Pizza Hut Corporate Office & Headquarters

Went into your local pizza hut in Littlefield. Four employees standing around with back to the register. It took them unreasonable time to realize I was there. When the girl finally come over to take the order she fumbled stumbled scratched her head went and got another employee, they both stumbled and fumbled and scratched their head but somehow by some miracle they got the order turned in. They said it would be 20 min. before I could pick my carry out up. I come back to the I hesitate to call it a restuarant and it hardly qualify's as a hut but I digress. They had not begun to cook the pizza it seems they had no fire. I asked for my money back and left. Will I ever go back uinto a Pizza Hut....Are you kidding me. Not in your lifetime or mine.

I was eating in a pizza hut in Great Falls, Montana on March 17 and thoroughly enjoying my meal, when some jerkweed manager named kevin started treating the server like a second class piece of dirt,i was ready to knock that little punk out. you need to choose your managers with a little more discretion.I am a manager of a company that could buy and sell Pizza Hut with our chump change and that kind of crap would be immediate grounds for termination. by the way,i was so disturbed by this it will probably hit twitter and facebook. Amazed and Disgusted

Yesterday, i received the wrong order. I was sent a pan pizza, when i ordered a thin crust; in addition i asked to substitute the ranch dressing with barbeque sauce, and was sent the ranch dressing anyway. The delivery person told me it was not her fault and showed me the order and sure enough, the order was taken wrong. I called the store back in lake havasu city, az and the manager, jasper, argued me down that he knew what i said and i insisted that i am the customer and i know what i ordered. Only after i requested to speak to the manager did Jasper inform me that he was the manager and that he would make me another pizza but it would be a couple of hours. Well, i did not receive the other pizza and am very sorry that i will not be ordering any more pizza from pizza hut. it is ashamed that this treatment is allowed by the corporate office.

I realize the economy is bad! I have been faithful to Pizza Hut for over 20+ years. Recently I purchased a pizza(pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms) recently and was shocked when I got it home. There was one piece of pepperoni on each slice and very little mushrooms or peppers. In cutting the price did you mean to also cut the quantity?? One of the reasons I stayed faithful was the quality of the pizza. you never skimped and the next day the pizza tasted even better. I even paid for other people to have a go at Pizza Hut because I wanted them to experience great pizza. I can no longer feel that way.

I like the pizza the prices are a little too high to come on a regular but I go to orlando florida from california for business and i came across a young lady crystal she was the phone person and was the best! she was sweet and got my difficult order correct! i ordered 4 times on my 6 day business trip.In june 2010, And i came back again couple weeks ago and she wasn't there no more. Very sad but you guys hired a great employee hopefully she didn't leave to your competition because that'll be a problem! I went to 9100 international drive orlando florida. ok really now, this is the worst your store in kansas city, kansas has ever been. How would you like to start eating honey bbq wings and get blood red raw chicken in your mouth and not notice it until you've swallowed a couple mouthfuls because of the sauce, how low can you go, my diabetic husband was so upset he would not eat another bite of food for hours. What does the store and the 648-8888 number say, a very non convincing oh sorry. i am really considering calling the health dept. but really don't expect anyone to do anything about this but will tell EVERYONE DO NOT EAT AT PIZZA HUT , YOUR HEALTH IS IN DANGER

We have been eating Pizza Hut pizzas for 30 years and we have never encountered a more rude employee than Heather in your Hutto, TX store. Her store made an error in our order and she behaved as though the problem was caused by us and our complaint was of little concern to her. She actually hung up the phone on us when we were not satisfied with her apathetic response. We ordered a large pizza and cinnamon sticks. The driver showed up at our house without the cinnamon sticks. He said he would drive back to the store and get them and bring them back. After waiting a long time, we decided we needed to put our children to bed and go to bed ourselves. We called the store to tell them to cancel the cinnamon sticks because it was getting so late. Heather was not happy that we wanted to cancel the order and she complained that she would have to call the driver and find some way to stop him (not our problem). Then she described some complicated story about how she couldn't just refund us. When we couldn't reach an agreement, she simply hung up the phone and abruptly ended our phone call. We had to call her back to try to reach a resolution. We were treated disrespectfully and rudely. It wasn't our fault that the order was wrong, yet, Heather seemed very frustrated that we'd call her to resolve it. Though we have been faithful customers for decades, we will never call Pizza Hut again.

I recently visited your Pizza Hut in Gatlinburg TN. First of all the door leading into the place was terribly dirty and the outside tables were filled with dirty dishes. After patiently waiting I placed my order for 1 personal pan pepperoni pizza. The total came to $6.66. Being supersticious I wanted to add a salad to the order. "We are out of salad" the man stated that took my order. I wanted to add breadsticks but the man at the counter just brushed it off as if he did not hear me. I also ordered a $1.99 beverage bar. It was discusting. NOTHING on the beverage was working. When I pushed the lever for diet pepsi only carbonaded water came out.After trying all the dispensers everything was carbonaded water. The tea tasted like clorox. Even the water was terrible. Everyone was pouring out their drinks along with the ice which caused the trays to overflow and spill into the floor.Every table was filled with dirty dishes.Finally a girl came out to clean tables whom had just been fixing pizzas.To my knowledge only 3 people were working.The place was diplorable.That particular weekend was a Challange Youth Conference that over 6,000 people attend. There should have been better preperation in staffing for this event.This conference is always the end of February. I will NEVER go to this place again.

