We have found a large worm, approximately 3cm large, pictures attached, in one of the pizzas we ordered for a staff office party. The delivery happened on 5/April 2011, the order was placed on 12:00 noon and delivery took place on cca 1:30pm, from Musaffah Abu Dhabi branch to Etihad Cargo Airport offices. We are attaching two pictures of the worm, as well as scan of the invoice. Several of our staff get very sick and vomited repeatedly after seeing the worm. We called the branch and spoke to the Pizza Hut branch manager, Mr. Hussein, who came in person to our office and refunded us the money. Nevertheless, we think this situation shall be investigated, as it is clearly a result of a hygienic failure either in the branch, or the PizzaHut supply-chain process. Please, kindly have the issue investigated, as it is a very serious health hazard to PizzaHut customers. Secondly, we require an official apology from Pizza Hut to our staff, as they are very shocked and disgusted. Thank you in advance for your prompt reply and attention to this case. Sincere regards,
I would like to complain about the very poor customer service. I went in to the Pizza Hut on Main Street in Dunedin, FL. I wanted to order the buffet with a diet Pepsi in a to go cup. They refused to allow me a to-go cup. I refuse to drink out of glasses that other people drink out of. I will no long order any food from Pizza Hut at any location. This is just wrong.
I wish I could give zero stars, because the service located at 3980 Goodman Road in Horn Lake, MS is horrible! My sister and I had a pizza party for my niece and a few of her friends we ordered three pizzas at 6pm we were told they would be there by 6:45pm. Unfortunately they arrived at 9:27pm and to make matters worse the delivery guy was high. You could smell the marijuana on him, his eyes were blood shot red, and he was laughing the entire time. He handed me the pizzas and I asked him to wait while I checked them but he got in his car and zoomed off. When I got ready to serve the pizza my sister and I realized that the delivery guy had shaken two of the pizzas or possibly dropped them because they were mashed together on one side of the boxes. The other pizza was all wrong there was nothing on the pizza but cheese and we didn’t even order a cheese pizza. We called the store back and they had a complete attitude but said they would replace them, that was on Saturday it’s now Tuesday and we still haven’t seen the replacement pizzas. Sunday my sister called to ask for the manager but they hung up in her face and told her she didn’t have proof.
I had a bad experience yesterday at PIZZA HUT BUKIT INDAH JUSCO JOHOR BAHRU MALAYSIA. In all my years eating at that outlet, this the first time waiter at this outlet, FENDI (BLUE PIZZA HUT SHIRT) & SHAHROL (RED SHIRT) regard me & my family like invisible & ignoring us. We waited abt 10 min & we even press the bell few times but all of them just ignored us. The restaurant are not crowded at all....around 5-6 tables occupied. They all just standing in front of counter & waited drinks to be served. I even call SHAHROL when he just beside me & saying that I'm ready to order but he never say anything but still ingoring us. Then FENDI walked pass me & he also doing the same thing. Then came this Indian Guy & ask for our order with this bad attitude...If you want to ORDER JUST ORDER with very rude voice... When I ask him abt the 2 guys, he became HOT TEMPERED & start shouting at me in front of all the customer "IF YOU WANT TO ORDER JUST ORDER IF NOT GET OUT!!!!" IS the way Malaysian people or more specified "JOHOREAN"? How did Pizza Hut train their staff???? I pay 10% service charge for nothing... ADVICE TO ALL CUSTOMER (1ST TIMER OR REGULAR) DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT....
Your ads are a complete lie,,, Any Pizza any toppng any crust for $10.00 I just ordered a supreme stuffed crust large pizza and it cost $15.00 so stop being liars!
austin texas pizza hut on riverside.... i ordered 2 meat lovers pizzas today 1 thin crust 1 pan, they were greasy and one was not cooked in the center, so i called pizza hut and was informed by the manager that all pizzas are greasy, so i asked what was his excuse for the raw (in the center) pizza, first he told me that it was that way because its a large pizza then he told me that it is PIZZA HUTS POLICY for the customer to CHECK the pizza before you walk out the door. funny thing is there is not such POLICY posted. the manager also told me " i dont think there is anything wrong with your pizza." ....shouldnt that decision be made by me and not the manager?
I came on this site after a terrible experience at a pizza hut at 1404 merritt blvd in dundalk, MD 21222 on 5/27/2011 where my girlfriend had been injured because she hit her head on a carryout sign while walking around a delivery car parked illegally blocking the entrance to the sidewalk. I went in and spoke to a General Manager named Shawn Young simply to advise him of what happened and to ask him to have the driver move her car. After telling me that the drivers always park there because there is no available parking in the lot I replied that there was over 20 spots behind the building. He got extremely rude suggesting that she was a fool for not seeing the sign. I told him that i did not come in to argue with him & if that is the way he was going to handle the situation that he better prepare a incident report. Only after one of his drivers advising him that he had seen it happen did Shawn come out & start a major suck up session. He is not qualified to be a General Manager. It is obvious to me after reading all of these complaints that pizzahut has a serious problem with customer service. At one time customer service was great in these restaurants but now it is a big problem. My suggestion is if you can no longer guarantee GREAT customer service than just shut all of your restaurants down because i will stick to Dominicks Pizza & Tonys pizza which gives better customer service & makes a much better pizza.
