sitting On the counter cutting up with the other employees. At least when I called he said he was the general manager. Someone needs to go in there, clean out the deadbeats & hire some people who want to do more than collect a check. We will not be returning to ANY Popeyes.

your popeyes resturant on resivour ave cranston ri , has the worse service of any place ive been , workers are slow to take your order , slow to get your food and not that pleasant . today on my lunch break i went there at 1:40pm waited till 1:44 at the counter to get acnoledged at all then i ordered 2 chicken wraps + one small cajun rice, i didnt get my food till 2:03 witch made me late getting back from lunch then to top it off the chicken was pale { barley fried } this was not the first time that ive gotten bad service there ,, you should send in a surprize shopper between 12-2pm weekdays to see how bad it is for yourself. there are not that many of your resturants in our area + they are dragging your name down , thanks,, smokey.a@cox.net

I love popeyes food no doubt about it! But , the employee's at 3050 South La Brea Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90016 are REALLY REALLY RUDE and obnoxious like I am so serious. They ALL have really bad attitudes every single time I go in here. They make my experience a living hell and I believe that I should bring it to everyone's attention. Im pretty sure all the customers would agree with this statement because every time I'm in there they are arguing with someone. I mean I don't think it's fair that I have to deal with this :'(

Recently, I visited a Popeye's location# 4431 in Waynesboro, Ga.on Sunday, July 15, 2012 around 2:30pm We stopped here expecting to grab a quick bite after church before heading back to Atlanta. First, we were told we had to wait 15 mins for spicy chicken to be finished cooking. Family Pack - 11pcs, 2 sides, biscuits - we also included a half gallon of sweet iced tea. No biggie, we also ordered a few other things. There were cups sitting on counter, I took (5) since we were dining in; waiting for the chicken. All of a sudden (Dawn, GM) comes from nowhere stating I stole the cups and they cost $1.69 each. I found that to be ridiculous, to charged for cups - which should have been complimentary. "After all, we did order a half gallon of sweet iced tea." She argued no, this establishment charges for cup and there are no complimentary cups with any beverage. I insist, she refund my money for the order placed in which I had still been waiting to receive. Hold on...she had the audacity, to call the police. Dawn, told the police - I reached behind the counter for the cups (SMDH)!!! Now, I'm livid because she lied - she proceeds at this point and refunds my order. I figured contacting the customer service department would help @877-767-3937 and spoke with Jerry. I requested a response back from, the Regional Area Manager or District Manager. I gave my contact information to him on 7/15/12 and I still haven't received any correspondence regarding this matter. I have never experience such nonsense at any other Popeye's location, trust me - Popeye's is one of my favorite choices. Thankful, I don't have to ever go back to the Popeye's in Waynesboro, GA. The GM, Dawn is the WORST along with staff for having to wait for 15mins on a Sunday afternoon for chicken!!!

I just left a popeyes on Oltorff, in Austin, TX and received the most dryest hairy nasty piece of chicken I ever had and the shrimp was not to great either. The Include tea was lukewarm and the biscuit was hard and dry. I called to complain but no one will pick up the phone. The guy in drive through is extremely rude. I want a refund and I will eat after Popeyes Chicken again. GIVE ME BACK MY $9.18 PLEASE!!!!

I live here in North Las Vegas and I love Popey's chicken. The Popey,s chicken here on Craig road made me feel very sick after eating there chicken. They need to be checked out a coworker got sick last week from the same store. I thought she was joking. I will never eat there again!!!

Let me tell you how annoying it is to see an ad on TV for zattarans butterfly shrimp dinner...all that hype. I jump in my car, drive 20 minutes to the nearest location to be told that they don't have it because the special ended 15 minutes earlier!!!! Really.... I have tried to buy that food every time they market it and low and behold...they never have it. I don't know why they advertise something they can't deliver! I don't think they ever really have that shrimp. I think it's a ploy to make you go in there for their crummy chicken! Never again will go in that place.

Went to popeyes chicken In the Melrose park Illinois area and ordered my dinner for my family and when I got home they had given me the wrong order so I called to tell them order was wrong and was appalled by there reaction my receipt had correct order yet bag had wrong order and then I took my orfer back and store manager still tried to say thats what we had ordered although or receipt had the correct order will think twice before going there again !

Went to restaurant #3430. 992 Googman Rd Horn Lake Ms When I got there order my food I was told to pull to the side to wait for my food along with 6 other car. I had to wait on my food for 45 min. To my supprise my food was not fresh And it was cold. Had to go inside to get fresher fries had to wait 10 more min. By the time the fresh fries was finish the rest of my food was cold. While inside I notice The same cold unfresh food I receive was the same food they where serving to other Customers. And the bad part is the manager was the one serving the food. I will not go back to this Popeye's again. I had a two price combo and whimper poboy combo. Very upset customer

I go to the Popeye's on Candler Rd. in Decatur Ga. I LOVE Popeye's Chicken so much!!!! But the people that work there are the WORST I ever seen! The manager name Victor is the Ring Leader! I did the survey, and he did not honor it! I was tried, just getting off work when him and his Cashier Girlfriend thought that it was cute. I hate most of the staff at The Popeye's Store #10354 at 2578 Candler Rd. Decatur Ga. 30032. Most of all the staff need Customer Service Training!

I went to popeyes today at the WestBroad Street location in Columbus Ohio. Ususally buisness on this side of town are fairly decent and the service is pretty good. However at this particular resturant on this side of town i have had 2 unplesent expierances. The last time the cashiers and other customer service people were rude, and took forever to make my food. This time when i walked in the door i noticed several issues. I walked in with my newborn, and my fiance to eat in. The place was fairly busy, and there werent any tables to sit at. There was however an "employees only" table in which we werent supposed to sit at. I preceded to wait for a couple to leave before taking their table. After waiting what seemed like 15 mins for my food, the manager(angela) and one of the staff members(malea) got into an argument, which was not over even after leaving. The facilities were a mess, and one of the other staff members, insted of working, was associating with her boyfriend, spending more time with him, than behind the counter. I am very unhappy with the service,and would rather drive 10 miles to the other popeyes than to deal with this place again

First of all, for the GM, why don't you learn to write, since your such a respectable manager. Because thats all you are and that's the least you could do before you start complaining. And, the rest of you, well, take the time to make your thoughts readable before presenting them, then maybe, someone will take you serious!!!

I have been calling Popeyes on magazine in new Orleans for a job cause they are hiring every time I call she tell me to call gnarl in a week. Now today she told me to call back in two weeks. This been going on for a month now...

I'm here in Houston Texas.....,.I went to ur Popeye on 202 airtex drive and order some chicken and aid get all my chicken and I try call them back and did get know answer I done call them like ten time and they not answer u don't have to worry about me going back there no more and they did give me a receipted.
