My wife order a pizza with 3 toppings and arranged for pickup in 1/2 hour. Upon arrival, I was notified that 1 of the ingrediants was unavailable and the order was cancelled. I was also informed that an employee had called to notify us of the cancellation. I ordered a pizza and waited for about 1/2 hour. Upon arriving at home I asked if Pizza Hut called to inform us about the cancellation. I checked the incoming call log and no call from Pizza Hut was found. I called the store and asked about this discrepancy and was given a $20 dollar credit for the inconvenience. I ordered a pizza today and asked about the $20 to my account. I was told no credit existed and that the usual size of our order (1 pizza) did not even warrant a $10 credit. I am disappointed and disgusted by lies told by Pizza Hut. The store is located 1316 Sycamore School Rd, Ft Worth Texas. The events took place on 2/3/2011 3/2/2011. I will not be patronizing Pizza Hut again.
To whom it may concern my name is Doug, on the evening of the 28th of february I and my friends ordered 2 bar-b Q chicken pizzas.One of my friends has a very sensitive stomach. If she eats certain types of food she can really get sick, like onions, green peppers and such. So when we order the same pizza we asked for lite sause, hand tossed with chicken and bacon. Saying that you would think they would know we dont want onions. When the pizzas came they had heavy sause and onions. I call and told them the problem. The woman I talked to was rud and treated me like I was ignorant. She replaced the pizza that I and my friends son hadnt touched. When it arrived it had no onions like we asked and hardly any sause. Not lite on the sause but hardly any like they were trying to teach us a lesson for complaining. They reclaimed the untouched pizza, what were they going to do resale it, which is against the law. What I want is not my money back or free pizza. What I want is this, when we call they have on there computer who is calling, our phone number and address. I want added under that our or your normal order. Like us we always order 2 large hand tossed bar-b q chicken pizzas, lite sause, no onions with just bacon and chicken, how easy is that. Plus if a person has an allergy or cant eat something that listing under that. I mean what if my friend or someone was deathly allergic to onions or something and pizza hut put a few on and that person didnt catch it and ate it. They would either become very sick, end up in the hospital or die. And then pizza hut would hear much more than a complant, for they would be responsable for that persons muder. Pizza hut was the best, they are slacking. Pizza hut please respond before Im forced to take further action.
I just wanted to say that pizza hut in fox lake il will never get my money again, I have been treated like garbage by the staff there many times, the most recent of which happened the other nite, I called 20 minutes before they stop deliveries and the phone rang multiple times, a staff member answered the phone and I asked if I could place an order for delivery, the rep ask if he could put me on hold, fast foward 15 minutes or so I am still on hold waiting to place my order, a teammember finally picks up only to hang up on me after saying that they are no longer delivering pizzas tonite, I don't want a response e mail or phonecall no cupons or apologies, I just want pizza hut to burn
we called and placed an ordered and they read it back to my husbend and to us it would be ready in 30 to 40 min..When he got there the order wasn't even made or even on the computer. They only gave him 20% off I think we should have gotten it for FREE !! Since they messed it up BIG time.!!!!!!! the Pizza Hut is on East 10th in Sioux Falls,SD
Let me start by saying that I have been a GREAT customer of Pizza Hut in Hunterville, NC or Cornelius, NC for years. The service has always been good until recently. When I ordered pizza for our location PER THE INTERNET, the Cornelius, NC store manager says it is too far and besides another Pizza Hut is located near our location. Remind you that the location was picked based on our address from the Pizza Hut site. My pizza was not delivered most of the time and I received phone calls from the Huntersville location manager stating WHY they are not going to deliver my pizza OR why my pizza is going to take another 2 HOURS to be delivered. My guess is that WE (meaning my family and I) ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO PIZZA HUT AS EXCELLENT CUSTOMERS. The drivers became irritated that they had to drive to the location and often showed attitude towards my siblings when they came to the door. Well I took care of that by NOT TIPPING like I used to and by letting the driver know HE WILL NEVER DIS-RESPECT my siblings. Of course this went reported to Pizza Hut so called 1-800# customer service report, but NO ONE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE EVER CALLED! Go figure! Today, I ordered a pizza online and the location (AGAIN) switched to the Cornelius location. NO problem as this happens a lot according to the managers. They are trying to update the system to split the sections for delivery amongst the two stores. Well, Today (2/26/2011) I ordered a pizza online and selected a check as my payment method. The pizza was delivered on time and the driver says "Pizza Hut NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS AS A FORM OF PAYMENT." I asked what was he talking about, I have ordered from Pizza Hut almost every week for over a year and have