Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

I don't understand why when pizza hut advertises a special that all pizza huts don't honor it. I see the ad on tv and I go to my local pizza hut and they tell me that they don't have to honor it since they are only a franchise. Is this true? I go there expecting to get the special and they don't honor it after I have driven for thirty minutes to get there. Most senior citizens are like me on a fixed income and this causes us stress, also our local pizza hut only gives a senior discount on eat ins, is this a common practice?

You advertise any size pizza and as many toppings as you want for $10.00. I even asked before I ordered if this offer still applied and the cashier said yes. I ordered an x-large with several toppings and when she gives me the total it is 16.99. When I said I asked you about the $10.00 special you said yes. She then tells me that it is not for that pizza. What part of ANY ANY TOPPING did I not understand??? Then I change it to a large and get it home and it has all the wrong toppings?? Do they need help at the Callahan, FL location?? The manager even called me because there was such a mix up while I was there and went over the toppings with me twice. I think you need some older people running your store!!!

The pizza hut on belvedere dr. in lebanon,ohio is the worst one I have ever seen. the service is nonexistent. the employees hide in the back. the buffet is always empty with people waiting with plates. the store itself is filthy. can someone please come and take over this store!!

Just want u to know that I don't appreciate being hung up on multiple times and talked to so ignorant I ordered from your brown deer Wisconsin location and I was hold for more then 15 mins then the guy hung up on me 3 times. I have been ordering from pizza hut for over 20 years now and have never in my life felt like I have and I want you to know that something needs to be done I ordered my pizza at 1155 am on January 26 2011 I hope something can be done about this or u will lose a lifetime customer

i'm writing about your store in newnan ga. 124 jefferson st. your manager AJay Patel is going into the system and increasing the amount of tipa the servers make. i tried calling corperate and got no where. i am informing you to let you know i will be reporting this to the labor board and better business bureau today. this is against the law i can prove this was done to my daughter and all your servers were threatned to be fired. i am asking you to check into this and do something about it.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would! I ordered pizza last night in Parker, CO. Not only did the pizza take a while, it tasted hard, cold, and old. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. I never complain, but I paid 30 bucks for a large pizza and wings! The wings had the sauce sloshed over them like someone did not care to get them covered. We called back, and obviously unhappy to have to work, the person on the line said we would get it when we get it. Not even a time estimation! He was so rude! We finally got another pizza an hour later, and I was starving! I had a feeling they messed with it, but I was too hungry to care. They included breadsticks this time, but they were hard and tasted old. The pizza we got was warm this time, not hot though. The bottom and crust tasted like cardboard. So I lost my appetite and threw it away. THE LAST TIME I EVER EVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT!!!

If I could do no stars I would. My brother is currently in an assisted living facility in Sarasota Fl. Live Oak Manor 5660 Mauna Loa Dr, Sarasota, Fl 34241. I ordered the staff there pizza for lunch at about 1:30pm today on the internet. I went out till 5:30pm, when i returned home there was a message for me on the phone that Pizza said my address order was invalid. The address is not invalid. i called the number on the message and was told the address was invalid and i asked for the store number and the girl (Ericka) could not give me the store phone number. So as we were talking I looked it up on the internet and advised her i felt i was getting very poor service from Pizza Hut. I then called Pizza Hut at Cattleman Dr, Sarasota, Fl. the girl was clueless and advised they were to busy to help me. Again, poor customer service. now I read on Facebook that Pizza hut ignores complaints. no one at either number would give me the district managers number. i have wait till tomorrow to apologize to the staff at Live Oak for the Pizza that did not get delivered, and find someone else to deliver it tomorrow.

My supervisor did not got along with me, he like to make jokes about other people no matter how they feel. I got fired just because i forgot the schedule from one day. Man thats sucks, this gets me to the conclusion of how this guy got the supervisor position.

I live in Saint Marys Ga. The inside of the Pizza Hut restaurant is very unclean!!The carpet looks black because its so nasty. The seats are ripped apart.And the tables are always sticky.I had to walk out it was so dirty. Also there was NO customer's in there. Im not surprised.I know the building is very old but It can still be kept clean.

