To whom it may concern , I would like to complain regarding my recent visit to Pizza hut a local branch in Karachi, Pakistan ( Kh-E-shahbaz, Phase 6, D.H.A) .Firstly when I arrived at the shop the place was not air conditioned which is a prerequisite for any international franchise based in Karachi. My request to turn on the air conditioner was not received politely by the manager .His behavior was extremely rude and he extremely lacked customer ethics .I am a citizen of UK and a regular customer of Pizza hut in London UK and I have never experienced such downgraded customer service from Pizza Hut. Being a international franchise Pizza hut service should be the same all over the world ,However My complain was address with shouting by the area manager :- Ali Abbas ,He ignored the importance of maintaining high customer service standard in Karachi as he believed that it was not possible to maintain the same standard in Pakistan. I am in Karachi for another week now and I would appreciate if you could take any action as soon as possible .I would like to mention the fact that I was completely satisfy with the order it was just the customer service which was very disappointing. pizza hut is just getting greedy. poor customer service, pizzas with no toppings on them. and if you're not spending more than 13 dollars you can't have the pizza delivered to your house

Around 7:45pm I had made an order the lady that night had took my card information and told me she would call me back. She never did. When I called back my order was on a different address. So i gave her my correct address once more! I waited 30 minutes before calling back and my order was sent to another address again!!! I was hungry and couldn't wait any more I had hungry kids waiting for pizza and I had to refund the money to my card which I have never seen put back into my bank account. I knew there was a reason I never order Pizza Hut and I encourage people to order Dominoes or Papa Johns atleast they don't rob people.

This is the second time Ive been in this Escondido store Felecita Ave. Same girl with the same attitude on the phone and in person. No hello, no thank No customer service. The food is good but I may be going to the Domino's pizza in the same strip mall.

The pizza hut on Capital Blvd SUCKS!!!!! The customer service is negative, pizza does not look done or good to eat. Will not come back ever ever again!!!

I went to pizza Hut in Lewiston Idaho and let me just say what the hell happend this place was a mess worker taking about drugs in the back going out side to smoke food was nasty and never got asked if the food was good or if i need any more pop, salad bar was not stocked and what was there was nasty and old the pizzas i order were nasty way way to much sauce and not what i order told the waitress this is wrong and she said no and argued with me about it. Only one person taking orders cleaning tables and answer phone. For the past 3 times I had to clean my own table and get my own drinks. Very dirty tables and floor. Please help this store out im sick of coming here and having this happen to us. I tryed calling the # on top of the web page but your not open yet so i will call back later today something has got to change. thank you Ashley Price

Without a doubt the WORST pizza I have ever eaten, was suppose to have extra cheese on it, couldnt even tell it had cheese, was not ready 30 minutes after the order was called in, and I was told it would be ready in 20, as far as I'm concernered it was simply a waste of $10.00, could have gotten a frozen pizza fixed it myself and done better !Store number 026856, it takes 5 morons to make a terrible pizza ???????

i went to kingfisher pizza hut to order a ten dllar any size and they told me that this was a different francise i said really say pizza hut! Odered the pizza anyway just got a meduim because the large was over 18.00 wow! It was really poor!! Not worth the 14.11 i spent for it so no more pizza hut franchise in kingfisher oklahoma for me!!

Here we are in 2011 and the staff at PIZZA HUT are still grabbing the food to be put on my pizza with bare hands that I have no idea where or what they have handled before.There is a thing called plastic gloves that most good restaurants use as the food borne illnesses are increasing again thanks to those who do not use good food preperation guidelines.

Hi my name is Yvette and I live in Asheville, NC and Pizza Hut is a 5 star restaurant no matter which one I go to I love them all. The Pizza is always fresh and the employees are always friendly especially the one Patton Ave here in Asheville. I love them. Keep up the good work everyone.

I gave a Fair rating because the changes done to the Paw Paw, Michigan restaurants interior are amazing. It no longer has this funky odor it did prior to your remodel. I attended the Grand Opening today after a nice gentleman brought our business in free samples of your wings. We arrived at 12:10 and ordered 3 pops, a sample platter app and then each one of us (3 total) ordered the two for 6.99 special. I personally ordered soup and half a turkey sandwich. At 12:45 we still did not have one of our pops, our waitress had never come back and still no food. We flagged another server down who raced back to put our app. order in. We got that at about 5 to 1. At 1:15, we walked out. We spoke to the regional manager who was very kind and gave us a free lg pizza voucher, but thats just simply not what we wanted. I wanted my soup and sandwich. The problem with this particular location is you have always had bad servers. You still do. I won't be back til I see a sign that says "We hired all new servers" Not only do your current ones NOT know what they are doing, they are rude and they ignore you. I can order a to go pizza from a town 5 miles away and receive it from you in less time than it took to get a pop and an app of cheese sticks that take approx. 2 minutes to prepare. As a bartender, as a server, I was appalled at the customer service in this restaurant. I had half a mind to just take over from the 8 people standing around and serve your customers as they should've been served. With prompt, friendly, PRODUCTIVE, efficient service. Thanks so much.