paid via credit card or check. the driver said that this was changed almost six months ago. I stated this is crazy because your site still shows this as a form of payment and if the method was not acceptable...WHY MAKE THE ORDER AND DELIVER IT?? I contacted the store manager at the Cornelius location and he explained to me that they stopped taking checks at their location and that the online methods represent ALL of the the Pizza Hut location, but not theirs. I told the manager that I am canceling the order because of TOO MANY inconsistencies involving Pizza Hut. I let the driver know that I contacted the store and canceled. He (the pizza hut delivery driver) was VERY NICE and said okay. A lost tip for a good person! Go Pizza Hut! I am going to contact Corporate again today since they open at 1:00PM. I BET YOU THEY WANT CALL BACK...ONCE AGAIN! I will keep you updated!
Domesday mass pizza hut . Yesterday 2pm glen is the manager. So me and the family arrive to filthy tables,salad bar empty & filthy. It's school vaca right give them a break so finally our drinks come(15min) we order the buffet,Pizza &salad we go up to no plates, no refilled salad bar, we ask for manager glen who says "yup we ran out" we will take it off your bill, well thanks Glen!!!!! What a dump don't go there!!!!
The Eastgate Ohio Pizza Hut is falling apart! We are done with the crappy service and the awful pizza making. We now know why there is only one around! They do not care how they treat their customers and they do not know how to make pizza anymore. I am calling the BBB with many complaints from many people. The store itself is gross and needs cleaning.
The Pizza Hut in Latham, New York is terrible. The staff does not care about anyone and they will literally lock the door and hide from you if you try to get a pizza an hour before they are suppose to close. Management needs to fire the entire staff there and quickly before all the customers go to the new Papa John's that opened up in Latham.

While working at Lawton,Oklahoma #6 on Friday night there was a comment made asking why Pete Morales couldn't hire more employees because we were so short handed, his response was Gregg told him they couldn't afford labor and to just get the slow people out of the store and replace them! There was a joke made by Jennifer and i saying "well Ed should be getting replaced soon than huh" from there Pete went on to tell me That Ed was a better worker than me and I was slow and started stating what Ed could do and what I couldn't do, I tried to just ignore it, laugh it off and keep making pizzas. After about 5-10 Min's of Pete repeating himself it got alittle old, I walked away from the make line to try to cool down then he kept asking me "so you quit, you said you quit,you quit" and just kept repeating it and finally i was fed up with hearing that and getting told someone else was a better worker, so I told him if Ed was such a better worker to call him and have him come in and bust his butt like I was doing! I turned around to leave and forgot to clock out, so I tried to walk back to the computer to clock out so I would get paid for being there and Pete kept saying, "I will clock you out, get out and don't come back" Then as a got bum rushed (pushed) out the door i was called a "fucking moron" by Pete and told to get the hell outta there and not come back! This was 2 weekends in a row that Pete flipped out on an employee. I talked with Stephanie Hardrick today (Saturday) and asked her if she could tell me what time i was clocked out, and she said 7pm! I left around 8pm and was on the phone with (580-248-1970) at 8:15pm trying to get Gregg's number! Also a little reminder of why Pete was in a bad mood in the first place- On a FRIDAY night BEFORE rush at 5pm we were out of Personal pans, pzones, big dippers, large pan, and medium hand toss!! And as far as food cost, when Pete leaves everyday at 5pm no matter what is going on, everyone makes them and whoever else whatever they want to eat! so that's where the food cost is going! It would be in someones best interest to install cameras in that store to see what happens for themselves! Being treated like this by the GM is upsetting and kind of hurts, I was an asst manager for one of the highest volume Domino's stores in SW Oklahoma for 2 1/2 years and I know my worth, i am a hard worker and to be treated like that is not very professional! So now i am out of a job and am not very happy, that nothing was done by Pizza Hut of SE Kansas
The pizza hut in Calhoun ga. Is so run down. The chairs are falling apart, the cushions in the booths are torn and have very little padding left in them . They need a major facelift . Someone from corporate would be shocked at the condition of this store
My pizza came out SALTY!!!! This is the 2nd time too!!!! Your staff was rude of the fact I asked for a refund. They suggested to give me $5.00 credit when I spent $25.00 . I told them no way, then they suggested to give me 1 pizza for free. What in the hell!? Why would someone in their right mind pay for two salty pizzas? hi , i'm very upset about my husband and myselfs visit to the pizza hut in st. marys ga. yesterday 2/18/11. To start with no 10.00 advertisted pizza then when we paid 13.00 for our pizza the taste ,the amount on the pizza ,even the way it was fixed was bad. We have been going to that pizza hut for a long time and for us nto go and spend our retirement money {we dont make much] pick a place every so offer I really believe It should be good this was not even a one star.
