Before I could even place my order I was placed on hold for over five minutes. If that was not upsetting enough, when the women their by the name of Vanessa answered the phone she was having difficulties with placing my order. After approximately 5 minutes if not more of explaining my order to her as well as repeating my contact information nearly twice or more I assumed upon arrival that everything would have been intact. Boy was I wrong! To add to the misery of your poor staff performance, when I arrived to pick up my order, she informed me my credit card information I provided to her over the phone was incorrect. I asked her why did I not receive a phone call and she deliberately insisted she called me twice. When I asked her to repeat the number that she called the number of course was incorrect. Since I did not receive a phone call and I live less than 5 minutes away I did not bring any items with me only my home key. At this point of frustration, I walked out and asked to speak to the manager over the phone. A women by the name of Siorella, who stated she was the shift manager answered the phone stating the employee was new and could offer me a 5 dollar voucher on my order upon returning back to pay for my order. She than indicated that since pizza hut has been faced with so many credit card thefts that my credit would have to be present. I informed her that I understand, however this was not my first time placing an order at that located and paying over the phone with a credit and having someone or myself pick it up without being questioned to present my credit card. I totally lost my appetite at that point and informed her to cancel my order. I can't believe how poorly train your employees are! Last Sunday, June 19, 2011, my daughter, grandchildren and myself were traveling through Kenedy Texas and stopped at the Pizza Hut there. I have never had such a terrible experience in Pizza Hut. The waitress took 30 minutes to initally wait on us, she never brought silverware for the salad, we had to get up and get them ourselves. When the pizza was finially delivered to our table, an hour and half later, she never spoke one word, didnt ask if we needed anything and never returned to our table once after that. The restaurant did not have any salt and having went to the cashier for such, was told they were "out". Two hours later, after we were finally able to leave, I had to wait in line for another 20 minutes to pay my tab, as the cashier, a young boy, was so slow he had quite a line waiting. And, I might add, he sure acted like he didnt want to be there and all of the customers were bothering him. The entire experience was terrible and I will not ever visit this establishment again. The Pizza Hut on Santa Monica Blvd in Hollywood has to get their act together. I've order from them on a bi-weekly bases. The last two pizza's I've gotten have come to me in over an hour, closer to 1.5 hours. Also very cold and burned on the top. Pizza Hut really lost my business for good.

Pizza hut is one of the best World Wide From Switzerland to France italy UK Mexico and the USA However in Monument Colorado springs Colorado opposite fedex They have a disgusting bad hbit of watering down the Marinara sauce with what I can only only assume is drinking water! I wish you had negative 1 or 2 cuz i damn sure wud put it down! I live in gaffney SC and i just came from pizza hut and i wuz treated like the color of my skin wus no good there! I had my girlfriend and 2 sons there with me, that manager should be very thankful they were there cuz i would of used him to destroy a business that day. FRANK RUSHING has rotten teeth and a obvious attitude towards black folk but he treat his workers bad in front of customers too! The pizza Hut in Somerset Mass, is horrible.The waitstaff are extremely slow. It is dirty inside.There was tinfoil at the bottom of our cup of dressing,and when we got another dressing there was stuff floating in it.The seats are black with dirt.There are flies around the salad bar.My family used to go there all the time for buffet a couple years ago.Not anymore.We went the other night hoping it was better and it was far from it. The food is not the same.Poor quality in food and preperation and cooks.Wish we never spent a dime there....what a waste!

I beg of you I will literally come to you on bended knee and beg like a dog. I was so sad the day I found out you were not making the Cajun Chicken Wings anymore. Please Please Please bring them back! I am in Phx. Az. I will LOVE you forever if you just bring the CAJUN Flavor Back for the Hot Wings. I dont know how else or what else to say. But if you want me on my knees you got it. On a bad day all I had to do was go and get me some Cajun Hot Wings and all was good in the world. In Cochran Ga tonight AT 5:40PM we ordered a large thin crust meat lovers pizza with wings...AT 6:40PM I got home with NO WINGS AND A MEDIUM PAN CRUST PIZZA! I was told by the young man at the counter that he just got there and the staff before him messed it up! I told the young man that i did not care who messed it up just to fix it and he said well give us 15 minutes and you can have your wings free. I said you said 15 minutes 30 minutes ago! Forget the wings and give me my pizza...which i did not check! My husband called when he found out the pizza was wrong and told the guy who answered the phone that he didn't care about their staffing problems and the guy said well he didnt care about our order being wrong and hung up! Unfortunately for me (because i love pizza)Now, I can only get the frozen kind or travel to the next county! Oh well...I need to diet anyway because i know nothing will come of this situation but that's what happens when you have kids managing kids and you pay minimum wage!

I just want to let you know that the pizza hut in Memphis, Tn (6532 Quince) is horrible. I called my order in and 25 minutes later, I arrive and the cashier didnt greet me at all, I waited almost a hr on my order which was a large pizza and hot wings. Once I confronted her about it, she simply said that she lost my order! I find that very strange since no one else's order was lost and even the walk-ins got their order before me. I asked for a refund and she placed my money on the counter, despite me placing the money in her hands when I first walked in. As much as I come to this Pizza Hut location, this is the 1st time I've had terrible customer service here, this cashier shouldn't be around people if she doesnt know how to treat customers. While waiting on my order, I saw 3 customers ask for a refund and complain about the poor service. I wont be coming back to this location!!

