Over and over again I have ordered what I feel is the best pizza on the market, HOWEVER I was made aware that the $10.00 special is nothing more than a bait and switch, or con if you please. You CAN NOT BLAME this on the mkting dept. You better look at your board of directors...there the one's gettting all the ill gotten gains. Your store mgr. even told me that he went to the D.M. and was told to just do what he's told.(seems like he should be the D.M.) To sum it up I hpe Domino's and Papa Johns get a lot better fast cause once this is a NATIONAL STORY about big companies fleesing America you'r gonna be giving pizza away. I'm never dishonest with clients and WILL not do business with one's who do.

I received the worst pizza last night. I live in West hartford Ct. and the pizza came from the establishment on Boulevard Rd. Firstly the 2 large pizzas were 30 minutes late. They advised me that the pizza would be delivered at 9:10 pm and arrived at 9:40. Both pizzas were over cooked with the cheese on both brown colored and barely warm. I had 5 hungry football players and they could not even finish it. I will absolutely never patronize pizza hut again. You try to call someone and people transfer you and you can not speak to a single soul. I will without fail will tell anyone I know not to waste their time as the pizza and the customer service stinks! You would get 0 stars if that was as option.

I recently had a interview with the area manager out of Rocky Mount North Carolina at the end of the interview I was asked by the area manager if I had anything else that I wanted to tell him. A few days after this I found out why it was due to a back ground check which had been done on me before the interview. I was basically baited the way a parent baits there kids to tell them something they did wrong. I relayed to the area manager that I had never did drugs or had been convicted of a feloney or misdemeaner. I have been arrested but was only held for 24 hours and the charges were dropped not even going to court. This was used against me so not to hire me. I was called by the area manager after our interview to question if this was used against when I know that according to applications that something like this is not suppose to influence the job application. I received no answer at all. I had also asked if they went with someone else why is the job being advertised again for that same postion after being told that someone else. I was then told that it is always advertised. I know this is another excuse to avoid the first question. Interviews by this person need to be corrected

My husbsnd and I placed an order for pick up Saturday 9-10-11 from your location on Rt. 28 in Milford Ohio. We were told it would be ready for pickup in ten minutes we waited five and went to pick up our pizza it was atleast ten minutes for us to get there my husband went in to pick our pizza up and waited twenty minutes at which point he asked what was taking so long. The manager on duty proceeded to tell him it was his fault for asking that it be well done it was a thin crust pizza it should only have been a couple of extra minutes. We waited alittle while longer and finally asked for our money back. I have worked in the restaurant business your manager needs a course in customer service and relations I can't imagine blaming a customer for ordering a pizza the way they want it.

Perhaps it would be better not to use the Internet for orders. My husband did so today, and almost everything went wrong. It wasn't ready when we arrived to pick it up, and we were told it would be three and a half minutes. We waited for at least ten, then we received half pepperoni and half cheese instead of extra pepper- oni. And for all our trouble, we weren't offered a discount or even an coupon. I rated the experience a two because the pizza actually did taste and look good (the part that really was pepperoni), but then I became ill. It was either the pizza or the stress involved, but either way, it was because we ordered the pizza and the service was unacceptable.

The manager carlie at the ocean pines Maryland location is hands down one the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in a customer service situation. I have become fond of pizza hut food and specials over the years and have brought a lot of business to this location but today was the final straw with that women!!I not only dealt with her ignorance yet again today but also witnessed how she speaks to the staff!shes gotta go!!!! I would love to return but can't stand for the rediculous attitude from someone who is supposed to be keeping the customer satisfied. I order cheese breadsticks with jalapenos, and when I went to pick up my order they were on the side and not on the breadsticks. When I asked why they could not be cooked on the breadsticks I got they are not a approved menu item. So I think that its a crook of shit. I order from Sulphur, Oklahoma Pizza Hut. I know the manager and she can not tell me why they can not put them on the breadsticks. I think that this needs to be fixed.