It is real sad that I go in your store (Radcliff KY) and order chicken wings(44count) for $22.00 and when ready to pay the amount comes $28.00. I ask the waiter about the difference and he comes back to say "that the price it is a typo" he was going to leave it like that and walk away.... I ask to speak to a manager..He went to get the manager which took a while(the store was not busy) she came out with a ticket corrected, as if it was a favor to me. I think it is illegal to print a price and charge another one. I am quite disappointed that a pizza place would try to CHEAT their customers. As I suggested to the MANAGER change to price on the menu.
I can not believe that Pizza Hut stays in business with the service they provide! I get a pizza delivered and it was burnt. I call and Heather Hinds of the Lebanon TN location tells me to take half of the pie that was burnt out of the box and give it back to them and then they will send out a new pie! Like I was lying to her. Well I brought the whole pie back and ask for my money back. She so rude when I showed up. She even told me to be quit and stop complaining.. Ouch! I am done! Thank god for Poppa Johns!
In Cameron Missouri, the pizza hut on walnut street tells me that they will deliver pizza within 3 miles of Cameron. I live about 1 mile out of Cameron and pizza hut tells me that they don't deliver to my location. I asked why this is so, and they would not give me an answer. I can say that I will never eat pizza hut pizza again. They are not true to their word.
Ever since a call center has taken the place of the local store taking your orders, there has been nothing but problems and obvious miscommunications between the two. I was previously given a credit when our delivered order was incomplete, they delivered the breadsticks, but no pizza! On another occasion, I placed an order for a very important business meeting, but after almost an hour wait and no pizza, I call the store only to find out the pizza was never made since they had a different delivery time than the call center did. I was very dissapointed and embarrased... needless to say you lost quite a few customers that day, as my fellow co-workers and I will never do business with Pizza Hut again!!!
How are you going to say "Large with up to 5 Toppings for $10" and then say it'll be $2 extra for extra cheese. Since when is extra cheese a different category topping??
I'm from the Schaumburg area and I had went to the pizza hut in Roselle, IL to place my order and the manager there, I believe his name is Rick, was ringing up my order and he smelled of alcohol and marijuana. Also i heard other employees talking about an incident that had happen where he had gotten an employee drunk in the back and she had passed out on the floor. I'm sorry but i do not want my pizza made by someone that could be potentially drunk or high. I am almost 100% positive that he was under the influence of some sort. I would like if you could look further into this issue in worry of employees getting hurt or even customers. Thank you.
Pizza Hut in Killeen Texas. They made a mistake delivered our pizza two hours later and cold. They took our name down promising to fix it next time. We called back the next weekend and they acted as if nothing ever happened. We were told by the manager Jennifer that she doesn't do that and we could kick rocks. Rude and lacks customer service. I'd recommend everyone stay far away from the Pizza on Fort Hood Street in Killeen Texas. They took our money and didn't give us any pizza! Terry_summer@yahoo.com