The managers just dont do there jobs just standing around gossiping about there employees I waited around for my pizza hearing a conversation that was not good and still waiting for my pizza why do they even hire people that just dont care about the service. I went to pizza hutt with my family of 10 people,in bellingham wa on sunday 9:30 and their closing time is 10pm., they said they cant have us dine in the restaurant and same time they have let 2 american families to dine in, the employees are doing color descrimination, i'll raise that issue

On 06/11/2011 @ 16:07 I went to pizza hut in Haines city, Florida unit # 004615. My ticket # 56 and was served at the counter by and white female name ( Dawn) who displayed a very negative and racist attitude toward me who is an African American male. She acted as if she didn't want to serve us and when I tried to pay her with a hundred dollar bill she wouldn't take the money and demanded that I pay her with smaller bills. The store is located on Hinson avenue in Haines city, Florida the phone number is (863) 422-5945. It's 2011 and there shouldn't be any room for prejudice, discrimination are rudeness to customer in the pizza hut franchise. I am very displeased with pizza hut for this pro- Jim Crow attitude!!!!!

Store on Blackwood Clementon Rd in Clementon Nj has a MANAGER named Renay. TERRIBLE PERSON SHE IS. ALWAYS YELLING AND THREATENING THE OTHER EMPLOYEES. DROPPED MY WING ON THE FLOOR, THREW IT OUT, AND GAVE ME ONE SHORT....SHE DIDNT KNOW I WAS RIGHT THERE. WHEN I ASKED HER FOR MY EXTRA WING SHE DROPPED SHE STATED SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR MAKING ONE WING. WHEN SHE TURNED AROUND, UNDER HER BREATH SHE SAID " CANT STAND THIS SHIT" THIS WOMAN IS OUTRAGEOUS AND IM SEEKING A LAWYER. I went online to "Pizza Hut" so as I could order a Large Supreme Deep Dish Pizza. When I tried to order what I wanted on the pizza, the Pizza Hut Website showed a Large Rectangular Box, with a Half Circle on both the right and left side with half white and half red, and in the Middle column it showed a circle with all red in it. There were "No Explanation’s as to what all this meant. So I just check the circles closest to what the description was. The pizza was delivered, and I tipped the driver $5.00. The driver left, and I closed my front door, and carried the pizza to out dinner table. But when I opened the box, I noticed that only half of the pizza was "Supreme", and the other half was nothing but "Cheese". I immediately called the Pizza Hut (Located at 6312 W. 89th St. Los Angeles, CA 90045) to complain about my pizza only having half supreme on it, and the other had just plain cheese. I tried to explain that I had gone on the Pizza Hut Official Website, and what had happened, and they said that they have never seen "Pizza Hut's Official Website", and they had No Idea what I was talking about. I asked them if they could send out a Replacement Pizza (Large Deep Dish Supreme), and they said "No, They wouldn't do it". I was "VERY UPSET",I started to say something more, But they had already hung up the phone on me. I want to tell you "I AM VERY UPSET" about this. I'll think twice before ever ordering from Pizza Hut ever again. It's a shame because I use to love Pizza Hut.

i am a employee at pizza hut, i can tell you this, we are totally abused as employees. the food is soo over priced and we are totally underpaid. i deliver, theres a 2$ delivery charge and pizza hut gets 75 cents for me driving my fuckin car! if pizza sits out for more than 2 hours, its complete shit. if we as employees got paid better we would have more initiative to make your perfect little orders perfect. but the truth is,the amount of time i spend their isnt even worth the money i get(let alone the work i do) and also, to those customers who expect drivers to break out the change, like quarters and nickles. YOU ARE A FUCKING JOKE! pizza hut charges so much, there is no margin for tips! if they make so much god damn money why are we the people doing all the shit for them getting the shit end of the stick!?!? if it doesnt make sense fallow the money....to those customers that think they'll get their perfect order........

the store in taylor mi.10257 telegraph rd was closed on 06/04/11 sat. night at 8:00 pm because they did not want to honor the any size any toppings deal.i will not be a customer of pizza hut any longer!

I came to this pizza hut on northbeach street Keller. On the door it says 10736 number. I have waited 35 mints for 35 minutes . He told me it was going to wait 10-15 mints . When I got there he said he didn't put the order in the system yet. What kind of seevice is that. He was the manager. Poor service need to do something about that. U guys going to lose customers and I am a regular.

I just tried to order a carry out pizza from your Starkville, MS store phone number 662-323-8373. The call was answered by one of the most rude male attendants I've ever encountered. He was very impatient asking for my local phone number which I had to find a I am staying in the Days Inn hotel. He was definetely not interested in taking my order and would not provide any information to the questions I was asking about the pizza sizes and toppings. I finally ordered a pizza and then tried to order some wings and dessert cinn. sticks. He acted like I was putting him off and didn't have time to go through the order when asked to read it back to me. I have since ordered pizza, wings, coca-cola, and cinna stix from Dominoes who were very polite, courteous, and knowleageable. I will never attempt another order from any of your restuarants anytime soon. I travel 25 days out of 30 and this is the first time encountering this kind of rudeness. You must not need the business and certainly do not train your employees in manners of any kind. I am writing to say, the pizza hut in Rantoul,Il. has been advertising for a pt mgr. position for the last moth or so. I have over 10 yrs of managment experience and 20 yrs of customer experience.For some reason,I put an app. in over 3 weeks ago and called several times to follow up on it, and I keep getting told the applications havent been looked over yet.The perfessional way to handle that is to tell the person if you are going to hire them or not,I think. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! By the way, did I mention that I worked at pizza hut for more than 3 yrs prior?
