*WARNING* STAY AWAY FROM PIZZA HUT!!! Pizza Hut shares or sells your information including CREDIT CARD INFO! to third party companies. Complete Savings/Webloyatly. I clicked on a $10 coupon only to fill out a survey. By doing this it signed me up for this company. Complete Savings charged me $12 month for 26 months, over 2 years. The only way they could charge my card was Pizza hut gave them my credit card information. Which is against their company policy! Stay Away From PIZZA HUT!!
I recently learned (from one of your managers) that the shortening used on your pizzas and in the pans has a warning label "Has been known to cancer." The employees wear gloves when handling this product yet you sell it to the public. Pizza Hut was my pizza of choice before hearing this.
Words can't begin to describe my frustrations with the 2200 16th St Pizza Hut in Sacramento, California. How hard is it to be an employee at a pizza place? And what's up with said employees trying to be "thuggish gangstas?" I mean really, gonna TRY to be "hard" at a pizza job? Give me a break already. It also sure seems to have a "skunky" (marijuana) smell around the building more often than not when I do pick-up orders. I can write paragraph after paragraph about all the things wrong with this location but it looks like the last few pages alone cover the bases on this particular Pizza Hut (filthy inside and out, rude employees, no hand washing, cold pizza, 2 hour delivery times, etc, etc, ETC!!). I am not trying to get freebies or anything (wouldn't want anything "special" with my pizza anyway) but something really needs to be done about this place.....the employees have been running it into the ground for a long time now. Sooooo if there's anybody that happens to give a darn about fixing this location and reads this, please help make it like the other Pizza Huts I've been to (which I have NO complaints about). If this location gets the much needed attention it deserves, then I'll definitely buy from it almost weekly. For now, unfortunately, I am going to have to order elsewhere. Lastly, I almost never make complaints and hate to be "that guy" but look at all the one star reviews......things really need to be changed. I noticed quite a few horrible reviews about the same location I mentioned. All the best to anyone who reads this that can possibly help out in fixing this location.
I always go to ur 1225 westheimer location and I always get waited on by an employee name alcardio but goes by the name brandan and I don't appreciate getting hit on by an employe and him smelling like he's been smoking drugs. You guys should have weekly drug test at that location I've even seen some of ur employes drinking on the job I will never eat at ur company again.
third time my order has been screwed up. i finally decided to do something about it and make a phone call. that got me no where. then i called corporate and was told two coupons are coming in the mail. i will probably throw them away. thanks pizza hut
The pizza hut located on Cane Creek road in Warrior, AL is HORRIBLE. The service is ridiculous no good cutomer service act as if they do not want to work, ignore customers that are in drive thru or waiting at front counter. There is always a problem with them whether it is delivery or pick up, if it is delivery it is cold, it is late when it arrives and the order is not correct and they always forget have your order. When you pick up they have the funkiest attitudes that you have ever seen. I would not reccomend to anyone, in fact I waould suggest that they shut them down because they are more of a disgrace than a help to the community.
e had a GREAT store in Tucson AZ, golflinks/Harrison, went 2 to 3 times a wk. In Beaumont TX now-store on Dowlen we've gone about 10 times. OVERALL UNACCEPTABLE -MULTIPLE TRIPS. Discounting cleanliness-wiping the counter/register area helps, even in an older Bldg, forget the domestic drama screaming match between staff 1 visit; last night the worst for product and service -plates not cleared once, 8 min for bowls at salad bar after asking, 2 pizzas put out in 1 hr (pepperoni and ckn) with only 1 up(hawain) when arrived, waited 4 min with 3 staff present at counter to get drink refilled, bar - missing items:tomatoes, pudding, sunflower seeds, ranch dressing. It's gotten worse not better - it's not being managed or staffed at the level we're accustomed to from pizza hut. We've always enjoyed the buffet and the store could do well with it - if advertised and ran properly. TRIED TO SUBMIT COMPLAINT AND WHEN ALL FINISHED SITE KEPT TAKING ME TO A VIDEO AD AND WOULDN"T ALLOW SUBMISSION.
I love your pizzas but there is a serious health issue that need immediate attention. My wife and I stopped in Mccleny, FL to eat. Always go into restroom first to wash our hands and could not do it. There was NO soap in men/women rest room. No sign telling employees to wash hands. These people do a lot with their hands and then touch every piece of the pizza we buy. Unclean hands is number reason people get sick with some very bad stuff. Just putting on some gloves to prepare pizza and use same gloved hand to sweep the floor. It's going to be very frustrating not being able to eat your food again...not until corporate get deeply involved.Then advertise the mandate so that every customer will feel safe.