At about 7:30 pm, we took our two little charges to Pizza Hut as one of them is dyslexic, and had improved her reading enough to win a free personal pan pizza. We came in and asked if she could cash in her cerificate, and aftering being assured she could we sat down, and were given our drinks, and our orders for four personal pan pizzas were taken. About 5 minutes later this young man comes up to me and asks me if I am the mother of Cody Dorrough, to which I honestly replied that I was. We were told we would have to leave. I asked why, and was told that my 20 year old son spoke to his 13 year old sister, and that when he had confronted my son about it some months ago, he was arrested and spend three days in jail. I told him that as my son is over 18 and I have never been taken to court over this matter of which I know nothing that he could not ban us all from pizza hut over it. He then told us that he was out of personal pan pizzas anyway, I asked why the gentleman who took our order did not tell us this, and he said that he didn't know about it. Upon leaving it took us quite awhile to get two very disappointed young children into the car, we watched a man come out with 2 personal pan pizzas. Upon arriving home, after going to the store to buy these little girls frozen pizzas, out neighbor walked out the building carrying 2 personal pans pizzas. I must point out that we have only one pizza hut in town, so unless they drove to Anchorage, which is a 4 hour drive, they must have gotten those pizzas here at the store that was out of them. I asked "Billy" the manager for an 800 number for corporate headquarters, and was given a piece of paper torn from the register, which had only a contest line number on it. I have since been in touch with 2 other stores one here in state, Anchorage, and another in Decatour the number I was given from toll free directory, and no one seems to have any idea what to do about this matter. I plan to place an ad in the local paper tomorrow as well to adress this issue. This young man took such a violent stance with us, that we left for fear of our and the little girls safety. Personal problems have no place in the business world. If anyone knows how to get the corporation to do something about this, please call them. This took place in Kenai, Alaska Pizza Hut. Ordered a Pizza from Pizza Hut after seeing an ad on TV. I havent had a pizza from Pizza Hut in years but that commercial pizza sure looked good. Well that crap in a Pizza Hut box looked nothing like the pizza on TV. Now I am not picky and can eat bad pizza and be ok with it. But this was by far the worst pizza I ever ate. I am even comparing it to frozen pizza in the grocery store. I would have been better off just getting a Red Baron pizza. I wrote to Pizza Hut thinking I might get a "we're sorry sir or something". but nothing. I will NEVER order another pizza in Germantown Md again. That was a sad excuse for a Pizza. The only good thing is they got the order right on delivered on time. But as far as pizza goes I couldn't even finish it due to it being so bad. I NEVER don't finish a pizza!!!

1st I found out that a 2 dollar or 3 dollar tip was taken out without my approval. 2nd. when the delivery guy got out his car he had an attitude say " he was seating outside for a little while" Well excuse me Sir you have to legs and you know my apartment letter. So get your lazy ass out the car and find my apartment. 3rd. I call up there the 1st time to see what happened to be put on hold for 3 min.s so I hung up called back again to be put on hold for like 3 more min. I hang up and call back to be put on hold for 13 plus min.s and they didn't even put me on hold! I could hear them in the background playing and talking! I put this on video! So I hangup and call back! I talk to the store manager but she didn't know who was on schedule and she offered me back my 3 dollars! Not my 3 dollars and a free pizza! Mr/Mrs Owner please make sure of who you are hiring? This is Ridiculous! Oh! and you'll be sent the video of you employees playing around while I was on " HOLD "!

Hi. I would like to complain about Pizza Hut's prices for the quality of food received. Last night my husband and I ordered a large pizza for $10 and the waitress asked if we would like a salad. We decided to each get one, though the waitress did not tell us how much EXTRA the salads were going to cost us. We each got 1 small bowl of salad. The salad bar did not even have very fresh items on it. I was going to put red onions on my salad until I saw they looked old. When we received our bill, we were charged $7.00 for those 2 salads, so with drink and the pizza, our bill totaled $24.19. Totally ridiculous. We could have almost gone to the steak house for that price. I complained but no discount was offered of course. It old the lady that we would have never ordered a salad if we would have known the 2 would cost almost as much as the whole pizza. I don't believe I will ever eat at Pizza Hut again and they used to be my favorite place to eat pizza.

pizza hut will never have my business again. very rude employees and terrible service i will go to papa johns from now on.

Stockton california pizza hut on pershing was very disappointing. I called in on sunday 1/2/2011 to order two large combination for my family. I was put on hold first for 5 minutes. So I hanged up and called back. When I called back to tell them what happened the person was very rude. They didnt say sorry or nothing. Then they put me on hold again for 8 minutes. I was very mad because I love pizza hut. I have been ordering for years. I just think that their customer service was rated at 0. My family was down here visiting and pizza hut was on everyones mind. Domino's got my business that nite.

how do i apply for the building thats opening here in plano? i would really like to know.

ok i ordered at 8:50 called at 9:44 which i had to call 3 times before somebody answered and they said the pizza was on the way its now 10:17 and i called once again and they said sorry the store is backed up we can give you $4. I asked to talk to the manger and they wouldnt put him/her on the phone. The last time this happened it was only 10 mins late and they gave me the pizza free alone with breadsticks and cinna sticks added to the order. I still havent recieved my pizza and now its 10:20 thats an hour and 30 mins so 45 mins late. This is ridiculous, this makes me never wanna deal with pizzahut again with something always goin wrong everytime i order from you. Papa johns and dominos I NEVER have problems with. I live 5 mins from the store so who I talked to the first time lied to me saying it was on the way and has been 40 mins that they said that. I want some free pizzas or something

From customer service to food quality, it is my thought that ther is no room to go but up, mind you that's my opinion. Double charging and mischarging me on 2 of my orders, draw you own conclusions. I used to deal with the W Berry location in Fort Worth, TX - but no more.
