I live in Bushnell Florida,the pizza hut there in bushnell the employes and the manager are all very rude. the manager neal and one employe named Kristy when we went there are very rude,i will never go there again

  Below is my confirmation it is now 10:24 and the pizza is close to 90 minutes late. I was rudely offered $3 off whenever the pizza shows up! I have kids to feed and extremely offended by the way I have been treated. I expect pizza hut to contact me to and resolve the issue, as I feel I have been profiled. I'm writing cause I was told your Headquarters had teamed up with LaMarr Woodley to hold a photo contest where three prizes would be rewarded. I submitted photos and have now heard that because the Steelers did not win the Superbowl your Company back out of the deal. I think that is just so childish of a company and I'm really surprised...would it be that much on your part to complete this contest and reward these prizes. I have decided that I will no longer support Pizza Hut and take my business else where. I have a business that has a pizza day every other week and have always used Pizza Hut as we close shop and let everyone relax...I will now by wings instead!

the pizza hut in cameron, missouri won't honor the commercial for any pizza $10. they say only up to 3 toppings and it is $10.99 not $10.00. they wanted to charge $12.99 for a supreme. we went ahead and put the order in and 45 minutes had to call them back because they never showed up with our food. the order was never placed. we didn't get to eat pizza that night. we ended up going to burger king instead. (YUK)

Terriable, terriable, terriable I went inside a Pizza Hut today and I order 2 pizzas I wanted to pay cash for them and handed the lady a 50 dollar bill after she took my order She then told me that they do not take 5o dollar bills that is the crazys thing I ever heard YOU CAN'T EVEN SPEND CASH ANY MORE. I am writing to report the EXTREMELY poor service I received at your Pizza Hut restaurant at 614 W. Platt st. in Tampa Fl. phone number 813-251-3399. I am here on vacation and couped up in a hotel with very little options in terms of eating out. I ordered a pizza and 2 liter there a few days ago and it arrived very late, cold and with NO drink. I got no discount only an excuse that traffic was bad. Tonight I called to order breadsticks and buffalo wings to be delivered to the hotel. I was told on the phone that dipping sauce was .60 each and that no sauce came with them. I asked for blue cheese and ranch dressing. My food was delivered...cost me $17 with tip. The breadsticks were ice cold, marinara sauce was cold and there was no dipping sauce with the wings. I immediately called and was told they didn't charge me for the dipping sauce and and was treated poorly by the girl that answered who claimed to be a manager but wouldn't give me her name. She put me on hold and never and picked up. After awhile i hung up and called back. A different girl answered the second time also claiming to be a manager. Said they weren't sending a driver out just to bring me some sauce. I told her i couldn't eat hot wings without sauce. She said they were busy. She was mean and when i asked for her name she hung up. I tried to call back 3 more times and could hear them laughing and then hung up the phone. I want my money back. I am so disappointed and HUNGRY!!!

I went to pizza hut here in Odessa Texas on west county road 2/2/2011 in the evening and when I was standing in line to ask about my call in order I notice the workers making the pizza and putting the toppings on the pizza's. What shocked me was to see that none of the workers were wearing disposable plastic gloves when putting all the toppings on all the pizza's. I have worked in fast food and also food service establishments for much of my life and I know health regulations require the use of plastic disposable gloves when working with food for the public for good reasons. I am considering not going back until I know they will be following the health regulations set out by the state or government on this matter. I do like the food there however, I am concerned about food safety and the spread of germs. I was also surprised as I was waiting for my order that the girl that was putting the pizza boxes together actually set them on the floor propped up as she was doing them one by one which was another one of my concerns, these boxes will hold the pizza's that people order and not knowing that they had contact with the dirty floor, also concerns me. The main office is probably not aware of this problem so I am sending this so they can try to resolve these problems I would like to be confident in Pizza Hut to go back and do business but these are issues that should be addressed promptly. Recently visited the store in Erwin, TN and purchased two pizzas. When placing them in the car, the box on the bottom opened and the pizza slipped out and fell to the ground. When I informed the staff inside, they were apologetic and happily provided a replacement for the dropped pizza. They do an excellent job and apparently have good training. They will continue getting my business.

I order 2 pizzas from Ireland road, South bend Indiana to day, and had them confirm that they would be able to make my pizzas for a 12:00 pm pick up. They said that there would be no problems with having them read for noon, This gave them 50 minutes to make two pizzas. When I went to pick them up at 12:05 they still were in the oven, so I waited another 15 minutes, still nothing. Thats when I ask to speak to a manager, and the worker that I was talking to at the time said he was to busy making pizzas to come out to talk to me, as this worker walked back into the kitchen he started talking crap about me to the manager. At this point I am getting really pissed off and demanded my money back. Finally the manager came out to give me my money back. He never tried to make things right for me, but thats ok, this has happened three times in a row for me at this location, and it will never happen again. I WILL NEVER BY PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN, FROM ANY LOCATION. LOOKING AT ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE, IT LOOKS LIKE PIZZA HUT DOESN'T CARE TO STAY IN BUSINESS, OTHER WISE THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am writing you to tell you me and MY mom ordered a pasta dinner, chicken alfredo we are at a motel, we ordered from Bonnie in your atalla alabama store, there number is 256-538-1234...when it arrived to our room it was turned upside down the maranara from the cheese sticks dripped on the motel floor, The driver was suprised, the problem as there was no lid placed on it at the store only the box it was in covered it, when i called your store back Miss Bonnie was rude and wanted us to keep it and offered us a discount on our next order?????? we ere paying customers NOT HOMELESS PEOPLE BEGGING FOR A FREE MEAL!!!! after My son threathened to call you she very rudly said she would send another one and we could KEEP THE DANG THING was her exact words, we eat alot of pizza hut on the road and Thats a last call for me, I have never had anyone treat me like that...... I'm writing in regards to the pizza hut in Omaha NE i ordered the pizza online at 11am i got a confirmation email saying that they received my order and it would be at my house at 12:05 well 12:05 passes still no pizza so i wait a little longer due to snowy conditions 1:30 passes they here it is 2:00 still no pizza...So i call and the 1st lady i talked to told someone it was 12th st not 14th st then she hung up on me so i called back someone else answers so he looked up my order and he said "Oh it didn't print out we'll make it now and it'll be there soon" So they tryna cover there asses well i'm expecting that pizza free i've been waiting since 11am here it is 2pm by the time they get here it'll be 3-3:30pm so that'll put me waiting 4 hours and i'm not gonna pay $18.00 for HORRIBLE service sorry...