I called into place an order by phone at 9:00 PM at the address 3909 South Blvd, Charlotte NC 28209. I was told a delivery time of 10:00 PM. I called in at 10:05 PM and was told that the pizza was not received, the manager (Mike) told me that the timing was an Estimated time and not accounted for traffic. I waited till 10:30 and called again and this time I was told that when the pizza gets at my location it would be free and the driver would arrive shortly. Then I waited till 10:55 and called again, this time they told that they could not get into the gate and hence the pizza was taken back to the restaurant. When I asked them why was I not called if they had an issue with the gate code, they just simply gave me a reason that they called me and nobody received the call. Nobody called me and hence I am very very sure that nobody made a call, since my number was a mobile number and if somebody called me I would have a missed call on the call atleast. Also, I did call AT&T and did confirm there were no calls to me during that time. Worst Service ever from Pizza Hut.
Stuffed pizza is good, but I noticed that the large size has gotten smaller, more like a medium size; this is so anoying that I no longer want to buy Pizza Hut pizza.
i was orderring the 10.00 any size ,any crust,any way will they charge extra for the crust and i was told that they were own by an outside buyer and they still uses the pizza hut name and they dont do the 10.00 anyway pizza so they try charging me 30 plus dollars for what was suppose to be 20.00 plus tax so if you uses pizza hut name u dont have to use the deals that are all over the tv and comp. i dont understand and wont be using pizza hut ever again what a joke papa johns is in the house for now on baxter spring kansas never go it a joke
I am lodging a formal complaint against the management and store located at 535 South Avenue Tallmadge Ohio 44278 330-630- 3800. Last night, Wedneday May 25, 2011 at approximately 8:00pm...I had my son to place an order of 2 meaty marinara's and cheesy bread..I am disabled, so I am unable to pick up the order myself. I gave my son my debit card to pay for the food..He returrned without the food, stating they would not accept my card,because it didnt match the name on his driver's license...He only described the female as very rude with a lot of tattoo's..He asked them to call me and verify my order. When he inquired as to what they were going to do with the food, the rude girl stated "THROW IT AWAY" I called and asked to speak to the store manager..I was placed on hold, then they hung up the phone..I called back and a female I think she said her name was Rachel came to the phone she said she was the store manager..she was very RUDE and said she was following store policy and she was going to continue to follow store policy Did I wish to speak to the store district manager? I said I did. I was again placed on hold, then hung up on.....I have ordered from them many times, so I know my telephone is on file..I have ALWAYS sent someone down with my debit card to pay for my order, and have never had this problem before. I know of several people, that have had problems with this location..I love your pasta dishes and am hoping I dont have to start ordering from another company.
I ordered the Pizza in Pizza Hut in Dubai, the standard time of delivery they told half an hour, but the time is cross already one hour thirty minutes, so do I want to pay the Pizza, which is going to deliver un known time, and is this Pizza Hut Standard. Please reply me.
So I ordered a stuffed crust pizza supreme and I asked to have no sausage put on there and the employee said there was no sausage on it because I requested no sausage. When I got home the pizza was nothing but sausage and a little bit of mushrooms. Then I called and told the manager about the problem and they said they added a credit to the account. So a week later I called and they said there was no credit on the account but they could give me a discount. My advice to pizza hut is GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER OR GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!! This is unacceptable
I went to the shorewood pizza hut location in Illinois on route 59 and black road. As I pulled up I saw some workers crouded in a group smoking marijuanna!! I ignored it went inside and placed my order and the managers eyes were low, bloodshot red and she smelled like marijuanna!!! I just wanted to let you know thats very bad like what if a young kid saw that? They would think its ok. So my point is Pizza Hut should drug test especially that location!
For years i avoided my nearest pizza hut located in the historic houston heights area because of poor service and a horrible product.....well, the times have changed. Last night i had one of the BEST experiences ever. the manager, david, and his crew were outstanding. The phone service was the best of any restaraunt in the city. the phone rep was polite and felt no need to rush me. when i arrived to pick up my pizza. the restaraunt was clean, organized and the was a smiling face behind the counter waiting to greet me. above all else. my food was hot. fresh. visually stunning, and really really great tasting. thank you to the team and management for turing this location around. this in itself is how a business should be ran. a happy customer is a regular customer. thank you.
can i open a pizza hut branch in my local city?
I ordered pizza online with a egift card the night before and the next morning I get a call that the egift card declined. So I told the pizza guy to cancel the order for the 2:00pm delivery. The delivery guy shows up anyway but I told him the order was cancelled. The $12 pizza goes to waste as a result.
I ordered a pizza and quickly cancelled it. They never credited it back to my account. I called corporate office and they didnt do anything either about it. HORRIBLE.and RUDE. They have HORRIBLE customer service. I would rate this 0 stars if I could.
A friend and I had lunch at 11722 Allisonville Rd in Fishers Indiana yesterday and I'd like to express how horrible the service was. Our waitress, Michelle, was lazy and I guess she's a part-time magician's assistant because she'd often disappear. When we saw her around we asked for napkins. She walked past our table three times before she threw napkins at us and took off again. Another time we spotted seating customers, she never asked how we were doing or if we needed anything. She didn't even remove plates we were clearly finished with. Michelle didn't wait on us, oh no she did the exact opposite and completely ignored us. I called the manager to report our experience. I have to admit I wasn't at all suprised by his drab, nonchalant responses. Long story short he didn't care. If we return and the only section available is Michelle's we'll do a 180 and have lunch at Hardee's a couple of doors down.
well so much for custmer service,this store that you have in spearman,tx sucks.two hours to get an order.will waitress are just standing around.i dont normally complain,but this place is bad.why does it take so long.justso you know there was another tabe there beside us.they were there just before us.they got there order same time we did.i would not run it the way it is done now.i was raised to earn your wage.just wanting to let you guys know that i will not be eating there again,or any of my family.