We have had trouble with the store at 10th St Jeffersonville In 47130 for two weeks now they want answer the phones so you can place an order. When you go to the store they don't have large pizza, they don't have stuffing for the pizzas they don't have mild chicken wings. My husband placed the order the wait for a pizza 0n APRIL THE 2ND was 45 minutes so he came home then went back later then they told him they did not know when it would be ready. He got his money back and left so did another customer. My husband said a lot of customers were walking away. I have been a great customer but that was so bad I don't know if we will ever go back.

Why is it that your establishment has the worst set of employee's they are rude and upsetting the manager was telling my daughter in law that a double stuffed pizza could not be order there not making any more tonight, They put up all the things and not taking It back out I don't why I bother writing this !!!!!!PIZZA HUT IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I EVER ENCOUNTER !!!!!
Seriously! Fix the location at 2200 16th St in Sacramento CA 95818. There's other complaints here about the same location. Beyond filthy. Cold pizza. Burned cheese/crust/everything. Terrible, rude, "gangsta" (at least how they speak to customers) staff. Not to mention they touch money and then make the pizza without washing their hands. Not every employee there is bad, but the majority I have dealt with it. There's one manager that may be named Karen or Kristen (ladies name, starts with a C or a K) and she's awesome and trys her best but she has fools that don't care working for the store she runs. I understand these stores are most likely franchised out but for the love of God, please do something corporate. I have spent a ton of money here and have no other Pizza Hut options in my downtown Sacramento location. Please, please, please rectify this place! Also, it's a tiny pick-up/to go location, you can't eat there sooooo why is the heck is it SOOOOO FILTHY?!?! Also, I'm sick of tipping drivers well only to be treated like a piece of trash. This economy sucks and I am sure there's people that can do a MUCH better job that would be happy to work there. I called pizza hut tonight & was put on hold for 22 minutes and no one ever came to the phone to answer my call.......so I hung up & called back again, told them I had been put on hold 22 minutes & guess what happened? They put me on hold again!!!!! After another 13 minutes, THEY CUT ME OFF!!! I called for the 3rd time & ask to speak to the manager ( which that was whom I was speeking to ), told her of my trouble I had had on the phone & she acted like it was nothing!!! I'm sorry she said. That was it!!! Then I ask if they were that busy & how long it would be IF I placed an order. Her reply was 45 minutes or longer!!! I told her to forget it. This is really bad business & very poor management!!! I own a resturant that's serves over 300 or more just for lunch, not counting dinner service. It's not a fast food resturant either!!! We serve fish & steak. My customers could have came in, ordered & eat their lunch or dinner quicker than the time they kept me on hold!!!! Very, very bad business !!!!! This isn't the first run in I've had with this pizza hut. One time I odered pizzas & they told me a time to pick them up. I got there on time & STILL had to wait over an hour!!!!!
What is going on with your company? It's gotten worse and worse with delivery. I called today at 1:01pm ordered my pizza and was told it will be here within the hour. Ok so I waited. So about 2:10, I get my pizza and it's freezing cold, the box is not even hot. I immediately call the store manager @store 023590 here in Waldorf, MD. I was told that oh we can have the driver to bring you another one. I proceeded to tell the manager that bringing me another one will not help with my current hunger and that I didnt want another one. So he asked what did I want, I told him that I wanted an explanation of why I had to wait a hour and change and received a cold pizza and I wanted my money back. He said that the driver will bring my money back but I have not seen him as of yet. His smug and unapologetic attitude is unacceptable. By the way he never answered the question as to why was my pizza cold. I have been a loyal pizza hut customer as long as I can remember, which is quite a few year (30+)..with this experience which hasnt been the only one I will now look elsewhere.
Jacksonville Florida, $10.00 any topping large pan pizza. I am .5 miles from the restaurant. Pizza comes. $13.38 (Delivery charge $2.50) I ask driver how much do you get. He say's not a penny. So now I got to get the tip out. So the great $10.00 pizza is $15.00... Never again. Domino's 2 miles away, waives the fee. Too bad.
I had placed an order online for pick-up yesterday and it said it was going to be ready at 9:13 i arrived at the local pizza hut around 9:20 and the doors were locked. i never recieved a call and when i tried calling the restaurant there was no answer when i could see people inside. i'm upset and would like some coupons or something because, i was really looking forward to pizza for dinner and never got it!!
Went to gramercy location in louisiana and i was greetedby a wonderful young lady she was very sweet I had given her my order 1 large half cheese n bacon n the other half beef and onion i got a pizza that was a meat lovers and some cheese bread i tell the manager stwert that this is not what I ordered he then said mam I over heard your order and that is waht you asked for, I said no that is not correct the women that was sitting down said that is my order that is what I ordered. I think that thisresturant just getting open will not be there long I think there needs to be a better way to adress your customers