Two nights ago, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with Grade-A, low fat cheese. Upon receiving my pizza, I was shocked to discover that my pizza was medium-sized. Also, the pizza deliveryman had rubbed his testicles on my meal. Naturally, I proceeded to threaten him with a handgun. He then proceeded to call the police on me. This is hardly satisfactory customer service, and I want you to know that I will no longer be eating pizza.

I've been to pizza hut a couple of times over the years and I find it confusing that pizza hut still hasn't learned to make a good pizza. The dough has an awful taste and texture, the sausage is terrible, when ordering extra cheese I can't tell the difference. I want to help you guys out go to Racine, WI and find DeRangos Pizza sit down and order their pizza and you'll find out everything that you're doing wrong. Good Luck.

Yesterday we placed an order with our local Sherman, Texas Pizza Hut. Using the line up on your online menu, we called in the following order pasta for 2 (Tuscani Chicken Alfredo)with bread sticks for $7.99 with an additional order of Meaty Marinara pasta for an additional $5.00. We also ordered two sides of cheesy bread sticks (5) and a garden salad. First, they had no idea how to write the order up and I was passed to 2 different order personel. Second, when we got our order we received the following items for $23.67 total ([ticket number 119], 2 trays (for 2) Chicken Alfredo (without the included bread sticks) and the side of cheesy bread sticks. At first we only noticed the garden salad missing so the delivery guy called and they took that off the ticket total which brought it down to $20.00. It wasn't until after he left we realized the rest of the mess up in our order. I called and spoke with the manager, who was less than courteous. First he failed to fully listen to my explanation, second he interrupted as he chided me for not allowing him to explain. If he had listened he would have realized there was no explanation required. But, he didn't and consequently was looking at the corrected ticket thus had no idea that we had ordered the salad which had already been removed from the cost. When I finally got him to LISTEN to me...he understood that we not only did not get the salad, but also did not get the correct second pan of pasta(meaty marinara) along with the missing (included) bread sticks. His solution?....to send the rest of the order out to us. After explaining that...not only was that not acceptable as the rest of our dinner would then be cold he was asking me what I wanted. I explained that at best he should refund our full order cost for the confusion and frustration over our ruined dinner and at the least refund the cost of what we did not get. In the end...he says he has refunded us the $7.99 along with the original reimbursement of the salad. My complaint? His attitude, his handling of the complaint and frankly, the outcome. Not only did I not get what I ordered for my family's dinner...I spent the time on the phone arguing with this man while my family ate without me. I am very disappointed and after having been a regular customer for years...I will not be in the future.

do not ! stop at the pizza hut in barstow , california. you will encounter a very rude male manager, which makes for a unpleasant meal.

I have had problems with the employee and them giving away free food to people that are there friends, i called pizza hut to complain and they were to call me back and 5 days later not heard a word. They do not keep there word and the staff are rude and dont work hard, so no TIP, and no BUSINESS

Even tho i love the stuff crust. After receiving a pizza with some topping missing. Being told it would be 15mins. Thought that wasn't enough time, she reassured that's all it would take. After getting there to pick it up, it was just getter started in the oven. Took an additional 18 mins. Very unprofessional the way the business is run. Still have not been able to speak to the manager. Numerous customers were complaining. Think will stick with the competitor in the same town Dominos. They deliver and there pizza is always correct.

My wife and I live about an hour from Pine Bluff and when we go to the mall we like to go to the Pizza Hut down from the mall. The entire staff greets us with friendly smiles and there is a great atmosphere of cooperation and respect for one another by the staff. The pizzas are excellent, the service is great and all are to be commended. I manage a fairly large chain grocery store and I would love to have the same atmosphere in my store. The eating area is always sparkling as is the entire building inside and out. In conclusion, this Pizza Hut truly exemplifies what I am sure you would like all your franchises to strive for.

