yall are so lame grow up its just food. God is not going to judge yall for a PIZZA. Thank the lord that you have food to eat theres people out there, families that die in africa that dont have money to buy food.Stop being like that thats why this world is like it is because people like YOU. Instead of crying over a PIZZA do the sacrifise and give it to someone that really needs it, that is not going to be crying over a PIZZA. Your pizza hut in Raton New,Mexico has really been bad lately I asked them to please put the pepperoni on top but the continue to put it beneath all the rest of toppings and this is the only pizza hut that does this as i have eaten at numerous pizza huts and this is the only one that does this
I just wanted to know when the Pizza Huts will reopen in the South.This is disgraceful. We had two huts about 30 minutes away;now we have nothing. When will they reopen because I do not want to get use to Papa John or that Domino cardboard. Please respond.

Myself and 2 others ordered from your laveen,az store. We ordered 3 pizzas with breadsticks and soda.. I have never ordered from this store before, and the way I was treated, might never again from any Store. After ordering, at 35 minutes I called the store, and was told it would be 1 hour for delivery, then the driver called and was at the wrong address. But what really upset me, is the fact that after driver finally arrived and we got our order and paid, the driver RUDELY told myself, and my 2 friends dan,and will..that enjoy your pizza F@@KING BASTARDS, DI@@HEADS CANT GIVE ME A BIGGER TIP, YA'LL CAN GO TO F@@KING H@LL.. we gave the driver all we could after spending over $50 cash n credit.. Surprisingly the pizzas were right, but how upset he got us, cant barely eat.. I tried calking the store and talked to britney, who said she was the manager n got laughed at.. I wanted to talk to her boss and the district manager but she hung up on me not once but twice when I calked back.. Something needs to be done about our expwrience and this store ASAP..
The Pizza Hut in Marksville, LA has the worst service ever. First of all, they NEVER follow any national advertised specials that are on TV. Then they changed the menu that doesn't have any family specials on it. They also do not want to answer the phone and when they do, they hang up before anything is said. A manager has been heard telling employees not to answer the phone. When pizza is ordered in the restaurant, they are always messing up orders. The attitude of these employees is the WORST!!!!!! If another pizza place opens up in Marksville, Pizza Hut will be out of business.
When I went to pay the manager assisted me. The smell of pot was so strong I could not stand it I sent my wife and kids out while I waited for my change, This is un called for if the manager cant even wait to get home to get her buzzzzzz on, I believe you need to have some kind of drug free work place. This Pizza Hut is in Craig, CO. Something needs done.
1 star. Terrible food. *Ordered 1 hot wings,1 garlic wings, and 1 family order of cheese bread. Received 0 hot wings, 1 garlic sauce in container chicken on top, 2 unbelievably cold yet still burned bread sticks. Artesia N.M. I hope you guys check in on this. It is a terrible stain on the Pizza Hut logo.
I live near one of Pizza Huts Regional Managers. Apparently they (PH) give them a car every few years or so. Well they are rembursed for the milage that they put on the vehicle because of the gas they pay. Funny thing is this mans wife drives the car to her job, they take vacations in it, transport their son to college in it, haul landscaping material on a trailer with it. I could go on and on. So I guess the price that we are paying for a pizza equates to however many of the managers with company cars allow them to be used for more personal use than business use. Woonder if the IRS would enjoy this fact. Sounds like another case of fraudulent filing by a major company.