My name is Shelia Blair and i'm just going to let you know that I will no longer eat Pizza Hut again in my entire life!!!!! The store located on Chimney Rock and W.Bellfort in Houston,TX Store#027129 the manager called my phone after she had messed up my order and got an attitude with me. The delivery driver did not bring all of our food when he delivered it. The manager accused me of stealing bread!!!! Can you believe that!!! And i paid for my order by credit card so why would I steal the food!!!! My children were hungry and they wanted Pizza Hut, but after today my family will no longer eat Pizza Hut and I am going to tell everyone I know to tell everyone they know this is ridiculous.

Gosh, after finding this site, I don't feel so bad about ranking your company so low. We ordered a pizza for carry out (thin crust pepperoni, 1/2 sausage, 1/2 bacon). Also a regular order of breadsticks. We live 20 minutes out of town so we always order carry out because delivery is out of the question. I called the order in and the gal taking the order repeated it correctly. My husband goes to pick up the pizza and we got cheese bread sticks by mistake. The young man gives my husband fresh bread sticks and apologizes. The problem was my husband didn't check the pizza. It was not only the wrong toppings but it was burnt. I called and asked to speak to the manager. He only identified himself after I asked him his name. I told him the problem and he argued with me. First about the toppings (that is what the ticket says) but I really don't give a damn what the ticket says it is wrong. Then he argued with me about it being burnt because their "oven is a piece of shit." Now, I don't care what his opinion on the oven is . . . if there is a problem with the oven, fix it! So, this will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut. "Home of the $10 pizza"? Should be the home of even $10 is too much for the crap we are trying to hoist off onto our customers.

The employees at the location on Port Washington Road in Milwaukee, WI (just north of Bayshore mall and west of Glendale, phone number (414)963-0571) seriously needs to learn how to answer the phone. I tried to call in an order for delivery twice around 1:30 pm. Both times the phone rang continuously until it went to a busy signal and cut me off. Both times I let the phone ring for nearly 5 minutes. Neither time did anybody answer the phone. I almost called a third time but decided that if they cannot answer their phones then they obviously don't need my money. I was trying to call in a late lunch for 5 children and myself. One of these children is a diabetic and I myself am hypoglycemic. I was prepared to tip generously had there been anybody to take my order. Since none of the other pizza places around there delivered and I had no car with which to tote around 5 children I was left to scramble together a quick lunch with the limited supplies at the house where I was sitting and nearly suffered a low blood sugar incident. With how many people one usually sees at a dine-in Pizza Hut location at any given time, one would think it wouldn't be too much to ask that just *ONE* person could pick up a phone. I went to the pizza hut in orange tx and the old lady that said she was the manager was very rude to me and my family, not just us but to the other young lady answering the phones. then she said she hadnt bitten anyone lately and asked if she could bite me. what is this lady on? this store is the worst she wouldnt even fix my order after she put it in wrong she tried to blame the lady answering the phones for getting the order wrong. hello she took my order in front of me. is this the way pizza hut treats its customers and staff. if so you need to do something about it. poor girl, i know she doesnt get paid enough to deal with the so called manager.

I am writing you. Because everything I from your Cleveland ave location Always is wrong.Just last night I ordered a handtoss large pepperoni and family order size cheese Bread sticks. Where the order got Here the pizza was wrong And o only got 5 bread sticks.I'm very unhappy! Everytime I order from that location its wrong! I guess I need to start going to the Clintonville store.at least its always right! I was a manager at a major pizza chain Here in columbus for a long time I know how quaility should be about. I phoned in and ordered a pizza and a soda and gave my name and phone number as requested. I waited 2hrs and no pizza so I called oce again and the caller stated that we cancelled the order because an employee tok down the wrong number once you placed your order. They told me then it was free so I had to wait and once it was delivered we then sat down and had pizza. Now after eating 4 slices we began to have stomach pains and then vomiting. I called pizza hut and told the caller what was happening and she said well you got the pizza free and I replied saying that free was'nt the issue the issue is that somethings wrong with the pizza that was sent to me because someone took the wrong number down. I've got two slices that i will have it examined. We could not get up off the floor in the bathroom. We vomited so much we didn't have anything left in our stomach to bring up. The next day after a very long night. arond 8pm we both began to fill better but not 100% but more like 85%. No calls from anyone no emails from anyone but i will tell yo this if it comes back that someone did something to that pizza because it was free because of someone else mistake. we will get to the bottom of this and this is not a threat this is a promise that we will find ot whats in the pizza that cause us to turn ill. A five year employee of Pizza Hut recently had personal property stolen by a co-worker. The theft was not investigated and was told by the franchise owner that if the subject of the theft continued to ask that the owner review time cards and video for the time the theft occurred the VICTIM of the theft would be terminated on the spot.

To whom it may concern... my family was visiting Danville, VA and we went to a pizza hut there. We order the big box meal, it was supposed to $19.99 plus tax and we ordered 3 sodas they charged us $3.00 a pieace for the sodas. As it turned out our meal that was advertized to be a cheaper save you tuesday meal was not a cheaper meal, because the meal turned out to be over $30.00. We could have done better ordering something else. Or like i will be doing in the future go somewhere else for dinner, Pizza Hut raised its prices of its drinks to compensate for the cheaper pizza...Who pays almost $10.00 for three sodas??? who??? and before this complaint is denided i kept the receit...seriously