The most ludicrous thing I've ever heard. Pizza hut in houston tx., zip code 77070 had the nerve to charge me 69 cents for a little packet of crushed red pepper. Funny, all the other pizza places don't have a problem with giving away crushed red pepper with your pizza order. I realize it's only 69 cents but it's the principle of the matter. Pizza Hut Corporation is using the bad economy to take advantage of patrons by finding another way of getting to the consumer. You stores make at least 80 to 90 percent profit of the pizzas the greedy corporate executives have found another way to line their pockets at the consumer's expense. I will never eat at Pizza Hut nor will I refer anyone to Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut Corporation can stick it where the sun don't shine. Domino's Rules !

The store of 9200 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD should not have the right or ability to serve food under a national chain as well known as "Pizza Hut" due to the egregious nature in which their service is provided as well as the manner in which their product is prepared. When an order was placed, the delivery took two and a half hours. Not only was the product late, but the order was wrong and the product was cold. When management was contacted, not only were they disrespectful, but they had the audacity to curse and talk back to customers who were only trying to help their business. When asked if it be possible to return the product for money, the manager refused and spoke over me as I tried to negotiate civilly. No one deserve that kind of rudeness and it is not becoming of a themselves and belittles the character of their company and the workers who employ the establishment. I stress that something must be done about this disgusting service.

Two occasions now, the customer service at Pizza Hut here on Hull Street in Chesterfield, VA has been horrible! Delivery service...holey crap. Twice now, we waited just under 2 hours. The first time was 2 hours on the nose and just yesterday was 1.5. We kept calling and the girl kept hanging up on us and putting us on hold and never returning. we are not the only family here in chesterfield who HATE pizza hut, but when you have a hungary child and you need a quick meal we thought pizza hut. NOPE...never again. Horrible pizza anyways.

I am writing about our terriable expierence with our order today. My company had us place an order for Pizza today. We called this Tel#601-956-1000 Pizza Hut call center telephone. We placed our order. We talked to a girl named Destiny. The Pizza Hut on Lakeland Drive that we were suppose to pick up our order, does not even exsit. So I am asking you to please update your records so that this bad expierence does not happen to anybody else. It ruined our Lunch party. I just do not understand how someone can take an order from a Pizza Hut that is no longer open for Business. We called back to find out were our pizza went. We got disconnected. We finally ended up placeing and picking up our order in a different town. We would love to get this situation modified and feel we sould deseve a refund or a year worth of free pizza .I hope this complanit is going through the correct channels and would love to hear you. My work # is 601-939-2100 - Hate sending out my boss for Pizza Hut that does not even exsit. How stupid you made look. I was embarred and ruined everyone's lunch because of your poor updated records. We were at your Ontario Oh. Pizza hut on 2/6/11.The place wasn't busy at all we ordered a personal pan and a large pan it took an hour to get our pizza and it was COLD..and there was too much sauce on one and none on the other.. the staff was more worried about a large party that came in AFTER we did..This is the 3rd time we have had BAD service at THIS location.. We will not go back ther again,I have seen all the complaints about your stores and I think it's time to start dealing with these problems....

I am going to follow up with a phone call and a letter to the Regional Manager. I am upset because I was going to buy a pizza at regular menu price, and buy a $10 Large special anyway I wanted it. I was told that I could not get the $10 pizza with hand-tossed crust because the special specifies only PAN pizza. If I am spending additional money in the store to buy a pizza at regular menu price, I don't understand why the manager could not give me my $10 pizza on the crust that I wanted. I would have considered it an act of courtesy, but obviously they don't care! I am going to see what kind of response I get from the Regional Manager as well, and I will update this. We order at least 3 times a month from this store. I will NEVER be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. The store is located at 2335 Shady Grove Road, Irving, Texas. The manager's name was Armando.

Hi i have ordered from garden city GA pizza hut plenty of time they always mess up on orders show up late always waitng 3 hours for food and i even got cussed at by one of the workers this store down hear has poor customer service somebody needs to do something about this

Hi, I would like to discuss the new call centers Pizza Hut is now using. I heard about it yesterday, and told my family that it was a bad idea. (Who is responsible for screw ups?) Today I ordered a pizza to be called in ate the Pasadena, Texas location At Red Bluff & Spencer. I had a funny feeling something would be wrong with the pizza, but I did not expect what was to come. When I arrived at the location and asked for my pizza, they told me there was no order called in for me at all. With only 15 minutes till her lunch I had no time to go anywhere else, so we got to eat the disgusting school food. Have any of you eaten the food served at school these days? If you do not put the phone calls back in the stores I will never eat Pizza Hut again, nor any of my friends or family. We do not need call centers in Atlanta, Georgia when calling Pasadena, Texas. That is absolutely pointless. I also noticed they still had the phones at the location. What would that be for, so the call center can call them? Well; I can do that myself, or I can never again call Pizza Hut.

At pizza hut pleasant hill Missouri now. All I can say is wow! Horrible service and worse attitude. Called in pizza ahead and they served it to the wrong people and then we had to wait an extra 20 for our new order. No we r sorry or anything. Where is courtesy and customer service?
