I ordered from your las Vegas store on lake mead and Jones , store #026621 @ AUGUST 15 TH, 8:53 PM. I spent $45 plus tip of my hard earned cash with you guys which I fully regret. Keeping in mind that the appetizers I got were fine but the pizza was by far thee worst looking/tasting pizza I've ever had. even a dominos pizza appealed after what you guys sent me. I ordered a meat lovers pizza stuff crust large. It looked like the pizza was naked , hardly any sauce, no cheese, hardly any meat, just light sprinkled of what looked like only sausage. I would post the picture on here if I could because I took a picture. I could see through into the actual crust which was stale. It was frustrating to say the least because it was late and my girlfriend was hungry so we tried a couple of slices but it was underwhelming. So I call the actual store around 9:30 am, the next morning. technically they weren't open but I wasn't calling to order, a woman answers the phone stating she was the manager on duty. But her attitude towards me was unapologetic, even jaded. She said she couldn't bring up the order yet til 10:30 so callback then. But she went on with disclaimers "we make our pizzas the same from a chart blah blah" but no where in her dialogue was any sympathy so I felt already that I had lost the battle because she wasn't even really hearing me, nor was she really trying to help me or rectify the situation. She had me feeling like obese bothering her. Not good. It was lake mead and Jones store #026621. This experience between the BAD pizza the BAD attitude has just left a BAD taste in my mouth. Not only will i be taking my business else where but I'm going to spread the word to my friends and associates in corporate and scream my disdain for pizza hut to the mountain tops because employees reflect a company as a whole. BAD employees means a BAD company that doesn't do GOOD business. Employees and service should be reflective of the company standards. I couldn't believe the NEGATIVE vibrations and lackluster attitude I was met with after uttering my issue to your "management". THEN to add insult to injury I call corporate only to get automated responses to go to the website. Which now shows me above all the other strikes against you that your also COWARDS that hide behind your website rather then put a human being on the phone to connect with an unsatisfied customer. If you guys keep this low level of service up and keep skimping on your ingredients serving these sorry excuses of pizza then I predict you'll surely be out of business by 2012. If there was an option to select "NO STARS" Id have chosen that , as you don't deserve ANY STARS.
Ok, respectfully I did get a callabck from the manager of the las Vegas store at 026621 and she did offer a credit on the account for them to remake the pizza. I'm not at the house now so she said I can callback whenever and they will remake the pizza free of charge . She reiterated that all pizzas are made on spec. But i pray for your sakes that perhaps like she mentioned the person could have been rushing with my pizza because if the spec chart calls for the pizza to look like "THAT" then I'm still going to take my business else where. So though the jury is still out on the pizza I do give credit where credit is due and the woman called back with a better tone and at least expressed that she cared.
I am writing from Charlotte, North Carolina and I would like to complain about the delivery service at one of your establishments. The person taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also the person said that the pizza was gonna arrive in two hours. I could pick up the pizza and have eaten it by the time it was delivered. When the pizza did arrive it was cold and unappetizing and the delivery person was expecting a tip. Please I beg of you to fix these problems because I do not want to change my choice in pizza places but if this continues I will be forced to not order from your establishment.
I recently called the Worcester, MA pizza hut to order pizza and get the free pizone and the manager there was very rude to me. She actually hung up the phone on me after I was trying to understand why the pizza was so expensive. I would like you to know that I have never been treated so horribly and I will not be going back or ordering from any of your restaurants ever again.
i work at the pizza hut in shawnee oklahoma on kickapoo road and i now have lice due to used visors they make servers wear and fully feel that the store should be shut down and completly cleaned i am not the only one whom has the issue of lice due the these sercumstances as a matter of fact my co worker and i just spent 45 dollars on shampoos and combs to rid ourselves of these pests so therefore we also feel we should be reembursed for the cost of those items as well as wages lost for the days that it may take for the place to be cleaned how do i get this matter looked into? please call me at 7077380718 thank you

I recently purchased from store 744151 a medium supreme pizza a 2 pasta dishes.and in the pizza was a cock roach.I called the store but they told me that the items along with the roach were mine.other words they could not help me.so I contacted the Dallas health Dept and they assured me that they could help me so along with the box and the roach were give to the health Dept to take some samples. Just thought you should. Know the kind ofpeople and the filthy people u have working at this store.the pizza hut name was taken out and off of our menu choices.also my ticket # was 00199.over all I was very disappointed it looks like dominos will now be the pizza of choice.