I had the POOREST SERVICE IN LIFE store manager advised me that it would be 1 hr it took them 130 mins for the delivery. When I contacted Store Manager Kris Mcgee store # 4401 at 944 Richards Rd Nashville,Tn Was very rude and irriate with me placing me on hold without asking me first wouldnt let me talk at all and everytime i started to talk he over talked me Poor Customer Service.When asking for Corporate # Kris stated that he didnt have the #
Hi, I am sending this message in responce to the poor poor customer service at the Pizza Hut located on 311 Lee Highway in Arlington, VA 22201. It started off with them charging one credit card twice and then charging the whole order again on another credit card. Then on delivery of the food they had two orders missing and one order wrong. We also paid extra for sauce and received no sauce. We called to discuss this issue with Blanca who was the young lady that answered the phone and asked her to prioritize us because we were on lunch. They returned with still a missing order and two sauces for 6 separate order of wings. I asked him for the sauce and he asked me to call the manager and responded by asking me if was finished and got in his car and drove off. Please do not order from these rude people.
Iam sitting here in a pizza hut restaurant in gulf shores Alabama.I ordered the salad bar and medium pizza. The waitress brought me a plastic fork and a napkin in a plastic bag. I asked her for a real fork and she said they got rod of them for the summer. I am a manager in another restaurant here in gulf shores and we feed over 1000 people a day. We would never think to give our guest plastic forks to eat their dinner with to go orders yes but not to guest dining in. Shame on you pizza hut for treating the tourists this way.
In the past several years I have tried several time trying your pizza, What I have to say Is exatly what I have experience and nor am I saying anything that isn t true. Your pizza is the worst I have ever eaten, no taste, lack of spices very bland. In My town we have had pizzA tournament with 20pizza shop competing against each other . As a sponser of this event you were voted dead last. This is with a total of 18208 people voting you only received 2 votes, I would say this is terrible. I hope this will wake you up a little in this economy i would say it is time to listen to the people an do something to improve you franchises..
Order 108 Clerk Brittany, manager mike. First pizza was wrong, second pizza was raw on the bottom and stuck to the box. Check your records we have been long time delivery customers. Brittany was very rude when we complained and Mike just wanted to get off the phone. This is not service. Without service you do not have business. you need to go look at ur managers in gainesville ga. they are rude to customers and are openly rude to their staff. They charge .50 cents for every sauce you need with ur pizza... no cs skills what so ever... if i could give u a rating of 000000 i would.
My name is robert diaz earlier this week i had complained about our store no longer delivering to our address and picking and choosing when they feel like delivering. i figured i would call in the daytime see if i can get pizza for our easter party. i spoke with 2 employee's in reference to can they deliver and to no avail the manager said she can not deliver. the same manager julie or judy who recently said before to call during the day. i told her it's daytime what's the excuse now she said in 30 mintues it will be dark. not counting the 20 minutes i was on the phone on hold for an answer. of course i was irrate i said its daytime whats your excuse now???? she then said it's people like me the reason why they don't deliver to my area. PEOPLE LIKE ME? WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? i always order from pizza hut and it's the only pizza i eat. this is discrimination. Not to mention they kept hanging up on me when i called back to speak to the manager. all of a sudden she was too busy to speak! I do not appreciate this behavior from anyone let alone a buisness. you guys should evaluate who you let manage and it's facilities.

ON MY LAST VISIT WE WERE SERVED SALADS THAT WERE ROTTEN (LETTUCE AND TOMATOES). THE PIZZA ON THE BAR WAS OLD, AND IT WAS ONLY HAM AND PINEAPPLE (3 OF THEM) AND ONE PIECE OF VEGETERIAN THAT WAS A WEEK OR SO OLD. WE REQUESTED SOME DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF PIZZA, AND AFTER 45 MINUTES I WENT TO THE COUNTER AND ASK ABOUT THEM AND WAS TOLD "I PUT THE ORDER IN,IF, YES IF IT COMES UP I WILL PUT IT OUT". AFTER SEVERAL MORE MINUTES I WENT BACK UP AND ASK FOR A MANAGER. SOME JERK OFF CAME OUT AND SAID HE WAS THE "REGIONAL DISTRIC SUPERVISOR" AND THAT THEY DONT TAKE REQUEST, THAT THEY PUT OUT WHAT WILL STAY ON THE BAR. I ASK HIM FOR A NUMBER TO A REGIONAL OR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO HEADQUARTERS THAT HE WAS IT. I WARN EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION..
Im wrighting into the regards of all pizza hut places in the US. I strongly advise you that if your gonna replace the roof on the place of busniss, why not make a total Transfermation... I mean remodel them put a (game room for lil kids.) No 1 ever thinks of the kids. find out what the kids want change the drinks up sum. put in new tables, Im sorry but its time for a change for us small town people. I love pizza hut an this 1 here in Frederick,oklahoma is falling from the inside an its like yaw only care bout the outside. If you read this take the time out of your busy day an ask the community what they would change about pizza hut. It's only 9 more months till NEW YEARS. I ordered 2 pizza's today for the first time from pizza hut. On the online menu there is a pizza that is one of the "Lovers" that you guys have listed at a discounted price. It includes tomatoes in the list of ingredients that go on it. Well when i got it there weren't any and so i called the store and they said that they didn't have any. Well i know it's not a huge big deal if they forgot tomatoes that's not what i'm doing this for...it's the fact that you guys are currently advertising for these pizzas and if you don't have all the ingredients that go on them then don't advertise them. Take it off the menu! People are paying for these things so you should have the necessary items to give them what they pay for!