This E-mail is for the Pizza Hut corporate Headquarters in Norfolk Va. Dear Pizza Hut, It is my understanding that you are requiring your employees to work during the Hurricane Irene evacuation notice. I strongly suggest that you not require that your employees to work during this time. The US Navy has evacuated its ships and submarines because of the danger involved. It is my understanding you intend on staying open for business, thus placing employees who want to evacuate in great danger. Again I want to STRONGLY suggest you reconsider your staying open. I have been to pizza hut locally two times, the first time my son had to use the bathroom, it was so dirty and discussing, when i approached an employee about it they said they would be their to clean it up. About 15 min. went by and know one made an attempt to clean the rest room. Now, keep in mind their were very few tables that had customers at them so it was not like they were busy. My son could not hold it any longer so i asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned enough so he could use it. Let me say, after scrubbing my skin raw from touching their bathroom I returned to the table and I lost my appetite. I swore never to eat at the location again. Sooo the second time i returned was the only place close to meet someone for lunch and they wanted pizza so I thought i would give it another shot. The food was not bad if you enjoyed eating dinner with the flies. I could not believe this. I wanted to complain but after the last time I figured what would be the point. We use to eat at Pizza Hut all the time, their standard are really low apparently. Not going to be a repeat customer.

i ordered my pizza the lady said it will be there at 1:39 i didnt receive my pizza until 1:49 it should have been free

I have an outstanding issue that i would like someone to do about it... i came in around 5- 515pm on august 25th 2011, to pick up a pizza, and there was a confrontation between 2 managers, brittany, and another manager. the address is 2328 south new hope rd. gastonia N.C. 28056. When i came in I heard cussing, and screaming, brittany, was cussing the other manager, for no reason, I know this because, the other manager, didnt know what she was talking about.. I work in the pizza buisness too, ive worked at pizza hut before, and im hear to tell you, if i had ever did that, id be fired. But people have the audasity to let things like this go on in the work place, and nothing gets done about it. This is not how a store is supposed to be ran, and not what I,as a customer, a loyal customer at that, deserves to see when i walk in to an establishment. Its not Fair For An employee to come in to work and get treated like shit like this... Id be scared to go to work if something like this had happend to be..... i would appriciate it as a concerned customer, also an employee of a fast food chain, for someone look into this incident and have this brittany girls job...... I will never order Pizza from your establishment in Pleasantville, NY again-I placed an order for 2 pies and told the manager DAN my husband Mike would be picking them up for our taxi-he said 15 to 20 minutes-50 minutes later when my husband got there the man at the counter counting the cash-did not even acknowledge my husband-no excuse-finally a girl came out of the back and my husband said I'm Mike and my wife ordered 2 pizza's for the taxi-they said noone called here for the taxi-my husband called me and I called back the manager DAN he said are you sure your husband went to the right pizza hut? I can see the red roof of this place from my home/office-I said I ordered these pizzas from you and--suddenly he remembered oh yeah they are here-I said so now they are cold and he said well we'll make some new ones -I told him not to bother-and I offered to come over and help him train his employees and he said I was harrassing them on their phone number-and that his EMPLOYEES come first not the customer-when I asked how long he had been there he said today was his first day as manager-all I said was I've been involved with customer service my whole life if you need help training your employees to at least acknowledge a customer when they walk through the door let me know-he tried to say my husband never came in the store-If your new manager feels this way that the consumer doesn't matter he is very sadly mistaken-consumer feet do the talking-and without US CONSUMERS your EMPLOYEES do not get paid--isn't that how it works??? I have lived in this town 49 years-I own the local taxi company and when people ask me where to get good pizza I will tell them at Pleasantville Pizzeria or A Mangiare(which is opening next to Pizza Hut)-I look forward to receiving a call from someone in corporate headquarters-and I will tell them the same thing-I will never use or recommend your Pleasantville NY establishment again---it's just not worth it--and I understand this has been going on for years....Very sad, very, very sad

The best pizza and great customer service. I have five kids and every Friday night is pizza night at our house and we love pizza from Pizza Hut. Question - If anybody has been to the Pizza Hut in the Netherlands there used to be a painting on the wall of four men wearing hats on the beach. If ANYBODY knows the painters name or name of the painting I would be so grateful. Thank you and kind regards, Eve