Dear pizza hut corporate. Have you seen undercover boss? let me tell you what would happen if one of your bosses were to go undercover at Pizza Hut-175 dowlen road, beaumont, texas. Not only would the undercover boss blow his cover immediately by being outraged at what he see's but he would more than likely have the store condemned. Not only are the managers nickle and diming you guys but they are stealing food. So are the employees. The smoke marijuana inside the restuarant...yes inside. This place is disgusting

I am very unhappy with the service I got tonight for a delivery. I called and got hung up on about 3 times. Then when I finally got through to someone, the lady gets huffy with me while I am trying to place an order. So about ten minutes later I get a phone call and it's the delivery guy stating they can't deliver to my address. He informs me that I need to call back and change my address or cancel the order. I call pizza hut back and the lady tells me that I have to cancel the order, I can not simply change my address. Now instead of having a hour wait there is a two hour wait, all in about ten minutes. How rediculas, the prattville, Alabama store and the Montgomery Alabama store need to seriously get together on things so they are not saying something different every time you call!!!

To whom it may concern, I just had a pizza delivered and I am not happy with what just happened. My order total was 21 and some change and I had 40 bucks to give him and told the driver to give me ten back. Would've been a nine dollar tip. Well the driver said well I only have six dollars so is that ok? No! Its not ok. Its there job to have change. Luckily I had 3 one dollar bills so he got 2 dollars instead of 9. I just cannot believe he had that kind of nerve to try and get that much when I was already prepared to tip him well. I personally have 12 years management experience with papa johns and dominos and I know the pizza game and I also know they get a bank. I love pizza hut pizza but will not order if those kinds of greedy drivers will be delivering. So beware of pizza hut on 4 seasons in hendersonville nc. The drivers will try to get as much as they can from you!!! Unprofessional!

I was in your restaurant to grab lunch with a friend. I first used the bathroom and it was dirty and the restaurant was somewhat dirty. We left and will not eat there. The Madison, AL store needs to deliver. I assume that the decision is up to the franchise, but why NOT offer delivery? Who is going to come out and sit in a Pizza Hut when there are multiple other places that deliver? I like their pizza and would order from Pizza Hut every time, but since they won't deliver, I spend my money elsewhere. Honestly, I don't know how they are still open. It's not like chain pizza is special, the attraction is convenience and Pizza Hut in Madison doesn't have it. I contacted corporate one time to ask if the decision to deliver was made by each individual franchise and I got a reply talking about factors of determining delivery areas, like traffic. When I replied asking if the decision to deliver AT ALL was determined by the individual stores, I never got a reply.

I have given the particular Pizza Hut is my area numerous chances, and I'm talking like 15 orders or so and I can't believe how poor this location is. It's the Pizza Hut at 2200 16th St in Sacramento CA 95818 ("the Broadway location"). I have been PLEASED with pretty much every other location I have bought from through out my life time but this one near me is truly AWFUL. I usually do deliveries, but I'll start with my take out experiences. It's a "to go" style place so you can't eat there so it's really small but when ever I go in there.....it's beyond filthy. Trash on the floor, sticky counter, dirt and grime in every crevice, over all just very filthy and I'm very surprised the health department hasn't done anything. Now to the deliveries. EVERY SINGLE order takes 1 hour plus and I live less than a mile away (it's a downtown, city location). The people on the phone are usually rude (not all, just some) and the ones that are rude speak in slang or street talk which is not at all professional. Now to the pizza....EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, THE PIZZA IS SUPER COLD, EVERYYY TIME! Also, cheese will always be super burned. I can't stress enough how HORRIBLE this location is. I know of many others that share my frustrations. Please, I ask of, due an over haul to this place and I will gladly order weekly. As I said, I gave this place beyond enough chances and NOTHING changes. I will be ordering pizza else where until this place gets it's act together. I have spent hundreds here only to be beyond dissapointed. I guess it was stupid of me to keep trying but I was hoping things changed each time. Come on corporate, get it right with this location. I would also like to add that I have watched male and female staff take my money (on to go orders) and then go put their hands all all over toppings, crust etc etc WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. Lastly, one of your delivery drivers couldn't find a parking spot one time (there was parking when I went outside) so he calls me and has him walk down the block to meet him. Are you kidding me? PLEASE LOOK INTO THESE MATTERS I HAVE MENTIONED AND IT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!
