Just went to one of your locations in Las Vegas 2421Bonanza, This visit was the worst visit ever. Problem is just because im Hespanic DOESNT mean i want to be spoken to in Spanish. I speak english and your employes should also speak English. I had to speak to the lady and the IGNORANT KID working the drive threw in spanish because they kept telling me in spanish Pardon me Due to the lack of them being able to speak English. Also i want to know in your commercial on Tv you Guys spend MILLIONS ON ADVERTISING I HAVENT SEEN WEAR IT SAYS YOU HAVE TO ASK AT THE DRIVE THRUGH SPEAKER FOR THE FREE TENDERS WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER I COULD OF SWORN IT WAS TO BE GIVEN WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR FAMILY ORDER 8 PIECES OR MORE, Your Manager refused to give them due to my not asking for them, what a bunch of crap. im going to spread the word trust me i might be one person but i have alot of friends and many more on the internet, . Your custermer service SUCKS...

Yeah of course its Tues the special day, but should you be exempt from offering good customer service "just because you"re running a special. Well I purchased $23 in food in the drive thru and the gentleman stated that it would be 4 min on mild chicken, "ok I'll wait " , I waited a good 15min after the 4 were up and went on the inside and asked for my food " WAS GIVEN THE WRONG BAG, AS I LOOKED ON THE INSIDE"

Since I had waited soooo long " AND IF YOU KNOW ABOUT THE HEAT IN HOUSTON" I asked for a drink, the young lady had to get the Mgr. "Lloyd" who stated "WE DON'T GIVE OUT NO DRINKS HERE" ! Really after I just bought $23 dollars in food. The moral to this story its not about the "FREE DRINK" I would go back and spend even more money, is he WASTED THE FOOD INSTEAD OF GIVING ME THE DRINK BECAUSE "I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK! HE HAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

There are two restaurants fairly close to my house. Every time I go to either one I want the BBQ chicken po'boy and green beans and every time I go in they say they don't have it.

vlhWe went to Popeye's and ordered $61.00+ worth of food, was told someone would contact because we ordered red beans and rice, and order did not have any orders of red beans of rice (4) orders. I love Popeyes chicken. Especially in Atlanta, GA. But why are the chicken strips in Wichita, KS so below the level of quality Ive come to expect from Popeyes?

I went into popeyes last friday morning and I also went today... My trip was very horrible the manager was very rude which she looked 16 or 19.. This was tuesday night when I got my food my wings was very tanted and old the store was a mess. Friday of last week I went one morning the manager was very rude. Do ya'll have a drug free enviroment. I live in deland fl. and every time I go there, through drive-thru or inside. It reeks of marijuana. I've tried contacting there franchise office Sailormen Inc. but no luck. Please help me.

#11044 Oxford NC i wanted to try a different fast food of chicken i decided to go to popeyes and it will be my last time the 1. service is slow only two of us in drive threw i had to wait over 24 min then when served 2. over charge i had to pay extra for a piece 3. falst advertizing that says YOUR CHOICE ANY 2PIECE FOR 2.99 if they want to give you to tights it is not a choice 4. they got the order wrong after getting home why should i waste my gas just to get it corrected YEP NEVER AGAIN PLUS IT TASTE GROSS TO ME

Popeyes in Bealton Virginia has the worst Manager ,that lady talked me down in front of other people .She gave me the wrong order and still had the odesity to talk to me like im nothing .I drive a truck and make random stops to Popeyes in the mornings . Unfortunately Adelia , i think is her name , is there everytime i stop there , I have a feeling she is racist because of the way she treats me . Needless to say , Ill never use that Popeyes again and I will make sure to tell my colleagues never to stop there.

The Popeyes store in Breaux Brige LA served me and my son some bad chicken that made both of us sick. When I called the Manajor James Bernard I was told by him he would refund my money. I should have went to the doctor and got a lawyer and sewed the store. The money was never returned thst James Bernard prommised. I called today and was told by his store employee he was not going to be in today. Then my wife gets a phone call from James Bernard nd he is rude to her . He does mot introduce himself ask her rudley what is this about. She tells him she does not know. Maybe my hosband called I will take your information and he hung up on her befor she could get his info. A CEO once told me be careful what you measure because you may encourage behavior you don't want. That is exactly what you are doing. For years now your drive thru clerks instruct customers to drive forward and wait and they will come out with your order. Today I was at a drive thru early, just past 10:30 am. Although there were no other drive thru customers I was instructed to drive forward and they would come out with my order. I asked why since no one else was in the drive thru line. The clerk said "because we are being timed". I laughed out loud and said "doesn't that defeat the purpose of being timed?" So your employees are gaming your metrics and your customers suffer the consequences. This is simply poor SENIOR management. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU MEASURE. You don't get the true stats and you encourage behavior surely you don't want. This has been going on for 20 years at Popeyes. Your management is not very bright.

went to popeyes on s. las vegas strip today and when i got home, no biscuits. called the store and no one answered the phone. read several reviews about this store and several had the same complaint, didn't get what they paid for and no one would answer the phone.

Popeyes has messed with the wrong lady this time. No phone calls from " upper Management" after making a complaint report everyday this week regarding an over charge from one of their stores.Public relations is not your strong suit and customers don't count as far as I can tell or you would follow up on these complaints. Popeyes on the Beltway and Lockwood in Humble sucks big time , the store is nasty, people are rude and slow. Manager has to repeat things over and over and they still don't get it right.

Popeyes on Beltway 8 and Lockwood in Humble Texas ran my debit card twice for one order and the upper management has been told but has not taken any action to correct it and get my money returned.I have called at least 5 times since Wednesday morning, it happened at 9 Tuesday 8-14-2012,when I saw my account on line and have had no response from anyone. I finally posted it on facebook and am about to call the media guy that works for the tv station that gets results from his investigations.All I want is my money but if they refuse to talk to me I can play their game and get mean too. I may be out the 28.08 but they will lose a lot more in business with the bad publicity over this, I'm sure it is not the first time they have done it.