I went to store #026988, was for a pick up. Waited 20+ min past time order was to be ready. It seemed to be too much employee fraternization and goofing off. Food was cold. I was standing in the lobby and could hear employees talk about certain exploits and adventures. Not too pleasant. Most likely will be ordering else where in the future. Also the website not working when I attempted to leave feedback. Over all experience, VERY POOR
My name is Molly and I have been with Pizza Hut for several months now. The last 3 months,due to a new shift manager, I have been harrassed non stop and my hours were changed lower then I actually worked for that week. Another manager actually caught it. Renee Severa of Clementon Nj Pizza Hut went into the system and clocked me in the wrong times, shorting me. She also tried to bribe customers to file false complaints against me and would recieve free pizza. I have dozens of regulars, I am number one for WOW comments and number one for Infusion sales in the district. I work overtime when they ask me to, and I work my days off when they need me. I work open to close when others call out. Renee has called me worthless and made fun of me for "believing in marriage" and has used racist remarks a couple of times, not towards me but towards my customers. I went higher up and told the regional manager countless times, and nothing. Finally my Boss, the head manager John Reynolds ( awesome guy ) tried to help me and had a meeting with the district manager Greg Martin, to tell him about the harrassment I was getting. Greg Martin fired John. I was forced to quit that day, and now something must be done. Im hearing that I shouldnt have quit, but why would I stay when I am working so long, and only getting paid for half my time? This is illegal and I tried to seek help from higher up, and she is not punished for her actions, yet the best boss I have ever worked for was fired. I am sick to my stomache..something needs to be done! I loved my job, it was like my second home. But I can not work without my boss, the one guy that fixed it when something went wrong. I live in Lebanon tn. And I went to the one on south cumberland they are the rudest ppl I've ever had to deal with while back they had gotten smart with me and I over looked it but tonight I called at 7:30 for my leer and got it at 9: something and they said they would give me a discount to call them when I called them they told me a diff storie they are some very rude ppl don't think I will ever go back think ill go to papa johns
I am not impressed that the Yum Corporation allows the Pizza Hut chain to not give out employee schedules until that day. It is ridiculous that any restaurant will expect its employees to call every morning to get a schedule, but that is what's happening right here in Yelm, Washington. No, not impressed at all.
I usually love Pizza Hut's service and pizza. I always choose Pizza Hut over Papa Johns or Dominos, but i think this soon will be changing. I recently moved to Thomson Ga and the Pizza Hut on Washington Rd has fair service at it's BEST! Every time I pick up a carryout there is a very grumpy old man handing out the pizzas. That really was never enough for me to not come back, but today my boyfriend and I walked for the lunch buffet and to our mistake didn't ask the time it stopped. 1:30!!!!! we walked in at 1:20 sat for 5-7mind waiting ti be greeted then the server fails to tell us that the buffet is pretty much over. We proceed up there and have a choice of 2 pizzas and hard breadsticks. Then the best part of your wonderful staff is the fact after we realized the buffet was over the server was up at the bar getting THE REST OF THE PIZZA for HERSELF!!! Awesome service. My Husband and his brother and our Boys were in Devils lake nd to eat pizza and my Husband said the F word and the manger told my Husband to leave and He had one Beer and told you better have some more you Handycap thats so won i'm really thinking that they should he suid thats so wrong for Anyone to do that to someone I'm On hold right now and been on Hold for 11 mins wow this is not good at all so if any one is HandyCap stay out of Pizza Hut Thank you
I am writing you due to my horrible trip to pizza guys, i had a cupon for 2 pizzas for $20 so i gave the clerk my money then she gave me one pizza and told me to have a good dAy well when i asked where my other pizza was she told me that that was all i was going to get. Then i tried to dispute the case only to have the manager be extremely rude to me and refused to fix their error, so ended up paying $18 for a piece of cardboard with cheese on it. I am dissapointed and will tell all my friends to never go there. Anyway thank you for the horrible expierience next time i will take my business elsewhere
I'm writing because of your nationally advertisement on television says any crust, any size and any toppings, carryout only. I called our local pizza hut in Miami, Okla. and they said they don't honor the ads ran on television. What a rip!!!! Not Happy at all.
it really doesn't deserve any stars. I had poor service from the store in Sidney ,Montana a few years ago. I quit eating there, then new management came on so I thought I'd try it again. What a mistake they totally ignored me. I sat myself and waited about 5 minutes then I got my own menus and waited another ten minutes still nobody asked if we had been helped. The waitresses went right by me and cleared the table directly behind me and never once even acknowledged that I was there. They seated people all around me and still didn't acknowledge me. I got up and left probably won,t be back. This store has really ruined me on Pizza Hut even when I go out of town I eat somewhere else.
I have read several of the comments on this website and I too feel that the ads are becoming more and more misleading. $10.00 for a large pizza, any toppings, any crust. What a joke. We were told that this is a corporate add and does not include our local Pizza Huts? Are they allowed to carry the Pizza Hut name if they do not honor the corporate Pizza Hut ads. This is happening in Grand Junction, CO. We have a lot of pizza places in this town, so you are not the only game in town. Pizza hut has now been given a very poor name here.
I ordered the little Italy pizza special from the boniface store in anchorage Alaska along with breadsticks. Not only did it take an hour and a half for it to be delivered, the breadsticks have cheese AND cinnamon (literally gagged when I took a bite) we opened the pizza box to find THREE slices missing! Thankfully the manager refunded me the pizza and replaced it but I will NEVER order from pizza hut again! I wish I could upload a picture of this disgusting mess just so you could see what I dealt with'
Saw ad on tv $10 deal is back!! Any size pizza, and crust, any number of toppings...still misrepresenting I see. I stopped ordering Pizza Hut when I ordered the $10 deal to go and when I got to your store had to pay more because I got more than 4 toppings!! Someone needs to file a class action lawsuite against Pizza Hutfor misrepresentation and make you give a free pizza to customers for let's say the next year for all the money and time you have cheated people out of.
