Just left the Popeyes Chicken in Pomona California #3303 Had three orders. Two spicy and mild. The cashier took the order wrong two mild and one spicy. The person behind the counter. Wanted to argue what the receipt said. The receipt was not what I ordered. She took them back shuffled them around when I got back to work foun out that they were still wrong. Secondly I asked for three separate bags for the three separate orders. The crew person handed me trays and bags and told me I can separate them myself. I have previously heard from coworkers how rude this staff was. But just like them I will NEVER go back to his Popeyes

I will never eat at popeyes again food cold not fresh, took forever to get it no apology.i called to see if the manager can help with the situation she puts a cook on and he was very rude no concern didnt care, the real manager was laughing in the back round never felt so disrepected by a bussniess like this popeyes really thats how u treat a customer than yall dont need to be open am still upset and no one fix the promblem this is fustrating and reidiculous.

Went to Popeye's and ordered a 16 piece meal deal received 2 breast, 2 drumsticks, a wing and the rest in thighs. I called in an complateed and was told to bring the check back. When I arrived besides me there was only one customer who was before me. After waiting a few minutes someone came up to the customer and took their order and left me just waiting. I patiently waited for roughly 15 to 20 minutes before I asked one of the employees who was just standing around talking for help. the grab my bag away from me and said she "she told me on the phone she has a box of thighs there are other pieces here". The manager walked over placed the box on the counter and left it there for another 10 or so minutes before I asked if they planned on geting to me. She told me I'm with another customer. I then infomred her that she was aware of me standing there and waiting when does she plan on getting to me. I'll get to you when I'm done. So by now I'm fustrated and mad and told her to hurry up and then asked for her managers name and number for which she would't give me. And then she told me for that she wasn't going to correct my order. I todl her she sure a hell was going to and I refused to leave until she did. Finally someone else decided to take care fo the situation because I refused to leave the line and by now other customers were arrinving. Popeye's on Lake Ave in Rochester NY has the worst service and should be shut down!!!

One star because the is not an option for ZREO stars. No napkins,no hot sauce, no extra gravy, as requested, and you don't ind about it till miles down the road. Store 11078 16722 W. Grand Parkway Sugar Land TX has done this to us THREE TIMES! Usually we are in a hurry, and don't even think about checking. But no more. This Store lists the "How was it" # as 713-340-1751. When you ask for a corporate number they will tell you that there is none. There corporate office does not exist. They are just a franchise. After apprising them of my experience with the food service industry, and older lady recanted, and said, yes they do exist, but they do not have the number. Have to call the district Manager M-F......etc. WTF? I think I might file a complaint with the FTC Monday, this is BS.

visited popeyes store in huntsville, al. at the corner of university (hwy 72) & jordan lane on saturday afternoon. have had bad experinces there before. don't why i went back, but this was the worse. despite slow business and few patrons (gee, wonder why?), after waiting on my wife to come out with our take out order for about 40+ minutes, i went in. was told they had no chicken livers which wasn't explained when she ordered. this place is awful. i will not be back to that location and popeyes until i get over it, but never to that location. you need to pull their franchise! period! is there a rating less than poor?

i always go to the popeyes on baseline and priest, the employees there are very rude and they dont take their job serious. every time i go there, the manager always gives me attitude after giving me my order wrong im sorry but if im going to pay a lot of money for my food i better get it right. the manager i believe her name is shay is always playing around with the other employees and she is very very loud always has a bad mouth. i dont understand how popeyes can have a person like her as manager. ive made many complains on her but i dont think you guys take the time to read what customers have to say otherwise the problem wouldve stopped a long time before. so just to let you guys know i would never shop at popeyes ever again and ill make sure to tell all my family and friends because this is just ridiculous

We went to Popeyes in Pineville La today. Some black woman, she might of been the manager or someone, was yelling and cursing at an employee. It was upleasant and we won't be back.

Popeyes was the place to go, now is the worse place, customer service, the food most of the times is old, and never your order is complete, the side order are always half empty and now they want to charche you .15 cents for the sauce never going back again. CLEWISTON, FLORIDA .

I went to Popeyes on Sheldon in channelview, Tx And tried to eat in the tiny dining, but you sit so Close to other diners that you are uncomfortable. If you are going to have a dine in Resturant please Have enough room for people to sit. I won't eat there again.

I SPROK WIHT THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND SHE TRYED TO CONVINCE ME THAT THE CHICKEN WAS SPICY.AFTER SHOWING HER THE BOX OF CHICKEN SHE SAID PULL TO THE SIDE AND ILL MAKE YOU A SPICY. AFTHER WAITING 14 MIN. A YOUNG MAN CAME OUT WITH A BOX, I TOOK IT AND DROVE HOME WHICH IS ABOUT 9 MIL JUST TO FIND THE SAME BOX OF CHICKEN. I HAVE HADE IT WITH THIS LOCATION OF PLAYING GAMES WITH CUSTOMERS. Lexington, Kentucky used to have 4 Popeye's stores in the general vicinity. All of them have shut down several years ago. I was wondering if there will ever be a Popeye's presence in the Lexington area again. I miss the Jambalaya. Thanks!

I was told that Popeyes cook their chicken in lard. Is this true, due to people's religion beliefs, some of their foods are being cooked in pork. A big chicken fan of Popeyes, so tell me is the chicken really cooked in lard. Because if so, I will have to remove Popeyes from the list.

Maybe popey's WAS the shiznit but now its shit. Its everything!! They make you wait and then don't say sorry here's a complimentry drink, they are always out of things, have no customer service skills, and the qaulity of the chicken is poor. My chicken was dark like they haven't changed they're grease and the mac n cheese was old and clumpy like they scraped the last of it. It probably was a return before me. When I returned my food the employee had to translate to the manager what I was saying. HELLO !! Excuse me, HOLA ! I have worked at Johnny Rockets and VI and my friend is a manager at Pizza Hut we know restaurant ethics. I don't see how they get away with it. Corprit trains you like restaurant boot camp.
